Not usually one to complain but in this case I feel it is necessary . I had an order or 5 mcmuffins 2 just ham and cheese three were supposed to be ham egg and cheese it showed up as sausage on the screen so I confirmed at the window that they all had Ham on them the young lady told me that it wasnt right so she fixed them I get down the road and realize they are all just ham and cheese. I called to complain to ask for my sandwiches to be fixed and the manager was very nice and told me that they would fix them so I drove back. When I got there to tell them they handed me out the window just three pieces of egg rounds. For as much as I pay for it you would think that they would fix the sandwich and understand that I cannot fix it myself while I am driving down the road Ive never been to a fast food restaurant before where I have not offered space you myself and they had me part of my sandwich now I have to wait till I get home so my food is even colder before I can eat it Im very disappointed I hate leaving bad reviews. Please excuse the runoff sentences I am using speech to text. I wouldnt have even left this bad review however this is not the first time they have messed up my order in fact its not even the third time its almost every time that I stopped there
I give this place a bad review because they cant keep workers because for one when they call to say they are running late they either dont answer their phones are just disregard it like the phone doesnt matter. When it could be a coworker calling because they either were in an accident or running late or not coming in. Come on guys! Not everyone is just not wanting to work you gotta be understanding! When a worker is calling to let you know theyll be running late you probably should answer your phone! Not send them home right after they get there!
PSA this McDonald’s is not open 24/7. It says so and there’s workers there, but they don’t take your order and ignore you when you go to the window. If I could rate a 0 star I would. Whoever manages this place needs to be fired and maybe hire people that have a work ethic
The food is always okay, but the coke is terrible. Its every time. I have reported it before to the management. It tastes fruity and weird?! I dont know what they do to it, but it is awful. My daughter ordered a coke yesterday, she took two sips and said it was weird tasting, like pineapple or fruity strange taste, she didnt finish it, she said it made her throat feel funny, its every time. Its the only mcdonalds i dont order my drink from.

The staff is kind and the food is always fresh and doesnt taste stale and old like its been sitting there for 2 hours in a warmer.
Drive through line was long. We went in and we had our food quickly and were back in the car while the car that had been in front of us was still waiting to place an order via the drive through.
McDonald in Cedar Springs I always have issues with either it isnt hot and fresh or the order isnt right. I also believe McDonalds prices are way too high for what you are getting. 🗽🇺🇸

Really disappointed with how staff treats their customers. Specifically two young adults who were rude at the service counter and then the other had seen me at the counter when I had come up again but because they were on break, just walked away and started talking to staff without being waited on. I just walked away. Dont want to go somewhere that sees customers as a bother more than a person.
We got double quarter pounders with cheese and they were exactly as expected. Polite and friendly staff.
Horrible! They never gave a receipt. Stood there 20 minutes waiting, never got our food and they kept our money. Do not recommend.
Ordered pickup, got there and waited 8mins in the designated spot for more time. Went in and order was said not to have shown up on their monitor, but took my card. Told what was ordered and showed the phone to a manager,gave me two cups to get own drinks and awaited more time for to have food prepaired. This was not acceptable! Too much time went by and others were waiting for their food and to order food. The people waiting finally got their food and the two waiting a while left without giving an order. I still had not got my order for some more time. Still not acceptable and was not offered a gratuity for the inconvenience or a Im so sorry about that. Not a fan of no cashiers, bring back people. Machines were stacked with people and it was a 20 minute wait for food.

