Got 2 Big Mac meals and both Big Macs were HORRIBLE! They tasted like they had been sitting there for hours. The meat was dry and hard. A tiny amount of lettuce and sauce. Ordered apple dippers for my granddaughter and they were totally left out, yet I was charged for them. I won’t be back.
Horrible customer service. I know this is a fast food place and i wouldnt expect much from people, but the girl who took our order from the drive through window had a very bad attitude and yelled at us. I think they should teach their employees how to properly talk to customers because I will not be coming back and im sure i wasnt the first person who felt this way.
My order is incorrect almost every time I go to or get delivery from this restaurant. Today, I used uber eats and ordered for my family. I ordered a double quarter pounder with no cheese. Its labeled as such but its clearly a regular quarter pounder with cheese. Ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal. Its labeled correctly but missing the condiments that make it a deluxe and I didnt get a drink. Smh. Always check your bags before pulling off and I dont recommend this store for delivery orders.
All I ordered was a McDouble a cheese burger and a small fry , I had to park for just two small burgers? The lady in back cash did not ring my order up right I had the smallest order and they got me waiting like I order two Big Macs where can you lodge a complaint to where they will actually make a difference.
I have not yet to have a good experience. Today they’re only taking door dash orders after waiting in a long line. I would suggest a sign be put out notifying customers of the inconvenience.Other times I’ve gone they are taking cash only. Which was 3 separate times for cash only. No signs again waiting in long lines. The convenience being by Home Depot is the only reason why I’ve tried.Never going there again! 👎
For this McDonalds to be 24 hours they always tell me they dont have foods the coffee machine is down or sometimes no one never comes to answer when you were at the drive-thru.. I am up every morning at 4:00 a.m. and I make it to this McDonalds at 5:00 a.m. this is the worst customer service I have ever had.
Okay, I know mornings are extremely busy and fast food staff turns over quite a bit. The young lady at the order window was pleasant enough but my order was wrong. Of course I didnt realize this until I got to work. (my fault). I went back to get the correct order and it was fixed without any problems. Thank you so much! Not sure if they have received a pay increase, but they certainly deserve one. Great job Mickey D staff, great job!
I did not catch her name but the girl who handed me my order was very rude and rolled her eyes at me she is lucky my kids are in the car with me I asked for another bag politely and said sorry because mine was ripped and she was just so disrespectful for no reason don’t work if your attitude is going to be nasty
This place is so bad if I could give negative stars I would give -5. Are always out of something. most of the workers seem to only be able to take one order at a time. They will have one car past the screen with a dozen Cara just waiting to order. Do yourself a favor and go the extra 2 miles or so and hit one of the 2 on telegraph instead
Ive been going to this location before they even moved it across the street and remodeled. It used to be great, but once covid happened, it went downhill. Its like they dont really care anymore. Literally every time I go now, my fries are either old and yucky, or theyre half full. I brought my fry back this time, as it was barely even half way full, and they had me waiting for a fresh large fry for nearly 30 minutes. Ive been disappointed by this location too many times. I will not be back.
This is ridiculous.... Yall really put a half a slice of cheese on my fish sandwich. I thought i was mistaken until i opened it and saw that YES its a half slice of cheese, not a whole piece folded in half. I put a picture for you to see. I will be back in the am for my money back.
Legit made the whole drive thru at 1020 am wait for 10 minutes before they took anyones order. Probably didnt wanna serve Breakfast anymore 🤷♂️ Fr tho this place gets my order mixed with other peoples on a daily. Only reason I come back is because of how close it is. New employees every other day. Lol feel like Im wasting my time even writing this mfn thing
My whole order was horrible i ordered 6 meals and they only gave me 4, i had to go back and complain. Also the sandwiches were plain NO topping. The employees at the drive thru are rude and unwelcoming, All employees i encountered in the drive through line had their masks around their chin with their mouth and nose fully exposed. This is the third time this has happened to me. This place is unprofessional, I will NEVER go to this location again.
