Our children wanted lunch from here yesterday so we got in the drive up which was very slow but it was Friday and that can be understanding. But when they got there hamburgers and began to eat them there was no cheese and I had ordered them cheese burgers....then we noticed the coke had no ice at all.....fries were old and cold... employees never said a word no have a nice day thank you kiss my a$$ nothing...horrible service...wont be going back...
My boyfriend and I ordered the drive through and the manager Tracy was getting frustrated with our order and started yelling at us. All we had asked for was no condiments on the burger. She had put on the screen plain and told me thank you all kind out of nowhere. Then we get our food and we start to head out of town. We notice out of spite she gave us extra condiments and charged up. We’re extremely disappointed because we went almost daily and don’t want to go anymore.
Lines were very long what you expect these days you also thought that since there were so many people the food would be fresh and hot complete opposite french fries cold chicken nuggets barely warm Hot apple pies cold cold cold I know they’re short of help I know things are tough but we are paying good money and they need to take their time with what resources they have to at least serve decent food
This location frequently gets the orders wrong so I suggest you check before leaving the window. Who wants to wait in that long a$& line all over again? No one! The only times when things have been correct is when a girl named Bethany is at the window because she actually checks your order before she hands it to you. So 5 stars for Her and zilch for the rest I guess. 😒
The service here is always hit or miss. We went thru to get a remake order bc they messed up our first order BIG TIME!! The chicken nuggets and French fries were literally soaked in grease to the point where it filled up a napkin. Needless to say, we did not eat our lunch from McDonalds that day. And, they had a very long car line and decided to close a drive thru lane. Im sorry, theres no reason to do that, not even being short staffed; find a different way to manage things and make the flow go much smoother. I wish I could manage this place honestly, it would ruin 10x better, guaranteed!
There is only one staff member that is nice, friendly and always has a smile on his face. Lately many of the staff members have been very rude when I have asked them to repeat what they said due to their speakers and equipment messing up, cutting out or going completely silent and not working at all. Definitely need to improve their employees customer service skills because rude employees means losing business and customers. Not acceptable. They also need to check the orders and make sure that they put everything in the bags because my childrens meals were missing the nuggets and apples and they only had fries, a toy and their milk and I didnt think to check it before driving all the way home. Not happy about that.
I mean, its been awhile since I got a full McDonalds meal. It just doesnt taste the same. The fries were awful. And they supposed to be the best part of McDonalds. Terrible after taste. Same with the fish sandwich. Dr Pepper was very watered down. Barely could tell was Dr P. Also got a quarter pound burger and a Mc Rib. Yeah I know, I pigged out. Mc Rib was why I really went but they had a buy one get one special for the sandwiches in the mobile app. Mc Rib was good. Burger greasy as all get out. But its McDonalds. What you expect. With that said I expected a little better. Fries were a failure. Well, be another few months before I go back. Service was decent, didnt wait long in mobile pick up. Until next time.
Seem to never have pies anymore, doesnt matter what time of day. Every time Ive stopped at this location in the last couple months, theyve been out. And tonight, the order taker was rude and abrupt, didnt greet me and didnt acknowledge the end of the order other than to spit out the total. Fed up with this location, the one on 115 is much friendly, faster and seems to almost always have product.
This is by far the worst McDonalds Ive encountered! They are so SLOW! I never leave that drive thru in less than 30 minutes. They frequently forget food or give incorrect order. The employees are less than kind. You can see the frustration and exhaustion with their faces and body movement. Do not go here if u can avoid it.
I dont normally write reviews but this is getting ridiculous. Everytime I go there my order gets messed up. I always give them the benefit of the doubt but its become a recurring problem and the line is way too long to go back through. I dont recommend this McDonalds at all McDonalds on the other side of cadillac is a thousand times better
This restaurant is running alot smoother than it was a few months ago. My food is always fast and hot but its been so hard at lately you may have to wait a few minutes for them to bring it out to you. One time I got to run order, I called them up and explained the situation and I got replacement food the next day and I could have had that day but was busy so management is very nice.
Man this place is busy as heck.. but the line goes FAST! FOOD HOT AND FRESH! I used to pass by cause line was long till i rode w a local. She went in with that long line. I was like ugh.. but we were in and out with great MCDONALDS FOOD.. less two minutes! Well done MCDS!!! WELL DONE!!!