It is a pretty good McDonalds. The food is good and hot and the employees are nice. The only problem I have is the line in drive through is slow. Most times youre going to have a wait of at least four cars in front of you at any time of the day and some days it takes 20 minutes to get your food.
Was there at off time, 3pm. But, the coffee was fresh! So appreciated. I have been to many McDonalds restaurants and after breakfast their coffee just sit and get burnt tasting. (although its only allowed to sit for minimum time, it doesnt get changed). My daughter wanted frozen coke and they were cleaning that flavor so that was disappointing. I dont know why they dont do that cleaning at 6am or after 8or 9pm. All in all great experience. Employees super nice.
We visit this McDonalds very frequently and have never had an issue till today. In reviewing my debit card statement, I noticed they had billed me twice for the same order a couple days ago. I decided to call the manager to get this matter resolved. When the manager got on the phone I informed her of my issue, the first words out of her mouth were, thats not my fault you have to call your debit card and dispute the issue. She never said Im sorry, just not our problem. I politely said, you made the double charges, why cant you fix the problem, I said I have the statement from my bank, Id be happy to bring it to you,to verify what Im claiming. Once again but know whet an attitude, she says, look I told you you have to take this up with your bank and she hung up.. I will never stop foot in this restraint again and Id recommend no one else does!
They get our order correct 9 out of 10 times when we drive through or order by app.

Never been to this McDonalds before; I was just stopping through on my way home from a funeral up north. The drive thru line was long, but I got through very quick and the food was hot and fresh!

Very fast service even with a pretty long line. I tried one of the spicy chicken sandwiches I believe 4b. I really like spicy and hot food and Im normally disappointed. The spicy chicken sandwich has a nice little kick to it. I was surprised and satisfied that it actually is a little spicy. Right off 131 and it was easy on and off for returning to 131.
This McDonalds is as close in service efficiency to Chick FIL A that I have found. Very long lines in the drive thru made me dread the thought of a 30 minute wait, but they got us thru in 10 minutes and the $25 order was correct with the food fresh! Kudos to this team and please go train the other stores to be this great!

Its a mcdonalds.. They have changed the inside up and with the new bring it to the table you are sitting at theme; you would think they would notice a table full of crumbs or an over flowing trash bin.

I’d give zero stars if i could, all i wanted this morning was a strawberry banana smoothie and they gave me a sausage mcmuffin meal. when i told them that it wasn’t my order they said they’d corrected it, i got to the second window and they handed out a burrito meal i said i had ordered just a smoothie and the lady told me she couldn’t deal with it and i’d have to go through again. awful service, wouldnt recommended.

Terrible experience. Went through and got the wrong food. And when we came back to have the issue fixed the girl was very rude. She couldnt even find the receipt in her system for a transaction 20 minutes before. We ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes sitting there waiting for this girl. They were not busy. And not to mention all our food was fried and the fryer was disgusting. Never going back there

First of all i ordered 2 meals which one was a double quarter pounder. Get to window to pick up my order before she even grab the box with drinks I told her no box. She kept pushing it at me saying it is policy have to be in box. When I order one meal you hand me my drink with out a carrier. I have drink carriers and dont need no dang box save the cardboard. The double quarter pounder meat both were smashed really thin and no seasoning. Very disappointed!!!
Ice cream machine rarely works, prices are way to high, long waits in drive through, rude employees except the early morning weekday employees, they are awesome! Never customize ur food cause it wont be right!
My Chicken deluxe sandwich was Burnt to a blackish/brown color and 2 orders of fries were undercooked and cold. Im going back with my receipt to get my money back.

This is the slowest McDonalds weve ever been to! Ordered at the kiosk inside and took almost 20 minutes before we got our food. The bacon doesnt improve the taste of the big mack. Save your money. Could go to a restaurant that serves real burgers and fries, for less than the big mac and medium fries here! And get more and better food!!

Friendly service not as fast during rush but thats expected. They wouldnt give me water in a cup I paid for (a large) said its against policy... I just didnt want soda pop...its not because I did call corporate. But other than that its a fast food chain.
The drive-thru is really fast this morning some days its not it depends how many people are there its bad in the mornings and late in the afternoon because everybody wants to stop in there before work and after work I would say though their drive-thru is quicker than most McDonalds Ive been through
Employees have no idea what they’re doing. If I’m going to pay basically $3 for a large fry it better dang well be full. When I got my fry the container was half full. Didn’t know I ordered a medium fry in a large container, what a joke. Maybe try hiring someone with basic functioning retinas.

