They hired me in and I call there today and she hung up on me I reapply and they blocked it i pushed the wrong button on the mchire I was set to start there and when I call there the GM hangs up on me when I was trying to call her to ask her a question I don’t know if I’ll apply there again if this is how im going to be treated I called the 3rd time and a staff member did the same thing when I did nothing wrong if this is how they treat new hires then they shouldn’t be hiring anyone I will not send anyone their way except to buy food I will not apply there again ever I mean ever again

Lisa was kinda rude to me when I came in for a replacement order that was made wrong on Wednesday may,11, 2022 and my frys with my meal were cold.

This McDonalds runs very smooth. most Everytime I get an order from this location the food is fresh, the fries are always hot and the wait time is limited. One of the better McDonalds locations in the area.
So glad I paid for the up size. Other then the fact they do this all the time there pretty good. Ill give more stars when this stops happening. I didnt pay extra just to have a larger container.

This experience was so incredibly slow. They made some of our food wrong but it took so long to get it we just left.
Food was fine, woman who delivered car side was friendly. However she brought 3 cars (mine included) food out at the same time. After waiting for over 15 min from order time, it was aggravating that 2 cars that pulled in after me (spots 1 and 4) got their food as I got mine (spot 6). I think my food just sat there until they had all their mobile orders ready to go out at the same time, then they sent them all out.3 mcdoubles, small fry, 1 McChicken, 6 piece nugget. Nothing special about the order. 4-6 cars that ordered from the drive through AFTER my mobile order was placed received their food before I got mine.
This location is great because the food is always prepared hot, correctly, and quickly! Its pretty busy so I like to use the app while in the drive-thru line and it works every time.
Always somehow mix my order. Or miss items and have to go in. And complain
We come here often. Some times the orders wrong but most times its correct. Today we had a big breakfast order and it was incorrect so we called it in and spoke with Laura(?) and she was so freaking nice. Unfortunately breakfast was over by the time we got back there and she was super polite and even called us back to make sure we didnt accidentally go to another McDonalds (we had to make a 15-20min stop on the way there) to get a replacement order. Super awesome!
I came through the drive thru and ordered among other things a fish sandwich. It was a pretty busy line but I work in 2 customer service jobs now and in the past I have worked at McDonalds so I completely understand. However when I got home to eat my food in which I waited at least 10-15 minutes for and my house is 5minutes away I was extremely dissatisfied. The bun which is supposed to be steamed was hard as a rock and cold and the fish its self was cold and old (Im sure like me working there you know what I mean). However with my sandwich being so cold the cheese was melted which leads me to only one conclusion....my sandwich was actually made for another customer, had been waiting in the food area that you grab the food and bag it for long enough for it to get that cold and hard and then was served to me instead of a fresh one. While I understand you were busy I go to the McDonalds not only out of convenience but because I like you better than the South Lyon one even though they are on my way home and you are out of my way. Normally I would not complain because Im pretty understanding but I know you can do better.
It has been a rough week and I thought the only thing I needed was a coke. I was mistaken. I had the opportunity to chat with Bri for a quick second and she has made my whole day. She is so very friendly and the nicest person that I have seen work at this McDonald’s! Bri, thank you so much for putting a smile on my face and for making my day a whole lot better! The disrespect by the cashier is ongoing. This is not the first time that I have experienced her rudeness. I blew it off the first couple of times thinking that maybe she had a bad day. Because continually treating customers is there a problem. If this McDonalds wants to survive they should fire this individual. With bad customer service in the morning it affects your day. I suggest the McDonalds off of Grand River and Wixom because I have never had a problem there, and they do have lower prices. It is well worth the extra 5 minutes for better customer service.
Drive through is a little slow compared to others, besides that they did fine. This location tends to not have a working ice cream maker, so call ahead if headed out for those cones or McFlurries.
All drive thru customers as restaurants are not open for dine in...extremely busy for lunch rush, they were quick and accurate.
This was a very disappointing McDonald’s experience. We were hoping to quickly grab our kids some food, but we ended up waiting for nearly a 1/2 hour. Can not recommend stopping at this particular McDonald’s.
Longggg line all the way around the building. Only one ordering station open, then after waiting so long in line we had to pull up and wait for our order. There was no way to get out of line and leave due to construction in the parking lot.
Food is almost always cold at the Lee rd McDonalds. They can never seem to get the order right and the drive thru takes forever. The management is more worried about talking to friends than doing their job. The only thing colder than the food is the personality if the people working there.
Literally all I go here for is to pick up coffee drinks for my boss and colleagues. A majority of them like to get frappe’s which is the frozen coffee drinks. Every single time I go here they say that the machine is broken. I highly doubt that. This is literally every day that your machine is broken. If that’s true, you are making no profit from it. I feel like all the people that work there are just too lazy to clean it and make fresh stuff. So now here I am at Starbucks paying almost triple of what I could’ve been paying for way cheaper. Don’t even get me started on how the teenagers don’t know how to serve you or talk to you correctly. All they says is “here you go.” Or “here”. Never “thank you for coming! Here’s your things! Have a nice day.” Never going back.

