Typically always clean and service and food are usually good. Staff at this location tends to be very young and just starting in the working world so there are occasional hiccups. Overall a good place to stop.
Worst fast food experience of my entire life. Every time I ever get a sandwich there I have to rebuild it or dump out half the contents because its nothing but lettuce and condiments the workers are not very polite they throw your change at you basically and I will never eat there again. Not to mention its right next to the smelliest thing on the planet
It was a pretty nice building for the location. They served me quick and I had my food quickly also. Friendly and an overall good environment.
My order was wrong for the 6th time in a row, with food completely missing. Whenever I stop Im usually in a Rush so I need fast food. No time to check my food when they should be doing it correctly in the 1st place. Ridiculous.

After complaining last month, the manager called me. However, that did no good because I have been back twice and both times they screwed up. First time I ordered 2 identical hot lattes, minus whipped cream. Received whipped cream on both. Second time, I ordered half sweet tea and black coffee. Received coffee with cream and full sweet tea. Seriously? Had hit the road like a dummy and didnt check my drinks. Couldnt drink the tea, was so sweet. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU PULL AWAY. Take a picture of the order screen too.

Went through at lunch time and still got through the line quickly! Our food was fresh and correct. The staff was friendly! The spicy chicken is delicious.
The French fries were cold and spilled all over in the bag. The frozen coke had more liquid in the bottom of the glass than any other frozen coke that I have gotten before. Chicken sandwich was not very hot either.
Have ordered drive through 6 or 7 times. 1 time got a single for a double had to go back. Every time fries are half full. Dont waste your money. Stinks that they take advantage of being the only place open late and rip people off time and time again.
Cons: Location is in a bad area as the smell of the town is so over powering that it makes you feel ill. The chicken nuggets were way overdone. Driveway and parking seems to be crowded. Bathroom needs cleaning. Bugs flying everywhere and had dead bugs along the window. (Really disturbing as you are trying to eat your meal). Pros: Staff seemed attentive and were helpful (except mistakingly getting orders wrong). Overall, if you are hungry, find a different location to eat at. My experience was not good.
The Croswell McDonalds never fails to have good food. They are very consistent, which isnt always true at other McDonalds. Their staff is always friendly and courteous.
They try, definitely need better speakers at the drive through. Unfortunately service is super slow. Their best employees have gone to Sandusky. Hope they get better soon.
Its McDonalds dont expect 5 star. Over all good service here.
I worked at McDonalds growing up and I did everything from crew to management and Id have to say this McDonalds is one of the worst Ive ever seen they seem to screw up more orders then they get right just tonight they pulled me ahead to wait for my order and they ended up forgetting two of my items then gave me the wrong pies. Im sure they have some great employees but maybe better training would help.
The quality of this establishment has dropped in the recent years. But its still a place to grab a quick bite when youre on the go.
Mcdonalds, what can I say, consistent, and cheap, when you want junk food they set the standard. Seriously, they do fat and salt very well, they became a multi billion dollar corporation doing just that. Its sad when they try to go healthy. They are the poster child for junk food.
The food we ordered was the best of any McDonalds weve been to that I can remember. A very polite lady took my order, I felt very welcome and will visit again when we get over that way. Great service!
Ordered 2 small shamrock shakes and a large shamrock no whipped cream and I get to the window and they hand my a large shamrock with whipped cream and a shamrock mcflurry and I tell them not my order I get told to pull ahead and they bring me out 2 small shamrock shakes and a large vanilla shake with whipped cream I tell them again and they finally got it right the 3rd time then I go back a few hours later and ordered 2 double cheese burgers and they were messy ketchup all over and one of the burgers had two pickles between the paper wrapping and the bottom bun. I dont think Ill ever go to this McDonalds again. This happened a couple days ago February 29th on a Saturday.
I understand that they get busy but every time we go to get food they forget something or they screw up our order. I suggest not making any special orders or they will screw it up. Or they will forget something Even if its printed on the slip for the grill.
We are here frequently for drinks or dollar menu snacks, occasionally for breakfast, and a couple times a month for dinner...we rarely have any issues, but if we do they are always quick to fix the issue...super friendly staff and fresh food every time we have been there!!
Nothing really stands out about McDonalds among all the other fast food restaurants along the same stretch of road in our area. I do have to give them credit for being the most recently renovated fast food place in our area and for keeping the low price bundle options.
Nice place to meet up with friends. The cashier actually let me have a soft drink for free which was pretty kind of him. I dont like Mcdonalds but in a small town there arent many options and it works.
Very disappointed when a coach brings in a bus load of athletes the coach does not get any kind of discount. We will be going to a different town and location to eat next time.We had a bus in front of us close to 60 kids total coaches and bus drivers. The whole time only one register. Very slow
Was the worst service at a McDonald’s in a long time. Pulled us ahead and we waited around 15 minutes then they brought out the wrong order twice. Had to go into restaurant to get correct meals. They also messed up the happy meal order for my daughter.
I never thought Id say this about a McDonalds meal, especially from the Croswell location, but it was absolutely delicious! I dont know what the new manager is doing but she needs to keep doing it because its working. The Big Mac was picture perfect, you know the yummy kind that you see in advertisements but never get, and HOT, same as the french fries, and I dont ordinarily order fries because theyre always cold. It was all topped off with one tasty apple pie. Going to Croswell McDonalds was always a desperate meal, but not any more. Kudos go out the the new manager and employees. Well done!