They did very well on my order today even though it was very busy. The cashier and food server were bother very friendly and said please and thank you. I dont get that to much anymore these days.
Stopped on our way home from up North. Staff was very friendly and nice! We got our food quickly and everything was correct and hot. The place was clean aside from when I went to the bathroom there was no toilet paper. Luckily someone came in and I was able to ask for help but there wasnt toilet paper in ANY stalls so they had to get someone. It was kinda silly. Lol

This McDonalds almost always completes my orders without any hiccups. I regularly eat here, and havent experienced any outstanding issues yet (and hopefully I never do).
Wow McDonalds is over priced now. You are better off getting higher quality fast food from BK or Wendys both are close by. You will end up paying less or the same as you would here.

Food was fresh, hot and fast. Order was spot on and as busy as they were our food was actually put together decent. Nice surprise for fast food.
$6 for a burger that I could not stomach just looking at it. The buns were completely soaked with grease and everything was slid apart. Literally looked like it was just thrown in the box. I can not believe anyone would be so careless preparing somebodys food.
This McDonalds does get busy on the weekends. I went through the drive-thru and even with all the traffic, the staff was friendly, patient and moved fairly quick. I received all of my order and a smile in a reasonable time.
Took 15 minutes to get a medium fry and coke. My friends fries (she ordered before me) were cold and she wanted sweet tea but it was empty in the dining room. We didnt have time to wait around for them to get it behind the counter.They also messed up two other peoples orders while we were standing there. People were only getting parts of their orders. Some people waiting asked if we had gotten our order while we were getting drinks. It was a disorganized mess!

They almost always get the order wrong, take forever, and sometimes overcharge. Also, employees are often rude. Im usually pretty tolerant, especially when it comes to fast food joints, but Im done with this one. It sucks.
The customer service sucks the employees clearly dont know what they are doing, they put my order in 3 times and still got it wrong. I was told my fries were hot and fresh only to find out that they were cold. Even after a so called manager put my order in again after I took it back it was wrong so I will no longer be going to this location and this is why they dont deserve more than minimum wage, it is not that difficult to take down an order and make the order correctly.
You stop at a mac donalds then you been to them all. We are in upset with them. It seems they dont care to open up for eating inside. Evening if its 50 per cent, other places open to there customers but Mac Donalds remains closed.
Food was ok as usual. Understaffed at lunch, and staff didnt seem to know what they were doing. Ketchup dispenser empty, trash and trays all over, spilled pop everywhere. No wet floor signs just huge sticky pop puddles. It was busy but not so bad that someone couldnt have thrown a sign up or set out ketchup packets.
I normally have good luck with this McDonalds but recently they have gone downhill. Today I got the worst and oldest hashbrowns Ive had from a McDonalds in 30 years. They no joke, if you threw them at a car would chip the paint. And to top it off they gave me my very old food right away but I had to pull ahead to wait for my fresh coffee
I gave the restaurant a 2 star review because the food was good but the disrespect from an employee was horrible. I have done nothing wrong to the woman her name is Alesha and im always treated horrible by the same woman all do to the fact i married into a family that she had a kid with. It is un appropriate and not professional behavior and for this we will not be comming back to this mcdonalds ever and will be taking this complant higher up
Bacon burger was good. Fries was good. Chicken sandwich was not good. Very bad sandwiches I ever had.
The food is okay. The atmosphere of the restaurant itself is cold, emotionless and uninviting. Their modern decor makes you feel like youre walking into an institution or dungeon with all that dark grey slate. It looks like they took the cheapest route when they redecorated. I hate the new look.
This is the BEST McDonalds I have been to in many years. Sausage egg mcmuffin was done to perfection, even muffin was toasted. Employees very friendly and I was totally amazed at how quick the drive thru was. Every location in Grand Rapids Mi should have to go here to learn how it should be done. Wish I lived closer to here. Amazing!!!
I have been here twice in one week to buy a large Diet Coke and received the wrong drink both times. But On the plus side The service was very nice. In the end I went to Wendy’s to finally get my beloved Diet Coke! #NotMyDiet
The supposably fresh Quarter Pounder was not very fresh at all in fact it was dried out and tasted funny really disappointed because I had to wait to get it because they said they were making it fresh but obviously they happen to find one somewhere and delivered it to me. Not a fan of fast food but once a month the burger and a shake can be a real treat thats why I stopped at McDonalds too bad someone was not watching how long my burger sat there. Usually not bad for fast food, Ill give it one more try
Order is never correct, have to pay different price at the window than says on the order screen in drive through. Order is seldom all ready after you pay and they have you pull into one of the drive through waiting spots and wait for the rest of your order while the stuff that they already gave you gets cold.
Frequent mess ups and sloppy sandwiches. Visited twice on Halloween, both times ordered 3 happy meals and they couldnt get them correct either time. On another occasion I specifically tell them the 4 items I wanted on my burger they missed 2 of them and got an attitude when I told them they forgot onions and pickles. Pathetic losers! Im done with this location! Would rather go hungry than deal with these failures again and have to pay for it too.