Both drive through lanes open, service was quick and accurate. Unrelated to McDonalds, some jackass used their parking lot to avoid a red light, and drove head the wrong way through the parking lot. Just because you drive a Cadillac, doesnt mean you own the road or parking lots.
Food was good as usual and very busy, also normal at lunch time. I ordered in app for drive up, pulled into a spot and texted the spot #. Got a notice it was being prepped and would be about 5 minutes. An employee came out but it wasnt my order. She then came out with a second order which was a car that pulled in a few minutes after me. As she passed she said mine was coming right out. I think it was another 6 or 7 minutes before someone brought it out.I share all of this to say I could have driven through the drive through faster, as I watched many other cars come, order, get their food and leave as I waited.This is a convenient location for me and the employees are always friendly.
Absolutely horrible. 28 minutes. 28 minutes is what it took to get a mcdouble and fries. Now mind you I saw a woman who knew someone who walked up and knocked on the door talked to manager then jumped in line in her car and was taken in front of 3 others that where waiting in 1 line. Proceeded to pull around and got her things and sped off. Now me and the other 3 people are still sitting and havent even had our order taken. I never leave bad reviews much unless it is just horrible and I promise you the owner of this place should fire everyone in the store that was working today. Even if we hadnt been skipped over for a friend it still took 28 minutes to get a order placed and get my food
Everything was fresh and hot but the young lady at the drive thru window told me she shorted me 5 cents. I asked why; she then gave me back a dime, and i gave her a nickel. Is it normal at this location to short customers their change? Seemed sketchy to me. The owner may wanna pay attention to cash registers. She also said that it was cash only and wasnt giving out receipts.
The person taking drive thru orders took the order of the other line three times in a row before getting back to me. When I politely tried to explain, I was ignored. When I drove up to the Pay Here window, there was a large poster covering 3/4 of the window and the person inside was working busy taking drive thru orders. Not being an uncommon occurrence for fast food places, I drove up to the Pick Up Here window. Here, the nice attendant seemed shocked I hadnt paid yet, so she took my payment, having to disrupt the flow of the drive thru.
This place is unprofessional. The employee was supposed to take both lanes but myself and 3 other customers sat there for 20 minutes while one lane kept passing us by. I call the manager while in drive thru he told me she was taking both lanes. I informed him that the other customers hadnt ordered and pulled to the window. He said she did take their orders. There other 2 cars that was in front of me pulled to the window and said their orders hasnt been taking. The whole ordeal was just unprofessional. Everytime I go here theres something missing. Bad attitudes. They dont want to work, then dont come
I order food from this location quite often through DoorDash and every time I get my food, the fries are half filled, the sandwiches have a spec of dressing whether it be mayo or tarter sauce. I don’t know if this is a “management” thing where they tell their employees to not properly do their job or if the employees at this McDonald’s don’t care. The prices on the DoorDash app are a lot more then they are in store so I’m not sure why they would provide less food and try to save on cost. I have pictures of my food from this order, next time this happens, I’ll be contacting corporate as well as going to the Better Business Bureau. I would also like to point out that my tamper seals are never broken so this isn’t the dasher eating my food. This all comes from McDonald’s.
Im giving them a zero disregard the 1 star. I have had problems to many times with this McDonalds. I will not mention here today. However today I have had enough. I ordered a Dr. Pepper with my meal drunk it completely living just a little bit of ice in it. Sat it to the side not thinking anything of it until I went to pour the water from ice out a couple hours later before tossing it in the trash. When a big piece of blue plastic fell into the sink. Yuck yuck yuck! I tried calling the store numerous of time with no answer. I will never go here again. And I pray nothing was on that plastic that I consumed. I will be contacting cooperate.
