A very busy McDonalds, but the staff were friendly. Their equipment could use some fixing. The food was fresh and good. The place was clean and being cleaned able we were there. They have a cool kids play area as well. Review update 09-05-2017. We went there again and the food was hot and fresh. Staff were werent very attentive at the counter. The manager was nice. I-94 westbound ramp is closed and by the door, they had a map and directions to get back on the highway. Very helpful for people coming from out of town.
I ordered a shake inside on the kiosk and it took abit to get it; I understand that there were other orders around me but it seems like I was going to be last on purpose. Than I think it was a manager who talked right in my face with her mask in my face with my mask that quickly apologized for everything and seemed that she wanted me out of the lobby area so that she and fellow staff members could finish up the drive thru rush orders...
Worst McDonalds ever waited in lobby forever to get waited on Employees saw me standing there and just looked at me dress code is whatever you wanna wear one employee was wearing Addis flip flops. I was finally waited on and got my drink cups to go went to pour my drinks from the machine thought the floor was awful shinny but soon realized I was standing in a flood from the machine leaking water. The floor was covered in standing water got my drinks and went to leave but floor was so slippery that I twisted my knee no one seemed to care left and will never go back or recommend this place stay away
They need a new manager, who can see what the workers do, like slow service, actitud and the worst part was the bathroom was nasty with “POOP “on the floor and walls . Makes me sick thinking that the workers use the bathroom and go back to work .OMGplus waiting for a coffee more than 10 min!
Would give zero stars but it’s not an option they charged me for someone else order then charged me for mine and I top of that got my order wrong twice trying to correct it do yourself a favor and go else where horrible service no one knows what they are doing and by the time they do get your order correct usually the third or fourth time it’s cold will never stop here again
I was just at the Benton harbor Michigan location ordered a ten piece chicken meal and ten other chicken nuggets, but for those 20 pieces they only gave to sauce containers, and they give one for a six piece, so if you order a 20 pieces, you should at least get four, but they say I should pay for it, but two sauces is not good for a 20 piece, of course that best is to give four sauces for a 20 piece, the customer should not have to pay for that
This is an incredibly low-energy location. No enthusiasm at all visible from any of the employees. Simply going through the motions it seems like. No thank-yous or any talk other than to call out your number to pick up your order. Thats it. Everyone seemed kind of miserable. Inside most tables were dirty and for 6 PM no one was inside. Pop machines were leaking water from multiple dispensers. Ice randomly dumped out as well when no one was near. That was good for a chuckle. Snack wrap chicken wasnt cut and was so wide in spots the wrap couldnt close. Havent seen that from any other locations before but Id attribute this to someone just didnt feel like exerting the energy to cut it...
Not only did they refuse to give us our money back, but got our order completely wrong and argued to us for 5 minutes in the drive through. We ordered a Fish Fielet meal and they gave us two cheese burgers, and kept arguing thats now what we said so when we asked for a refund they refused to give us our money or food. The stole from us.
The staff was working hard, but they need help - there just arent enough people working. The drive through line was about 20 minutes and the lobby closed (presumably lack of staff). The food was fresh and hot, no complaints there. Again, I dont blame the staff - save the blame for either management or the government.
Our food was super fresh.We only get McDonalds when we are on the road so weve been to quite a few and honestly this was one of the freshest.Our fries were super hot, the nuggets were hot and fresh and so were the chicken sandwiches.Usually you are lucky to get one hot and fresh item. We will definitely add this to our stop
Parking lot side door says lobby open for carry out only 7 am - 10 pm but the door was still locked @ 7:10. We rattled door, workers looked but ignored. So Daughter-in-law ordered via the app. We waited 10 min. before they brought out wrong order but she had son come in The front door & get it figured out. Now why is there not a sign on the side door that says to use the front door? Get you heads out of the duffle bag folks!
Got the wrong breakfast sandwich. Ask to pull up and would bring out the correct ones. Our receipt said 9:13. We pulled up kept waiting... While we waited my husband noticed other customers were handing back their bags too. Finally hubby backed up to the window after some maneuvering and told her we did not receive our breakfast sandwiches yet. She said oh sorry and handed them to us. It was 9:40. I understand they may be understaffed or new employees. But come on. You are delivering peoples food. (We watched an employee leave and come back from a delivery). By the time we ate everything was cold.