My chicken sandwich was good but my fries were cold.... I didnt say anything and thats my fault because we had to go. But it does seem like allot of times I go in getting some kind of cold food.
Not one single time have i went here and gotten my order correct. My daughter is allergic to onions and yet they put onions on every single burger we get. And last we ordered a big mac with extra cheese. Got home and the cheese was melted on the box and not even on the burger. WORST SERVICE EVER

Im not sure what this McDonalds does different from the rest of them, but their unsweetened tea is so delicious. I usually have a good experience when I go here and if my order is wrong, they are pretty quick and nice about fixing it.

Was not impressed sat forever then when we got our food it was GROSS! My Berger was dripping so much grease and when I took a bite it burned me bad and had no flavor, like they put It in the deep fryer. I only took a few bites, I don’t feel so good now 🤢
Unfortunately it wasnt my best visit. Buns were old and food was overcooked and Fries were cold. I do believe they give drive-thru customers the worst food because they are leaving. Certainly not impressed. But service was quick. I guess thats why I dont go there often.

Friendly staff, but... Went through the drive-through last night and had to wait five minutes. My McNuggets and French Fries were cold and tasted like they were made an hour prior. My sons 1/4-pounder without a bun looked like it was made with anger.

Understaffed needed lots of things restocked. Road construction helped encourage people to get off here. Workers did well keep everyone happy but lots rude people not understanding about their busy time an understaffed.
Fulton St. McDonalds has great service. The people are fast and friendly. The manager Kari put a smile on my face and brightened my day when I was feeling down. Would recommend this place to anyone.
They served everyone extremely fast besides myself. Not sure how they can serve 10 cars before making my 2 McChickens, but the time I waited was still less than I would at the slow af one down the road from me at Michigan and College.

Managers dont care if you have a problem. They just look at you standing there with your bad food and walk right by. Jade is awesome. She came from drive thru to help me out.
Vary poor had to wait vary long time to get the food and the order was wrong.Vary disorganized.Having to pull adhead to wait for a hamburger and there was no one behind me in line.And wait more.Only one person taking orders inside and I think it was her first day.Almost 45 minutes after it was all straitened out.Vary displeased will not be back.

I only get the chicken nuggets and they used to not be fresh. But now the chicken nuggets are always fresh and the fries too. I would also recommend trying the 3 minute maid slushies. Very good.

I was serviced with bad customer service at the drive through window last night. One of the managers were so rude they were yelling at my friends and I and told us we couldn’t have our food that we had order. She than proceeded to say not so nice things that a manager should say.
Wouldnt eat here if it was the last place to get food on earth. They forgot half my order and most of what i did get was incomplete like a bacon quarter pounder with no da*n bacon. How do you mess up on such simple orders. Its a minimum wage job for christs sake.