Not the best, but its good when you need a quick bite.I feel the employees are stressed with the amount of people coming in at once, which I totally understand. Being on Michigan Avenue you get many different people stopping by. Be patient when there, especially when in the drive thru.5 out of 10 times we visited, things on our order were off. However whenever we point out a mistake it is quickly fixed, no questions asked.Food is always hot, which we really appreciate.Building is kept clean, have witnessed a few employees be berated by rude customers and act very professionally. We once had a dispute about losing change and the staff was quick to get to the bottom of our predicament, despite it being an issue on my end. Bless.In short - Good staff, hot food almost every time, clean environment. Though orders are occasionally off.
Ok, I told the worker that I had a mobile coupon for .35 fries and she Still charged me FULL price, forgetting to scan my coupon! Heres the kicker, instead of scanning it while I was at the window, she told me I had to drive Around Again to do it! What kind of sense does that make? She says her manager told her to do it this way. So, I pull around and show her my coupon thinking I got my deal, drove off and went home. I check out the 2nd receipt, she gave me .35 cents off, not a large fri for .35! I was over charged est. $3.49! This cashier really needs more training! Going back tomorrow to get my money! Then, not going back again!
My family and I went here to get lunch and when we had got home we had noticed there was maggots on one of our burgers. We called up there to respectfully talk to the managers about our concerns, she was VERY rude. She didn’t care about our concerns and she hung up on us twice. We did take a video of the phone call, and also took a video of the burger with the maggots on there. I do not recommend anybody go there. We have contacted corporate, we are waiting to hear a call back..
Doesnt seem like it matters what time of the day I show up to this McDonalds you cant get a milkshake the machines are always down or always broken or they say they had shakes yesterday! and theyre not wearing masks in the Drive-Thru and theyre touching their masks and theyre taking their masks off and I have an autoimmune disease and Im not going back to this McDonalds corporate needs to take the store back its a mess I go through the drive-thru and Im afraid that someones going to make me sick! You have to go here during the day to get good service theyre too busy smoking weed at the drive-thru in the evenings. They cant get the order right on the evening shift.
Went today. Two cars in divethru in front of me . ordered fish sandwich with extra tarter.$4.99 for sandwich and .59 for tarter.Employee taking money acted like I was putting her out. Service was slow.FISH WAS COLD.WORST MCDONALDS EVERSAW TWO EMPLOYEES WITH THEIR MASKS COVERING THEIR CHINS. (One gave me my food)
They are always out of ice when its really hot, why dont they get a bigger, or faster ice maker? Three times last year on different days and twice on two different occasions this year is enough to let you go blah, blah. Besides that i think their services are good. They are courteous and respectful with contagious smiles in the drive thru...
Omg we ordered 3 shakes and some burgers and fries and the line took forever then after we got through we noticed we had no straws. Well the inside is closed so these things had whip cream on top no way of drinking without a straw. We had to wait in line again and when i told her through the order window she could of at least grabbed some from the money window instead once I approached the money window and told her I just needed straws she said ok just go ahead and wait. Ok I figured she wouldnt of had enough intelligence to just hand us a few!! Wont be back!
Terrible management. After waiting in drive thru 20 minutes on 12/28/20 at 3:15 pm, they asked me to pull into parking spot to get my meal. After 15 minutes in the waiting spot, I got out and they had no idea what I was waiting for. Bunch of people running around each asking wrong questions. I left after 45 minutes.. No food, and out $9.50 Never again! How do I get my money back?
They are always out of products and some of the employees are rude! Literally atleast once a week there is some type of system issue, machine down, pop machine is out, or delivery didnt show up. If you are having so many issues at this location then it may be best to get corporate involved so they can update your equipment because its starting to look like you all say things are down at 845 pm just to avoid working until 9 when you close the drive-thru because of the pandemic.
It took a long time for anyone to even come take my order and I used the kiosk, let alone the ladys who had been standing there for some time. She thought that I would somehow make them magically come take orders, sadly no. Then when we got our meals, the burgers were cold. I dont mean cool but like they had not been sitting next to an ice block or something. I am not going to return to this restaurant. The atmosphere of the place was depressing. The tables were dirty and it was very untidy by the drink dispenser.