Growing up....I personally have never really like McDonalds because they always used to serve cold french fries I think recently theyve changed their time deepfrying, or maybe their standards I dont know, I know now that french fries are tasty, I usually get an ice cream cone, my husband, my son Seth and I love love love the vanilla soft serve ice cream they have on regular Cones, we dip our French fries into the ice cream. soooo yummy!!
Horrible service tonight at Benton Harbor location. Person taking order kept repeating it back incorrectly, person handing me food said error was only a few cents difference, then handed me a $1 bill and wanted to take Kids Meal back and re-make what it was suppose to be. I pulled into parking area to give to child and it was wrong and didn’t have sauce or napkins. I walked up to window and girl said, Oh, you should have got something different so I said just give me the sauce. I’m leaving!!!!
Three stars due to lack of productivity. Extremely long wait, food was wrong. I understand issues due to lack of staffing as I am a food professional myself, but there are certain ways that you are able to conduct business in a civil manner despite the chaos going on around you.
This has to be the laziest McDonalds in United States.Go there in the afternoon, they are closed due to short handed!Go there in the morning, they are closes and dont know when they will open?And the 1 time I do get food from there when they are open! Literally sat in the drive thru for 35 for a fish.And it was disgusting.Wish they had a thumbs down button.Do not attempt to eat here.The one that do show up to work dont want to be there!You all suck!
This place gets worse all the time, most of the time lately its cash only, no shakes (its summertime so really?), no frappes, lines take 10 minutes or more to go through just to be given this tidbit of information. You have an electronic board, use it or post a sign out front before people get in the drive thru. Try hiring grown ups and quit letting rude kids run your store.
My participation in dining at this particular location was indubitably splendid. I cannot even begin to express how lovely the kitchen staff were, it was even more preposterous than my cousin Donald’s house that is very big and very white. They served me a four course meal and it was wonderful. The facilities were immaculate, I felt as though I could eat off the toilet seats.I would not recommend dining at this establishment unless you wish to undergo therapy after, for how awful it was.
They took the time to make our sandwiches decently. I refrained from you to a McDonalds for a long time because I couldnt get a Mcdouble with lettuce, tomato and mayo without the sandwich coming to me so sloppy n destroyed that I couldnt eat them all without making a complete mess..This crew seems to have it together..GOOD JOB GUYS N GALS
Came in about 3pm on Sunday, wasnt very busy but some customers waiting for their order.Staff all seemed to be busy enough (no.one standing around) and there were enough staff on (I counted 5 or 6)We ordered just 2 coffees.We are on the road, still had a couple hundred miles to go, wanted a quick coffee and go.Ordered, and saw our number up on the board.Waited and waited.Everyone else (who has ordered food) was served.My traveling companion was getting really annoyed after 10 minutes.Our number disappeared off the board.After another few minutes I found a staff who made eye contact with me, and asked what had happened to our order.She went in the back and came out with our coffee.No explanation, no apology, just handed them over.It took 17 min from start to finish to get our coffee.Id say the customer service needs some work here.Otherwise the store and bathrooms were clean, garbage emptied and pretty flowers landscaped outside which looked nice
Here we are towards the end of vaccination stage and they still have the dining room closed. They could of had a large sign on door saying Drive thru only. I left the line to go inside and surprize!! The door is locked. The line was out to street so no getting back in line. POOR MANAGEMENT. the line was going slow as molasses. Thats OK that we left cause Im sure the food would of sucked also.
I hate this place. I go here because it is closest to my house, but it is the worst. They regularly get orders wrong, or make them so sloppy you have to reconstruct your food before you can eat it. Then they have the nerve to get an attitude with you for saying something. Management is just as bad. This is a stressful time for everyone, but this mess is inexcusable. I would give ZERO stars if i could. 😒
My family and I love the frappe they serve, when they have them, for some reason the Benton Harbor location is always down for cleaning or the machine is broke or maybe the crew doesnt want to be bothered to make them. My recommendation go to the Coloma restaurant, they serve frappe there. Or go to Biggbys coffee place. No disappointment there.
