All burgers were made incorrectly. I was disappointed.
Waited 15 minutes with no one else in line front of me. Three workers were standing/walking around idle. Food was cold, fries were old and lukewarm. Never patronizing here again!
If youre going to make me wait 15 minutes at the drive-thru for a breakfast order you could at least get my order right instead of putting a sausage McMuffin into my egg McMuffin bag and crushing it flat. I guess asking for no butter makes your employees really lazy and angry
Did a uber eats pickup there and they gave me the wrong order so I circled back to the drive thru to get it right. After letting them know that the order was wrong.One of the workers told me its ok , I should just give it to the customer even though the order was completely different 🤦🏾♂️ unprofessional
The IQ of some stuff is low. Some stuff has problem in placing orders. And don’t know how to play their pos machine.

They dont even earn 1 star. She was veryrude, I waited in the line seems like forever. For a half hour.My turn to order and they going to tell me their only making quarter pounders. All I wanted to say to the ordererthat she should post that they are only making quarter pounders in the front of the McDonalds or on thebuilding when you drive in the parking lot from the main street. Yelling I couldnt get a word in. I know they might be under staff but thats no reason to be Rude and disrespectful to anyone. I know Im not the only one who feels this way.
The worst experience. I have tried doing a mobile order twice, and both times they never brought me my food, and would not answer when I knocked on the door. They have taken my money twice and refused to acknowledge it even after driving through the drive through to ask about my mobile order. Would not recommend going to this McDonald’s ever
Why does it seem like every Mcdonalds in this city has horrible service? Why do none of them ever have any actually correct hours posted? Why do none ever have any indication that theyre only doing mobile orders instead making people waste so much time waiting in drive thru lines? How hard is it to put a sign up? If theres a long line, dont waste your time waiting because theres a good chance theyre only doing mobile orders. This is true of every Mcdonalds Ive visited.

I suppose they do alright but I wouldnt know. They dont have indoor dining, and my drivers side window doesnt work well. So Im not gonna risk an hour of tedium just for the chance at a Big Mac.

Horrible establishment. have had orders wrong multiple times, given wrong orders, etc. just this morning i waiter for ten minutes to read a sign that said online orders only. waste of time to even try to go here. so many awful experiences and never a good one. much better off going to the other mcdonalds down the road.
This location has long wait times. Today I planed the 20 minutes it takes to get through their line and after waiting behind 3 cars for 8 minutes the lady taking orders informed me the pop machine is not working. I asked if they would substitute an ice coffee at no charge and she said no after making me wait 5 minutes for a manager. I should have known better then going to list location. Total time in line 18 minutes and no meal. Went to the one down the street (out of my way) and was out with my complete meal in 6 minutes.
If I could give them a zero I would. Lady was rude and yelling from the window. They were wearing gloves, but touching their skin and everything else without changing them. I will never go back there.
This spot is conveniently on the way home. They are short staffed, like everyone else. Late night service you should expect to wait. Any time theres a line, you should expect to wait. Friendly staff.
Everyone loves McDonalds however the lack of hot food after you waited an extra long line its kind of insulting especially when your patient enough to wait in the long lines and not be nasty only to get your food and its lukewarm or cold
The drive throw is all ways so slow. I stayed in line last time I went for 25 min. and left without getting anything it was so slow. I would like a half star rating to give.
My wife and I stopped here for breakfast sandwiches and sweet teas. I must admit I stopped buying McDonalds breakfast sandwiches for myself for at least a year. I wont say why but that I was not pleased with the sandwiches anymore. After I put my hash hashbrown on top of the sausage Mac Muffin and ate it I wish I had another 😫!! The taste was amazing!! Good job satisfying me for breakfast! Looking forward to many returns.
As I was cruising in the neighborhood that I just moved in, I have decided to eat a cheeseburger from this branch. I waited in line to order via drive-through. The manager and employees refused to serve me food because I was on my bike. Although they insisted on me parking my bike and walking indie to order. I respectfully declined; to avoid too many people being in one final place in these times. I wish if these employees can be more understanding, and act responsibly.
My first experience in Michigan and if she could have thrown my food in my bag any harder this morning it would have been smash breakfast. The cashier was having a bad day to put it nicely.
Horrible! After ordering our food i litterally has to reorder at the second window. 25 mins from the time i ordered til the time i got my order. Not to mention i had none of the sauces i ordered And the tea was unsweat. When i asked for sauces i was gived 2 for 30 nuggets and both burgers were ordered with no pickles. And the both had 3 pickles each....4 unhappy people!

