Glad to see theyre open before 5 in the morning start the day off great
I ordered a 20 piece nuggets, with ranch and spicy buffalo, a mcdouble and a smoothie. Somehow someway mistaked a mcdouble for a double filet o fish then it wasnt even double. Then i didnt even get any spicy buffalo sauce.
I asked for hot chocolate with caramel that Ive gotten before at McDonalds recently and they seemed confused then said ok and charged me for 3 premium hot chocolates then I get them with zero caramel and they didnt bother putting whipped cream on it as well
Was about as good as McDs gets. Sure hit the spot late at night.

Terrible. I ordered the big breakfast and an oatmeal. The lady in the car ahead of me was arguing with the cashier for 5_6 minutes. My food sat. As opposed to remaking my food, they served it to me. I wasted 8.00.

What happened to the Big Mac? Its been over 10 years since I had one. I was surprised to see the meat size shrink to half of what it used to be. I remember it used to hang over on the bun sides. In all fairness the taste is still good. Service at this place was not good. Only drive through was open and it was a mess. I ordered two meals, and was surprised at the pickup window that its only one meal and one sandwich. I was told the girl taking orders is new and there is nothing they can do for me and if I wanted to get another meal Ill have to go back to the drive through again, because they were too busy to fix their mistake. The guy at the pickup window was acting weird. He seemed to be high or something. I asked for lots of ketchup and he handed me (by hand not in a bag) over 30 packets and closed the widow. WOW. My wife and I looked at each other and shook our heads in discontent and said lets just get out of here. This place is nuts.
Line was efficient for the time of day, made us wait in one of those parking spots for two mcdoubles though, but you cant blame them it was like 1:30 pm mid lunch rush, overall good. Definitely would go back
Utter disaster. Dont come here at night because the people move with absolutely no sense of urgency. Saw one worker just sitting on their phone while there is a line longer than a ride at Cedar Point. Im sorry to whoever owns the joint but you have a horrible nightshift.
Understandable with no workers but when your website says your open and you go through the drive thru only to be told they are only taking orders for door dash isn’t cool. We are community that has kept you in business during the Covid. I won’t be supporting this franchise ever again!
So my kid wanted a happy meal with his friend and this us what they gave him....a bit of cheese sauce. This is in no way appropriate nor is it accidental. I suggest you take your money elsewhere.
I understand these guys are busy and they are working hard. When there is a few cars in line and you take an order on the right lane and tell me to hold on- thats fine! But when 4 other cars roll up on the right lane and you help them while telling me to be patient or leave~ you just made that the trashiest McDs around. Congrats
Envision this cluster#%@$ of incompetence:Someone orders a LARGE MEAL- pulls to the window, and they REPEAT the order.Then, they charge 2.50 more than makes sense for that same meal, and give no receipt.That person pulls forward, and is given a bag of food- they drive off....only to find out that the LARGE MEAL that they were overcharged for contains...wait for it.... a SMALL FRY....they DONT EVEN SELL SMALL MEALS, SO HOW DOES A SMALL FRY WITH A MEAL MAKE SENSE?So, at the end of the day- if you want to pay extra for a single sandwich, and a SMALL fry, and have no receipt to back yourself up...then go to this location.If you value your money, or getting what you actually asked for, then go anywhere else.
The employee in the drive thru was quite nice, spoke clear, looked me in the eyes when she talked... you know, acted like a human should. We departed with her saying enjoy your food! Im 45, 3 daughters & cant remember the last time a McDonalds employee, period but especially in the drive thru, was that pleasant & professional. Thank you, Ill be back !