The gentleman that took my order was very cool and friendly and also very accommodating as we had 2 orders that we asked to be separated and he didnt make it seem as if it was a bother or inconvenience at all. In fact he did that for us as we waited and joked with us for the few minutes it took. The only damper on my experience was the French fries for both orders didnt taste very fresh at all. They tasted as if they were re-cooked after they sat and died and served to us to move us out of the drive-thru. Also I ordered lemon with my sweet tea which I didnt get at first and the lady that passed out our orders first told me they were out of lemons and when I told her Id like to change my drink order because I no longer wanted my tea if they didnt have lemons she immediately went to a small nearby refrigerator and produced a cup with 4 lemon slices. Wow! What a miracle...🙄😒 And THESE are the type of people that are protesting for an increase to $15 an hour??? If they do increase wages for fast food employees, as I think they should, people like that wont be there to earn the wages if their customer service stays that way...
Im convinced no one can read a grill slip I literally got three strands of lettuce which I requested it to be added to my sandwich that I was charged for as well I wish I could post a picture of my sandwiches sweet tea taste plain wrong sauce like really ppl.....poor food quality.
The worst I’ve ever experienced. After waiting at a blank screen to order for 10 minuets. I proceeded to the payment window to order. I waited over 20 minuets to be told he was taking another order when I was waiting. I couldn’t order at the window, to bad. I have been at busy McDonald’s but the cashier at least acknowledged that someone was waiting and they would be able to help soon. I looked at a blank screen with no greeting or any acknowledgment. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Absolutely terrible! Stopped at the drive-thru tonight and waited at least 20 minutes for a room temperature meal of disgusting tasting food that I didnt even order! Youd think with the exorbitant amount of time they spent preparing my meal, they would have at least been able to give me the correct food, but apparently not. Seeing as how Im not the only one who has had this problem, I will never be stopping at this dump again.
Complete trash place. Order wrong any time I go there, people have no idea what they are doing and all they do is play on their phones. Screwed up an order of 1 kids meal and 2 cheeseburgers. No fries at all in the kids meal, no toy and they didnt even try to give us our drinks. Do not go here ever again!!!! Avoid at all costs. They are the kind of place that would spit in your food if you go back to pick something up.
Im in a wheelchair and my chair is too large to fit into the door so I had to stand up while my chair is closed a small amount to be able to fit inside the doorway. I had my son with me to help but I needed to use the ladies restroom. A wonderful employee not only helped me to stand but also helped me get into the restroom, (that door was also too small!) but she waited for me while I used the restroom! The food was the normal McDonalds food but the employee was a very pleasant part of a very stressful past three months. Im so mad that I cant remember her name but I know that my LORD JESUS does and Im praying for HIM to bless her tremendously!
Long line of cars is usual here - they are inefficient and generally close one of their two car order stations. We have waited over 15 minutes twice for drinks only to find out when we roll up to the order station that they cant sell soft drinks at this time. Two months apart and both times their soda machine is broken? No sign to warn customers who are waiting in a long line of cars? Will not be returning.
Its McDonalds, nuff said. My particular visit was a little slow because it was busy, and the girl running that drive-thru wasnt the most professional. The board didnt/doesnt work either which is only mildly frustrating in the sense that you cant see your order accuracy.The food was the standard McDonalds bad-for-you-but-tasty, so definitely zero issues there. Still efficient and easy, the way fast food should be.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at any McDonald’s. The workers are completely incompetent and have very bad attitudes when they mess up orders. Overcharge, do not give receipts. Waited over 20 minutes for an order which ended up to be wrong. Not entirely convinced they are following health codes. Avoid this place at all costs!
Absolute mess. They locked the doors with us in the restaurant because they were understaffed and no one would do their job. people were cussing and yelling at each other in the kitchen and being loud and noone was being helped at the counter. Very disrespectful towards the customers. Not impressed at all. Someone needs to be fired.