I think this place is currently undergoing quite a bit of turnover, but the paltry drive thru lane was far too long a wait. The person giving us our food repeated our order to us, to make sure she was giving us the correct t food, and we still ended up with a cheeseburger when we ordered a double. Do not recommend, at the moment. May get better if they hire additional, appropriate staff.
By far the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Tried to stop here several times but cannot wait this long. Understaffed maybe? I don’t know, but wait times are incredibly long here. If there’s more than a few cars in front of you in the drive through you’ll have a 35-40 minute wait.
Quick service, fast drive thru to feed family ir yourself. The cashier ended up charging the wrong meal on my card, but the manager quickly resolved the issue and provided a refund.
Great food but they like to randomly decide when they are going to stop serving breakfast and decide to close for service from random times between 10 o’clock and 1030 this is happened to me multiple times at this particular McDonald’s not sure what the issue is but it’s very unprofessional
I work nearby and stop here often. No more! Very, very slow every single time. You would think my food would be hot. Ive had a steak bagel that the cheese and butter sauce wouldnt even melt on. The cookies are usually hard from sitting so long. The employees do a terrible job at taking and passing out orders. My longest wait has been 30 minutes. SMH
Cars were ahead of me as I waited for someone to take my order in the drive thru this morning, then a worker comes out, puts a sign on the menu that said “temporarily closed” right in front of me, without even saying a word to me and goes back inside. Umm thanks?
Before, during, and after covid and the lock down it still is a terrible place to go. Long wait times to order and long wait times to get the food. Ordered just a drink once before and it took 10 minutes in line sitting in the drive thru just to get it. And longer to get a small meal of a cheese burger and fries. I dont know who is in charge of training or employee retention but a new face at the window each week shows that they are losing employees faster than they can train them. The sitting area is closed so the people generally running those registers should be on the line making the orders. If i could id rate it -5/5 stars. I dont recommend this fast food joint.
Quick like a typical McDonalds, and staff were apprpriately brusque without being unfriendly. My hotcakes were as expected, though I was disappointed to see that they didnt just have bottles of syrup out anymore - its been a while since Ive eaten in at a McDonalds. The place was clean and either recently built or renovated, so it also had some interesting new ordering computers that should be online soon.
Had a pretty long wait only to get cold food. Ordered a big mac meal and a cheeseburger and both of the burgers were not hot. Should have checked the average review rating before stopping here and went somewhere else. 2 stars are for the fries, those were hot and tasty.
The best McDonalds service Ive ever had! The employee who took our order was quick, accurate, and very friendly. We were greeted with a smile at the window and no wait during rush hour. Kudos to the McDonalds team on Washtenaw!
Terrible service, only item I ordered was a McFlurry. They werent even that busy to have messed it up. They filled it halfway put Oreo in the bottom and didnt even stir It.
Tristan working drive-through is brewed doesnt seem that he cares David have a job the food is actually hot and didnt take you long to get to Hudson whats in a messed up water side giving pretty good the good guy in drive-thru not tattoos with him whatsoever
Don’t go through the drive through in the morning. Waited almost ten minutes just to place my order, with several of those minutes passing while waiting for someone to actually acknowledge me over the speaker. Waited many more minutes to pay for and receive my food. Employees looked scattered and no one was physically working the cash register at the window so they had to process my payment at one of the regular tills.
Waited in line for 15-20 minutes just to get some fries & a soft drink. Arrived @ 11:15pm & 12 is closing time.Honestly would not have stayed if i didnt need to put something on my stomach before a pregame. In the day time is pretty good but dont go late at night

