Ordered online at 8:22pm, was told by an employee my order was up next when someone else had an order come out around 8:50. Then at 9:05 someone else gets their order and the employee has to take a photo of my order to get it made inside.The phone line isnt working either. I cant believe Ive been waiting for almost an hour now with no food.
Sitting at the speaker now. No one will take my order. There are people working inside. Supposed to be open.
Dont go in and order. They push the drive thru faster and your gonna wait a long time. Not sure if they are understaffed or just under trained. Best of luck. Ill try again next week and hope its better.
This location seriously needs new management! Its always dirty garbage cans are always full with trays stacked on top full of garbage. Tables neglected, all while employees slowly prepare your food and hang out in the back. Only reason I come here is for the play place
I had my daughters Birthday here. The staff was amazing. No rental fee. It has a play-tunnel area for the kids. Clean area. Fresh food. We had a blast!
How do you not have drinks at a fast food restaurant??? I really don’t understand this? I know that things are really tough right now, and getting people to work is just as hard on restaurants as it is everywhere else, but the no drink thing is just a bit too much. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and hash brown and it still costed $6.00????? No drink!!!!McDonald’s I know you have the money to supply your customers with drinks, your actually redoing your building right now!!!!!!Makes a person not want to come back to your store!!!!
I tired to go through the drive through for breakfast and watched the whole outer line get there order taken. Literally 8 plus people, some of which didnt even get in line until way after I had already been sitting there for 10 minutes. I ended up driving off I was so disgusted. I also had a problem another time going through the drive through here. Will not go back to this McDonalds again.
Well been here before and its ok, however, just now at 10pm the drive thru doesnt say a word for 5 minutes. People leave thinking its closed. But the sign says till 11pm and get this, haha it says on weekends open till 12pm. See photo. Not too bright no? Anyways no one said they were closing so I left to Culvers down the way.
Junk food employees that cant get your order correct from register to kitchen but the soda was good. Ordered double 1/4 pounder got a single order no pickle got extra order extra onion got no onion and this is a on going thing at this McDonalds

Ordered online at 554pm for curbside pickup ...at 615 (over 20mins later) I called inside to ask where my food is and the lady was just pure rude when I asked for a time frame And told us to cancel it and leave if we didnt like it.. I told her no I already paid for it I want my food or my money over an hour went by still no food no money wish I could give it negative Stars.
3 customers got served on inside lane while I was told one moment please on outside lane. Pulled off to go to the one down the street and will not be back to this one.
Absolutely horrible service! They refuse to bring out my food because it was after 7pm. I ordered on the app. Ive been waiting 30 minutes. The guy tells me my food has been sitting on the counter!!! sandwiches were cold. Never coming back!

As a dasher, I dont appreciate the attitude from certain employees on the afternoon shift. I dont hassle them, I follow the rules and speak with calm intent. Sometimes they take forever answering the door to at least inform how long the meal may take. I really hope they can improve 🙏
DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS MCDONALDS THEY THREATENED ME WHEN THEY OVER CHARGED ME FOR 4 thing cus I did the online order and so the manager and the staff came out and threatened me they messed up everything and chose what to give us!!
Terrible!! Management needs to be get rid of alot of their staff. They have no respect for the customer. I tried all day to call to report my problem with them. She worked Thursday the 16th around 9am. It wasnt 1thing it was about 5 things. This really needs attention, read your reviews.
In a rare experience, there was absolutely no lines in the Drive-Thru! I expected my food to be fresh. My Big Mac was stale and the fries were old. But Miracle of Miracles: I actually was able to get a chocolate shake! Can you believe it?
The lady is always short! Last time I had a coupon and I gave her the code she was still trying to charge me full price after I told her. I just pulled off. I just go to the others.

This is the absolute worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I waited over 30 minutes. When I pulled up to get my order, I was handed 2 large cokes. I explained that one of the drinks was supposed to be a milkshake. The guy at the window yelled at me and said “yeah right! People be doing that all the time!” I had no idea what he was talking about, so I said I ordered a coke and a vanilla milkshake. He said “it cost more for a shake!” Then closed the window. I sat and waited because he still had not given me my food. He opened the window and said “ what you want!?” I said “my food.” He closed the window again, and about 5 minutes later gave me 2 bags of food. Nothing at all that I had ordered. I wanted a Big Mac meal with a coke, and a quarter pounder meal with a shake. I received 2 mcdouble’s with added mayonnaise and onion, and a quarter pounder with Mac sauce. Also 2 large frys that were ice cold. I threw the food away and went to a different McDonald’s. I would not eat anything from that McDonald’s. I will NEVER go back!!!
This McDonalds has a track record for being a great choice for a quick bite. Being drive-thru only has caused some slowdowns, so plan an extra 5 minutes or so, but the food comes out great, and the mobile app provides fantastic deals.

Worst service! I pulled into the drive thru a few minutes before 9pm. I sat there for a while. At 9p, someone finally came to the speaker, but I couldnt understand what was said, so i said excuse me. It took 2 minutes for them to come back and they said they were closed. I asked what time did they close and he said 9pm. I told him i had been sitting there before 9p waiting for someone to help me. He says well there closed now. He never came back to the speaker, just completely blew me off. Thats beyond rude. I was furious especially because i only wanted 2 drinks. I shouldnt have to sit there for almost 10 minutes waiting to order 2 drinks and then get told youre closed with no apology. I rarely go to mcdonalds especially this one, and now i remember why. I will not be making that mistake again. I hope management effectively trains their employees on customer service. I understand there is a pandemic and everyone is stressed. But i have been working during this the entire time in customer service and have never treated one so rudely.

