Jessica helped me last night RIGHT before the storm had come in and understood my hurry. She helped me be quick as possible with an easy solution when one was needed. Very knowledgeable it seemed.A great place to go for most smoke needs, they got all sorts of stuff inside.
Some people call this place just another pot shop. Others like myself think of this place as a get away from the everyday life we go through. The helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service are just a few things staff members like Jessica take seriously. The quick curbside pick ups, the fact that you can get free delivery, the energetic and knowledgeable staff, and the in store atmosphere are what this company has truly perfected. I’ll be back for sure.

Very poor selection, prices are high for the medical side of it.I tried your place again and Last I gave a friend of mine some money to go get some edibles from you guys and a flower. The Edibles called quickie cherry flavor that said sativa online but it made me and three other people pass out. And the flower insane in the membrane I lied you have sativa. But it feels like a 70/30. So this morning I woke up and did some more research on your site. And a lot of your sativa is dominant indica. Im going to keep going to 3fifteen....
This place is my favorite! The people are not only friendly, but are extremely knowledgeable on the different items they sell. They are more then happy to discuss the different items in detail so you know you are getting exactly what your looking for. Hannah even took the time to ask me how my day was and what my plans were. First time customer, I came in looking for flower to help with nausea and irritability (menopause blech). Braden was wonderful, helpful, and patient. He was happy to explain everything and answer all of my 6323596 questions. He really listened to my needs and made great recommendations accordingly. Very knowledgeable and personable. Really well organized shop, good vibes from staff anytime I’ve done curbside. First time indoors was a really pleasant experience, clean and simple design with high ceilings is really comfortable. You can ask to smell the flower your interested in. Great experience, especially my budtender Jess who was kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to.
Braden was very friendly and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all products. I had several questions as I am branching out more in the world of cannabis. He made me feel welcome and answered all questions very throughly. It was nice not feeling awkward or tension while asking questions. Thank you Braden!!! I’ll be back and recommend more friends!
Medscafe, to me, represents the industry’s standard bearer when it comes to the quality of their products, the value that accompanies the aforementioned products and the consistently helpful friendly service that they provide. Today was no different. Angela at the front counter helped assemble my order and was so considerate in reminding me to hang on to my receipt because it was for a battery as opposed to a consumable product. I always have a great experience at the Lowell location. Fast and really friendly bud tenders. Everyone just has a really kind disposition. Today Skyler helped me. She’s so sweet and helpful and kind. Thank you guys for being there, your products have helped me through some very tough times.
Place was nice and People/Workers are very friendly and helpful. It just wasn’t price friendly. There wasn’t any deals and prices were the craziest I’ve ever seen. I came from Hawaii (Which is crazy expensive) and Washington, this was BY FAR.. the most expensive. It’s like 2 items would bring me over 100$ and that’s crazy. Some people might be able to do that but that wouldn’t even get me through a week. I’m glad I got to visit and see what it was like in a dispensary in Michigan. Great store - Amanda was my budtender and she was awesome. I came with a list of things and she was very patient and helpful - she was very helpful with my debit card issue as well (word of advice to anyone: make sure you let your bank know if youre going to spend more than the standard $200 daily withdrawal limit!).
Ive used Meds Cafe twice now. The first time I used it I opted to do the curbside pick-up and the second was delivery. I can only speak from my experience but I thought that there are maybe some areas for improvement but overall I have had a good experience with this business.When I did curbside I placed my order online. I didnt have a ton of information about how they do curbside so felt a little lost when I got there. I waited about 20 minutes for a staff member to come over to my car and have me check in. (Be prepared the parking lot might be packed). I waited another 20 minutes for them to come back with my order. Listen, this is one of the closest dispensaries to GR and surrounding area, they are most likely going to be busy. They are probably doing their best to keep up with demand. My only suggestion would be that they clearly outline what to expect/how to pick up your order. I didnt have any issues with the delivery order! It was relatively quick and convenient but do be prepared for a $20 delivery fee.We stuck with the edibles and have enjoyed everything weve gotten so far! Definitely would recommend the Barracuda Chocolate Bar by Detroit Fudge Company.