It took 20 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches and a small mocha coffee to arrive after I ordered it. I had to go back up for the coffee because they never brought it out. The two stars are for the food, which was well prepared and warm. Not worth the wait though. I could have got a full sit down fresh made breakfast faster for the same price (came to $9!?!!)
When you place a order the employees don’t even listen. They literally put in a different order. Then I had to wait in the drive through again because they wouldn’t answer the phone and doors are locked on the building. To let them know that they made a mistake. This is beyond terrible service!!!!
6:15 am may 16.2021Employee took the order in front of me in drive thru. Then when i got to the speaker she said they were closed. Now i have to go all the way to St.Joe or Coloma to get my pregnant wife a McChicken McGriddle!!! Thanks for the wasted gas and empty belly Benton Harbor!!
Excellent customer service. I placed my order through the mobile app. When I came in to pick up my order, the manager confirmed that they had received the order but that the sandwich I had ordered was not on their regular menu so it would take a couple minutes to custom make it. When I received my order it was perfect. I had also custom ordered a Cold Brew Frozen coffee with a shot of espresso. My order was completed quickly and perfectly. Have eaten here several times and have not had any issues. Also, the mens bathroom has 3 urinals and 2 stalls! I mention this because Ive noticed that a lot of newly remodeled fast food restaurants like this one only have one urinal and one stall which is ridiculous. The restaurant is large and clean. Plenty of parking, and easy access from I-94. Excellent dining experience.
Ordering from the drive thru was ridiculous, very rude and too much attitude.Waited 30+ minutes at the reserved drive thru spot. The girl came and brought 3 different bags of food 3 different times, all not our order.I get that you probably hate your job, but it is a job, you are working in customer service.
ALWAYS THE FASTEST SERVICE. I will drive an extra fee miles just to go to this McDonalds because I love their fast service. It gets busy at lunch time but they always stay up to date with orders. The drive through is open 24 hours and it gets a little slower during the night hours simply because theres less people working. Also they have the option to order from the screens and pay with card. My socially anxious self LOVES this which also makes it worth it to drive a little further. Best service in the whole area.
McDonalds in my area is perfect! Never had an order wrong! Never had any problems the employees are so sweet and treat you as there friend trust me you wont have any issues with McDonalds this one is spot on!!! Other fast food places I have had orders wrong and got into fights with the employees and bosses and I have been going to this McDonalds for 2yrs and never had any issues McDonalds deserves a 5 star rating also the prices for the food are amazing I may not be able to afford a lot but I can always find money to eat here!!!
Almost every time i come here the service is terrible. I often dont get a receipt making it difficult if they mess up my order which they do every once in a while. Seen the cashier at the first window looking at their phone multiple times. I do like the upgrades they are doing to the McDonalds however the staff need wayy better training. Sometimes theyll give me someone elses order and it irritates me cause theyve done that a couple times. Food wise it could be better but not as good as the McDonalds i usually go to in paw paw.
The drive-thru is very slow. Not to mention one of the dirtiest surroundings Ive ever seen. Spills and debris outside the pickup window. Way overdue for a good power washing. Inside also could use better custodial efforts. Trash on the floor sticky countertops things not in order. Food was consistent for a chain restaurant
Horrible customer service. Took ten minutes to make 2 frappĕs, and upon finishing making the first one, I am told the machine is broken before the woman turns and just walks away. Luckily the lady upfront seemed competent and was able to finish making my order. So obviously the machine wasnt broken, she didnt know what she was doing, and lied to me. Something like this seems to always happen when I come to this chain restaurant, and I will not be supporting them anymore. Horrible customer service, horrible experience.
Automatic order machine a joke. One would expect if you use it to order and skip the line,you would receive your order BEFORE those in line.! Not so. Food order took over 20 minutes, and was missing beverages, and I had to get them myself. Ice Cream order, never came, when I asked about it, I had to literally beg for assistance, probably 10 or more workers talking to each other not tending the customer. When I finally got the attention of an employee leaving work and who informed one of her coworkers that I needed help I was informed that my order had not posted to their machine and that when anyone pays at the machine they should confirm that the order processed by standing in line and checking with the cashier! !?? Why have a machine? ?
