I want to give a big thank you to the service dept at Maverick Ford. From Rich who took the original call, Shawn S. for making it a pleasant experience. The driver who took me home and then picked me up again. Of course , the tech who did the repair,Tom B. Thank you for getting us back on the road in a very quick and timely manner. GREAT JOB!
I bought a new Explorer right before the moving to the area. I have had to take my vehicle in 3 times to Maverick. I have not had good experiences 2 of the 3 times. Each time I have been told to take my vehicle to where I bought it. I am disappointed in the way I have been treated.Update 1/13/22: I just brought my vehicle in for warranty work. I feel that Maverick Ford has made significant improvements. The phones were answered promptly, I was kept informed of what work was done, and the vehicle was ready when I needed it to leave town. Sean in service was pleasant to deal with. I felt valued as a customer.
They sold us a great used Explorer that we are of course thrilled about. Richard and Zeno were wonderful to work with! Richard showed us how everything worked in/on the vehicle,, Zeno.went.over the paperwork. Both were wonderful! Overall, this Dealership is a Great Place to check out New and Used vehicles. The sales people werent pushy and were pleasant to work with. Definitely worth checking into on your next car shopping list!
Called the service department to have a couple of recalls taken care of. Spoke with Shawn and he said he would call as soon as the parts were in. He called me in a timely fashion, and got me in two days later. I didnt get the employees names in the service department when I arrived, but all acted professionally and were very friendly.The waiting room was clean and orderly. The work was performed in less time than I was told it would take and they even threw in a free truck wash.When Im ready to buy a new vehicle, I will be shopping at Maverick Ford.
I live 2.5 hours away, and they made this buying process a breeze! Very professional and did all that they could to make this deal happen for me. They ran numbers a few different ways for me without hesitation. They even stayed open late due to us not arriving before closing with the distance we needed to travel to get there. I stopped in to inquire on a vehicle I was interested in. Was greeted by a really nice, professional, guy by the name of Brayden. After looking at the vehicle I went home to discuss it with my husband and think about it. When returning the next day, I brought my car in to be looked at for a trade in. I test drove the vehicle I was planning to purchase. When I came back to discuss #s. I was told by a (manager) Zeno that the price on the sticker was wrong. Mind you this vehicle has been sitting there for a couple weeks with the same sticker price. First let me tell you that he introduced himself to my husband and I. Didnt ask us our names or anything. Started off with Im sorry I dont know how it happened but thats not the price for that vehicle. When I said what do you mean I just looked at one yesterday a year newer with half the mileage. He replied with I should go buy it elsewhere. Really bad for business telling customers to go elsewhere. Specially over a 2 thousand dollar difference. My husband was immediately upset and ready to leave. I have heard bad things about this place but was willing to take a chance. By all means spend the little extra on gas and go elsewhere. Where your treated well & valued as a customer. With great customer service. My girlfriend and her husband bought a truck a couple months ago from here and they left the first time they walked in to talk to someone because the (manager) was bad mouthing a previous customer in front of them. So they left and then came back. This is very bad for business. Definitely will never go back not recommend this place to anyone.
I have purchased two vehicles from maverick ford and always have a great experience. We are from out of town and when we get to the dealership everything is lined up and ready to go, makes things nice quick and easy. The salesmen are friendly and great to deal with. I will always turn to Maverick for any of my transportation needs!
I dealt with Brayden Tacey. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also let me know of rebates and other Deals they had and did not make me feel like he was trying to push a sale for the commission.I did purchase a new car and traded in my old car. They gave me more then I could have sold it for.
I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F150 from Sandy Doane at Maverick Ford. She and the dealership went above and beyond to make the purchase a great experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I love the new truck and appreciate the respect and service we received there. I recommend a visit if your interested in making a vehicle purchase.
See Pat Meeker. Great salesman!!! Never gave up for over a month. I nagged. He never quit. Found a used truck as nice as any newer one with low miles and exactly what we were looking for in a 2019. We could not find a 2019 that fit what we wanted (trying to take advantage of the 0% finance offer ford was doing). Ive bought a bunch of vehicles in my life at almost 50. Best sales experience of my life. I will go back for another vehicle in the future for sure.
Maverick Ford of Gladwin MI had a great atmosphere as soon as I stepped onto the lot. From the sales team to the financing group to the service crew communications was at its finest. They helped me find the truck I wanted, played with the numbers that I was looking for, for finance gave me a down payment price I needed to get to where I wanted. There was a recall on the vehicle I chose and there communication in the dealership that got it done right away before driving it off the lot.Will highly recommend this dealership to co-workers and friends!
I had maverick ford replace a tranfercase for me in July. They were a friendly enoughand clean shop. They made a mistake unfortunately but they owned up to it and covered the cost to repair it at another shop. I respect the integrity it takes to admit to an accident and would recommend them to others.
I recently bought a ford f-150 lariat, I love this truck, ford did a great job with the truck again for the 100th time.. I also bought fords, my father and uncle were union presidents, and vice presidents, which I was very proud. I also worked there for 30 years. Im dedicated to the ford family on ever aspect. The service at maverick ford was excellent. The general manager Dave was so informative on everything and a wonderful person. I would recommend this dealership, and ford product to everyone I know. I will be your cheerleader, until I cant, So the excellence of my experience was fabulous. I thank you for the beautiful truck and people who made this happen.. Keep Making Ford Number 1 for d years to come!!!!!
Bought a used Focus RS from Becky Kramer last weekend. Becky went above and beyond my expectations and made the 2&1/2 hour trip up to see the car worth while! The rest of the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely keep Becky and this dealership in mind for future purchases and leases!