Service here is always 10/10. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Not to mention the product is always A+ quality as well. Natalie helped me out today and was super friendly and processed everything quickly! Highly recommend trying this place out if you havent already!!
Love going here! Absolutely every time I go in they always have deals and always have great workers to help find what you need. Got help from a sweet lady named Mary! They didnt have the gummies I wanted, but Mary definitely hooked me up with some good ones. 110% recommend going and visiting med cafe in Lowell!
I’m a med card holder. Was ignored for rec card holder(s)that came in after me. I knew the product I wanted. But was steered to other products. Had to wait even after I ordered it. Was charged at a higher rate than a med card holder. I had to state more than once I was a med card holder. I did get the med card rate. Weed was average. Service was average. Geared towards hi price and dried out flower. No real benefit here for me. My homegrown is better and free. Didn’t even get a 1st time shake joint, or cheap papers. Definitely a rec store.
Did not feel welcomed at all. Felt very rushed. Was not able to look at product. They didnt even have pictures of what the product looks like. They have a menu and your supposed to choose from that.. Nothing is out where you can see it. I wanted to look around but I felt like I was bring pushed out the door.None of the workers seemed happy. The atmosphere here was very negative.Would not recommend anybody to go here.
Alright, Im going to be fair here. Ive only ordered edibles here and they are pretty much consistent throughout most all dispensaries. I cant knock anything here as these are normally third party, tested, sold in other places, and the price is on track with evey other shop. I would never spend 18-20 a gram. Ever.If you show up and look at the menu it may not be as up to date as they arent printing list every 10 minutes. If its in stock it shows online and if its in stock you can put it in the basket, so put all related reviews to the side...I will say every time Ive been there, everybody who pulls in after me gets attention before I do. Sat there for a whiiiiiile today as I watched folks get served before me. Its funny, I was reading reviews last night for whatever reason and I agreed with the drive up service. Today proved it. I even had an online order. I suggest the management try to coach the runners to keep a visual to see who comes in and when. I can see this being almost impossible to manage, but dang! Cant teach common sense I suppose.Im all for the smaller guy and would rather not have a larger group in town, but will say yall need to get on point soon as Lume is coming to town and everyone I know praises this brand.
I had a great experience. I showed up on a Monday at 5:30 PM and though the parking lot was very full (curbside delivery only) I was helped promptly and placed my order. It was brought to my car and all told the visit took about 15 minutes.The selection was decent, some good variety of product, and the price was very competitive with the two other stores Ive been to in Michigan. Im guessing people complaining about the high prices here probably are not used to buying legal recreational weed.
Bought a cart on Sunday afternoon. Monday morning the tip fell off, while trying to push it back on, cart broke apart in my hand. Called the company tonight to see if they would do anything to no avail. Because I was ONE AND A HALF HOURS out of their return window they would not replace it. Will say they offered me 10% of of my next order, but stand behind your products. I understand they have a 48 hour rule, but some of us work. I was over by one and a half hours, not like I’m trying to return it a week later. As you can see in the pic, all of the product is still in there except what came out when it broke. Second bad cart I’ve gotten there...last time they’ll ever have my business!!
I dont get all the terrible reviews. Yeah its a little pricey but its a dispensary, not your cousins best friends basement weed. Jeez. The staff has been great. Really knowledgeable and friendly. Never an issue with our order and even on a slightly unorganized super-packed Friday night we were in and out fairly quick...maybe 45 minutes that night, but any other time only about 15...and weve never ordered ahead. Maybe prices will go down in the coming months when places open in GR, but right now, even with the 20 minute drive its awesome...especially during the summer dry season.
Meds Cafe has helped me with staying sober from booze. I am now 19 months sober and clean from alcohol and this store in Lowell has helped me with the process of getting and staying sober. Its always a friendly face and amazing product makes a great difference in peoples lifes, so thank-you to all that work there, your hard work is noticed and appreciated. Natalie today was a great help and smiling face. She was knowledgeable in the product and knew how to help.