Coming from Metro airport picking up my son on his spring break from college he mentioned he hasnt had McDonalds in a while. We could had stopped at any other McDonalds along the way. However this particular McDonalds are always a pleasant place to stop in so we went their to get a quick meal it was hot to go the way we love it everyone was very pleasant.
If there was a zero I would have given that. My family got sick last night after eating here. Not to mention the rude person that thinks you are not supposed to greet customers upon arriving there. I tried calling to speak with a manager and the phone went to voicemail. Never again. The power is in the dollar which you will be getting absolutely no more from me. I work for a major corporation and will be spreading the word.
Worst customer service ever. They are not mine full of anyones time. I was in line for almost an hour after visiting the Home Depot next door. I was at the window for at least 20 minutes out of that hour and I saw the staff laughing and screwing around instead of getting me the food I ordered. For some reason this is typical of every fast food restaurant on Michigan Avenue around it.
The management there is very rude. Picking up and order that was handed to me and was wrong and when I returned the food I was told by the manager that I wasnt given that food, like I brought food from somewhere else to return here that was still hot?????? Come on now, its called customer service
Service at this location is the slowest I have ever experienced. If you get food here make sure you have your entire day/night free to sit in their drive thru. I literally watched my gas tank go from a quarter tank to E waiting for a burger. I wish that was an exaggeration.
This store is absolutely awful. The workers are always rude and disrespectful. My bf just came from there and the fries are hard and cold. They never have half the items on the menu available and the shake machine is never working or its being cleaned. Its very rare if they get your order completely right the first time. We only go here because its literally right down the street. This place needs an overhaul.
Was there today at 1205 I placed my order in drive thru no one was behind me but they pulled me up to wait anyways. After 15 mins the young lady brought out my peppermint mocha and bag of food. I told her I was missing my decaf coffee she said they were suppose to tell you we are out. Now u just made me wait 15 mins y didnt you make some and y didnt you bring my change. Than when I got back to work I stirred up my peppermint mocha thinking it just was not stirred but no I waited 15 mins and it does not have any flavor just plain dark coffee gross. I wont ever go back to this location again. Just horrible
I have never ever had such a big problem with this place tonight I went to go get something to eat right after work went home and ate it is COMPLETELY PINK! I swear I was about to get sick just looking at it. So I tried to call and talk to someone and no one answered of course. All Im saying is this is freaking ridiculous!!!
Sat at the drive through order station waiting to put our order in for five minutes before anyone said anything. Finally someone answered while laughing like crazy. Pulled up to the pay window and they were on their personal phone having a conversation.Oh, and the shake/ice cream machines are always down past 8pm. No other McDonalds has this problem.
Very rude people working. My order is always wrong. They nevet know what i order when its on the screen in front of them. The guy cashing people out at the window was arguing with the lady behind me. Literally yelling at her. By far the worst mcdonalds i have ever been too. Everytime ive been there than their out of most of the things i try to order.
Ordered a ten piece and large fry. Fries were literally cold, like rubber and unsalted. Nuggets had been left in the heat tray WAY past the time they were supposed to be and were chewy. When I initially ordered the food there were two people ahead of me and both were there because their orders had been messed up. These idiots deserve the minimum wage theyre making for the rest of their lives and not making peoples food. Whoever the two night shift retards are need to be fired or retrained and then baby sat for their entire shift and the nanny fee should come out of their not earned paychecks. Worst place ever to eat Ill never go back again.
We arrived at 8 20 and were going in the door when this rude young black girl pulled the door away from us and said dining room closed! When i asked her why the hours said. Dining room open till 10 she totally ignored me and pulled the door shut on us. How very rude! We wont go there again.
Not sure why, but service is always slow here. I stopped here on a Sunday morning. I sat at the intercom so long, I just backed up and went into the restaurant. There was only one customer at the counter. Stop here to eat if you cant make to any other McDonalds. If you have time, drive to another one.