Been here probably 10-15 times in the morning. 2 of those times they gave me the wrong sandwich.Sometimes, my order isnt displayed at the order speaker, otherwise Id catch a miscommunication.Today they werent accepting credit cards, and gave me the wrong thing.Staff is very friendly though, and fast.
Worse option is order online and do curbside pickup. I had to wait over 18 minutes for my food that I had preordered 10 minutes before that. Then checked to make sure everything is there and ended up, that they didn’t give me my fries. Waited longer to get the fries, while my shake melts and my other food gets cold. They have now lost my business
Easily the worst service I’ve ever had I ordered a triple cheese burger with no onions and 2 McChickens easy right? No they didn’t give me the correct amount of change and when we politely told them we were given attitude back when I got my food I got a double cheeseburger with extra onions I didn’t want any I don’t recommend this place the worst service you will ever get
Food was ok, took them 20mins to figure out what I ordered. And all it was is 20 pc chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich and 3 shakes and I got my shakes but they didnt understand stand what I ordered.
I work at the dealership next door, I come here around 2-3 time a week. Apparently the drive thru lady decided to catch an attitude with me today while I was trying to order. I’ll be sure to let the rest of the shop know what kind of service they can expect when coming to this McDonalds. Thanks!
This restaurant says that it is open for 24hrs on the weekend. I was so upset after waiting for 30 minutes. I got to the window to intercom to place my order. The cashier says, We are only taking doordash... 🤔🤬 There was no indication at all. I can say that I will no longer go to this location. That is a terrible way of doing business.
Why is service so complicated? $18 for 2 Big Mac meals and what did I get? Cold sandwiches, lukewarm fries, and UNSWEETENED tea when I ordered SWEET tea-as my receipt reflects. I hate leaving poor reviews, but this happens frequently at this particular location. I tried calling and did not get an answer at 10:30 p.m. I won’t be returning.

First off, the only reason why I went to this location was because it’s the only one in the area open when I get off work. I felt like I was bothering the women working. If you have such an issue with customers ordering food at 4am, then don’t be open 24 hours. My order was wrong (2 simple breakfast sandwiches) and after I went back to get the correct one I was also charged again because of their mistake. If you dislike your job so much, find a different one. Don’t take it out on the customers.
Slow drive through, hot and fresh food, dirty floors on the inside, made my order wrong, and staff thought it was funny.

I would Zero star this place if I could. Im so mad! Bad! They keep taking the other lane order which was 5 cars but only one from my lane. I ask for a cheeseburger but got hamburger so my Granddaughter would not eat it. It took me 25 minutes to get to the food window another 10 to get one happy meal and a 4 pcs chicken nugget. That is sad.
The employees over the microphone dont want to work, so does anyone really think anyone in this establishment is making good food. Short answer if you cant decide to come here, when employees do not want to work, you get bad food, whether it tastes bad or it will get you sick. Therefore I do not recommend coming here.. Examples: I can get all but a large carnel frappe. They have the supply, but they refuse me a large. Another example, long line , waited, got to the microphone. Please wait... waiting, waiting, everyone else is getting helped, then theres the other part of the drive thru that they completely ignore most of the time. Its time to get a new crew over here.

The last couple times I have come here my order has been wrong. This time is the last time I give this place my money. The employees managed to get my order wrong 3x and by the third correction I just gave up. No cheese on any of my burgers. Fries were thrown upside down in the bag. Half my order was missing despite correcting them in the window 3x and still managed to forget everything. $20 order to receive half the things I paid for & the things I did receive were wrong and majority of it was cold. Save yourself the money and headache & go somewhere else for food.
Nearly every time I order from here I order a Double Quarter Pounder with cheese, plain, with large fries. Theyve made a mistake with my order 4 times now. The first two times, it wasnt plain. The second time, they forgot the fries. This time, they gave me just a Quarter Pounder for the price of a Double Quarter Pounder, since thats what I ordered. I dont know how my order can be messed up so many times in almost always a new way every time.I never leave reviews, but having my order incorrect nearly every time is ridiculous, and from what I can tell from other reviews for this location, Im not the only one.
Wow! Things sure have changed at McDonalds. Ordered a simple cheeseburger and while I was eating it, I wondered why it tasted dry and flavorless. Then I looked at the actual burger patty and I cant believe how tiny and super thin it was. I dont even think you could call it a burger. It was at least half the thickness of a normal cheeseburger, if not more! Youre basically eating all bun. I definitely wont be returning to this one!
Can’t tell the difference between a double and single I guess. Glad I spent the extra money for less. Going to be so great knowing the person that doesn’t know the difference between quarter and double quarter will be making $15 an hour. Idiots. Every time I go there on a Friday afternoon, my familys order is wrong. Usually sandwiches are made wrong, this time they just didnt give us 2 of the burgers we ordered. Its drive-thru ONLY and Im not sure what could be so difficult except that the person taking the order repeats Anything else? a million times instead of listening to the order. Regardless, I guess Ill take the loss because its not worth the drive back to fix it. #hungryanddisappointed