My husband was recommended from a friend because my husband had his knee replaced and pain meds just arent doin it for him, so we went there and got a couple things that were recommended and a couple other items. We looked in their menu and got some topical cream that she said was gifted to them from the dealer and worked very well for her, so we got that. It was $20 in the book but we were charged $30,so maybe that was her tip. We asked her if there was anything else she would recommend because we do not know alot thc and cbd. About the effects and how they would benefit him and things like that, but Im not sure otherwise the products are as they were recommended for me the wife, verdicts still out on the husband. Check your receipt before you walk out of place. ✌️🙂
The edibles are good quality. But this store is so clearly mismanaged, its a joke. Every single time I come here, the prices have gone up, for the same products. Their debit card machine mysteriously never works. When I first came here, I could get 10 gummies for $20 even. Now its over $31. Their supply is constantly changing, they can never keep the same products on their shelves. Totally unreliable and very gougey pricing. Beware.
Only used them twice, I’m all for tipping but when someone assumes the change is the top and never gives it back Is when I get irritated. $9 in change I never got but apparently they thought it would suffice as the tip.....disappointed. Shop here if you don’t mind not getting change 👍🏻👍🏻
They have room for improvement but the actual bud selection needs to improve. They only have one strain that they called top shelf and they should have few different strains on the top shelf. The prices are what they are going to be this is Michigan not LA. The service was good but with any new business of course they have room for improvement. They need to start a rewards program or something for there loyal customers who keep coming back. I rather go there and get taxed then to keep buying the trash that’s floating around in these streets.
I want to leave a good review, I really do. I’ve been here at least 8 times and every time I have hope that there will be a better system for curbside service, or that the staff will finally have a sense of urgency after all the other reviews where people say they wait upwards of 45 minutes, but I’m always let down. You truly have to devote an hour of your time,minimum, of just sitting in your car to buy product here. My most recent visit I waited an hour and a half to end up with an incorrect order.I will drive to Muskegon and Kalamazoo from now on. The drive ends up being the same amount of time spent and at least you’re not losing your patience watching the staff take a smoke break before they help waiting customers.
Love this place and how close it is to GR.The curbside ordering has gotten much better since March/April, much more organized with placards placed under wipers after ordering, designated areas of parking lot for employees to manage and fairly up to date menus that rotate daily.Pricing is actually pretty good, well within the average range for flower, edibles and concentrates. $18-22 a gram for flower, deal pricing on 1/8ths, 1/4s etc. 100mg edible about $20ish plus tax.Still some issues with being forgotten/not seen when far back in the lot during busy times.The website was pretty crummy, especially the menu on leafly which was hard to navigate and often wrong. Thankfully it seems that they just post a .jpeg of the daily menu now which is much nicer. Though im curious what ever happened to my early days member points...It would be nice if the tax % amounts were readily viewable. Theres a 10% excise tax applied to the total and then the 6% sales tax is applied. This is the most common point of confusion for pricing/totals.In summation, a great, reputable business who are improving constantly. Worth the time to stop by!P.S.Heres some tips when you go to Meds to make it a good expierence.Dont park wherever you want if all the spots are filled. This parking lot becomes chaotic when busy and its made infinitely worse when people park in made up spots and block others in.Go during non peak hours. If you show up at 5pm, its gonna be busy and will take longer to order.Look up the menu before hand, most of the time spent waiting is because people have no idea what anything is. Do a little studying and know what things are called.Have your ID ready. Theyre gonna check, so just have it ready.Its cash only at the moment. So bring cash. Theres no accessible ATM for curbside, and the other local businesses arent banks, dont expect them to have enough cashFinally, Be polite.I know, the customer is always right, blah blah blah. Wrong. Buying legal recreational marijuana is a privilege, not a right. So dont start yelling at employees or get in and out of your car because youve had to wait a while; Its rude and dangerous.Happy chillaxing!
This was my first Meds Café experience and I was very impressed with the whole process. Everybody was friendly as soon as I walked in and Mary did an awesome job helping me with what I was looking for. I also got a free edible since it was my first time there which was awesome as well lol thank you so much guys see you soon!
