HORRIBLE!!!! So Friday my 2014 Ford Fusion started over heating and making a whining noise, upon looking I noticed the water pump was bad, so I had it towed back to the hotel and called Hector, who told me he would be at the hotel at 1 PM Monday!!! After I took off work to make sure I was here for them to come, he never showed, instead 5 hours later, he sent his young partner out to do it instead. Said partner was out there until 30 minutes before midnight because after he tore it apart he had to watch multiple videos and make multiple calls to Hector trying to figure out how to finish the job, upon completion the car would no longer even crank. So he calls Hector again to explain the situation and was told That doesnt even matter tell him to pay anyways not knowing he was on speaker phone and the money has already been paid.After deciding to call it a night and finish it Tuesday evening after I got off work he left, text me Tuesday morning to let me know it may be because he let the timing slip....then later that day to let me know he couldnt make it and I havent heard from them since..It will be taken to a real mechanic and their damages repaired but wanted to make sure everyone knows the kind of business they run, especially since I am visiting from Mississippi and only used them due to the good reviews they had online!!
Hector has done an amazing job working on multiple cars for me. His estimates on repairs are better than any shop you can find. Seriously. Go search around. You wont find a better quote. His knowledge of cars is impeccable. I havent had a job he cant figure out.
I was having issues with 07 charger where I heard a bumping sound every time I would take off. I took it to a shop where I was charged $300 for parts that were never changed. I looked for a Mobile Mechanic and Hector came out to check it out and he confirmed that no parts were changed and that the shop recommended the wrong parts. He fixed it at a good price and my car is running better than ever. Definitely coming back!
Are used Hector and Brian’s service for the first time yesterday, and I got a Telya it was a great experience. Very hard-working and motivated,very fairly priced, And very professional! I will definitely be calling on them again. Thank you again gentlemen!

2022-05-08Best guys to call. They have done electrical work on my f150 and engine work on my van. They brought my van back from the dead twice. In between the 2 times the worked on my van I took it to a different shop and that other shop did not install the parts correctly. Called Hector back up and he came right out and fixed it the right way. Definitely the only guys that will work on my vehicles from here on out.

2022-05-02Hector and his shop are on top of the game! Insanely knowledgeable and have an exceptional ability of explaining and breaking down a mechanical issue. The throughly walk through the issue and are able to explain the issue in a way that any one can understand!I’ve gone to hector and his shop many times and each time I am able to walk away with more knowledge than I came with and a healthier car!Don’t be afraid to ask any questions they will definitely treat you right and professionally explain what is wrong with your car. They look out for you!

2022-05-01These guys are amazing, they got my 69 mustang running (which hasn’t ran in months) within 15 mins of their arrival, and fixed the issue super quickly. These guys are a blast and know their stuff! Highly recommend.

2021-12-17Hector knows his stuff. Legitimately. He was able to take an engine he’s never worked on before, and had my car running like a top when he completed his work. From here on out, hectors business will be the only technician to look at my vehicles.

2021-12-13Car was making a funny noise and after waiting over a week for our old mechanic I called Hector after reading his online reviews to see if he could come see what was wrong. He figured out the problem and fixed it right away! We will definitely call him when we have another issue with either of our vehicles.

2021-10-28I had multiple mechanics come out and look at my car to see if they could fix my water pump and they all came out and never could fix it. I called Hector and he came right out and fixed it the next day and ran into a rusted bolt found a special tool to get it out and came back the next day and fixed it perfectly and diagnosed other issues with my cat. I am very satisfied with his work and will definitely be looking forward to his services in the future

2021-08-17Ive had great service with Hector for all my truck repairs. From air-conditioning,brakes, & tires to rack and pinion, struts, shocks, etc!! He pretty much rebuilt my entire suspension & rear-end, & many other things. Hes my go to mechanic! Thank you so much hector!!

2021-09-23Hector is a very professional. He came out in bad weather, changed our brakes. The price is vert fair, you won’t find better any where and plus it’s so convenient that he comes to your house. We saved money on towing service. Highly recommend this business.