I personal wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop at any of the McDonald in the Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor area or to even work here! I’ve work at this one for 2 years. The staff is very unprofessional and so is the franchise. The franchisee is a very money hungry person! She plays favors ! She promotes people who lack professionalism all Because she likes them. The store manager I worked for was a bully to me and was evil to me! Even in the midst of her losing her child I send my condolences with a teddy bear and card and she was very evil towards me ! She was very two faced! Some of the employees including managers are bullies and behavior very unprofessional! I dealt with a lot of stress and mental health problems because of the evilness I experienced. I wished I never worked here! Wait times can be long in the evenings. Due to staffing they had to cut midnight hours completely. Quality of food is about what you can expect from the franchise. I cant tell you how many times they put ketchup on my food despite my specifically requesting no ketchup. Basically I expect to have to request they remake it about 1/3 or 1/4 visits. Not a great ratio.
I have been to this McDonalds several times when visiting Ann Arbor and am really disappointed by the staff typically. (6 times in last 3 years) I thought it was a single employee the first time in the drive thru but on this most recent trip it happened again. We went in the evening and decided to dine in. The soda machine was malfunctioning so my mother notified the young staff member who informed her that he was not maintenance. Moreover, as we dined we could hear the on shift and older male “manager” making loud references to his position and ridicule our group in a weird indirect way. There are other places to eat in Ann Arbor. Maybe the franchise owner doesn’t know his staff lack customer service skills. I’m sure bottom line this won’t affect them but I will not patronize this particular business anymore.
0 stars if possible. We waited 27 minutes after paying to receive our order. 13 minutes just for drinks at the window. Food was extremely cold and on the big mac it was all lettuce basically. Filet o fish was so cold his and couldnt eat them.Customer service was terrible all they said was Im not even supposed to be at this store
Id give it no stars if I could spent 25 minutes just at the drive thru Mic. The guy kept adding things that we didnt order and he kept saying give me a minute and comes back 5 minutes after untill finally they had someone else get on. I asked to speak to a manager when we were getting our food handed to us. She roled her eyes and gave us out last bag and said have a good day. The manager never came to the window.

I understand you have construction going on in your lobby but this location doesnt even have access to hot coffee. I couldnt order a Frappe, ice cream, smoothie, I couldnt get anything accept Iced coffee. All machines were inoperable. I ended up leaving empty handed because this location was so lacking in items. If you plan to keep a store open while under construction make sure you are still able to offer the entire menu or close down entirely so innocent people dont waste their time.

I had a coupon from the app that they did not honor because they said it wasnt a participating store, even though I went right through the app link from this store. My fries were cold. I started eating them right away while I waited for my child Happy meal, which took almost 10 minutes to get.
The last two times I was here things were bad. They simply do not have enough staff. The first of my two trips the wait was 20 minutes and the second time they were so understaffed they closed the drive-thru. The staff they have are good, but if you cant hire someone at $11 hour, maybe you should try 12 or 13 dollars.
I swear this guy who took orders seemed high or something. He was taking forever to find things on his screen of menu and was keep on asking you want fries right ? Not just me but people in front of me too he had trouble. They want 15 an hour come on really

I came 10 minutes before closing but they refused to serve me. I understand that it was an inconvenient time, but seeing as an order should take only 2 or so minutes this should have been plenty of time to accommodate me. I found this especially strange because the restaurant is advertised both here on Google Maps and on the interstate as being open 24 hours. I thought perhaps both were wrong and the stores hours had changed, but when I was exiting the drive-thru I saw 2 cars receiving their orders, so I know for certain they were at least open when I pulled up.
At 2:00 in the afternoon, there was no one waiting on anyone in the store. The kiosks were not being used. I walked out. I dont know when I will give McDonalds another chance. Definitely not anytime soon.