The McDonalds employee came to drop off the trays, slammed tray down hit my son with the tray. Said thats was rude how you drop the food off and you hit my son, well the tray was heavy!! That is no excuse. Where is my 2 drinks? Oh you did not get your cups? No.... well they are right here. We just went today (May 21, 2019) at 3pm. The woman who took our order (through the drive-thru) was the rudest and most condescending person I have ever encountered. The way she spoke to my mom was absolutely infuriating and disgusting. Ive never had to leave a review like this, but we left feeling so upset. If youre having a bad day, dont take it out on your customers.
This young blonde woman refuse to give me fresh fries .. So I ordered my food it didnt take to long . I got my food went to my seat tasted the fries they where warm , I was really craving them to be crispy fresh n hot which their where not so I went up to the counter asked the cashier politely can I have fresh fries .. she proceeded to say they are fresh I said no their not .. she responds with yes they are . She was literally going to argue with me back in forth in front of customers embarrassing me with no their not , yes they r childish rant . So to avoid that I called over an older lady she looked like the manager and she got them for me .. but she handed them to the cashier . So the blonde cashier threw the bag down on the counter n said theirs ur fresh fries andwalked away . I didnt deserve that just because I wanted my fries fresh , very rude and unprofessional .. 7/11/19 I was their about 7:30 pm
This is one of those times I wish I could rate 0 stars. Fries are always half full because in the words of an employee: the owner cant afford to give full orders out. Theres rude employees left and right, including the managers, who shake their heads at you and refuse to give their name. Ive seen an employee from there threaten a customer saying theyd beat their a** and the manager did nothing to calm the situation and instead watched. It takes absolutely forever to order & receive your food. Fries are sideways and dumped in the bag, burgers have barely any toppings and way too much mayonnaise, ketchup, etc, on them. In the end, Ive stopped going to this location because I dont want to feel disrespected, waste my money, and more importantly waste my time.

They got my order right and my breakfast burrito was a nice size which is what I rate the most on!👍 But the woman taking my order was very harsh and i felt bad being there or making he take my order because I was very obviously waisting her time? Pretty sure someone is writing her a pay check though? Im nice to EVERYONE I respect the same courteously. There was no one behind me in the drive thru and it was pretty quiet. That was only one employee though so I only knocked then down by one star. Not a good start to my day though...at least the lady who handed me my food was nice.

Whats the point of ordering online if service will be slower?I was the only person in line. Waited 2 min for someone to take my online order info. Pull up to window and guy tells me to park my vehicle because there waiting on hash browns. Ok understandable. Lady pulls next to me. Get order is out within a minute. About 5 other vehicles get there food from drive thru. Finally my food comes. Something tells me to check order. Im missing 2 hash browns. The same ones that supposedly had me waiting for 7 min. I tell the lady she says well they didnt charge you for it. So you still want it? What you think? Ive been waiting 7 minutes patiently. She goes right in and comes right out with hash browns. Get home look at my online order and ofcourse I was charged for it. This place has to do better.I dont know what the issue is but next time Im asked to move and park my answer will be NO. I bet my food will be out asap. thats disrespectful and uncalled for how they handled business
Went through drive thru and was told to pull forward to wait for fresh fries. All food was brought out in 1 bag and the fresh fries were sticking out the top of the bag. So my fresh fries were cold and gross

I walked in around 6:30pm as the only customer. Then two others after me.I ordered a big mac, large fry with no salt, 4 piece nuggets, and a medium drink.You can see everything that is happening. The screen, with walkin and drive thru orders as well as the food as its being made.My nuggets came up first then the fries which had to be cooked fresh because of having no salt. When the big mac came up i alerted the drive thru girl of it as she grabbed it and pit in a drive thru order and gave it to another customer. The nuggets sat out the hopper for 15mins, the fries for 12mins before i asked for a manager.So they remade the fries then noticed there was no big mac made for my order! Another 6mins later i was getting an all fresh order put in the bag except for the cold 20min nuggets which i then had them replace.Wont be returning to this one anytime soon!
What can I say other than Mc Donalds is my favorite fast food burger joint. Im simple so my usual order usually includes one or more of these; sausage McMuffin without egg ,McDouble cheeseburger, large fries with barbecue sauce instead of ketchup, large soda pop without ice(you get more pop then) for a dollar. Early morning quick breakfast sausage McMuffin without egg and a large coffee 2 for $2.

