I had so much fun with Marty. The very first time I met you. That I was going to like you. But then Rex wasnt about to say something about it to you to be nice thats the exact moment that I met you.
I ordered two ice coffees, and when I got them 15 minutes later there was no ice in them. So I asked about getting ice and I watched her walk over to the sink and dump half of the coffee out and then fill it with ice. First sip tasted like straight water and then the next was straight caramel.
Horrible. What a joke. And to make it worse I ordered a burger and got no burger. Fish sandwich no dressing at all. And chicken sandwich was burnt with no condiments.
Please instruct Employees to not just turn away when the Customer says Thank You to them.

Was not clean the bathrooms were not kept up and the tables were sticky. Would not go back...
It was kinda trashy. They had one order station closed and we only ordered 3 burgers and waiting in that line took an hour.Not my first bad experience at this fast food restaurant and Im sure itll happen again. Plan ahead for a long wait

This location has the tendency to be slow and likely overwhelmed with the volume of business they get at certain times of the day, certain days of the week, as well as different times of the year and peak tourist season. Food is always hot this way but the wait time can get quite outrageous, and frustrating. The employees are always friendly, apologetic for long wait times and only occasionally are the orders wrong. It happens even to the best though, and I even understand that labor cost in the food and beverage industry is one of the two largest overhead expenses. In conclusion, Id give this location at least a 4 star rating if they would improve the time issues, but I definitely DONT want to discourage anyone from being a customer to this location by any means.
This location generally gets our order wrong. This time it was a missing apple pie. Went back, didnt have it but we could pull ahead and wait for it to bake, or wait for the manager to come back and get us our 92 cents. Either way, we were parking. We picked option C, leave and stop bothering with this place. Extremely nice people work here, but after the lunch crew leaves I dont know what goes on. Hope they get it together.
Slow. Ordered 2 large orange HI-C but instead got mediums. They then filled both cups up all the way to the point where when they were handing it to us it was overflowing onto me and in my car and they said “Sorry they are “faulty” cups”. Aka don’t have high expectations for them.

After a few bumpy years, this Mcdonalds has had a comeback. They usually get my order right, which I couldnt have said before, and the employees almost always greet me with a smile.
Bought a double quarter pounder from this McDonald’s and was served a raw burger. I ate half of it before noticing that it was raw. Don’t go to this nasty garbage McDonald’s.
Be very careful with your timing here, maybe order in the app. Everyone thinks they will get food here while visiting the dunes and so they do. I only give them 3 stars because of how crazy busy they get. They have always been nice and not screwed up my order. But hit the wrong time and youll be waiting sit down restaurant times.
They had efficient service during a very busy lunch drive through rush. The food order was piping hot, fresh, and accurate to our requests.
Well, that was a disappointing.Stopped to buy my girl breakfast because she loves the sausage cheese muffin.I love a sausage egg cheese biscuit ... my order didn’t come with cheese even though I asked for it.Ordered two meals ... the McCoffee is always good. McHashbrowns were crispy and yummy.Buuuuut .... the McSausages on both sandwiches were dried out like they sat out for way too long. We ended up throwing both sandwiches away after one McBite.Tried to do something sweet for my girl and this meal ended up as a disappointment.Maybe I’ll try again in a couple months after the kitchen staff goes through their McTurnover rate.
Was there before 10:30a.m. but by time we got up to place our order they had stopped serving breakfast. They should come out and place a sign by the last vehicle that will be getting breakfast. Waiting 20 min for nothing. Who wants a burger at 10:30 am....not me!

