We have MC Shine come and clean our carpets often. With 2 little kids, 4 teenagers, and dogs that shed like crazy our carpets get pretty messy and MC Shine does such a wonderful job cleaning them!! Their certified technicians are not only lovely and trust worthy people but they have gotten some wicked stains out! I could not recommend their services more.
Derek and Ryan have both come and cleaned our carpets and furniture multiple times and every time they have left everything spotless. When we flooded MC Shine came over on little to no notice and worked their magic! Helped with damage that was already done and prevented further damage. I am so thankful for how helpful MC shine and their employees have been when I have needed their help late at night, last minute, etc. in what felt like very overwhelming moments!
M.C. Shine has amazing customer service and their certified technicians always leave my house looking spectacular! When my niece accidentally spilled a container of hot sauce on my green carpet they got it right out!! I would highly recommend their services!

M.C. Shine did not hesitate to help when my new homes basement flooded during a power outage. Not only did Ryan bring a generator with him, he also made sure to bring cleaners that were safe for my allergies and family.This was not the first time M.C.Shine came to my rescue. They drove all the way down to Ann Arbor to clean my apartment carpets. They made sure that a disappointing key exchange was corrected and that I was able to sleep well in my new place.

They were great. My dog got sick and had an accident on my couch. They were able to squeeze me in next day first thing in the morning. My couch is like new again and it smells so good. They saved my couch!!!

I experienced a flood in the lower level of my house as a result of a cracked pipe. The water saturated 4 rooms. We have used MC Shine for Years at Home and in our Shop. They have cleaned the smoky Walls from burning the wrong kind of Candle, the White Rugs in my Condo, Kitchen and Bathrooms too. They do excellent work and always follow up to see if you are another satisfied Customer. If not they will take care of it to see that you are satisfied. Good Company.
There are no words to describe the experience I had with this company. Tom Colbary the mitigation manager was absolutely AMAZING! His crew were professional, on time and went above and beyond our expectations when cleaning up our flooded basement. If you dont use these guys for any type of restoration or clean up, I truly feel sorry for who you do choose. There is nobody better around here than this company!!
A sewer backup in a finished basement is ... gross. Our first call was to MC Shine. Tom and David were fabulous! They came right away, after hours, and started to work. From removing water, bringing in industrial humidifiers and fans, ripping up carpet, taking out drywall, and more, they took care of it all. They were calm and patient with us, explaining everything and giving us options. They also coordinated with our insurance company, providing the insurance company with photos and documentation to make that process painless. I would recommend MC Shine’s mitigation services any time.
MC Shine is the most professional and friendly company I’ve ever worked with! They immediately helped me when I was frantic about my basement flooding.... they were at my house very quickly removing carpet, padding and water, setting up sanitary and drying devices to get my basement back to cleanliness. I had previously wrote a negative review and now i am a very happy customer! I had total house cleaning done on our new purchase and was not happy with the service. They came out a second time free of charge to redo my carpets. I was still unhappy and the carpets were still dirty. But I will be giving them my business in the future because when I called explaining my dissatisfaction with the carpets and asked for my money back the general manager went above and beyond. He refunded me for carpets and residential cleaning, which I hadn’t even asked for, and offered free of charge to do my carpets a third time. I explained I had already done them myself and the house is a mess with boxes from literally just moving in. He offered me a fifty dollar gift card for my future services! And he really listened to what i was unhappy about and told me his plan to help correct this from happening again. This was the best customer service I have ever received and because of that, they will definitely receive my business again!

They always do a great job and go out of their way to take care of my needs. I have never had a problem getting service quickly, and they are always professional and thorough. I have had rugs, carpets, and my whole house cleaned, and have used them for a restoration after a soot issue in my house. They are the best cleaning service in the area!
Last year we fostered a very sick cat that sprayed all over the family room. We were about to rip the carpet out but wanted to give a professional cleaning one more try. Its been a few months now since mc shine was here and it still smells good and theres no lingering kitty odors. They did a really great job and were very thorough especially in all the areas I pointed out. It was a fair price and worth every penny!