I usually go on Sundays at about 6:45 a.m. certain women who work there take too long to come to the speaker. There has been times i left because I got no greeting for like 3 minutes and it was during there business hours for sure. Today is the second time in a row something was wrong with my order and I was told i didnt say I wanted a hash brown when I said MEAL. Some ppl are on there way to work and dont have time for all those mistakes.
My friend and I were deciding where to go for lunch. We both said McDonalds. The Big Mac Meal is the best combo out there. Plus, the French fries are so good that you can eat them without ketchup. And the Big Mac is tied in my mind with the Burger King Whopper as the best burgers on the planet.
Owner sat on her phone and with a friend for an hour, knowing full well I had a scheduled interview with her for a manager position; we were seated less than ten feet apart and she had already spoken with me once.Even getting up to leave, still couldnt acknowledge that she had wasted my time.
What a Joke! We entered the store only to be greeted by no one. Three times managers yelled for someone to come to the counter and take our order...after the second time I yelled back I can always go to another McDonalds...which had no reply...third time we heard a manager yell about someone coming to the front I counted to 10 and walked back to my car and went to Carpenter Road. The terrible thing was the managers who yelled were all on their personal phones and more worried about their calls over the people at the counter.
Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Was the 2nd car in line, no one in the store at the counter. Took over 30 minutes to order, pull to the window, and get our food. Then got an attitude from the employee. One employee was sliding around the store with plastic bags on her feet and the other was just plain lazy. I would give 0 stars if possible.
Im actually loving the kiosks used for ordering. We tried the bacon cheese fries. They were meh. More cheese would have been good. The tables werent clean which was disappointing considering the empty lobby.

Couldnt believe they charged me $0.25 for water. Then got my order wrong. All I wanted was a quarter pounder no cheese. Ended up eating cheese I didnt want.
Waited in the DT for 30 minutes. They said the machines were down, which I understood, until I got to the food window and waited 10 mins. I watched people stand around and totally disregard peoples time. My food was ready the entire ten minutes that I set at the window.
SLOW drive through It took over 20 minutes to process 4 orders. They should have had a very large order pull aside. When we did get up to the window, our order wasnt ready and they made it right in front of us. My oatmeal was very watery.

As a Google guide I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and write a fair review. Honestly this place deserves 1 star. They have multiple ordering kiosks for the drive through. The lady took the orders in the wrong order in line. She aparently did not relay this mistake to the man taking money because he charged the person in the car in front of me the wrong order. We then all had to wait for them to correct the issue. During this time I saw 7 different cars get out of line and leave since it took so long. When I finally got to pay she had to reinput my order in which I paid. I went to get my food and discovered that she didnt reinput my order correct from the receipt of my order in front of her and missed my extra sweet and sour sauce. I asked the lady handing out food for my extra sauce and she refused and also refused for me to pay right there for an extra one. I gave up and drove away after 20 minutes with nuggets and fri3d that had been sitting in the bag the entire time since they were no longer warm and a drink with half melted ice and a straw soaked to the point I needed a new one.I dont know how this location is still in business8/16/18 2:33 PM Order 04
Never been in a McDonalds where they cook food as ordered. Nothing made. I was only person inside. Long line in drive thru. I waited and waited. I called over the manager to get my money back. He got my order immediately.
Went there at 10:00am. There were 4 people in from of me and with a to go order I walked out at 10:25.People were having fits in line about the wait others left. Also people were working on the bathroom and set am old toilet paper dispenser right on the counter.Not cool McDonalds
I had a double fish sandwich added tomato and lettuce it was so good cook real fresh and a large fry with all the fries in it filled up to the brim and my Coke was not flat just enough ice and I was good to go
This McDonalds was the worst I have been to. Odered our meal and meals were missing when looking at the receipt it wasnt even put in, had to order the Big Mac sandwich again. The lady could barely speak English let alone understand use while placing the order will not go back.