Most HORRIFIC customer service experience ever...it was about 3 AM.Three young blacks - 2 men, 1 woman.Waited 30 minutes for meal, got wrong order, she DEMANDED it back...It only had one extra fish; we asked to keep it due to the loooooong wait...............NO I NEED THAT BACK.........She snatched it then shoved her own hand out the window with the bag with the one sandwich, then she and coworker stormed out of sight....Cashier at first window wasnt any better. I had a feeling the car in front of me would be awhile and politely asked him to bring my order to this window.............ITS NOT READY YET.............so get it ready since the line is about to stand still*?*!*?*
We stopped by for our long trip from Wisconsin back to Michigan. The services was extremely slow as if all workers were trainees. The store and toilet were dirty.One soda machine was out of order. Therefore, there was a line to dispense soda.The good part was customers were patients and politely waiting at the order,pick up counters and the soda machine.
This is hands down one of the best locations in southwest michigan, i have visited at multiple times of day or night, service is consistently great, food is consistently great and the people are great as well. Other locations in the area no where near as on point as these folks. They should send people to the other locations and get them trained like the team here is. Great job guys!
It took 27 minutes to get my food, when I asked for a refund, I was told to call my manager, white lady. Food was cold, soda was all carbonated water, 2 employees were working and both had weaves on their heads with loose hairs on their clothes. They were very rude because I asked why there was a 27 minute long wait for 1 cheeseburger, 1 egg McMuffin, 1 hash brown and 1 medium Sprite. There were only 2 cars ahead of me and 1 got 2 small bags and 2 drinks, 1 got 1 medium bag and 3 drinks. Its completely and totally unacceptable. Place is complete trash
I went to this McDonalds to get a unsweetened tea. When I get to the first window and the said. You ordered a large sweet tea. I said no an unsweetened tea, with no sugar. The girls just said yes. Then I get the 2nd window and I asked this is unsweetened tea, and he said yes. Well it was sweet tea. Thank God Im moving this McDonalds has always been a problem
Ha, even in the picture from this survey it shows a milkshake with brightly colored specks. Where did the color come from? But thats just the beginning Whew. Its just disgusting to think what you will find if you scrutinized the ingredients and processes used to get that food to the counter. But if you really dont care about what goes inside of you, then ignore this.Obviously, you shouldnt eat here but there is still value in McDonalds when you need a WiFi in a pinch.
Every time I go to this one they mix up your orders and if your in the drive thru the person in front of you will usually get your order even though at the speaker they ask for a name but they dont ask for it at the window. And everytime I go inside I see the staff on their cellphones and they have their kids running around in there I have even seen kids running around and touching stuff where the food is made that is not sanitary too me..
I love the curbside to go and using the app to order, but you have to check your order completely before you leave! I ordered 2 quarter pounders without cheese and I looked in the bag! The top sandwich was correct, so I assumed the other one was too! But it wasnt, it had cheese on it! Always check the whole order! Theres a reason the employees make minimum wage!
Waited in drive threw for at least 10 min then another 5 at the speaker they literally kept us waiting at the speaker just to tell us we closed if u didnt want to serve us u should have just said we closed when we pulled up to the speaker would have been more understandable than making us wait at the speaker just to say once again we closed perhaps you should take down your drive threw sign down that said 24 hrs next to it or have posted on your speaker box holiday hours.
Staff at drive through are extremely slow. They seem to have more interest in whats going on with other employees instead of what they should be doing. It shouldnt take three individuals to take a payment for your order. Time to quit the gossip and take care of your customers.
Went through drive thru at 12:17 am. The lady that was taking our order asked us the order about 5 times. Each time she messed up. Got to the window .. she was talking on the phone and it made sense why she asked us so many time what we ordered. We paid .. forgot some stuff on the receipt then dropped our change on the floor. Didnt say anything and closed the window. Got up to pick up the food. Handed us the bag. Closed the window and left.
I was at the McDonalds on West Main/M-43.The food was Fresh and Hot...the Fries held up the McDonalds reputation.I like getting a Lg.Strawberry shake.. the shake machine is broken most of the time I go...or is being cleaned.The Manager should be tired of cobbling the shake machines back together so much.Theres enough revenue passing thru the window and over the counters and into the Cash Registers...they can buy an updated version of the Shake Machine.The wait staff is always very nice.