Its okay line is always long food is average wait times are long. my buddy made a large order and they complained that they were short staffed... They dont care they shorted us food and they wont even pick up the phone to make it right. And they want 15 an hour LOL. Id go somewhere else

I got to the window and paid for my 2 burgers and 2 fries. I was asked to pull forward after waiting several minutes. I watched three cars behind me pull away as I waited 17 more minutes. I have much experience in the food industry and I can completely understand a short wait when they are busy. However, no one else was in the drive thru when I pulled up and I only ordered a few things. NO GOOD REASON to wait that long for fast food. I can get food served faster at a family diner... For about the same price, none the less. This is not my first long wait at this secluded location either. It is a little off of the main path and I have never seen it busy. Maybe because people have to drive out of their way to get to it and then wait forever...
One of the worst McDonald’s ever. My double cheeseburger bun was like a piece of toast. When I went back in to get a fresh one, they gave me one that seemed like it came out of the Microwave. I asked the manager if I could get one that made within the hour, and he said they just made it. It clearly wasn’t. No apology or nothing. The floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Very disappointing.
Probably the best McDonalds Ive been to. The shake machine is always working. It seems a lot of the other McDonalds dont have a working shake machine which is important!! They do have those self ordering menus which is a little annoying at first but at least I know my meal gets ordered correctly.

My little sister ordered 20 well done nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers, the cheese burgers were cold and they messed up on what sauce she wanted. I was pretty disappointed when we called back and the young girl working couldnt help us and seemed too distracted to offer any sort of assistance. 😔 I just wanted honey mustard dude.
I usually get either 1/4 pounder with cheese medium meal, or two piece flat of fish on Friday for $5.00!
Its a McDonalds - comforting in its ubiquity, but you get what you pay for...This location has become a more routine stop for me, so I am revising because this morning crew should get some props. The food is your standard McDonalds fare otherwise this would be five stars, but these folks roll it out without skipping a beat. Months upon months of stops and not one error in my orders - ever. Theyre as courteous as you could hope for and will even return a smile without effort (seriously just give these folks a smile). If you are stopping for a McD breakfast, I can definitely recommend stopping here.
I could have gone all the way to Brighton, ordered and picked up Olive Garden, got gas, and by the time Id have passed on the way back, theyd still have only gotten 4 cars through the drive thru.