One of the very few McDonalds that never seem to have any issues when ordering, only bad thing.. its the only fast food place besides subway, so the line is normally pretty long, but if you order online and pick curbside pick up, they are out pretty quickly!
Stopped after leaving Pentwater for some grub on the way home, drive thru was fast, but the fries were cold. Guys dont shove your cold food on the drive thru. The amount of money it cost to feed a family of 5 for fast food is as much as sit down restaurant with good food now days. Very frustrating to get cold/warm food thats supposed to be fresh.
The workers were very rude and very impatient with me while trying to say my order. No one else was there and they made it seem like they were super busy. Finally got the food and turns out it was awful.
I grew up in Washington DC area and moving to a small town was a big change for me. I assume that everyone would be friendly. I have been coming to this McDonald’s for awhile and every time I always got bad service. My fiancé didn’t want me to make a big deal about it because she grew up in this area. Yesterday topped it off for me. My fiancé and her daughter were picking up some food. So they got the wrong order and the male employee was touching their food and started to yell at my fiancé and scared her daughter. So she requested her money back and she moved forward so this male employee came out to the front of the store started to yell at her. My fiancé felt like her life in danger. There is more to the story that I’m leaving out. It’s time that management start getting rid of the bad employee or they need a new management.
The place in hart,mi is always bad. Messed our meals up and even questioned why we should get a pop after they didnt give it to us. We bought three meals duh!!!!
This McDonald’s is the wosrt but we come because it’s the closest, hoping they’ll get it right. They hardly ever do. And when they are told they’ve gotten an order wrong they are very argumentative, even the manager seems to have a poor attitude. Definitely will not be getting our business anymore.
Fairly standard to what you expect at a chain restaurant. Unlike other places they do NOT mess up my orders here very often if at all, and if they do they are quick to correct. There is a space at the end of the drive thru lane for me to politely pull up to make room for the next customer vehicle while I check my bags. No play place. Yes WIFI. Yes electronic order system. Yes Steak Egg and Cheese Bagel.
Im giving this a three star because I love the revamped look at kiosks to order your own food. Something that our local McDonalds do not have. Bathrooms were pretty dirty which was gross when its such a new looking McDonalds. Order took a long time to make it to the table we almost thought it wasnt coming. Food did come and it was correct though. Just stopped here for breakfast passing through to head home from vacation .
The staff are always pleasant and delightful. As usual with every McDonalds location however, I always have to remember to check my order after I get it at the drive thru.

Rude, but it was 7:00am so Ill chalk it up to someone not having their morning coffee. Speaking of that, someones gotta teach these cats how to count back change. You shouldnt have to look at a screen to count back $0.05 on a $2.96 order. Made me smile over my fresh morning coffee...
Ordered a large fry, a small fry, two large slushies, and 2 mcchickens. We ordered the mcchickens first. We got our food, but no mcchickens. I asked the lady why it wasnt on the receipt and she just said well oops sorry youll have to drive all the way back around. We waited in line for 20 min just to get the first order, and I left mad. We didnt go back around to get the mcchickens because the line was out to the road. Its a dollar sandwich! Cmon guys
I got a big Mac and a quarter pound cheeseburger. The big Mac was ok, but the Quarter pound cheeseburger was terrible the meat was dried out the cheese looked like Chezwhiz. I was so hungry I had ate most of it. I definitely wont be back.
Management is extremely bad, service at night is lacking, understaffed at night, orders come out wrong quite often, bathrooms are disgusting, but at least its fast... Oh wait. This place needs more bad reviews so that maybe theyll learn what theyre doing wrong. Actually after thinking about it for a little bit I think giving good reviews would take up less space because there is very little that is actually good about this place. If I could give anything less than a star I would in a heartbeat. Thank you and good night America.
Food was good, helpful employees. When we got there about 10pm on a Wednesday most of the tables were dirty. They had not been cleaned off, ketchup on the floor with other foods under and around the tables n chairs. If the eatting area was like that, what does the kitchen look like!!! This is why I gave it a 2 star.
If I could leave zero stars I would. How hard is it to give someone all of the food they ordered? And then they acted stupid when I came back for the remainder of my food.
Although the food was okay, the service for 2pm on a weekday was horrible. It took over 10 minutes to get my order to go although drive thru seemed to be moving fine customers who bothered to walk in the door were not treated to the same swift service.If you need to use the restrooms, beware. After a remodel late in 2017, the handicap stall in the ladies restroom is okay; but the other stalls have small door that open in and give a person no room to easily navigate getting in or out.
Broken milkshake machine is a tag line for, we just cleaned it, and dont want to use it until close. Closing time is posted on the doors, yet employees decide when its time to close i.e. when its best for them, usually up to an hour and a half before posted times. When the franchise moves to self operated ordering kiosks then you will finally get your order right.This reveiw above was written a year ago, yet my frustration with this particular branch continues to be the thorn in my side in all of west Michigan.Having traveled through the east coast from Michigan to Florida every McDonalds Ive been in are leagues above this scum pile. I am a trying man and I believe that services may get better, however each time an outing Im involved with wants to go I continue to be dissatisfied.As of this time the worth while complaint leads to time. Having sat in that line for nearly 45minutes, and people, this is no joke. An honest to God 45+ minutes. I watched cars in front of me drive off without even getting their order due to the amount of time it takes. The manager should be fired. The staff should be replaced. With the appropriate time and correct management, they could be the best fast food joint in the county.