Its McDonalds so...what can one actually say about a McDonalds? Well, I guess it had good cheeseburgers, but is there really such a thing as a bad cheeseburger? My French fries were equally as good, and even better when I added the McDonalds Katchup into the mix. My wife prefers to think the chicken McNuggets go better with the fries... But thats on her. Just go eat McDonalds they are everywhere and all have the same thing you are used to
McDonalds is . . . Well, McDonalds. The drive thru is only open. Very busy in the morning, but I was thru the line and eating my breakfast in no time. The inside has been remodeled, but there is no inside seating yet.

Went through today between 445-5 pm on March 21. I was at the pay window and the brat slammed the window in my face when I was talking to her then she just stared at me when I looked at her weird for shutting it on me. Maybe you guys should hire people with customer service skills.
McDonalds with an indoor play place. Staff is actually really friendly and helpful. Service is a little slower than Id like, but Im very used to Chick-fil-A.
We end up waiting 10 minutes or so every time. Today it was 20 before we just got a refund. This being after they gave our food to someone else twice. Worst fact food location I have been to due to the consistent lack of timely service.
Its a decent place, but its just McDonalds. Nothing extravagant here but nothing drags it down either.
This McDonalds has a double lane for ordering through the drive-thru. Because the lanes are so tight distance-wise, there is significant bleed-over from the next lane when ordering, causing the drive-thru attendant to ask multiple times to repeat the order, often getting the information incorrect, causing frustration with the employee and customer. The lanes moved rather quickly, the food was fresh, hot and served with a smile and a thank you.
I like the new order screens but the problem with the drive thru is they have double lanes and if one person gets out of line still. It screws up orders. They still have work to do on drive thru.
Morning crew is nowhere near as friendly as the night crew! Both girls in the drive thru smiled big AND made eye contact--a rarity in the fast food world (I know, I run an Arbys and I cant even get my own employees to be that friendly!) Drive thru wasnt moving quickly this evening due to the level of business they were receiving, but they definitely made up for it with their upbeat and happy demeanors!
Tried the curbside pickup option on the app. Couldnt find the code at first and than we had to go through the drive thru to get the curbside pickup.

Unless you go during the rush times, dont go to this location. And ablosutley dont go after 10pm. If you go after 10pm might want to bring something to do because you can wait up to 45mins in line no joke. And your food will be cold. I have been to this location all the time since I moved here 3 yrs ago. No change other than upgrade to building.
Ordered a hot chocolate and they asked me to pull forward and they would bring it out to me. Waited 8 minutes, and then called them and they had forgotten to bring it out to me.

All electronic ordering is a bit of a novelty, but with some practice should speed indoor dining.
I do doordash and people at this location friendly and always busy, closing manager nice guy, one of the lady managers is a B cause I guess when I get handed drinks when I say doordash thats me being dishonest, give me a break....

Ive had my order messed up multiple times here and am always having to pull ahead to wait for my food. The food is fine, their customer service could be better.
I was in a hurry and I ordered my food and 3 times in the middle of my order the cashier interuppted me to ask if I watch anime, to which I said no. she continued to ask if I had seen any and which were my favorite. I repeatedly told her that I havent watched any anime and that I just wanted to order food. she insisted on giving me suggestions on what to watch and asked if I liked cosplay, had read any manga, played any video games, etc...once I finally payed for my meal, now 15 minutes after I got in line, she proceeded to write down her suggestions on the back of my receipt.the food took forever to come out (I only got a large fry and a smoothie) and when it did my smoothie was only about 3/4 of the way full and packed full of huge ice chunks that clogged up the straw.