2022-03-28The food was actually hot. And it had a good taste. And the staff was very professional. This will probably be the one place I can think of that does not have the after effect of eating the McDonalds food. In other words you feel weight it down and very heavy. The food we purchase here did not give that feeling even after 1 hour. Way to go.

2022-07-16This is hands down the worst McDonald’s in the city. The absolute worst staff, with the worst attitudes. It never fails every single time I come here I can order two things and my order will still be missing items or just completely wrong. And if you go back up there to have it fixed your just greeted with more attitudes like your a Karen for your food being wrong. Half this staff can’t read a receipt, I truly would love to know who hires these people. This place is averaging 3 star reviews yet everytime you pull into the parking lot you will hear people walking out screaming to go ANYWHERE ELSE. Such an awful establishment.

2022-05-10I am being nice with 3 stars. I have lived in Westland for 24 years. Nothing has changed at this Mcdonalds in that time period. 95% of the time expect slow service. Dining room is usually fairly clean which is nice (I have not been in it since Covid). The quality of food is hit or miss. Once in a great while you will get very good food and the right order. Even if the food tastes good, you have a chance that the order is wrong. Yes, fast food is usually this way that you can get the wrong order, but this mcdonalds your odds of getting the wrong food are increased. Even though they have way of improving this, I find it always hard to get in and out onto the main roads because of traffic. Personally I would rather go the Ford road and Venoy Mcdonalds. At least at that Mcdonalds, most of the time you will fresh food and the correct order (the service can be slow at that one also). That is said to say that even though I live in walking distance from this Mcdonalds that I would prefer to drive 2 miles (4 miles round trip) to get a better chance at getting better quality. Yes 4 miles is not huge amount, but it should tell you something about this specific Mcdonalds. If you are really hungry and you see no cars in the drive thru, I guess it is not a bad choice, I have been inside and the only person and have waited 15 minutes for the food!

2022-04-14I regularly experience poor service at this location. Heres just a few:1. Staff often ignores customers in the drive-thru. They will wait on customers in one lane, but ignore the other.2. A complete mystery when theyre closed. The location will often not have its parking lot lights on, and sometimes will have all the lights on, and youll sit in the drive-thru with no service. Ive been there around 8:30 and had teenagers working there, ignoring me in the drive-thru, and then drove around saw the person whos supposed to be working the window playing on their phone. When I sat at the window, after 10 minutes they finally turned to me, opened the window and said they were closed. Its a common occurrence with this location, which closes apparently whenever employees feel like it.3. The location has signs up saying that the lobby is open for diners again, but the doors are always locked. It actually has the signs all over the building advertising it.4. Insanely slow lines that take over 20 minutes. I had employees there mess up my order and I didnt realize it until I got back home down the street. So I drove back and was forced to sit in line another 20 minutes and still didnt reach the speaker system to fix my order. I ended up giving up, since I was going to be late for work after spending almost an hour trying to get my food.5. The slowness also has led to food often being cold. I frequently get burgers and fries that are ice cold at this location.6. Bad service. My aunt went there one day and asked for fresh hot fries, because she was aware that the food was often cold here. After waiting a long time for her order, an employee brought out her food, which contained... ice cold fries that were completely cold to the touch. She drove around then to have employees give fresh fries like had been asked for in the first place, and was told by management that they werent going to, because they had already given her the cold fries, completely negating her reason for waiting in the first place, and negating the request to drop it fresh.

2022-04-08Ordered 2 Fish Filets and asked for extra tarter sauce. They put SO MUCH tarter sauce, it was dripping out of the boxes when i pulled them out of the bag. The sandwich buns were also completely covered in tarter sauce. These people ruin every fast food business!

2022-06-17Pulled into the drive thru and was asked to wait a second. Patiently waited 5 minutes. I was again told to wait a second. Waited 3 more minutes and I finally said Hello into the mic. She responded by screaming into the mic saying to wait a second. I asked if I was going to be able to place an order because I had already waited almost 10 minutes. The employee proceeded to scream into the mic and at this point I couldnt even understand what she was saying. Then two employees started yelling into the mic telling me to pull up to the window. I said the way they were speaking was completely inappropriate and drove off. As I drove by, the two employees were waiting at the window as if they were wanting to confront me. I was with my three daughters just trying to get ice cream. The other drive thru lane had two cars able to place an order. I will say it was a different person (male) taking orders in the second lane. I had three upset kids thanks to McDonalds. I will not be visiting this location again and think management needs to take action. I understand in the world we live in, its hard to find employees but I think certain sacrifices should not be made to fill a body,

2022-06-30They consistently will ignore you at the speaker. You can be sitting there for 10 minutes with not a word. Then someone will pull up to the outside speaker and they take their order immediately.Orders are often wrong and food is more often than not very cold.Employees at the windows are often rude with few exceptions.

2022-06-10Waited in drive thru. Said hello several times and no one answered. I pulled up to the pay window and a young lady was filling the cup dispenser. I asked her if the drive thru was open. She said they were in the middle of a shift change and that I would have to pull around. If someone would have answered me the first time and told me about the shift change I would not have mind waiting. Not good customer service.

2022-04-30Tacky, tacky, tacky and today was my last day going. If they spent more time doing their jobs yelling about wanting $15 an hour...earn it by getting order done time instead of talking and socializing; which should be done on break!!! And you can tell the associates could care less about you and your order 😳

2022-04-29Worst drive thru service ever! They have 2 lanes for drive thru and you dont know which lane will be completely ignored until you get in one of them. Oh...and yep....you guessed it they can never make ice cream or shakes.