Food was hot, specifically asked if napkins were in the bags, assured that they were. However, zero were. I had to really search my car for one!
McRib is here! Man is it saucy but dont worry you are given plenty of napkins. My hubby and I love our McDonalds, we just enjoyed a McRib meal for dinner. I love it when the onions make my nose sweat a bit. Yum Yum Yum is what I got to say. Enjoy!!!
Fast, friendly service, my order is always right at this McDonalds and the food is hot. In over a year, not once has anything been messed up or even warm. This location is the only place I can say that about that I have EVER been to more than 3 times. GREAT JOB PEOPLE
There is no reason for the slow service that happens at this McDonalds. There was only one person ahead of me and I waited for 20min for a medium coke and fries. I went inside because of the line outside, when I left the truck we would have been behind was still not to the pay window.
Over 30 minute wait in drive thru since lobby wasnt open - staff not very pleasant when interacting with us after the long wait. Would not recommend - although our food was good I would have like not to felt as I was an inconvenience.
Again took orders our of order on drive thru. We had 3 cars from other side before they remembered us. Then when they messed up the order and I handed it back, I heard a gal (looked pregnant perhaps) say We dont care.. I knew that before. But thanks for confirming.. OMG I thought the window was shut.Ah no. No it wasnt.Typical experience for a McDonalds. If you expect better, youre as bad as most of the employees here.
No stars today! Horrible experience! Most People were nice but food wasnt & order mistakes were made! First no fries and had to go inside after going through drive thru..get fries go to vehicle and notice our big macs were missing half the beef! Also is the patty normally thin...wondering if used wrong meat...So go back to fix that and the next one has almost done beef..a little red...somebody needs to help the cook! The positive? Shamrock shakes are good!
Rude in drive through, then nice guy taking money, nice lady at next window. Then had to pull forward wait, wait, wait. Cup was lite so looked inside before she left, and was only 3 wuarters full. Didnt start to drink until I reached the office. Realized then they made the wrong drink.
2pm on a Sunday. 25 min wait for two frappes. Nearly 20 min wait for a cold meal.The only employee that could be seen trying to hustle things along was Jose. Everyone else, including the manager wearing blue, where barely moving as the queue of more and more orders built up. Visible to all of the waiting customers, were the two employees on the sandwich line have a deep conversation among themselves. It must be a regular thing, as none of the other customers seemed to mind waiting over 20 min for cold food.