Filthy place! Every time I come here.I took my grandson here a couple of times last year and it was filthy each time. Every table, every chair, even the floor was sticky.This is the only indoor place for kids to go during winter. Why cant you keep the place clean? I go through the drive thru almost daily for sweet tea...Monday-Friday morning staff hardly ever messes it up BUT if I go through on a weekend the incompetent staff can not seem to get a sweet tea order correct...many times I get home and find it unsweet tea and I dont want to waste more gas driving back into town...maybe the weekend staff can be trained a little better.
We just stopped to get a few dollar pops like I’m sure just about everyone goes there for and two out of the four pops were straight soda water and also were not filled to the top even. To make matters worse we also did not get a receipt to even go to another McDonald’s to try and get new ones
Dont get the coke it always has a weird taste other than that this is my go to late night food when theres nothing else open
Bloody terrible fast food. Ate my sandwich, reached for a napkin, found this. Blood all over bag, all over napkins. Of course, no receipt to call, traveling from hours away. Holy hell. So disgusted.

Ordered a quarter pounder and a medium fry was asked to please pull up were making your fresh burger got my order finally and the burger was very cold hummm what happened to my fresh burger I was waiting for and Fryes cold too
Not open 24 hrs. Went at 11pm lights were off. Happened multiple days.
Well this the second time that didnt go well my Fries were over done and my burger was pink inside I asked for new fries and it looked like that they gave me back the same fries and they gave me Attitude so no thanks I will go somewhere else for now
What terrible service literally waited 19 minutes for frappe, coffee and 6 cookies when we questioned young man about our order he said we are really busy and drive thru takes top priority so not true. No manager on the floor. Just plain embarrassing for them.
Im only giving it a four star because I went through the drive-thru I did not go inside I think thats only fair I did not see how clean it was or use the restrooms other than that the service was great.
Normal McDonalds. Food is always cooked well and the staff is good and friendly.

There is a long line of cars with a drive-through so I went inside all of those cars got served in a matter of moments and I A long was several other people Had to wait almost a 1/2 an hour for a mcdoubles a chicken sandwich And 2 drinks And a medium fry..... That is UNACCEPTABLE McDonalds
Most of the time they work fast and are nice. They have messed up my order a few time now and not given me all of my food I ordered. However, it is close to home.

Super slow! Girls talking about hook ups instead of working. Had a large staff, we where the only two there and it still took nearly 20 minutes to get a burger and chicken sandwhich.

McDonalds is so good. I eat an average of 1,000 calories every time I go there. That consists of a large sweet tea, a large order of french fries, and a double cheeseburger with no pickles. I havent got any fatter so thats a good sign. I guess its a good thing im pretty active. Also, I enjoy Ronald McDonald and Grimace. Theyre my favorite. Grimace represents milkshakes. I enjoy milkshakes from McDonalds. Theyre yummy. I also like the frappes that they have there. Most of the food is very unhealthy. I plan on working here this summer. Working at McDonalds will be fun. I am currently unemployed. That is why I wish to get a job here. Im only six years old though. So I most likely wont get a job until im seven. You need to be at least ten to do any hazardous jobs like cleaning McDonalds toilets. Thats dangerous stuff. All kinds of diseases like cancer grow on those toilets. Also they have tuberculosis, polio, cholera, ebola, salmonella, malaria, and AIDS. I in fact got AIDS from sitting on one of those toilets once. Though I quickly recovered because of its boost on my immune system. If not for AIDS, I would most likely not be writing this review. Though, AIDS isnt very fun. Their urinals are fairly clean though. Very good urinals. The flush is powerful and gets all of it down in one flush. That is why I love McDonalds!