After a major accident that totaled my minivan I purchased a 2007 Hummer H3 in July from Maverick. It was a as is purchase, however when I had major issues within first few months they helped me out so I would have a safe ride for my family. I am very grateful that they cared enough to fix problems I was having. I would recommend them to anyone. Staff was helpful and even delivered my car back after repairing since I live about 2 hours away. Thanks for everything! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
Took my car for a battery replacement. I was told it would take one day to get one. After 2 days, I called service, and was told they would call back with an answer to when they would have a battery. I never received a call back. Finally, after 6 days, I got my car back. At least, they washed it.
Cost me $1000 for a 2 hour fix that took 5 days.Told them the problem, they spent 3 hours on their scamer.Instead of replacing the fuel pump (39.95) and cleaning the fuel conditioning system they just replaced it .Not really a good service department, just a parts replacement center.I dont even think that they removed the fuel tank and cleaned it like it is suggested to be done to stop future problems.Just not satisfied with the quality of work.Complete job should have been at least half the labor and $39.95 for parts.Then they even charged $25 for shop supplies, what a jokeBrought the parts home, removed the pump, disassembled the fuel conditioning system, cleaned it out , reassembled it installed new pump bench tested it , produces between 50 and 100 psi ,oiled it and put on self for future.Pulled tank and cleaned it out, full of junk, reinstalled and it is up and running in less than an hour.Another job that cost an arm and a leg that is just a total rip off.Wwwwould definitely not recommend maverick ford to anyonAnd by the way this isnt even what I was quoted to fix the truck , like 100 plus more
My truck was in the shop for repair. They arent customer friendly. No rental car available, no coursty ride home. Dont appear to be knowledgeable about Fords. I should have paid the wrecker extra and took my truck to Krapol Ford in Mt. Pleasant. Took 5 days for a 2 hour jobThey charged $1,000.00. I would not recommend their service department to anyone not even Howard Hughes.
Have not had service like this in years. I feel great about going to a smaller dealership. They make you feel like you are wanted and needed forthere successBeing from Detroit like any larger city you only have Magadealers or dealers with multi dealerships.It was truly a refreshing find.
This is where Ill always take my truck for service. The employees are helpful and professional and the work gets done in a timely fashion. Theyre transparent about any issues they find but equally honest about what issues need resolved. If anyone is looking for a reliable place to take their vehicle I would highly recommend this business.
Beware. Took vehicle in for oil change, were told that battery was bad. (Less than one year old. Had it checked by another service garage, checked out fine). Also told that air filter was dirty. It was changed 8 months ago. Also told that tires were marginal, they are one year old. Typical dealership trying to generate revenue.
I have always had good luck with Maverick Ford. Just had a recall fixed for the shifter cable. The cable came off and I was stranded at work. My husband had to talk me through to put it back on, but unfortunately I could not. He did help me to put it in drive manually to get it home. He call Maverick Ford and they came right out to fix it at my home which is in Harrison.
Have had my truck at the dealership for 6 going on 7 weeks. No response, even to visiting. Service SUCKS please take your FORD vehicles to other service centers if you do not want to do the service yourself, as I had already started but for tools and time was unable to complete. If problem persists I will solve myself and retrieve without their assistance!
Great sales people free donuts and coffee go a long ways as well. The sales people were patient expecally when I had my 2 year old running around like a crazy girl hey they filled her with doughnuts lol which was good cause she was getting hungry during the paperwork progress