This McDonald’s is ehh, never messes up my order, but food is sometimes cold, which is annoying, and the drinks are always flat, no good flavor, ever! Mcafes are better. The manager (I assume) is so rude. She’s very negative towards her employees. Making them feel like nothing. We all make mistakes. Some customers are chill about. No need to harass them in front of other customers. Employees seem great, I guess some are just moody sometimes because of their boss, shoot I would too!
They tend to forget things in my order . i ordered both of my children happy meals with an extra fry side and they didnt give us the extra fries and they put the juices in the boxes and the food got cold.the fries were cold and appeared to look and taste like they were redipped in the fryer. Only thing that came out decent was my salad. My mocha frappe was also halfway melted when i got it

This restaurant is run by children that should not be managers. They are rude and act like you are trying to get something for free if you tell them your order is wrong. I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and they gave me coffee second time in a week. Told the manager that it was wrong and he argued with me. The woman that was taking our order was rude to us when we pulled through to pay our money for what we ordered.

Employees are always rude and act like they dont care about customers. Takes forever to be able to order and even longer to get your food and once you do it is usually wrong, cold and very poorly prepared. Shut this place down and put something that can get an order right in its place.
Waited about 15 minutes. A few people in line but not 15 minuets worth. Got to my seat, wrong sandwich. Did not have time to wait another 15 minuets to get the right one.Seems each visit to McDonalds over the past few months it takes longer to get a meal and quality is going down fast.
This McDonalds is the most inefficient store I have ever been to. There is almost always a wait, make orders wrong, and lack leadership. We have been going there (the only place around) for 3 years and it has not changed. I really cannot recommend this place, unless its for a coke or coffee.
Mc Donalds is McDonalds ! Its ok. It has very little sparks of really good food. Except for their new grilled Chicken sandwich. There is a big difference between Ludington Mc Ds and Harts McDonalds.
Didnt get the order right took two tries after the original order was placed. Since the renovation seems like there is less seating and the subway tiles on the wall seem to increase the. Noise/echo in the restraunt. We had to speak very loudly to hear each other. Will stick to the drive through or not go at all.
This location is often VERY slow. Sat in the line from ordering to driving away for 32 minutes. Not all their fault, they get slammed certain times of the day because theres nothing else around, but still... Have to always check my food, often things are wrong or missing. Online ordering hasnt worked the last two times either.

This is the most poorly run and operated McDonalds I have ever been to in my life. Ever. Expect to wait in the drive thru line for a minimum of 20 minutes- even if there is only one car in front of you. Expect the line to barely move, the service to be exceptionally slow, and your order to be wrong. Every. Single. Time. I would rather starve than ever have to endure this place again. There is just no excuse for how poorly this McDonalds consistently runs. What a joke!
Not even worth a star. Hart McDonalds is by far the worst one in the US. They serve old dried out food, cant get an order right to save their life. Store is always dirty, restrooms are horrible. Management does not know how to run the store properly. Corporate needs to hire a undercover to show them exactly what goes on.
They cant get orders right, if u order anything cooked to order they give u the old or burn it, the last 4 times Ive been there after calling corporate 4 times, its still the same!! Still never received a call back from the owners or corporate yet, just like anything you buy, you want what you paid for!! I wont be back to this McDonalds again!!
Worst service ever you call this McDonalds? This food is so gross and greasy! I cant even eat my food without out it missing something or being cold for waiting for something easy! And they messed up my caramel frappe that it wasnt blend good that you can see the ice chunks at the bottom and I had to check the bag twice to see if my order was right that they need this place shut down. Went thru drive thru.. they tried to give us 2 different orders..neither was ours. Then asked what were ordered.. have then our full order. They grabbed a bag & handed to us which was obviously just the food-should have been 2 sandwiches & 2 fries..also ordered a water but didnt get. Had to ask a 2nd time for water which rubbery handed to me & we left. Got to our hotel room to find they only gave us 1 fry. Must be 2 quarter pounders..2 fries & 1 water were too much for the 3 people standing there to figure out.

Went here the other night thinking I would be able to get food inside due to towing an RV at 9:30 on a Friday night. Nope! They closed the inside already. Really. I have never heard of a McDonalds being closed so early. This was not my first time at this place but it will be my last. The last time I went there my fries were cold when it was super busy(still trying to figure out how that happend) and my nuggets were undercooked. Trust me, if you have not experienced undercooked nuggets, you dont want to!