Ive been to this McDonalds more times than cared to be there. If consistency is a virtue, certainly it would earn this place one star. Problem is, it wasnt consistent in a good way. I used to go here with a guy I dated. After giving some hints that I wasnt very happy with his choice of lunching, we went to a different McDonalds. Took a while to get him to realize it wasnt just an individual McDonalds.
This was the worst McDonalds, went there about a month ago and they had no soap in the womens restroom and the one in the boys was broken my son had to bring that in the ladies room for me to wash my hands. I told the employees about it. Also they made us wait forever for my food, and they had no ketchup out or napkins. Went there again today, figured might be different. But this time was worse, I was shocked to see the soap was still the same way. No condiments out they were out of everything. We ordered and they tell us we cant except $20 bills. I asked why? My total was $20.02 why cant you take it? He tells me because we dont have change. Seriously I dont need change. And at the end my son wanted a mcflurry and the machine was down. Really??? Horrible horrible
Went there about 30 minutes ago, the sandwiches were just thrown together like slop, and the fries tasted like old oil or they were cooked the day before and cold...... Ive been before and have had a different experience but this time I can honestly say I will probably never be back again.
Dump;Went for coffee ONLY & they could not get 4 creams 2 splendas Large coffee correct🤯 One time 3/4 full other ice cold LAST TIME. PLUS one time went in MANAGER was Yelling an cursing at fellow employees my husband told me. He love McDonalds but he will not go in this dump hell hole either!!!!!
This location is by far the Worst MCD in this area-competing of coarse w/the cherry hill location in inkster. Young crew who could give a fk if your food is hot, cold,how long you wait..... meat blacker than the dirty floor they service you on, I mean just Awful. And Im not being bias, basing this review off of a single experience! On at least 4 occasions. You young black kids need better training and an actual management team who is properly trained, allowing you at least gain the proper customer service training and development skills to go out in this world w/confidence to gain more applicable skills.It saddens me the lack of equal training across our metro Detroit area. Theyll send and spend money in a more white suburban area but when it comes to the less common wealth its like whatever there a lower class so let them be served in a lower class manner. But at some point you have to look in the mirror and become your own person not a follower and stand up for what is right yes this is just a McDonalds review however you filled out the application you applied and you cash your check on Fridays. Therefore you are just as responsible in voicing your opinion and experience which you work everyday if not we will continue to Parish and be undermined it and left out and left behind as we always are and continue to because we allow ourselves to just blend in.
Slow and belligerent customer service, even by the standards of Wayne County MI. Quite possibly the slowest McDonalds on the face of the earth. Employees actively embrace every stereotype regarding fast food workers that exists. Management and/or franchise owner could apparently care less, as this place never seems to improve. If youre lucky, maybe your lengthy wait in the drive thru will be on a day when the crack head panhandlers are working it.
Unfortunately, there is bad customer service at this location, whether you go inside the store or use the drive thru. The personnel is quick on calling you, a customer, a liar, if they made your order wrong or forgot to give you an item, stating, i.e.: ...no, its not true, thats not what you ordered; or thats not how long you waited; or no you didnt ask for a drink (i asked for a meal deal), etc. Also, they are highly disorganized and have messed up mine and others orders many times.I would not recommend this location to my friends.
They were amazingly polite and down-to-earth they were very on point about how we pacifically order our food and thats the only McDonalds I will go to but I havent been there in the last few days like less 10 days cuz my daughter got sick so Im out of work but Ill be back there in about a week.,
McDonalds restaurants as a whole have been slipping when it comes to service. The food here is not obviously healthy, but if one is careful heart stopping calories can be avoided. In any case, the classification of fast food may have to be redefined or this restaurant should be identified differently.
Weird that this place is listed as 24 hrs.........EVERY TIME Ive come here late (I work at a bar) they are closed. Thats not a coincidence, maybe someone should check into this or change their hours. Its not an acceptable business practice to close on a regular basis when you are suppose to be open. Do better.