Clean very clean good staff here they were very helpful told me about specials I was low on cash and was able to get a filling lunch for 3.18 thanks guys I appreciate it you really did a great job Ill be back soon with my wife and kid
My drive thru order was incorrect. I was travelling and stopped en route. No time to take the order back and have it corrected. Cashier was friendly. Service was prompt. Will not be back to that location.
A large and modern-looking McDonalds, with an attached Play Place. It looks pretty new and has plenty of seating in various configurations. Otherwise the food is exactly what you would expect.
8:20 at night and it took over 10 minutes to get my food. Not busy worker was behind counter eating food while I sat at pick up window. They blamed the fries for the wait... Since when did fries take 10 minutes to cooj
Out of all the McDonalds Ive been to this is the best yet! They always cook the food right! As an example the McDonalds in Rockford, Sparta or in Grand Rapids, they always overcook the fries or chicken nuggets which makes me mad, so, I return my food and they still overcook it! ! Cedar Springs McDonalds is the best! Very nice workers too :)

I love the Caramel Macchiato and every time we order it they say the machine is broken. Do they just not want to make them? Maybe invest in a new machine!!
The food is okay at best. Normally only go on my way home late at night. They also only do cash at or around 2am which is kind of a hassle

The over night service is horrible. Sometimes I can wait 20 minutes to recieve my order. Many times I go and am told shake machine is broken or they say cash only all the time which is a giant red flag to me. Or they are closed. I avoid this location as much as humanly possible.

Dont go on Christmas. They know they ate the only ones open and dont staff for it. You will sit in the drive threw a full half hour before your order is even taken. Additional 15 min from menus board to the second window.

Always at night they only take cash, Ive come here 4 different times after work where they only take cash and it is a huge inconvenience plus suspicious that theyre over charging and taking left over money. Its always the same two workers as well. Dont trust this store at all.

This was my second visit to this McDonalds. Once again I was shorted a Cheese Burger and the fries were cold and limp. Drive upis terrible at this store. Last time visiting I was shorted a fry & Pie.

2022-07-01Our order was over $70 and had multiple special instructions and requests during a rather busy afternoon. The young man working was super patient, and made sure he got our entire order correct, and the food was up in a matter of minutes. All correct and freshly made. The store in general was extremely clean as well.

2022-04-29Normally Im satisfied customer. I dont know exactly what happened. I think it may have been food poisoning. I was pretty miserable the whole night but by morning I started to gain recovery. By late morning everything was good. Just being honest this time.

2022-06-08I sense a theme with these reviews lately. I generally do not like to complain and I understand fast food is generally run by teens just trying to make a few bucks. But I got a spicy chicken sandwich which consisted of chicken, a small squirt of sauce on the edge of the pattie, and one lonely pickle. Is this just a sign from the karma gods that I should have just eaten my salad in the fridge at home?

2022-07-13I have been to this McDonalds 3 different times in the last month at 4am and they always say the frappe machine is down! How is it this machine is not in working order? So annoyed! Why don’t you just take the frappes and shakes off your menu if you can’t keep the machine up and running EVER!?!?

The lady who complained about not being able to get a Frappe...yeah they have to clean those machines sometimes so thats why you cant get it at 4 AM....Duh! Or the person complaining about getting slived onions instead of dehydrated onions, what a silly thing to complain about, or the guy who literally left a one star review because he got a couple of sandwiches instead of my hash brown. Like you got more food dude, and sometimes people make mistakes, McDonalds employees are humans. They want $15 an hour because they have to put up with customers nonsense.

2022-06-09Went through drive through at 4 am on 6/9/2022.....I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no pickle Xtra onion and 2 big macs ....cashier failed to mention they were out of dehydrated onions and did not ask if it was OK if they used slived onions I called and asked since when did they use slived onions for double cheeseburgers the manager replies Since we dont have any dehydrated onions........I will not be going back to this mcdonalds due to lack of communication and not caring if I was ok or not ok with not having dehydrated onions and was not asked if I wanted slived onions on top of all this I get home open up one of my big macs and the top bun looks like a bite was taken out of it Indid take a picture and would post it with this post if it allowed me to called again to speak to the manager and she informs me that a piece was missing from the top bun bc of the toaster oven ...instead of apologizing and offering a solution she came up with nothing but excuses and was kinda rude about it to the point of me hanging up on her