Stopped at the drive-through at McDonalds in Hart, MI earlier today. I get that it was lunch time and the drive-through line was long, but it also moved very slowly. Once we ordered, the waiting continued. A lady in the other drive-through lane was honking and yelling at the order kiosk because they lost her in the shuffle, taking several orders from our lane without taking hers.Once we got our meal, several things were incorrect. We ordered two Oreo McFlurries and one Reeses, but got two Reeses and one Oreo. They made us another Oreo, which was fine, but they also didnt give our kids the right sides in their Happy Meals, and forgot to give us three of our drinks.I get that this is pretty much the only (fast food) game in town, but if the theres going to be a delay, at least get the food right when it comes. I wont be going back to this location again.
Its at best fair, for the most part if there were more fast food options in Hart Mi. Id be there . The staff are good people, but management seam to be letting everyone down. Two drive through lanes and one til as well as a stretched staff! ! The golden arches must be after my money, not my business

8-5-2017 worst service ever. I ordered 2 mcdoubles, mc chicken and a lg fry. I had to pull forward and wait forever for my food at 9:30 at night. Lady who took my order said what do you want never mentioned welcome to mcdonalds how can I help you or what can I get you. Staff was hooting and hollering and playing around. Before they asked me to pull forward. Then when they brought me my food they were cursing and screaming to their buddies that pulled out of the drive through

Worse service ever. Had one employee working front counter, taking orders and filling all the drink and food orders. He would take an order, leave the register to go fill 3 or 4 orders with several people waiting to place an order. Several people walked out before ordering. This Hart McDonalds is always the worse for service.
The worst MCDONALDS I have ever eaten at. It took over 40 minutes to get my food (a single order) and the scene was chaotic because I wasnt the only one. Hardly considered fast-food. Unfortunately, there arent many options in Hart but I would rather skip lunch then go through that experience again. Terrible.

I just left the restaurant and to be very honest the customer service was terrible!!!! First was cut off on my order, then it wasnt even the right order. Then i was constantly cut off while trying to fix my order then at the window receiving my order i was given the wrong order again and received another bonus!!! An attitude from both manager and cashier on giving me the right food. I tried to be nice about the whole mix-up but as i was getting ready to leave both manager and the cashier started talking about me as if i wasnt even there about how they hated customers like me!!!!! I try to teach my kids about patience and the importance of being understanding but this restaurant left me with a lot of questions from my kids as to why the people in the restaurant were soooo..... rude to me and I will never be going to that McDonalds again! Terrible Terrible customer service.
Not a good place to stop. Customer service, the time they take to make your order and order accuracy has gone from bad to worse at this particular location. I personally dont buy food here other than coffee. God help them in the tourism season.Its a clean place to eat, I give them that.
Yeah, we live nearby and go there at least once a week.. at least we used to. There was a moment in time dating back to a few months ago where they screwed up our order 10 out of 10 times. Often it was we get home, and find out that they didnt give us something in the order, or completely gave us the wrong meal altogether. Like we would order two fries and two 4 piece mcnuggets, and wed get home and the two nuggets were there, but only one fry order. Plus if you ever look at your drink, or mccafe drink like a frappe or iced coffee, they never fill the drinks to the top. I recommend you look at how they fill drinks up to the very top at every other mcdonalds except for this one. They leave it as much as (my wife and I have seen) a quarter of the way down from the top. Its pathetic there. Now we go, order our order completely clear and pay full attention to what they put on the order screen at the drive thru (and have corrected them multiple times), then before we drive off, no matter how long the line, we open up our bag and examine the whole thing to make sure its all right, which most the time its not. I asked them to fill my drink up higher please one time, and they bit my head off saying the machine gives the exact amount and they cant fill it up any higher. They bad mouthed me at the window, as 3 workers gathered around where they make frappes talking about me so I could hear them. But yet, when I go to another McDonalds its always perfect. The one in Whitehall and Ludington has never screwed up any of my orders so I try to avoid Hart as much as I can.
The drive thru employee was very distracted and did not know procedure for online orders. I let the manager know and he was dismissive and had attitude with it. I told them they were very rude. Will not go here again