Garbage. I has been there multiple times throughout the year and everytime the ice cream machine is down! The last time I went the guy referred to himself as the boss mother effer while talking to his coworker while me and kids were in the car. Garbage. When I asked to talk to the manager they said that she was outside in her car smoking a cigarette with her friends and that I could come or call back later to talk to her. Called back later and they said she left work already. It was 9:41 PM, what kind of shift ends at that time. Dont give this filthy disrespectful restaurant your money, surprised corporate has not shut them down.
Typical review.. messed up my order twice, I went last week to be and then again today and both times messed up my order... it was a one person order.. it was one meal, with a extra sandwich. And they messed it up how.... but then again this seems common at this McDonald’s
Waited in line at least 5 minutes when a rude female counter person advised everyone to use the machine to place everyone orders who was waiting in line but everyone wanted personal service from a live person.apparently this person dont realize this computer is going to take her job,but I guess drive through customer are the only customers that matter
My neighbor and I stopped by the McDonalds at 25341 Michigan Ave., Dearborn Heights, MI on Friday., May 30, 2014 for an ice cream with my 2 small grandchildren. There was no one ahead of us and it took forever to get 2 small cones and 2 McFlurrys. I ordered an M&M and my neighbor ordered Oreo. When we finally got them, they were not blended and when you picked up the plastic spoon, it picked up the ice cream and plastic container with it. It was so thick that we couldnt stir it with the spoon. So I asked the cashier about it and he said he was new, so it really wasnt his fault. Plus, he didnt know how to make them anyway. We asked for the Manager and he came and was nice. He told us the machine was broke and had been broke for 2 years. Unbelievable! Why would they sell McFlurry ice cream if the machine was broken? We took the ice cream to a table and as we were trying to eat it, we looked around and saw that there were 3 flat screen TVs mounted. Why can they afford flat screen TVs and have equipment that is not working? Makes you wonder, doesnt it? Does the owner of this establishment know about this problem? Well surely find a new McDonalds for our next Mcflurry.
They are always closed on the inside morning and afternoon like today the lobby was closed but I seen employees standing outside smoking and laughing when I figured out that they were closed on the inside never opened in the morning inside is dirty the entire staff needs to be redirected asap always catch attitudes when it’s time to do their job...
Person taking the order in the Drive-Thru was very rude I asked to add something on when I got up to the window because she didnt take the order correctly in the first place and she told me I had to go back through the drive-thru I told her no then she told me to come into the building I said no then she finally tapped the screen a couple times and it was done
Probably the Worst McDonalds in the immediate area. Rude management, rude workers, awful food (by even McDs standards). They dont have half their menu when ever you go there. Management doesnt care, if you mention anything to them they tell you to leave and dont come back.Worst........... McDonalds...........EVER!
Horrible McDonalds its more expensive than other McDs, food is always really nasty (if they actually have what you want to order), they never do any of the deals, the McFlurry machine is always broken, and the employees are rudeI advise that you stay far away from this one and go to the 50s Mickey Ds on Telegraph instead
I havent been to this McDonalds in awhile I usually go to the one down on Telegraph and right now the one on Telegraph is under construction so I started going back to this one and I remember why I dont go to this one anymore theyre slow theyre understaffed and the management does not care I highly recommend not going to this one today it took me a half hour just to get my order placed Im not even going to say how long it took me to get my food just recommend going to a different location
Service terrible slow orders incorrect and u find this out after u get to work😡. Call back to let them know they promise to correct just take time out of ur busy day n come back only to hear by Demitree the manager tell u if u dont have the managers name u talked to u cant get ur cookies🍪. Really.

2022-05-23I stopped in this morning around 6am and ordered my breakfast. The order was prepared quickly, hot and fresh with only one young lady working. Did I mention there were two cars ahead of me? Give her a raise!