Went in and ordered a large coffee and sausage egg & cheese sandwich. Get to my table and sand. Was completely wrong a bagel with cheese that was it. Today was the second time in two weeks where they have completly given me the wrong order. Apparently reading an online order is too hard to fully grasp. They also have a hard time keeping ingredients to make shakes in stock as well as condiments.
Giving a one star to be nice... When I have to reheat my food in my own microwave because the hick workers cant make sandwiches properly, theres an issue. Also they forgot my fries and when I got my fries they were stale and cold. My chicken nuggets were soggy. Also my burger was cold and had lettuce on it when a Double cheeseburger doesnt have lettuce on it... And they demand $15/hr?! Should only make $3.50 for the work you barely do

Overheard a manager with no people skills, and probably no diploma bullying employees in front of customers and everyone else. They should be fired. That behavior is unacceptable in the workplace 10-6-19 around 2:30 pm
Normally, the customer service here is pretty average if not below average, but today (July 10th, 2018) @ around 10:35am all members of the drive through staff provided great customer service! So nice and so pleasant!! 5 stars to the staff THIS MORNING !! 👍🏼
I received warm fies but they looked good but she offered to give me hot fries and told me to pull up and they will bring me hot fries. Well I got greasy, cold warm fries, cold nuggets and a flat pop. Lousy, disgusting service.F you.
It never fails, if you order only french fries they will find a way to mess it up or forget to put the 1 single item you ordered in your bag. Every visit they screw up my order and/or forget items I paid for; when I call to inform them of the missed items they act as though my call was a complete interruption & is bothersome, they always have an attitude on the phone & never apologize for their incompetence or for ripping me off. Only reason I keep going back is location, other MCD are 4 & 6 miles away.
Food is good.. Clean.. Employees pleasant.. Management great.But, frappe machines are broken down 45% of the time.. And the do not pull cars to side anymore whose order is taken longer.. Too bad for the next few cars whose food is cold..
Went here on my way to work because I work a midnight shift and I was there before 10:30. Place says it closes at 11 and all of the lights were still on with people working inside. I was ignored at the drive through monitor, then when I pulled up to trhe window I can see the employees talking to each other and one guy is standing there on his cell phone. I am in clear view and they still ignore me and after waiting several minutes, the guy comes walking up after picking his nose and yells at me through the closed window that theyre closed and just walks away from the window. Kills me, I worked in customer service at a grocery store for 10 years and it didnt matter if we closed in an hour or in 10 minutes, we were still expected to treat the customer with a little respect, not ignore them and then yell at them with the door closed.
It was approximately 2:30 in the afternoon or Saturday evening when I was in the mood for some breakfast items. I went with the sausage McMuffin . I must say, this was the best visit to McDonalds for breakfast I had ever had , Quick Service friendly service, hot fresh food. Well done

Dirtiest McDonalds dining room Ive seen in a very long time. Every table was dirty. Employees all standing around arguing instead of cleaning. We were there a few months ago and we complained it was dirty. It has not improved.

Ordered a moca frappe today got to window she said sir it will be under a minute please pull up we will bring it out. I needed to get back to work so i didnt move forward. The lady slammed the window was rude then the worker came with the moca she was rude slammed the window at this point i waited longer and ask for manager and she said well i am the manager wow Mcdonalds at 23 mile n 94 should reconsider her position. If i placed a huge order i get it . It was a frappe get s clue mrs rude mean brat manager.
How can you go wrong with McDonalds? I just dont understand how you can screw up so many orders. Its not freaking rocket science. If I say I dont want onions, dont put onions on my burger. Close to my work, I go there when I dont have much money for lunch. I use the app all the time to get a1$ sandwiches. Also when I use the app to get 1$ Mcdoubles theyll let me order it with no ketchup or mustard with lettuce and big mac sauce and dont charge me extra.

The McDonalds on Gratiot just north of hall road in Macomb is consistent in terms of speed and accuracy. I find their drive thru service extremely efficient compared to other franchises in the area.

Good for a quick stop. Just like any other McDonalds. If you like the others youll like this one, and if you like this McDonalds youll probably like all of the others. Pricing was consistent and there were no issues with food availability.
My experience here was just okay the young man got the order wrong so I had to correct order with someone else and then when I got on the expressway I noticed that I did not have my Mushroom Swiss burger it was a mushroom swiss chicken breast sandwich

My bread was hard on my big Mac the food quality was not good really disappointed. Hadnt had this sandwich in awhile was looking forward to getting it.
Prices higher than most other locations, even with the new value menu they only offer 4 items on it. The franchise owners need to get out of their pockets and start thinking about their service.
All of our food was hot and fresh this location is pretty consistent.