The service is really slow. Also the workers only gossip half of the time. Some people dont wear hair nets. Thats disgusting. But the food is great. Some of the employees are actually working. The people in the back are doing okay its the people who have the simplest job are doing most of the gossiping. Thats all I got to say.
The woman taking our order didnt under what we meant that we only wanted pickles and onions on a number 9 (2 cheeseburgers meal). Once we got our meals, only 1 of the 2 burgers has only pickles and onions, the other had everything. In addition to this, my son had a chicken nugget happy meal and I got the 10 nugget meal. All of our nuggets had black spots on them, but they didnt feel or taste burnt. I suspect theyre being fried in dirty oil. Regardless, later my son started to complain about a stomach ache and I was feeling nauseous too.
Worst McDonalds location I have ever been to. Horrible service is #1. They are pretty good in the morning with making you feel acknowledged, but any other time is not even worth it. Find new staff for evening hours. Sat at the drive thru for about 8 minutes without anyone even letting us know they were there. As we drove past, there was only one car at the second window. 2 employees were at both windows. Must be nice to get paid to sit around and do nothing all night.
Its McDonalds so set your expectations accordingly. But this one in particular does not have a good reputation. I rate based on the goodness of the food and the excellent standards of the place and people that serve the food. This reaches no heights beyond gross fast food, so how could I rate it any higher.
Something in my egg bacon and cheese biscuit or orange juice purchased at the pipestone road McDonalds made me violently ill. There is no question it was their food although they deny it. After 14 and a half hours of eating nothing I had the above meal. 3 hours later I was violently ill. After purging both ends of my digestive system I felt some relief about about 9 hours after eating. The next day I was fine. because I did not have an OFFICIAL record of what I ate the day before and because I didnt take a stool sample they contend that they are not responsible. How ridiculous their claims department is.
This has to be the worst Mc Donalds in the area. There is always a line. The employees are disrespectful. Food is cold and orders are always incorrect. They need to fire whom ever runs this store. THE ABSOLUTE WORST RESTAURANT IN THE AREA. And thats saying something considering the location. Id give 0 stars if it were an option.
Will not stop here again. Tables were messy. Since I am gluten free, I ordered a sandwich with no bun. My family all got their order and was nearly done eating before I got mine. When I did get it, they neglected to put cheese on my quarter pounder so I took it back up and they literally just slapped a piece of cheese on the top. Poor quality and service!!
This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. We waited 30 minutes for food inside. I have never seen such slow service. One employee I saw cooking flipped off customers in the lobby (jokingly because he knew them). I am never coming to this location again. Do yourself a favor and dont come here.
Had to wait for the food both times I stopped. Food cold both times and the topper had to wait both times figured they would have made it right. But was on a time crunch..Fries were old and cold. Ended up tossing them wasnt worth going back to fix it. Have a good idea why.
Drive thru lady was the rudest person ever. Ordered two frappes and I wanted her to scan my phone to get a point towards a free coffee. She kept insisting that I wont get anything and how I was as already getting a buy one get one free frappe. I was telling her just to please scan it but she kept shaking her head and didnt want to do it. How hard is it to just do what the customer wants you to do?
Went threw drive threw. Ordered my food, they asked me to pull cause they had to cook it fresh. No big deal! When they brought me my food. It wasnt even half of my order. Then to get the rest of my food. I had to Show a receipt. Then they forgot my sauces and salt and pepper. Worst place Ive been to in along time. Dont go there
Was just greeted with “ What you want” in the most rudest manner ever , so i just drove off! The workforce in this building is horrendous and i guarantee you the kitchen stays filthy, if you cant even staff the place with decent people to take the orders just imagine who’s preparing your food!!!! All i want is a damn coffee without a attitude from some lazy ass Troglodyte who ended herself at a dead end job.
I was highly disappointed withThe McDonalds in benton harbor. I eat there every day and had never had a problem until a cashier got very rude, over the shake mechaine. I myself didnt even order. So instead of listening to her rudely treat the costumer like he was stupid. I called ask for Cori the manager she said her wont be in for 2 days and said why you want to get stupid over a shake mechaine, and hung up. So I Called back she yelled at me again that it wasnt her fault it didnt work.. Now remember I never order a shake. But, when i did get a hold of the great Manger Cori unfortunately unhappy to hear she too was a manager I cant give this McDonald anything more than a 2. Used to be a great McDonalds too.