I dont know why but the credit card machine keeps going down. For over a month now. The few times I go there the drive thru takes a half hour. It should be an easy fix. I jau left the drive thru after waiting twenty minutes and I didnt even order. Third time for this.
Slow but friendly. Surprised to be told that a large water would be $1.00... I thought the $0.24 Ive been getting charged at the McDonalds I typically go to was bad. I asked them to take off the water but they changed them to medium for free. Probably deserve 4 stars but I went with 3 due to the wait and the willingness to charge $1.00 for water.
I just went to grand rapids to go to sky zone and on the way we got mc Donalds and I got a double cheese burger and I only got one patty and 2 unmelted Pieces of these so I compared it to you guys and I always get the right order so I give you guys a five star rating thank you so much for getting them right every time 🙂👍
I live nearby and visit almost everyday. The workers are usually friendly however the line always takes forever and I’ve never waited less than 10 minutes when I’ve done a mobile order curbside. My order is usually right however if something is forgotten the only way to have it corrected is to wait in line again to let them know last time it took more than 12 minutes to reach the speaker. They need a window or spot just for corrections.
The staff here was so kind when I went. The cashier saw i had a USAA card and gave me a discount for being a veteran. Little things like that can mean a lot to people and show some of the staff here are willing to go above and beyond and should be recognized for that. I wish I remembered the womans name. She was an older white woman and should be recognized as a great employee there.
I understand that workers are hard to come by right now and so fast food isnt fast. I get that. What I dont understand is getting cold food when its kind of busy.There were 6 cars in line ahead of me. One lane closed. Things were moving pretty steady-ish. I paid at the window in a pretty fashionable time frame. Got to the 2nd window and the worker slaps a receipt sticker on my mirror.#1. DO NOT stick things on a person vehicle without their permission.#2. Pay attention! The kid that brought food to the vehicle didnt pay attention to who he was giving what to. I had to tell him what I had even though it is clearly on the receipt which they stuck on my vehicle and he looked at.We ordered #7 (2 cheese burgers), a spicy chix sandwich and a 2nd fry. Our fries were cold even though I asked for fresh frys before bring instructed to pull up. My chix sandwich was not hot but not cold either. It had more heat from the spicy sauce than heat from it being cooked.Like I said, I understand not having help it sucks and you do the best you can with what youve got, but there shouldnt be any reason for cold food.
Was pulled up ahead of the drive through window, I get being held up, but ultimately my friend and I waited for 50 minutes, 30 minutes in and I walked out of my car to the window and they completely forgot about us, proceeded to wait another 20 minutes for food which again its far too long. Will not pull ahead next time....
Place was busy but we received quick service to order our meals. Food was delivered to our table within a reasonable time. It was clean and neat. The weather was a little cool that day but inside it was a lot cooler so we were a bit uncomfortable while eating and hurried to get out.
This McDonalds location has gone downhill DRASTICALLY in the past few years. The line is always ridiculously long, and the wait times are insane. It takes roughly 30 minutes to get through the drive thru line at any given time. Also, mobile ordering doesnt make it any faster, by any means. The manager has been incredibly rude to me on multiple occasions. I will drive out of my way to go to any other location.
They have absolutely no idea how to read orders, will get yours wrong and will forget items, causing you to spend another half hour to get it fixed. Don’t go unless you got time to mess around.Edit from two to zero stars. Although I can’t put zero do one will do. Lazy. If you ask for any food edited like a plain hamburger they won’t bother editing it, messing up your order as soon as you tell it to them. They won’t blend your drinks if they need blended. They’ll hand you a spoon 1/3 the size of the cup and expect you to stir it with the spoon. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to shove half my hand into my drink just to mix it.
Edit: after 4 months of not coming back I decided to give this location another try... rude, and once again order was wrong. With no desire to make it right.I have been refraining from writing a review for the last half of a dozen times Ive been to this McDonalds. They have gotten very rude and arent capable of making orders correctly. Down to simply not putting ranch on a snack wrap. They even put the receipt saying no ranch on my snack wrap. So I got the privilege of being sick the rest of the day. Well today I expressed how my order wasnt what I ordered and I was told have a good day and she closed the window.
They never get my order right. Dont go very often but everytime I do its always missing something. Last time I ordered a 4pc chicken nugget happy meal, and a 6 pc nuggets and fries for my grandkids. Got to their house didnt get juice drink or Apple slices with happy meal and the 6pc nuggets there were only 4 pc. Tired of complaining, doesnt do any good.