Sunday afternoon I came home to a disaster in my home. As a newer homeowner and (a single homeowner)-as it would be for anyone, This was my worst nightmare. 6 inches of water flooded my finished basement-as well as my upstairs bathroom. Basically everything was ruined and had to be removed and extensive work still has to be done.M.C. Shine Cleaning & Restoration Services LLC came over to the rescue in hurry on a Sunday evening and have worked tirelessly for the last 3 days to ensure my home was water free and dry. Mark, the restoration manager and his crew were amazing. Doing and removing-gutting everything they could while staying in constant contact with me as I had to leave my home for a few days. I cannot thank them enough for their hard work and kindness through all of this. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has to deal with something like this in their home.
I on the freshwater basin in algonac which is the biggest in the world, But we have yearly flooding which causes water damage, mold growth, and I dont even wanna talk about the issues with clean up. This company went above and beyond the service called.

Both of my parents recently passed away and I called MC Shine to clean the carpeting in their home before we put it up for sale. I was telling Isaac and Greg about how my parents had passed away only 4 months apart at age 85 and 90. We use them for our offices as regular cleaning maintenance 4x/yr. They are professional, quick, and work well with our schedule. Our carpet always looks great afterwards. They have also cleaned our bathrooms, not just the floors. Great Job!
Very professionally run company. Received an email reminder of the date and time, along with who would be arriving. Derrick and Nate showed up as scheduled. Went right to work. They both wore shoe covers, masks and gloves the entire time they were in the house. Cleaned and revitalized the hardwood floor in a bedroom for us. Looks fantastic!

I wanted to thank Ryan from MC Shine Cleaning Service The Floor Specialist. I had my carpet cleaned this morning and Ryan was in and out in a short period of time. Very professional and the carpet was dry quick, due to a new puppy in the family the carpet had bad smells even though it was still less than a year old. The best cleaning company in St. Clair/Macomb/ Sanilac Counties. I have first hand seen the work they do Commercially and Residentally its 2nd to none, the services they provide are endless. 5 star business in my book!

Great experience. I was afraid to use a service because I have a home with 6 clients with dementia. Derrick was patient with my ladies, worked around our limitations, and still did a thorough job.

What a great experience. not only did they do extremely detailed and professional work, but they helped search the neighborhood for my cat who was hiding in the house the whole time. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

2022-08-07My finished basement flooded recently, and I called my insurance agent. She recommended M.C. Shine and gave me their number. I gave them a call and they were at my house an hour later! They immediately got to work and strategically placed their fans and dehumidifiers. They ended up having to pull up part of the carpet and cut out the wet pad. Im certain their prompt response mitigated further damage - that could have been extensive, and thus saved me a much bigger headache.I have met five people now in the couple of days since they first showed up and they have all been a pleasure to deal with. It is very obvious from their attitudes that they enjoy their jobs and are genuinely interested in leaving behind not only no mess, but very satisfied and happy customers - of which I am certainly one!My thanks to Tom Colbary, General Manager, who personally showed up to work on my flooded basement, and did a great job of easing my mind, walking me through the process, and then doing such a thorough and professional job.To all the crew at M.C. 2022-06-11MC Shine covered many areas in the two days they were at my house. From power washing the house, cleaning the windows and tracks both inside and out, cleaning carpet along with doing deep cleaning on my kitchen tile. Finally, touching up the brick tile on my fireplace. Every aspect of this project was done in a very professional manner. I cannot say how pleased I am with the entire job. Thank you MC Shine!

2022-06-07So happy with the result! Carpet looks great! We regularly have our cream colored carpeting cleaned and other companies do an OK job, but dont seem to thoroughly rinse nearly enough. M C Shine did a great job all the way around. Thanks so much!

2022-08-13Highly recommend M.C Shine for all your emergency (and non) clean up needs!! Our AC unit flooded and leaked into our living room floor. It sounded like you were walking through a puddle!!!I picked up the phone, make the call, and talked to a very helpful Alyssa who after explaining my situation got me set up for a free estimate, same day! A very informative Aleshia came over to check out the damage AND was able to have someone a technician (Don) come the very next morning. He set up a dehumidifier and air blower under the carpet to dry it out - the job was done in just two days!! Absolutely incredible service and incredible work. Highly recommend to anyone looking.