Lots of folks just standing around. Took far to long for a breakfast when you need to be somewhere. Floor was freshly mopped but greasy to the point of being dangerous for elderly, even while dry. Toilets were filthy. This is a decent location and a nice newer building. But it seems good help is in fact hard to find at the price point Mcdonalds is willing to pay. Always about the bottom line at any cost. Would not return to this location.
Ordered a couple bacon, egg & cheese biscuits w/ no butter early morning (11/21/18 @ 0530) and recieved attitude and a discussion that they add butter when the biscuits come out of the oven as though I should change my order because of the inconvenience... very rude! And she didnt scan my app deal so shes probably stealing too.
I find it rude and unacceptable when you have the munchies at 4:30A.M. and you drive 15 miles to McDonalds in Benton Harbor thinking they are the only McDonalds in our area that is 24 hours 7 days a week and you pull up and the girl is horribly rude and lets you say your whole order and then tells you um sorry maam, we are closed while giggling and laughing. No warm welcome or SERVICE. I would have waited for the food but they lie and tell me they are closed. I will never return and I will make sure to tell others to take their business elsewhere, because every McDonalds in my area has rude staff and quite frankly Im tired of the disrespect.
Service is horrible. I wait in the drive thru for at least 10 to 15 minutes every time. They dont greet you and dont say thank you and have a good day. Im tired of this place but there isnt much in Berrien Springs Michigan. Damn sure not a good fast food restaurant. At least they fly the American flag unlike the newly remodeled store in St. Joseph Mi. Im not religious so keep it simple and dont tell me to have a blessed day when I know you just feel inclined.
They pick and choose who they want to wait on first we were ahead of three people their orders were done before ours and all we got was a Happy meal a girl started to take an order in the middle of the order she stopped and took her lunch break and left it for someone else to do sat there for 20 minutes waiting for a Happy meal inside.Customer service sucks will never be back this was at 12:30 today 11/16/2019.
Just watch out for the horrid customer service. I ordered an iced coffee from them and one of the ladies either A: Didnt want to give it to me so she could keep it for herself or B: Forgot my order. The food is ok, I guess. I dont think theyre serving slop but what they are serving isnt necessarily the most healthiest you could get. Id personally recommend going to the Burger King thats located close by, or even the Asian Grille Buffet, as they are both much more trustworthy than this Mickey Ds.
Got my order wrong I ordered a double quarter pounder meal with a Dr Pepper and 2 mcchickens extra Mayo and they got my whole order wrong gave me a chicken sandwich stale cold fries a cheese burger and a coke NOT WHAT I ORDERD GET YOUR ORDERS RIGHT WOULD NEVER EAT HERE AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN
SW Michigans biggest embarrassment of a fast food restaurant. I dont know how this location stays open. Waited over 10 minutes in 1st drive thru lane while 3 other vehicles were serviced in the 2nd lane. Finally went in an ordered, paid for 2 chocolate shakes, 5 mins. Later was told no chocolate. Spoke to manager and was told hey, I just got here. I will NEVER be back to this location.
They have the shittest customer service in the world. Everything is ghetto and unorganized also a customer just told me that she had human hair in her food and when she call the restaurant to discuss it they acted like it didnt even matter to them at all. Also I would like to add that they do not wear hairnets and practice safe and sanitary protocol when it comes to maintaining a place to eat your food the bathrooms are horrendous and every time I enter that place of business I cringe with the fear of dirtiness and grime.
The food and coffee were delicious. The bathroom was disgusting. It was dirty, had a leaky faucet, trash receptacle in stall was broken and hanging, dirty walls in the stalls and filthy toilets. When I see such a restroom I cant help but wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the place. My husband said the male restroom was equally poorly maintained. Probably needs a new manager.
Do not go here. Service is awful, the store is dirty, and the employees are absolutely worthless. Everytime you go here you have to wait. Not only for your food, but also wait to put an order in. Everyone working there acts too entittled to actually work. Fire them all and tear it down. Typical Benton Harbor service. Nasty sour faced lazy entitled trash.