Drive thru service was slow but in all fairness, they were busy. However, ordered a 20 peice nugget with sauce, was given just enough for the amount of nuggets ordered but 1 container was punctured so couldnt use it. On top of that, the nuggets had a slight rancid taste to them so not sure if it was from the nuggets or the oil they were cooked in.....
Stoped by on the way up north. I waited for 30 minutes for my food to done to be told they dont have it. Then I said forget it to just give me a refund so I can get on my way. They refunded my food that they didnt have and gave me my wifes. I said look I am going somewhere else. We would like to eat together. I asked for a whole refund. They gave it back but charged still for the drinks. Amazing that they wouldnt even offer the drinks for free since we had to wait over 30 minutes and left with no food.
Literally ordered a hash brown and a sandwich and had to wait over 15 minutes not only that but not did I only get pulled forward I’m watching about 20 cars now get served their food, I’ve worked at McDonald’s and we’ve never been this bad. I have graduation today and these people are determined to make me late, not only that but they also got my order wrong and gave me cookies for the wait that were stale Go to 1-15 McDonald’s not boon road.
Was super busy and took 20 minutes to get food had to listen to the guy at the front window explain his life story. Young women at second window snapped at me when I told her she gave the wrong food and argued that I was wrong. When she fixed the order she picked up my iced coffee like the was gonna throw it three the window flaring at me with hatred be a long time before I attempt to go again.
Quite possibly the best McDonalds Ive ever been to on a regular basis, and Ive been to a lot! I dont think Ive ever gotten a single piece of disappointing food in all the years Ive been going here. The food has always been fresh and piping hot and exactly how I want it.
Ordered 2 combo meals and a happy meal, they added on 2 extra pops which i paid for just because it was hot that day and didnt feel like waiting, they NEVER give you napkins, and only get sauce for nuggets you ordered 50% of the time, not to mention the burgers were definitely made a little sloppy, definitely NOT going back, tired of spending 25 dollars and cant even get napkins, or possibly missing items from your order, or added on items you didnt even order, such a disappointment, i visited here July 5th 2020or so, so was a recent visit
Convenient location and an OK place to eat. The coffee isnt as good as it could be and is often overly hot which makes it hard to drink. The food isnt bad but isnt very fresh tasting. The best item on the menu is the fries which are better than any other fast food chain.
Charged my card 4 times for my order. When I caught it reviewing my account couple days later I called to speak to manager. Girl who answered phone claimed to be a manager. I explained the situation. She got an attitude and asked me repeatedly how would they charge you 4 times. Rude terrible service. Now I have to drive a half an hour out of my way to go back to get the money that was wrongly taken in the first place.
Every time I go through this drive through I get treated like garbage and my food is never correct. It’s 2:30am. The drive through worker didn’t even look at me, didn’t talk, didn’t give me all of my order, not to mention that my fries taste like they’re over a day old. PSA, if you don’t like having to deal with costumers, don’t work in costumer service.
This place was amazing...i mean, Ive been to a lot of McDonalds and this was by far the best.... upon arrival, the style of the building in and out was So modern, classy and clean. Service was quick and efficient, best food Ive ever had at a McDonalds, like, extra sauce on my steak egg and cheese sandwich for instance.... then, to top it all off, this sweet little lady going from table to table with coffee. Great breakfast and experience.
After arriving at the drive thru that was empty, I paid for my two burgers and then proceeded to wait for 12 minutes only to be told that there was a delay and I would have to wait 5 minutes or more. The employees were easily seen talking and having fun. I ended up driving off with nothing because my lunch hour had ended. Upset does not even describe me at this time.
This McDonalds is always clean and friendly. The big lobby and different seating options make it a pleasure to visit and sit. I come here often and even when theyre suffering from call-ins, the people are always friendly and efficient. This store seems to try new things before others so its always interesting to see what theyre trying.
The lady we ordered from was pretty cranky. I asked her if they could make me a big Mac with chicken instead of burger, since I cant have burger. She gave me a face like I was asking to make a burger shake or something. She says No thats a special order. Okay thats fine I said. She messed up the order and I didnt enjoy getting her not so happy attitude, how annoyed she was at my simple question and getting the order wrong.
