Comment: The staff at McBrides RV Storage are always friendly and extremely helpful. They even gave us new T-shirts welcoming us to the McBride family! The storage lot is spacious and well kept. In addition, the restroom is always clean. They even provide free ice! We have our 40 foot motorhome parked under a cover. The only thing missing here is indoor parking. Otherwise, I highly recommend McBrides for all your storage needs. This is a place you may proudly call home.

Comment: I rented a covered spot for my boat for a short term rental in mid June 2020. I paid extra for a month to month space rental. I went in on July 13 to cancel the space. I was informed there was a 45 day cancellation policy. So I said thanks for charging me over $800 for nothing, dropped the card on the desk and walked out. I logged into my banking app about 30 minutes later and noticed they ran my card for the August payment already too. So basically paid for a month and a half that I didn’t and can’t use. This place is way over priced, and they rip you off. A month to month contract should be month to month. I paid over $1100 for a spot to park my boat for 3 weeks what a joke.

Charlie McBride (TheOwner) Can come off really rude if you dont know him but thats just his personality he truly means no harm Hes also a great guy That opened one of the best storage facilities I know! But unfortunately the reason why I leave a one star review on this storage facility Is because of one employee named Vanessa The attitude she will give you she demands payment on the day do like the mafia She will lock you out of the facility before the computer automatically locks you out She will charge you late fees on top a late fees Purposely Shes like the grinch She smiles to make peoples day Horrible She truly gets a kick out of it If this storage facility keep her as an employee I do not recommend coming to the storage She also says racist comments To the customers which is horrible! Unfortunately I hate delete this message but I have to see the truth to any future customers, Contact them in a Vanessa still working there do not do business with them Shes too horrible of a person,

Comment: Be warned, check out their Yelp reviews. They really have bad customer service here. I feel completely cheated by them and would not recommend this place to anyone. We have been storing our travel trailer here for almost 8 years. Every year there has been a price increase and we have paid on time without issue or complaint, even through all the price increases. Now they call and ask that we move spaces, because we dont fit in the current space. When we asked why all of a sudden this was a problem they said we just got away with it for all these years. Unbelievable! On top of asking us to move to a new space they are now charging us MORE for this space. We tried to cancel and move out but they said we would need to pay to get out of our lease. This is NOT the way to create loyal customers. We have been a customer for 7 1/2 years and this is how we get treated. This is a horrible way to conduct business.

Comment: Love this company! I feel completely safe keeping my travel trailer here! Ive met most of the staff and owner. Theyre all extremely nice and they love meeting your dog co-pilots! They are pretty flexible about check in and check out dates, make sure to talk to Amber. They offer RV wash station and dumper station included in your price; although make sure to bring your own car soap because the station usually doesnt have any, but no big deal. I travel a lot with my travel trailer so I dont rent every month from them but rather every couple of months. So once you pay the admin fee once you arent charged it again which is nice! Having an access card makes it super convenient too!

Comment: Fraud and threats to impound. STAY AWAY...This has been a good but EXPENSIVE place to store my Trailer. Lately they have a lot of commercial trailers and trucks there. The carwash bays is hard to get into as there is always someone in there. Many times I have seen one of the wash wands broken. They advertise Free Ice, yet on the weekend you are lucky if you can bag your own.I had been with McBrides since 2007 and last August I was moving to Texas rather suddenly. When I went to pick up my trailer I was re-informed of my 45 day notice. (after being a good customer for 8 years there was no goodwill on my 45 day notice) I had a boat stored elsewhere that would be moved to Texas at a later date. So I decided to update all of my personal data to reflect my new Texas address, including phone numbers. I also asked about month to month sites. THEY INFORMED ME THAT I WOULD NOT NEED THE 45 DAY NOTICE and I parked my boat in a new spot assigned by them.In the process of moving to Texas My family I had fraud against my bank card. Subsequently my credit card on file was invalid. Meanwhile my account was incurring late fees and additional monthly fees. NOT ONCE did I receive a call nor did I receive ANY mail correspondence from them. It wasnt until November that I received a letter noting 2nd request that was forwarded to me via the USPS. I called them prepared to take care of the balance and to arrange to move out.Here is where it gets bad. The person answering the phone tried to help me but has to ask the Owner. He got on the phone and would not:1. Listen to the situation.2. Refused to accept any sort of payment other than cash the next day Remember I am living 1500 miles away.3. Threatened to impound my boat on Monday without any LEGAL Notice. The notice I received in the mail said nothing about possible impound.4. Told me He didnt care about the laws governing impound, and that I can spend $3500 trying to fight it.I ended up having to wire money to a family member in order to save my boat from impound. I also later found the Original agreement that DID NOT HAVE A 45 DAY Clause. They had emailed me a scanned version of my agreement where page 2 was obviously different from the page 1 where I signed. Very simply this company fraudulently stole money from my family. All right before Christmas.I see that others have had similar issues with this place.

Plus, they offer a washing station and free ice at no additional costs. I think it great that they have 24 hour access and the management and staff are very polite and nice to work with. I feel like I get more value here because of all the onsite amenities that are really convenient.

Im elated that they offer great amenities like the wash station, dump station and free ice at no additional charge. The best and most inportant feature for me was the 24 hour access, where I can get to my RV at any time. All the staff and managment are pleasant and very helpful. I would reccomend their RV storage to all my friends and relatives. By far this place is the best value for any type of vehicle storage needs you might have.

Comment: If you pay in cash get a receipt. My dad paid in cash and didnt get a receipt. When he went to move his RV, they had a boot on it and said he hadnt paid yet! so he had to pay again and a late fee. Some people you just cant trust!! Good luck if you go here!!