Curbside is a little crazy at the moment, but I feel like its understandable given current circumstances. (Both times Ive gone, Ive ended up waiting an hour for service, but theyre super busy, so I understand.) Im excited to see the inside of the store once the lockdown is lifted (and will likely update my review when I do so).I personally only get eatables, given my weak lungs, and I find that they have a pretty good selection. The options are always changing, likely due to how busy they are, so Ill give a heads up that if you really like a specific product, you may want to get more asap as it might not be there the next time you go. (I ran into that issue my first time. I absolutely LOVE one of the eatables they offered but its not been available the last few times Ive looked.)However, given that theyre always switching up eatable inventory, it makes it fun to try new things!The thing I would really like to see improved with the website is for there to be a bit more information about the eatables on the individual pages. Some of them, Ive bought from other places before, so I already know what the mg dosage is. But unless you can see it in the picture of the packaging, youre kind of buying blind unless you call the shop. (And due to everything happening right now, many of the eatables dont even have pictures, so youre genuinely buying blind and hoping you get something worthwhile.) But I expect this will improve as things slow down and theyre able to focus on more of the details. :)
Ordered curbside on Saturday around 9. Got there around 9:30 was out of the parking lot by 9:40. Not sure why some people are waiting as long as theyve said they do. I got the strawberry cream flower bud and it is everything I hoped for. Love the edibles too. Will be going back for sure.
Staff is professional and super friendly. Everything is clean and nicely packaged. Products were of great quality and were accurately described.In the midst of the pandemic Meds Cafe provides curbside pickup for all customers. The products can be pricey but If you go to a dispensary expect to pay the price. They have a great selection for all types.
Nice place but the prices are WAY too high and the selection did not match the website or pricing at all. The girl that helped us also didn’t know the Mg on some of the edibles which was odd being that the guy at the door told us all of their “bud tenders” live this stuff and know absolutely everything. Understand it’s a new place but with such limited selection I would expect they would know the product better. Won’t be returning, bummer it’s the only in the area and it’s more cost effective to drive an hour away.
They should probably turn off reviews for a while. This place is a total disaster. Waited 25 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our presence, even though i placed an online order for “curbside pickup”. I was told waiting 30 minutes is normal. Even understanding the current situation with Covid, the wait times are painfully bad. There should be a notice on line when placing an order that you better block off half your day to devote to doing something that should take about 10 minutes.I’ve lived in Denver, and been to a few well run dispensaries before, this place needs someone to figure out how to manage it...desperately.The demand definitely outweighs their ability to perform.
Have had a very slow experience every time here. The battery type for their vaporizers has changed both of the last two times Ive been there to get oil cartridges. Both times this cost an extra $20 on spot and they only accept cash. In general prices are higher than Ive seen at any of the other four dispensaries Ive been to in Michigan. Have found little satisfaction in the quality here.
I visited this location on February 18th around 530pmThe only reason I’m giving this any stars is because the girl who had helped me, she was amazing & super attentive.I bought two carts with the brand name Fwaygo and less than 24 hours later the top had came off of one, then less than 12 hours later the other ones cap fell off. I’m not sure why they continue selling this product if it’s clearly having issues.I called the following Monday to get them either replaced or a refund & the employee said it was past their 48 hour return policy...then told me to email the manufacturer or the cart. So I did and it’s clearly been a couple weeks and I’ve heard absolutely nothing.I purchased the carts from your shop, MEDS CAFE, not them, you should stand behind your product.
Ive been only going to Meds Cafe for my needs for the past year, and today was the first time I went inside. Thomas was patient with me as I had so many questions as Im new to getting edibles and I dont have knowledge of the other products. He took the time to lead me in the right direction based on my needs and experience level.