Horrible, the manager had some kid(employee) mouthing off in front of 10+ customers. She handled it very well. But in the process of dealing with him things slowed to a crawl as far as getting customers food to them. Drive through was backed up. She was running food outside all while dealing with his mouth.
The kids at area consisted of video game stations. What total garbage. Kids need to run around and play, plus it isnt great for younger kids who are too young for this thing. Theyd be better off just having additional regular seating. I didnt even see anyone in the area while I was there.
That restaurant is very dreadful. The service is very poor and otters could run that restaurant better than the people working there. I can tell you that much. To the people in Benton Harbor going there, turn around and never look back. Ill never look at McDonalds the same again. So much for corporate bulls**!
Mcdonalds in benton harbor drive through was so slow i had to get out of the lone to get to work on time. Then when i returned after work i paid at 17 after and got food at 25 after? Thats right from the time i paid at the first window until i got food at the second window was 8 minutes. And there were only 2 cars in the drive through including me. Also the person at the first window was the same at the second window.

2022-06-15Took my order, had me pay and pull up, said theyd bring it out. No worries, its a large order. A half hour later I went in to get my food to see it just sitting there on the counter. Not hot food but thats expected after sitting for 20+ minutes. It was not that busy either. 2 stars only because they got the order right.

2022-04-11Two Crispy chicken today. Ask for extra pickle. Got only pickles on chicken. Very dry. I should have checked before driving all the miles. To late to return. Oh well.. Good service was still had thanks.

2022-07-10Excited to be in Michigan. Drove all night in our RV. Walked into this location (for breakfast on a Sunday morning) and was looking at the kiosk when I believe it was possibly a manager saying drive thru only about 3 times. She really wasnt even looking at us. I also think she said something along the lines if you order from there you wont get your food. We left. I dont know why there wasnt a sign on the door. We would not have walked in if there had been.

2022-07-19I didnt even get to finish my order. It was before the lunch rush, and we were the only other car in line. Several other cats got to pass us in the other lane before we finally were asked rather rudely what we wanted to order. I had to correct the gentleman several times and finality gave up because I didnt think my order would remotely be correct. Customer service needs improvement here. Again, they were not busy.

2022-06-02Ordered a hamburger and bun was severely stale. It was very hard and dried out almost crunchy. Was already gone and on my way. Lobby was not the cleanest and bathroom was a mess.Cannot recommend this location.

2022-06-26Staff standing around texting and talking on cell phones. Special made items not marked with grill slips. Burgers were not hot. 2 sandwiches were sloppily made. Manager wasn’t paying attention to staff on front line playing on cells. The gentleman ahead of me was waiting for 15 minutes for a large unsweet tea and hamburger.

2022-07-19I rarely ever get good service from this McDonald’s, thats why I try not to go here if I don’t have to. But today I was hungry, and had a coupon that was going to expire, so decided I’d go. Get to the drive thru, a guy tells me someone will be with me in one second, about a minute later a girl comes on the speaker, I couldn’t really understand her, but figured she said to place my order. I go to say what I have a coupon for and she cuts me off and says rudely “I said to hold on one second”Everyone who works at this place is rude. I don’t think I’ve ever had a good experience here. So I decided to go to Coloma McDonald’s where the people are nice and I always get good service. Definitely will always recommend NOT to go to the one in BH. Need new workers who don’t make it so obvious they hate their job.

2022-07-02This is facility got really bad service. I went drive thru. They will not greet you say hi or hello. All I was told. Go ahead order. Then for 2 cup of coffee it takes 10 min. What a horrible service I will give them 0.

2022-03-20DONT GO HERE.Management has no control over their employees, very rude customer service, food was cold and waited 30 minutes for the drinks, no cleanliness or hair nets being used or gloves. Bathrooms were horrendous!! There was fecal matter on the floor and walls! Cashier was the only helpful worker.

2022-07-02Very dirty! Very poor customer service! Bathrooms were absolutely nasty! Didn’t give us a fork stood at the counter for a while and couldn’t get anybody’s attention to get one. Went ahead and ate with our hands.