Used the drive thru....the bottom of the bun was rock hard from being under the warmer and sitting there for who knows how long. And no napkins or straws were given. Worst experience at a McDonalds.
We went through the drive thru and order $32 dls worth of food! We get the food and without checking head on to silver lake, when we get there 2 of my children were missing their complete orders! This was the 3rd and last time they mess my order! I will never come back to this place!!!!
If I could give a zero star rating I would. The employees dont even know what comes on the sandwiches and they close when they feel like it. Had multiple people on the Entercom saying the different times they close and days they change their hours but non of them were consistent with the other. I wish this could be a taco bell or a burger king.

Only been to this McDonalds 3 times and all 3 times they were out of something today it was they only took cash credit card machine was not working.
Food was exactly as expected which make these guys great! The wait was 19 minutes otherwise I would give 5 stars.
Pretty good experiance. This one does not make amazing food but its clean and conveniant I suppose. The staff is often efficient and accurate. The worst part of the restaurant I would say is the building itself.
Slow!!! It took about 10 minutes for our food. We were missing sauce and my daughter went to the counter where she was ignored. She gave up after 5 minutes.
Service was great I ask for open Face Fish sandwiches and they did it without a problem. Very good

This gets worse and worse everytime. Never come at lunch takes almosr 40 minutes to go thru and then food is half cold. Too long... I thought being 8:12 pm that it would b faster.. Off time. Cant handle a busy dinner time. Drive thru service check your order including the flavor of your drink. This location gives McDs a bad name.

Todays experience was hot and fresh. Order was on point, only had to wait momentarily for fresh fries.
Youd think that this being the only wack Arnolds in town their food would be good..but to my dismay at lunch time my food was either over cooked or undercooked. Seems the cooks have forgotten how to microwave the food..
Worst experience ever. Never going back. Store was filthy, Incorrect order,rude service while trying to correct order, did not recieve all items ordered and a 20 minute wait to top it all off! If it were possible I would not even give it 1 star.

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes and still had not been waited on. Left and drove to Coloma and got service there right away in less then 30 seconds and food and drink in 2. Well worth little drive to Coloma for lots better service and food
We were there during noon hour rush, and received courteous, pleasant, unagitated service. I will surely be returning to this store!.

The food is always good, and the staff is friendly. But my order is almost always messed up. But other than that it is a good place.
This location is slow even when compared to a sit down restaurant, and like all mcdonalds is going to the kiosk. Time to boycott the chain and encourage people to go find actual careers rather than a highschool students first job.

If there is a line and you dont have time to wait, keep going. They seem to be severely understaffed and unorganized when it gets too busy. Lots of turn over in employees as well. At times the employees are not the most courteous either. Sorry! This has been my experience.
Cold food n people with attitude can never get your order right n salty
It is always slow even if they are not busy and some of the staff just stand there and dont help the other people. You can see them on there phone and it just does not help any with how slow they already are.
This is one of 2 Mcds I frequent.I often sit with the morning elderly crowd.Clean. Friendly. Mcds food. Simple.To address some the other reviews:1. Hart options for fast food is this mcds. I dont think subway counts. But they do have a drive through.2. I have noticed things run much smoother when Brenda (store manager) is in the building.3. The store has a high entry level staff turnover. Common place for mcds im sure. But it often seems they place the new person on the only register running for the lobby.4. This is a TOURIST driven location right off the highway and 25 miles from any other fast food. The drivethrough pretty much always has priority. (J/s)5. Saturday and sunday mornings are packed from the camping/silver lake crowds.6. Good days and bad days… but this location is far and away better than MANY locations I have been in.
Arrived 40 minutes before their closing time and had multiple people on Entercom saying the hours changed on different days but lights were still all light up. Only swanky who responded that feed off welfare worm there
Terrible, waoted in line 20 mins, then just left. Inside was not any bettet went thete 2 weeks ago and waited 25 mins for an order. The new machines inside bad idea!!