The worst customer service ever! This place is unprofessional! Ive been there countless times and I order a kids burger with some topping on it and its like pulling teeth!! They can never get it right. Im not sure whats so hard about lettuce, pickle and tomatoes on a burger but then to have an attitude with me the customer afterwards is uncalled for. We then saw said worker go on break to order food! Just because your tired, hungry and wanna get off work does not give you the right to treat your customers in such a way. Please address this issue.
I usually go to this McDonalds everyday after work. This morning at 2am I was in the Drive-Thru I had my wallet in between the door and the seat when I went to open my door to grab my drinks, my wallet fell out without me realizing. I go to look for it when I got home call McDonalds she said it was there and she said she watched my wallet drop out of the door and tried to chase me. But the thing is I stayed in the parking lot for a few minutes to eat. and now theres $80 missing out of my wallet when I picked it up. The manager tried telling me that they dont think anybody took anything out of my wallet. Without looking into it before hand, she gave me her opinion, practically calling me a liar. I know it wasnt the manager it was the girl who hand me two drink. Only because, I talked with her on the phone. So please be careful! What Im disappointed about is that I enjoyed the world workers and thought my wallet was safe with them. Until I got my wallet and counted my money and talked to them..
Waited forever for my food, fries werent cooked, dirty bathrooms. And a special shout out to the girl behind the counter who was dancing and apprantley had nothing better to do, even though several customers were waiting to for food and to order. Do not go here unless its an emergency
I went inside to order, just apple pie and icecream. The person that took my order was Pleasant. I was told that they needed to fry the pies but it should be only a few minutes. During that time I noticed there appeared to enough staff, however most of the staff was trying to figure out what the problem was with the order screan other staff was shrugging their shoulders and having their hands up like whats going on. What appears to be the one in charge was trying to help with the long line at the drive thru. There appeared to be 3 staff at the window and each had a confused look on their face while the manager kept putting orders by the window persons. Window staff would ask the manager which order was which. Manager would tell them to look at the screen but before she would take the order over to the window she would clear the order off the screen so the window staff didnt know which order was which. The window workers would ask the manager which order was which as it was off their screen. The manager would say I dont know what to tell you.The floor behind the counter was a mess with french fries fry holders, burger warpings and appeared greasy which would be a safety issue for the staff. They should be happy that MIOSHA didnt visit them.Well after 15 minutes and melted icecream cones my pies came and was given a warning of them being very hot. I asked for new icream cones which brought the manager over to ask what the problem was. I told her that I had waited 15 minutes for the pies that I had ordered and had been told that the pies would be write up and the cones were put on the counter. I was told that I should have eaten them while the pies were being cooked. I asked her why wasnt I offered the chance to wait for cones to be made when the pies were done. She asked if I wanted the cone that was given me or pay for new ones. I than asked for my money back. A different employee came up with my pies and turned around and filled the cones that I had ordered and apologize for the wait. Oh by the way the cones had paper.in thrm.Im glad I didnt order any thing else and glad that I will not come back to this mcdonalds.
The Drive Thru at night is a joke... I understand they want us to have fresh food, as well as customer satisfaction but EVERY NIGHT, EVERY NIGHT, they get a rush at 2a and never prepare for it.. NEVER... It took me 17 min to get my food... Nothing takes that long to cook... Ive worked there. Unacceptable.. 3rd shift Meijer employees have no longer been going there for lunch.
We ordered 5 40 peice nuggets ahead of time and prepaid 20 minutes before hand and these employees waited until we got there to start our order telling us its a half hour wait thats exactly why we preordered so we didnt have that long of a wait like what is wrong with these employees
We stopped at 3:30 p.m., this McDonalds was moderately busy. The man in front of us was returning his sandwich which was made wrong. We ordered an iced coffee and a large coke. We waited almost ten minutes for a cup covered in sticky caramel. I had to ask for our cup for coke. While waiting the lead employee was scolding the baristas about wiping the counter. Dont go to this McDonalds, its not very clean or efficient.
McDonalds food has gotten to the point where it tastes awful. The hamburgers have no flavor at all. Most of the time they get the orders wrong. Not a place I go to very much anymore. This is definitely not the McDonalds I remember from my childhood.. Way over priced.
The food is great. But the service is always very slow. I eat the forr breakfast m-f and oder 1 breakfast burrito and its 15 minutes or longer everytime. And thats waiting at the window for my food. Other people wait in front of you,if their food isnt ready pull ahead so mine isnt cold.The people are great always polite and curdious.