Stopped in for a quick sandwich and took a horribly long time. The first thing was the cashier either couldnt count change or something because we got our change back in dimes. My husband order chicken strips and it took 15 minutes to get them and when he complained the manager said they didnt expect that many people. There were two. While sitting there eating another gentleman was waiting for his order and they left it sitting on the counter and didnt tell him it was ready and when he realized it was there it was cold and they didnt offer him a different meal or anything and the manager had the balls to get a little mouthy with him when the guy gave him a hard time. Not a good place to eat. I dont think the manager knows what hes doing. We wont go there again. This was in Ann Arbor.
I ordered a large meal and they gave me three packages of ketchup. I asked for more and the lady at the drive thru said thats all I get I have to pay if I want more. I have never in my life been charged for ketchup. Just lost a loyal customer McDonalds, whats next? Charge for salt packets?
Slowest location I have ever been to. I have sat in line for over 15 minutes on more than one occasion. Re-evaluate this location and fix the broken system.
It was a mediocre experience while ordering because the shake machine was not working and the attitude of the employees gave me the impression that they could have cared less if we were there or not. After we got our food I realized the floor was disgustingly filthy. The table we ate at looked like it was recently cleaned, which was redeeming. Then, after we ate, I went in the bathroom with our children - it was disgusting, from top to bottom (I would give details but it would turn your stomach). It was so disgusting that we didnt use the facilities, we just washed our hands and walked out. My stomach turned when I started to think about the restaurant reviews I have read which always cite that the cleanliness of the bathroom is typically a reflection of the cleanliness of the kitchen in restaurants. I will never go there again.
Worst customer service ever. Not even going to waste more of my time explaining my specific experience since it looks like so many others have done sosalready! What a joke of an establishment. And who gave that sour-faced Diane chic a manager shirt? 😂 Got my money back before even leaving the drive-thru window. Im sorry but this place has a bad time being able to count how many burgers you order if you order more than two. You will often get over cooked fries burnt fish in your fish sandwich. I would advise always counting your food before you leave the window
Either I went to to different place than theses other people or I’m crazy. I went to this mcdonalds this morning and when I got there was never greeted or had the chance to order. The sad part is the lobby consisted of an older couple waiting on coffee and me. So if you plan on going here don’t expect and be prepared to wait for someone behind the counter to even pay attention to front of the house.
I have never written a review but this time I feel like its nessesary.This place seems to always be clean since I come daily.When it comes to the food I have had a couple of times when food has been burned like I mean literally burned hard rock. Customer service its a whole another story. For example I had 2-3 employees roll there eyes in front of my face to talking about me because I come daily. I mean really? food I pay for (its not free) I continue to come because its close to my home and because if I find my food burned I let them know respectfully and give there food back and they always make my order again. This is my honest review and what I have personally experience.