2022-06-09We purchased a $45,000 truck from Katie, a saleswoman at Maverick Ford. She shared with us how important honesty was to her, and that this was the reason she switched jobs from another dealership to work at Maverick Ford. We test drove the truck, filled out paperwork and chatted with her for a couple hours. She was friendly and repeated to us the importance of honestly and her commitment to her customers. We bought the truck and that same week the check engine light came on in the truck. We tested to see what codes were coming up and it was an engine misfire. At the same time (still within the first week), the truck became very squeaky and we had to go get the u-joint replaced on the rear driveshaft. At that point we contacted Katie to let her know, and she said she would get back to us, however she never did. We brought it to the Ford dealership by us and it turned out all the cylinders were misfiring. We are now on week 3 and the dealerships business manager at Maverick Ford let us know we were out of luck. We expected and hoped for honesty and quality. We wouldve expected their service techs and mechanics to make sure everything was good before selling it. We have been to wonderful dealerships in the past to purchase vehicles and we will be back to those places rather than choosing Maverick Ford again or recommending this dealership to others.

2022-06-25Do not trust this service department for anything. Prior to bringing my truck in for a complete diagnosis run on it I told him what error code I received and was simply told that both turbos need to be replace. I received no printout of any diagnosis ran on my truck. The engine light was still on and the battery was dead when I picked it up which leads me to believe that they ran no diagnosis on the truck at all. I have always received full diagnosis printouts from other Ford service shops in the past but with me being new to this area I had no way of knowing how pathetic they are. Go anywhere else but avoid this place at all costs!

2021-12-03My husband and I are new to the area and we were looking for a garage that could service both my Ford flex and his Ford F150. I made an appointment to have the flex serviced for a basic oil change and informed the check in person that the tire light keeps coming on Indicating low pressure. He said they would check it out for me. At check out I was told I had a right rear tire valve leak that was pretty bad and needed fixing but they were unable to fix it because the “machine” was broken. I live 20 to 25 minutes away from the service station so driving back home and trying to come back another day was not an option for me. Only recommendation he made was go down the street and try a few tire places that might be able to help me. I did go down the street and one of the places was able to get me in. When they check the car it was found to have a screw in the tire not a tire valve leak. It was fixed for me so I could drive back home safely and without worrying of flattening the tire. Needless to say My husband and I are extremely disappointed With Ford service department oversight. It appears that it possibly wasn’t even looked at Leading us to believe that quite possibly other errors were made in basic service for an oil change or if correct service was even provided. It’s easy to just check some boxes and no one would know the difference. We are now left to scout around….. ask people in the area for recommendations for a reputable service provider who can do basic service for Ford vehicles one in which we feel comfortable that we are actually getting the service we expect and honest information. Hopefully this review will save others from experiencing this kind of service. That being said it should be noted The facility was very clean and the staff there that I made contact with were friendly. Thank you

2021-10-20Josh and Shawn went above and beyond for me on 10/19/2021. I work across the street and had an oil change scheduled I was called to go to another store and they got my car done for me in record time and even allowed me to come back after work to pay for my oil change. These guys are amazing would totally recommend to everyone. This is my go to for all my car needs