Brought my xbox in to download an update. We have very slow internet at home. I often come sit and eat while it updates. I was told by a worker that their general manager says Im not allowed to play games here. This is at 10pm, lobby empty, 2 hpurs before close.I explained that there was indeed no game playing, just a simple download, and was left alone. Dont advertise free WiFi and try to restrict a paying customers usage. I will be writing the regional manager about the horrible customer service.
Ive only had a few bad experiences here that arent even worth mentioning so thats why they didnt get all 5 stars..but I will say this...The lady who walks around smiling at customers, refilling coffee and giving the occasional quick chat... makes this place even better than all the McDonalds around us! (A big Thank you to her!)
There was a worker being bullied by the other workers and it was cruel to watch, the worker being bullied I think was called McKenzie, and a worker who was abusing another worker was called Julia. I went in, hoping for a lovely environment, the worker called McKenzie seemed so lovely, it was such a shame to see. But if I dont see something done about it, Ill take it up with a higher source, I wont stand to see innocent people assaulted like that, it made me feel sick.
McDonalds is a joke and should fire everyone and start all over with a new staff. They are very unprofessional and Im speaking as a customer and a former employee. They have the worst training of any place I have ever worked at. You can not consider it training at all actually. And as a customer service is slow food is either old or they get your order wrong. Probably because they are doing something else instead of focusing on the customers.
Short staffed.UPDATE: On October 27th they served my boyfriend and I 15$ worth of food and here is what we got.A double quarter pounder that was so full of grease the burger bun was filled with it, his hands were covered in it, and on top of that it was cold and RAW and PINK.We reciever NO napkins in our drive through mcdonalds bag.Our 2 cokes we got separately were flat.My chicken nuggets were cold and tasted so horrible that I could only eat 2 out of the 10 piece.They were NOT busy. There lobby was closed at 1am, there were no cars in front of us or behind us. PURE LAZIENESS. Also one of the workers Gabby Williams called us names because of us being displeased with our food here.
WOULD BE GREAT IF SOMEONE ACTUALLY ANSWERED THE DAM PHONE.... I HAVE CALLED 12 IN THE PAST 2 DAYS AND NONE OF THEM TIMES DID THE PHINE DO ANYTHING BUT RING AND RING IF THERES A PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE THEY SHOULD UPDATE IT ON HERE OR LEAVE ANOTHER PHONE NUMBER IF THIS ONE IS NOT CORRECT!!!!
Ordered cheese burgers, fries and pop. When I got to the pay window is when I was told that they couldnt sell cheese, WHAT!!! And why wasnt I told that when I ordered, ummm no answer. Why cant they sell cheese again no answer, got my fries and pop and left a little pived.

2022-07-03Easily the worst and slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I thought I was at Burger King it took so long. Ordered a cheeseburger at the self order kiosk and after a half hour of waiting I asked about it. They just had it sitting under the warmer. Zero attempt to try and get it to me. There was also feces all over the floor at the entrance. Can’t imagine that was cleaned up quickly if it’s like everything else they do.

2022-03-12The line was long and moved slow meaning service was slow. When we ordered the employee was taking forever because she did not know where the oatmeal button was on her machine??? what! After receiving our coffee and water we waited about three minutes more at the pick up window they asked us to pull up to the next window and our order would be given to us there. We waited there for an eternity (4-5 minutes) when I finally went inside asking where our order was. A woman in a burgandy shirt said yeah, I was just going to bring this to you, and here is a refund for one oatmeal, we only had one left. I took it to the car and parked so at least my daughter could eat. Opening the bag, there was no extra raisins or straw as requested when ordering. I had to go back inside for a straw and raisins. Our total time from order to eating was over 15 minutes! I guess this explains why the last time I visited a McDonalds was approximately 6 or 7 years ago on M-115 in Cadillac MI where my experience was bad as well.

2022-02-10The young lady that waited on us, my husband and four of my grandchildren seemed to be working alone. She was so sweet and she moved like she was on a mission. I loved the service and my grandchildren especially loved the milk shakes.

2022-02-07I stopped in to get a hot mocha with extra whipped cream and they put it in a shake cup and handed me a straw. Im sorry but what kind of sorry person put steaming hot coffee in anything but a coffee cup? The girl taking money was extremely slow, over all the service was horrible..