Not the brightest crayon in the box at the register, and they had the same attitude and personality as a piece of lined notebook paper. Wth happened to good morning, or thank you for choosing McDonalds, or even may I help you, instead I had a skin head that just stared blankly and lost at me like I was one of the wonders of the world. You dont have to hire rocket scientist, but your front counter face should at least not be a mute. Drive to any other McDonalds but this one and there food is 50/50 on if its even warm no joke lol. Unfortunately I have only 1 fast food restaurant in my town. It Sucks! Your order is either wrong or 95 percent of the time you are told to pull over and wait,so you do & you end up with half your order hot & half of your order is cold. Most likely one of the worst McDonaldso in the country!

In drive thru forever then asked if they had the 2 for $5.00 like all the other McDonalds. They didnt but since I was in line so long and very hungry I just ordered something. Very disappointed.
The Croswell McDonalds is smaller, but has excellent fast drive through service. They have promotional offers often, recently including buy one get one on McCafe purchases at certain times of day.There is no play-place at this McDonalds, and seating is limited. There is, however, a double lane drive through for taking of orders, and if there is a larger order or delay, they have you pull forward to an empty spot so your order can be hand delivered while they continue to provide service to other customers.We have always received friendly service from the staff, and orders are completed accurately and efficiently.
I have been to yale and port huron many times and their big mac look like they were thrown against wall ,mix up ,parts missing. Now croswell ,Sunday Aug 19 at 4.00pm that person did a great job making a big mac. Keep up good job. Its been years since I had a perfect big mac.

Busy 2 days for me are at McDonalds at capac exit yesterday got my stuff and back on 69 well not a regular coke . Today was in croswell got 3 mcchickens . Wow lettuce looked like it should of been thrown out a week ago . Not happy

I have noticed the the Croswell McDonalds has about 90% accuracy on drink orders and 80% accuracy if you order meals for over 4 people. If you do not order by the meal numbers accuracy drops to about 75%
Waited 20 for our food, then only received half our order. When I asked for the rest of our order please, the guy behind the counter was rude and threw the bag on the counter and walked away.

Im not sure which McDonalds you referring to it said 3 months since Ive been there I live in Croswell and visited McDonalds day before yesterday as usual I had no complaints from McDonalds whenever I order my food I get it exactly as I requested of course once in awhile and they have to wait a few minutes in order to get what I want this I have no trouble with and will repeatedly visit McDonalds again.
Always ALWAYS have to pull ahead and wait to get food brought out to me. Try to give another shot at it and ALWAYS DISSAPOINT. McDonalds is bad but this place makes it worse.

I went through drive thru tonight with my family 3yr old and 5month old husband, after the first thing we ordered she went silent and then read it back completely wrong then we ordered two #9 one with lettuce one without, when we got out order the wraps was wrong and couldnt tell us what pop was which, which didnt find out was wrong till we got home then called up there and the person on the other end was completely rude!
Service was horrible inside (1st time going inside and not using the Drive thru) and my caramel mocha was nothing but burnt tasting milk.. there was no caramel mocha 2 it.
Depending on the day it is service can get really bad. For a fast food place and have to wait 30 minutes for your food is ridiculous.

Went, specifically for the Buttermilk Chicken Tenders. (Over Dairy Queen w/coupon) Chose to go Croswell, over Sandusky. BIG MISTAKE!!! Buttermilk Chicken Tenders in Croswell are NOT what you get in Sandusky! (Even though both McDonalds are owned by the same family, Dickendasher, I believe.)I have posted a picture of what I received, tonight. 2022-03-15Nice people, fast service and they get the order right. The only issue I had was I gave them a gift card I had and cash to cover what the card didnt. The kid used my money first, then the card and handed me the card back with a balance, When I told him he was supposed to use the card first, he just kind of looked at me. Maybe I should have explained it but I didnt think I had to. Other than that its a good place to go.

2022-05-25I dont like McDonalds. I stopped to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Very unusual. The place was super clean. Bathroom too. The people super nice. Gotta give this location props for getting it right. Too bad most all others are trashy and unfriendly. This one was in Croswell MI.

2022-05-27For being the only fast food place in town you would think that they would strive on doing better and not screwing up orders I mean seriously a small town with less than 5000 people and you cant even get orders right.. constantly pulling people forward.. I dont think Ive been to this restaurant one single time without having to be pulled forward I mean seriously how hard is it to make a double cheeseburger and some french fries... 2022-06-22Not many choices when it comes to fast food or a drive thru experience in a rural area, so Id expect the customer service and food to be above average to bring more people in, but thats not the case here. Orders consistently incorrect, food slapped together and looks to be sat on when received...good luck ever getting a shake of any kind, because the machine is down. Smelliest and most unappetizing location.

2022-06-06They messed up my orders too many times. If they don’t have all what I order let’s say for example 3 cookies, they don’t say anything about it and just give me what they have. I pay for 3 and end up with 1-2 cookies. That’s not all. It’s like you have to ask for your change at the window. I’ll wait and wait and won’t usually receive my change until I ask for it. Pay attention to the cashier. I bet people got tired of waiting and just drove off without their money. 2 stars

2022-02-05Not the greatest but one of only a couple fast food options in this small town.Food accurate only 50% of the time, maybe. Condiments were given about 30% of the time. We usually go here about 2 or more times a month.Staff is friendly on approach. We usually use curbside pick up. Lately drive through has also been better in kind, friendly customer service.Id love to give a 4 or more star but with the inconsistencies of food order just cant do it.

2022-04-17Check your order. I ordered 2 Qtr. Lb. Bacon Chz. Went home to find No Bacon, no pickles and half the cheese, half of it was laying on the side of the box. 10 miles I could have saved if I checked first.