This is the slowest McDonalds in the area. Nice people just not enough of them. They have 2 drive-thru lines but the same person takes orders for both. Really slows things down. Might as well have just one line. Been there once at 11:30pm and they were already closed.including drive thru.
African american manager at drive thru was rude vefore I could even put in my order. Didnt have frappe machine running and was hateful like I gave her carona. Sorry you have to work. I was a lotal customer but wont he back. Keep your McAttitude I will go elsewhere.
Never been to this location. Not from the area. My Mother, one of my children and I were on our way home from Detroit Metro. They allowed us in lobby to eat 15 minutes before they opened. They were all super sweet! I enjoyed my short visit! Keep up the good work (to the openers).
Had earned a free McCafe. When I approached the window, QRC wouldnt scan. The manager said i had already used it and wouldnt honor it. Called Customer Service and they gave me the runaround. And referred me to IT. Never heard from IT. Dont go to the McDonalds in Rogers City, MI!
Horrible crew. Manager and assistant manager on day I was here are rude, they filled 4 orders with the same food before mine , though I ordered before them. Then deleted my order from the expediting screen and told me they had it under control. Then needed to see my receipt to fill my order. Way to be bad at a horribly easy job. ( I used to work fast food, so, I can say that.)

By far the best Mcdonalds around. Polite staff, fast service and order never wrong.Burgers are made with care rather then slapped together. Fries are always warm.It is obvious that this place has a leg up on other comparable resturants around.
All the sameYet the milk for the kids meal was totally spoiled. It smelled bad from the second we opened it. The sad part it ruined the meal for the children and not as easy to turn around when traveling on a a highway!
Staff is awesome, but mangers need more compassion towards the workers, when a customer in the back of the dining room can hear you yelling at an employee thats not good for business. But other than that one manager they are fast and efficient.
Lets face it, you dont come here for service or quality food, you come here to either shut the kids up or because you want something quick. McDonalds is always there for that. Not the best, but not the worst choice you can make...and for some reason you will drive away feeling defeated.
Today I ordered a steak EGG and chz bagel with extra sauce and they didn’t giveMeThe egg.... then they remake it and put no sauce on it. They constantly mess up my order. Waited 20 mins in drive thru on a large unsweetened ice tea and 4 mcdoubles. Then after 20 mins in line I finally get to the pick up window and was told to pull up by the rail because they where waiting on my sandwiches to be made so I pulled up and waited another 5 mins for them to be brought out. I waited a told of 25 mins for my lunch that I couldnt eat because I only had a 30 min lunch before I had to go back to work.

Not even one star😞. I had ordered a steak bagel but they didnt make them after breakfast so I ordered egg McMuffins. They were nasty I couldnt eat them. Instead of the white egg that comes on that sandwich I was given the folded yellow egg😤😢. This is not the first time I was given substituted items in my food. I will drive to wixom from now on to get McDonalds at least they know how to treat their customers.
Rude! Food is never fresh! Dirty! People are always working when sick! My sister got sick with food poisoning eating here!! They dont follow very good hygiene! Corporate is always having to come in store to check on them to make sure there following proper protocols... I know this because I use to work for them. I went to this McDonalds for dinner last night. I was parked for a wait on fries. It was around the time the lobby was closing and I noticed a man mopping. No big deal that Im parked because at least I will have fresh fries. The same man that was mopping was handed my food by the manager to bring it out. I took the food and was going to eat it. I turned around and went right back through to the drive-thru because I shouldnt have to feel that way. I returned my food and recieved a refund because that same employee handing my food was just mopping. With the same mop that is used to clean the bathrooms. When I asked the manager about the sanitary issues he said that the man mopping didnt technically touch my food.

The New Hudson McDonalds is not even worth one star but you have to put something. If I could put a half star I would.The people inside are completely incompetent of taking a order. My dog listens better than they do. They gave me the wrong food three times in a row.
My office is right down the street. I can walk over, put my favorite caramel frap drink in by the time I leave and get it by the time I get there. Boom.
This place would be better it they actually made what you ordered, and how you ordered it. Also, the dinning area is never very clean. Busy or not, it always looked like a pack of animals ran through the place. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean folks.