Fries were hard..then the remakes were just as nasty...oil needs changing. Food was slapped into bag..burgers were smashed.
Sitting here at 116 pm on Christmas Eve and and all I could here were employees compaining about how the shake machine wasnt put together right and how it wasnt their job to do it.....Isnt it everyones job to make sure the business runs correctly.....just fix it and stop the complaining about it....Merry Christmas

Not only did this establishment tell me I couldnt get ranch dressing because I didnt ask for it when I ordered. They then proceeded to give me pop when the syrup was out for that product. Of all the terrible McDonalds service I have received this store has now replaced them all.
There was a girl named Rebecca Louise who was screaming and fooling around with another co worker while I was enjoying my meal. Then she let out a loud yell and startled my self and my companion.
My opinion on this location has changed over the last year, with different employees working, always giving great service thru the drive thru or lobby.
There meat is raw and over cooked the places is cold i just think some of these people dont take responsibility the boss took the chardes for the burger it was a bad time with my family

I was there @ noon on my lunch break & I had a question regarding a coupon I had not only did the cashier read it wrong & said I couldnt use it but she was rude as well...a manager had to come over & resolve the problem

The food is about $0.50 to a dollar more per item and they take about 5 min longer. Take the trip 2 miles north and save money and time
Went there with my husband, for breakfast. He took a bite of his egg McMuffin, got a long piece of hair. Yuck, he took it back to the counter, they gave him a new one, & apologized.

2022-05-23I have to take a minute and say how great my experience was with my 3 year old daughter today 5-23-22. All the food was perfect and the service was the most polite Ive experienced in fast food. Bathrooms clean lobby clean. A+ thank you to the crew 🙏

2022-05-17The manager on duty yesterday afternoon, Cheyenne, needs a different line of work that doesnt involve customers. They only give me one of the two fries I ordered and paid for, and she argues with me saying I didnt order two meals...and she was lookong at the wrong order on her screen. Argued that I should have confirmed my order when I paid...but I didnt even get a receipt (everything was listed correctly on the screen when I ordered). Then she argued that I did get two fries, so which is it? 🤣To the owners... Forgetting my fries didnt lose my future business or prompt this review. I understand that accidents happen. This awful manager certainly did though. I felt bad for the employees who looked afraid to even speak in her presence. They wouldnt even give me her name when I asked for the purposes of this review.

2022-04-25The last few times I have been there they have been extremely rude. Not wanting to help customers as the walk in (not just me). I also door dash and we are contracted through door dash to be able to get into the building so we can beat the line since we are working… and gas isn’t cheap. They lock there doors and ignore the door bell. Then when I asked the lady she was very rude about it. So many other reasons but i don’t have time, just wanted to say this is the worse McDonald’s I’ve been too.

2022-03-23Very well run mcdonalds. Order is always correct, and drive thru moves well.Edit: lobby now open as of March 2022. Not impressed. For is sticky and slippery in areas like it hasnt been noted correctly in some time. Bathroom was not clean either.

2022-03-21Probably the worst mc Donalds Ive ever been to. They ALWAYS say THEIR SHAKE MACHINES ARE DOWN Because they dont feel like making them!!! We have never been able to get a shake from this location! We now drive 10 miles out of our way to go to a different Mc Donalds!! WELL WORTH NOT GOING TO THIS ONE ON GRATIOT JUST NORTH OF HALL ROAD!!

2021-09-29I placed an order #3 large/1 mcChicken/ one 4 piece nugget the box for the nuggets was 1/3 full of minced onions the manager was rude when confronted on this and then replaced the 4 piece nugget basically calling me a lier all I was doing is to make it right of what I ordered with out the rudeness

2021-12-05The only difference in a McDonalds is the quality of its employees and the attention to the details of the job they do. The efficiency and speed at which they moved customers through the drive thru was impressive. The food was hot, fresh and good. What looked to be half my lunch waiting in a drive thru took less than 5 min. If you want McDonalds, I highly recommend this one.

2021-12-10Very slow service in drive thru. Once we placed our order and got up to the window to pay. There where two guys the cashier and other worker talking about a female being used up and ran threw because she had kids. Now I understand why it took so long to place my order they where busy talking about a topic that isnt work appropriate. The food was cold and look old been sitting awhile! My advice is take your money somewhere else. Hire some grown people and stop hiring these unprofessional teenagers.