When I placed my order and got to the window to receive my food I checked my bags and there were two items missing that I had ordered. They said they didnt charge me for them and it was not on my receipt. I said I had specifically asked for these and the lady argued with me. I ask to speak to a manager and in a minute or two they came back with the food that I had ordered and said have a nice day. So I guess they handle it okay but the lady at the window had refused to help me and that I had to drive back around to reorder etc. and I thought that was very unacceptable.
Worst, slowest service ever. 15+ minutes waiting in the drive through, the lobby is just as slow if not worse. Everyone here seems to have no idea what they are doing. Avoid this place. There is nothing fast about it. I could have gone to an actual restaurant and had my food quicker.
Ordered curbside and still had to go in to get my order. Not sure if they were short started or just slow. Either way my fries and sandwich were lukewarm. If I hadnt wasted half my break waiting I would have went back in for a refund.
On a regular basis I have had to return after leaving because they messed my order up. Asked for honey mustard? You will get ranch. This is especially annoying because their drivethrough takes an eternity. I have waited in line fifteen minutes without a car moving. And that was before the construction. Dont go here. They are the worst. I remember one time they wouldnt let me order lunch because it didnt start for another two minutes. So I held up the line for two minutes and then ordered. Place is a joke.
WORST MCDONALDS EVER! If I could leave zero stars I would! Asked for fresh fries got cold one even though the woman said sure...hamburger had been under a heat lamp and cold and bread hard. Had to wait 10 minutes to order, half way through the order they told us there were only 2 people working and they couldnt take our order and they had to make the food for the cars ahead and behind us. They refused to take the order after we had gotten to 6 mcdoubles and when asked to speak with the manager he informed us that he could not help us and refused to give his name when asked for it to call corporate offices. It ridiculous that we had to wait that long to order. It was a ridiculous experience and I would advise others to go else where because at this mcdonalds the customer doesnt come first.
Literally the worst McDonald’s in the Ann Arbor area. Constant backed up in the drive thru and they always seem to be out of bagels for some reason. Took 30 mins from start to finish to get our food in the drive thru, no apologies from any staff and not even a thank you have a nice day.
I visited this location on 8/11 at 0345 and went through the 24 hour drive thru. I sat at the first speaker for a few minutes and tried to get a response - no answer. I went to the other speaker for a response, no answer. I drove by and looked in the store - lights were on but I didnt see anyone. I then called this location at 0515 the same morning and a kid answers the phone, McDonalds how can I help you?. I asked if this location was open 24/7 and he says yeah. I explained that I was there a couple hours ago and no one answered the drive through and he goes yeah. I said so are you guys open now? He said yeah. That was the extent of the conversation. Really irritating, no apology, he seemed like he really didnt care and didnt offer an explanation as to why the drive thru wasnt open. I definitely wont depend on this location for early morning breakfast sandwiches.
Every. Time. Every freaking time. Slowest place ever and the order is ALWAYS wrong. Stopped by this morning in desperation at 6:15...15 minutes after they opened and they were in fact still closed. At least it was the fastest I’ve ever been through that drive thru...
Not happy after waiting 45 mins for breakfast sandwich.watching people ask for thier money back. Waiting longer than myself. 2 employees arguing and 4 people staffing the restraunt on a sunday morning. I was second in line . the guy ahead of me left.before getting all his food.
Paid for my drinks thr Mobil app didnt get my drinks then they wouldnt refund me were rude and said there drink machines are full of flies drink up
Food was good, typical MC food, very very slow service. Walked in on staff argument behind the counter. 3 people looked at us and walked away, with no acknowledgement. Then finally a staff person came up to us. There was no one is the restaurant but us. The Male manager was very nice.
The rating is not for the food or staff but getting in and out of the place. The entry and exit is on to Wasthenaw avenues busiest section. I got stuck for over 25 minutes to get out of this place during busy hour of the day. Though there is a sign requesting other road users not to block the drive way, I dont think people bother to read it.
Legit the slowest McDonalds in Ann Arbor area, possibly Michigan in general. Be prepared to wait at least 5-10 mins to be acknowledged, another 10 mins to move from the speaker, another 15 mins to sit in line, and at least another 10 mins to get to the window to get your order, (which most likely will be incorrect). STAY AWAY!
Waited nearly half hour in drive through at midnight on a Thursday which is OK because everything else is closed. Got to the window and they didnt even know what I ordered and employees on cell phones. I ordered the southern chicken sandwich and was given the crispy chicken instead. It wasnt even a mix up because they put two pickles on it and used the right bun. So they gave me the wrong thing on purpose. What a joke.
This one was good, I got to try out the new kiosk. It was cool, it wasnt too crowded when I was in there, but I imagine that if theres a line inside, this would help cut the wait time down. I had time to sit, and eat, and the inside was clean.
They must have been training someone new. We waited and waited during our most recent visit. Once we paid, then we waited some more at the second window where we got the food. Then they gave us the wrong drinks and we had to get that corrected too. This was not what we have come to expect from the premier brand of fast food.
Drive through very slow, no indoor ordering allowed. Delay caused us to miss our next appointment!

Longest wait in a drive through I have ever experienced. Burned, bruttle bacon and cold egg biscuit - cool enough that the cheese refused to melt; dry biscuit so crumbly it fell apart trying to eat it. The final insult: my large coffee was lukewarm and full of grounds. Wholly unacceptable, and an insult to McDonalds restaurants everywhere.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 hamburger and a quarter pounder and when I got them they were cold. I stop eating there for awhile because of this. Somethings never change. And a guy that was cooking had braids with no hair net or cap. Nasty
I spent 5-6 minuets waiting to order, told twice they would be with me soon. After ordering I sat 20 minuets sitting at the window and was never spoken to. Went inside and waited for manager who said there were only 3 employees ( I could see 4). Asked for complaint number, which I received without any comment or attempt to resolve my concerns. WORST EVER!
Ordered a large Diet Coke and was given a medium regular coke. Not sure how somebody screws that up but you definitely need a low IQ to mess up a simple order like that.

Waited for ever in drive thru this morning ordered (2) of the same combos 1 with a large coke and 1 with a frappe. I only got 1 breakfast sandwich but 2 hashbrowns and I got a diet coke instead of a normal coke... complete waste of $17
A long wait. The food just wasnt as appearing the way is shown. They messed up my frappe. The crew was fantastic and the store was clean. I guess that makes up for the disappointment between advertising and real.
This place is quite possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, they messed up the order in nearly every way possible, and over charged who was paying for it. The place is filthy and the manager is rude and impatient. Absolutely DO NOT recommend to anyone.
Really confused right now because myself and another car just came through drive thru which is supposed to be open until 11. We can see employees walking around with drinks in the grill yet nobody answered us or even open the window to say were closed. Does the entire store close at 10 or did you close early?