I really like the spicy chicken sandwich. The drive thru line was long but moved fast.
Room temp chicken nuggets. Paid for a bacon mcdouble received it with a slice of bacon that was half the size of a lighter. And the fries were cold. Worst McDonalds visit ever. Spent almost 8 bucks and threw it out. Extremely disappointed. Will not be returning anytime soon.
Cleanliness is a big problem there. When using both ketchup they splattered everywhere. Then the ketchup tray behind the counter, the ketchup was very slimy because there was white slimy junk in their. We were handed dirty cups 2 times. Terrible!!!

2 lanes for the drivethrough doesnt make it faster. it just makes it more confusing for the workers with people cutting infront of eachother. not to mention any time i come here, i spend 20+ minutes in the drivethrough line every single time.
Its McDonalds! I grew up with it and I still crave their quarter pounder with cheese meal. The fries were good and hot which is always important to me. Ive learned to ask if it is mid-afternoon. Theyve even gotten me some freshly made. I cant eat here a lot since its a higher calorie meal but I still treat myself once in a while. And a vanilla cone is something I get as a treat on a hot day.
Fantastic service! Very friendly and helpful staff, great prices and atmosphere, Ive been coming here for a few months and have never had a bad drive thru or inside experience. Have watched crabby customers mistreat staff though, which is rude and uncalled for. Altogether so happy with this place! You go New Hudson!
Its in town close by a shop I work at. Conveniently located by a Wal-Mart, gas station and other businesses. Great for a quick bite or dining in.The customer service was nice and the staff was very friendly. I stop by a few times every week. Good work for being a McDonalds.

I typically drop through the drive thru here in the morning on my way to work. There is hardly ever a wait, and when there is, it isnt very long at all. The staff is friendly, and my order is always fresh and accurate.
UPDATE: Since the relaunch of thr Quarter Pounder, things have changed. The food is now consistently served hot. This locale also remodeled and has self service screens which I really like. Its fast and easy.

My daughter is allergic to food dye, we were told there was no dye in the vanilla milkshake. When she had a bleeding bowel the next morning I looked it up online and called the store and was told by the manager, yes its actually possible to have food coloring in the milkshake, sorry! It didnt kill her but its painful and upsetting!!!! I was so disappointed!!!!! I could not believe it since some peoples allergies can kill them!!!!!!

Came home from the Michigan game, wanted grab a late night snack. Got in line, at 11:55. They served every car in line, and when it got to our car they closed and turned the lights off. Come on now...Really?? Google says open until 1am?!
Insufficient hand-washing facilities for employees/customers. Low pressure hand-washing faucets in bathrooms do not provide enough rinse water and there is NO HOT WATER available due to the low pressure. Cooler air hand-dryers, not much heat. Employees run back to the kitchen and get to work after using these faucets. I have complained to both the manager and corporate about this. Now Im calling the heath department.

Worked there for a few months and it’s pretty good, we have a pretty decent staff except two of the top managers are trash, they don’t know how to schedule very well. i do recommend working here if you don’t have a job though, majority of the people are super friendly and the service is great

The hours state the restaurant is open until 1:00 am on Saturday. I arrived at the restaurant at midnight, and apparently that day they decided to close early. Not sure how they can do that if their hours state they’ll be open.
The drive through worker stole my credit card number and tried to use it at victory secrets for 200$ your on camera i hope they put her in jail were she belongs. Its a financial burdon you put on me get a life loser.

Slow, warm food when inside at night and understaffed to a point the manager complains about it and shuts downs areas drink areas early .... i would say stay away because they do not care.