2022-08-10Waited at drive through speaker for 5 minutes before I decided to pull up to the window. No one in site. So I went and placed order on kiosk because they also feel they don’t have to help you at front counter. Little girl gave me my drinks then was extremely rude when I was still standing there and ask for my sons happy meal that was just sitting there.

2022-08-01We tried to get food here. We waited for several minutes in the drive thru. We tried to order breakfast but was told that was over. They said the grill was broke so many other items were unavailable as well. The smoothie machine was also broke. Not sure why they remained open if over half of the menu couldnt be ordered.

2022-05-15I put alot of sauces with my order and they cam up to me and told why you need that much sauce I think when we order it should be give it to us no question its the job that everyone doing daily what you mean . I do t want to mention the employee but in total McDonalds isnt a bad place to visit just please mind your business and do what you need to do

2022-05-30We parked for 15 minutes, no drive thru attendant to talk to. The lady cashier was cool when I drove to the cashier window, her freind was rude wanted us to go back behind all the cars on the other lane🤪. Crazy fast food america.

2022-06-27Far from the guest service I shouldve received , pulled up to lane 1 speaker and no greeting.. say there for about 5 minutes saying hello?.. &, so I pulled up to the 2nd window and a young lady opened up and I told her no one answered the speaker , and she said to just come inside and waved me in while she said it.. and once I got inside the crew seemed more interested in listening to their Bluetooth speaker , but the one lady when I asked if they had any buzz light year toys offered to look to see if they had one for my grandson.

2022-06-10After 930 its only doordash orders which I feel it shouldnt be. They are on a busy intersection, I get that it can be short staffed. If thats the case then close the business at a specific time. Why ONLY doordash orders? So you telling me instead of us pulling up in the drive thru ordering our food we have to get on doordash to order it just to receive food from this place is RIDICULOUS.!!! I use to be a shift manager I would have definitely gave the GM or someone my input on this. This is one of the reasons why I dont go here not even in the morning or daytime smdh!!!

2022-05-27Food and service very much depends on what time of the day you go to this location. In the AM and early afternoons, I never have had an issue. Once people are getting out of work and school though, it starts to decline. Often theyll be out of pies, or, theyll just give you different pies which is annoying. At night though is the worst. Im usually told Were accepting cash only or sometimes its card only which is extremely inconvenient! U could understand if it was cash only once in a grand while, like if the card reader was down, but for it to be frequent is super suspicious, and for it to be card only tells me theyve already rung up the drawer early because theyre trying yo leave asap. I understand that from a personal pov, but from a business pov? No. Unacceptable. If you dont like it, sorry but thats too bad. Ive worked in the food industry, and I know how it is, but you save the drawer for the very last, you dont break down the drawer before you break down the kitchen, when theres still 3 HOURS to go. Come on now.On a lighter note, theres been a guy working in the drive thru at this location recently in the late afternoons with sleeves (tattooed arms) that is SO nice, friendly, a hard worker, and he always seems to go above and beyond to make sure customers have a good experience with him. Not just with me & my kids, but even seeing his interactions with the customer ahead of me, he always has a genuine smile, lets ppl know if its going to be another minute, and he actually takes care to hand you each bag/drink carefully. Like, he actually reaches out with it for you, so youre not having to take your seatbelt off to reach. I feel like most window employees (especially younger women, IME) tend to barely even extend their arm out and you have to crane yourself out of your window to grab it, or they try handing you like 3 bags at once. So i really appreciate this guy being so considerate and accommodating. Its the little things like that that add up. He deserves a promotion and/or raise, for sure.

2022-07-22Always good food always friendly service correct about 90% of the time with that McDonalds and whats nice is if they mess up your order they are we still in the free shake or a free fry just to keep you happy and that means a lot in this time that we live in

2022-08-08The workers here are very rude I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes got to the order speaker and she said they are not taking any more orders only Doordarsh and Uber I was trying to explain that I was in line for so long can I just make a order, she turned he mic off and left me there smh