No part of the meal I received was tasty or fulfilling. The bun was stale, meat was crispy, fries tasted like soap, and the lemonade was off... Avoid at any time in the day!
According to the website, they close at 11. In the last 4 weeks, Ive tried going there after work 6 times. I get off work at 10, and get to the drive thru at about 10:15. On three occasions theyve told me theyre closed (it would be one thing if I got there 5 minutes before 11, but if youre not doing business at 10:15, youre not open until 11), and on one occasion they told me they were out of burgers.
No napkins, catsup, salt, or any other necessity. Let that manager know they forgot to brings these things out and he proceeds to tell me these things are available by request. He said The loss profits of all those things directly affect the crews pay rate. So I have to ask for a napkin so this business can afford their employees. Rude people, horribly cheap setting, food was the same as every other low rent McDonalds... Never going there again.

Waited 10 minutes to get to the window (I only ordered a tea) got to the window and watched two employees come to the window and not open it for five minutes ; therefore leading me to just leave because 15 minutes for a cup of tea is ridiculous ! It is hard to get in and their coffee/ice cream machine has been down the past few times Ive visited. Came recently at 10 pm and they told me that they were closed and thats why it took me and the other people in the drive through line about 30 minutes to get our food.
The mcdonalds at lee rd is horrible. This is the only one I have ever been to where it takes 10 minutes to get a basic cup of coffee and sometimes even longer if you order food as well.

Fast friendly service, unlike the other Ann Arbor location.I had breakfast on a Saturday (dine-in) here, sausage eg McMuffin combo. The egg was over-easy style in that it was fully cooked but the yolk was in tack. This was an awesome breakfast. the hashbrown was done properly crunchy but not burnt and the coffee was about the right temp.The restaurant was clean and the same style as most (trying to look up-scale with the brown colors, fancier lights and minimal advertising, which isnt a bad thing).My only complaint is that their cup of water is actually a half-full sundae cup. Everything that I wanted to order they said they didn’t sell any more but it was up on the menu screen. After I went out to my car I looked at their menu online and it was even for sale on there. So what the hell??

I had the pleasure of being helped by Shelisha (sp) at the drive thru window. My 2yr old granddaughter was having a fit in her car seat. Shelisha was extremely patient. She never once got aggravated. She kept her window open the entire. Even through all the crying. I just want to let her know that her kindness made my day. Thank you so much Shelisha for going above and beyond!!
Chairs are a little weird in there. Prefer the one on washtenaw-Ann arbor border.That one is a cozy 5 star.Maybe the guy dying on table 2 when I walked in had to do with my bias.

2022-04-06Food has been inconsistent, but at least the store is open more consistently than other locations in the area. Mainly posting this to remind myself to stop rolling the dice with this place. Today our sandwiches mostly tasted likd grease, and the nuggets were so dry that my wife couldnt finish them. One time the food was so salty that it burned our taste buds. A lot of times they get the food right. The times they get it wrong though is punishing. Staff are generally courteous. They offer curbside and drive thru. Its in a busy area which can make it challenging to get in & out.

2022-02-27Went here after dropping off my chinchilla at the vet. No sense in sitting in my car without food. Because it was breakfast hours, they were busy, and Im willing to bet short-staffed due to Covid. Wait was a bit longer than I expected in the drive-thru, but it was fine. I placed my order through the app to make it easier, and so they could start making my food. Cashier Melissa confirmed my order at the window, and she was so nice and efficient. Would go back just for her customer service!P.S. Not related to this visit, but please be kind to our service workers. With the pandemic going on so long, theyve gotta be exhausted.

2022-03-14Went inside to use the restroom , three people standing behind the counter talking and the restrooom was disgusting, absolutely nasty. Definitely didn’t make me want to eat there, so I didn’t. Wouldn’t want to know how gross the kitchen is where customers can’t see if you won’t clean the restroom where customers can see. I wish I had my phone on me I would definitely upload pics. I will be back to check again and get some pics if none of you decided to clean. Zero stars if I could. There’s no excuse to be standing around talking if the bathroom looks like that.