The food was Cold and the service was terrible and the bathroom looks like it hasnt been cleaned in at least a month they also had Ants around crawling on the window sill

2021-09-12- Waited over 1/2 hour- Paid for a larger fry and got a medium in a large box^(this happens 100% of the time)- paid for large drink that was 3/4 full- staff is a bunch of spoiled rude teens- I waited at the end of the rail for ~5 minutes- I asked for extra ketchup they charged me $.70^(I got zero ketchup, I asked for my ketchup, teen was super rude)- I waited over 5 minutes for ketchup (I found out why)When i got home i sat down at at the coffee table to eat and watch TV for a minute. I reached into the small bag with the ketchup and what do you know... THE $.70 WORTH OF KETCHUP WAS DRENCHED IN HONEY!!! Fresh honey, not like when you get a packet here or there that is a bit sticky. It was like they tossed the packets and then it was also pooled.- Its cool, Ill just use the napkins they gave me.... Oh, wait! the NAPKIN, SINGULAR... ONE NAPKIN...

2022-05-31Tonight I was one of those typical bad customers who comes to the drive thru before close and orders a ton of food. The woman who took my order and helped cater to a bunch of silly food specifications was absolutely the most accommodating she could have been five minutes or less before closing. 2022-04-29I used to deliver, a couple different pizza places, thats why when I got money from the delivery I didnt know if I had to go back, and pay for the pizza, get the tip, your commercial I get to keep all my tips, I then with out criticism. Yeah duh, but if you have never done delivery before you dont know, and normally I know where Im going before I take the order, I know you want keep deliveries fair, and not coast,to much,then fair for who ,we went 10 miles out, if I know where the order was going no way,we ended up in Novi, not bad,then the next one sent us further away. And a bad tip

2021-01-11I ordered curbside and I drive a semi so you have to wait at a bench outside when you order at least for now while covid is still going on the food was good the guy that brought my food was nice and got a large fry for a dollar with ordering on the app.

2021-03-30McDonalds is usually our fast food restaurant of choice when we need to be out. This particular location was about an hour from home so not our usual stop.We went through the drive through but our 2 year old wanted to get out so we ended up parking and decided to eat outside at the tables. It was a nice day and there were no signs saying the tables were off limits so it seemed fine.At the end of our dinner, my wife (whos in her third trimester of pregnancy) really needed to use the restroom so even though she assumed it was closed, she went inside with her mask on to ask if she could. The door was unlocked and there were no signs saying Do Not Enter or Lobby Closed. She was immediately greeted with Get Out, You cant be in here, and an attitude as if she had just kicked somebodys dog. She promptly complied and we went to find accommodations elsewhere as we hear the door lock behind us.I get that Covid is rough. If there wasnt a pandemic still going on, this would have been a 1 star review due to the interaction... perhaps 2 since the food itself was still fine. A sign, locked door, or nicer request all would have gone a long ways to a better experience. Its not as if we wouldnt have understood... she just really needed to go.In hindsight and before writing this review, I noticed it does say this particular location is not for dine in online. We did not think to check online before checking the door, however on that same note there is still a checkmark on Google next to restrooms available for this location... this obviously should be updated.

2022-02-12Our food was correct even with special orders, hot and as expected. Server was polite and friendly. People often deduct stars because its McDonalds food, I dont think thats fair. You knew you were going to McDonalds, dont deduct stars because they dont serve the food that a fancier restaurant does!!

2021-12-07Food is usually good, but I’ve literally never gotten my coffee right from here in like 2 years. I’m not exaggerating either I work at the Great Clips in the Lyon plaza and used to go to this McDonald’s a lot. But hot or iced, my coffee NEVER has sugar in it lol. I specifically said extra sugar extra cream today and got a regular iced coffee with a blob of chocolate drizzle on top and not only did the coffee taste burnt, it definitely wasn’t sweet. I understand the staffing issue that literally everywhere is having but it’s consistently a problem.

2021-10-23Used the mobile app to order a quick after shopping snack for myself and my son. Shortly after we arrived, an employee came out to let us know that they were waiting for the cookie oven to warm up and that the order would be ready soon. My son was THRILLED to get fresh from the oven chocolate chip cookies! And a huge hats off to the staff for the personal friendliness in completing our order!