There was a line of cars almost backed up to the road so we go inside.. The staff were very young.. we waited about 10 mins just to get our order taken.. The manager took a break during the chaos, and when she came back on time clock she was working drive thru and made the cashier stop waiting on a customer twice to get coffee.. very much in disarray at the McDonalds in Hart, MI.. or as my daughter said theyre a hot mess..
I ordered a fish sandwich without tartar sauce for my husband. They still put it on his fish sandwich and I had to take him to the hospital. I called and talked to the manager and all he said was he would talk to the cooks. Really not ever going there again.

This McDonald’s is getting worse myself and my boyfriend went there and when we got there she was very rude when we were ordering and then when we got our food we had to sit there and wait for her to come back to get the sauce which was not put in the bag we always check the bags and we sat there and waited for her to come back asked her for sauce she got mad and when she came back she told us it was in the bag we told her no we checked but she was positive there was some in the bag which there was not she processed to argue then walked away withAn attitude she completely ignored what we had to say
7 breakfast burritos. 5 hashbrown. 30 MINUTE WAIT! HORRIBLE service! As our order was being bagged up another employee came up & pulled our food out to give another customer that was behind us.

Traveling north on 31 in the middle of nowhere needed a lunch. Convenient to highway and close to gas and food store. Clean, quick service, food as expected.

I’m sorry for having to come through THREE TIMES just to get my food right. The lady who took my order was VERY rude when I had to come back and get sauces for 3 10piece nuggets. I will not be back. It doesn’t help that every time I come through here, I either have to pull up or come back because something is wrong.

2022-01-25I paid for two double quarter pounder meals and A 10p chicken nuggets that I myself couldnt eat! Im just across the street from the restaurant and my food was no where near FRESH!!!! This is a splurge due to the fact that I had to pay for so much just for the convenience of it being the only restaurant really close. 35to40 bucks for 2ppl? Ok! Cool is it to much to ask for some WARM food? I can probably even still snap a photo for you.....I can cause i gave it to my neighbors dog 2bites and I was over it! I couldnt even enjoy my frappe and those are not cheap..

2022-06-17This place is a McDonalds. I dont know what else to say. The food is gross but kids like it. The inside was really dirty. I would stick to the drive thru.When I lived in Moscow back in the 90s, a McDonalds ice cream cone was 30 kopecks which at the time meant that you could buy like 300 with one US dollar.The staff were paid with American money so they were the most overqualified people in the history of the restaurant business. They said it was required that cashiers be fluent in at least 2 languages in addition to Russian. Most of them had advanced degrees in various STEM fields.Since then I think they turned the M on the sign sideways and called it Дядя Ваня...but the one in Hart is nothing like that.

2022-06-05I try to be understanding because i know its hard to get workers but it literally took 25 minutes for me to get my food, and it was just two sandwiches and nugget meal, I get home and realize they didnt even put all my food in there. Then the inside is closed so i cant even go inside to get it fixed so I had to wait in the drive thru for 15 more minutes to just talk to them because they messed up.

2021-12-08Ive had mixed experiences here in the past but I wanted to give them a review because last Sunday while trying to pull into their lot, my car slid off into the ditch between there and the gas station. One of the young ladies that works the drive-thru came out and asked if I was OK and offered to bring me a coffee. I appreciated the offer and the fact they went above and beyond what youd expect.

2022-05-14The food was okay but I was with my dad and then my dad paid with a 50 dollar bill the bill was 10 dollars and 47 cents so the guy was dumb he didnt know how to count so he called the manager and hid the 50 dollar bill my dad saw that she put it under the register so my dad got mad and left.They robbed us they should have gave us 40 dollars back