Showed up at 5:20pm they close at 6. Watched a minimum of 15 cars pull up after me place there order while being ignored. Finally someone comes up to me at 5:50 and says were not taking any more orders. I kindly stated been there a 30 min and she said doesnt matter no more today. The lady next to me offered me some of her product and told me she couldnt believe I was treated like that and would never be back. Two customers that will never be back just like that.After being contacted by them the only thing they wanted to do was give me 20% of my next visit which wouldnt even cover the cost of driving there. Another slap in face after being treated so poorly. No thanks, you obviously have zero interest in treating your customers with any sort of respect.
Service and product were great. I went to a full parking lot and they helped me in a timely, friendly, non rushed manner.Prices are out of line for industry and regional standards and are charging way too much for flower. Clearly taking advantage of being the only rec store in the area and will not be going back until prices normalize.Will give you that high school custie feeling paying $70 an 1/8.Once gr sorts it out, and starts opening shops, this will only hurt in the long run.
Don’t waste your time or money. Selling products that are defective and won’t stand behind them. Go down the road to LUME for a better deal and people that stand behind what they sell. What a joke. Also takes a century to get your order.Edit to owner: I did call to try and resolve the issues. But I was told there’s nothing you can do about defective products because they’re not your “house” buds”. You either stand behind what you sell or you don’t. You clearly don’t and don’t care. Super cool staff. Running out smoke in 90 degree weather hats off to them. Got some of each strain offered and have to say it is great quality and picture worthy buds. Pre ordered from weed maps and order was 100% accurate and took only 20 mins once I arrived to get my product. All in All a great experience keep up the good work guys!
I understand that the lockdown has everything taking longer and patience is needed. I understood this going to pickup curb side at 5. I parked in my spot and waited an hour. Areas in front of the building were helped repeatedly while my row wasnt touched. I talked to an employee about how long I had waited and was blown off. Telling me its busy and continued to help many customers before coming to me. This is unacceptable customer service. Even the email states you shall have your product within minutes of arriving, and clearly that was far from the case.
Although the workers seem to be cool, seems like maybe people are getting a little tired. Quality of service is depleting. Been visiting here maybe for a few months and my last few transactions havent been so great. Maybe I have gotten too comfortable with the service they use to give. Now its like driving through McDonalds or any fast food restaurant. CHECK YOUR BAG AND MONEY BEFORE YOU LEAVE!.I have gotten the wrong amount of change back. I got the wrong CBD oil and the wrong pre-roll. Not to mention the curbside system is not so great. Although helpful they need a better system. Two cars pulled up AFTER me and were helped B4 ME. so maybe I need to take a break and just meditate or visit somewhere else if I want something extra than a glass of wine. Would have gave 5 stars before but they are on a decline... just check your bag and money BEFORE you leave. I stay a half hr away thats a big inconvenience to have to go back. But you live and you learn...
My first experience has been very good I will be returning in the future. I was texting a staff member who answered all of my questions very promptly and was very nice to do business with. also as I read through the reviews I see a lot of negativity this is the only adult use for Kent county, I would rather keep the money in this community & not break down my vehicle driving over to Muskegon or up north or to Kalamazoo or Lansing to save a couple bucks, which I would have to put in the tank of my truck. people are never satisfied no matter what. if its that bad stop smoking🔥
Shorted orders(3 times), long wait times because the red-eyed employees cant keep track of parking spots(Ive also been given others orders twice before ordering myself. Lucky for them Im honest and alert them to the mistake instead of just driving off. Considering all the complaints about long wait times, I couldve been long gone before the mistake was realized.), an updated menu that is false (If your site says your menu was updated an hour ago, you should tell your employees not to honestly say that product has been out of stock for days.) and shady reviews. They had a bunch of 5 star reviews before they opened and somehow today theyve gotten 26 5 star reviews, almost all of which have no comment. 26 5 star reviews in a half day is suspicious for a place that only had 120 reviews a couple days ago. The employees have always been nice, but the place is run like a joke.
I have come many many times and the staff is consistently incredible products I will continue going over and over againI felt my caretaker Braden was very good he made sure I had everything I needed and since I’ve been there on a previous time he made sure that I was taken care of so I really like the feeling like home when you get there they make you feel welcome they take good care of you and they have a wonderful products and wonderful selection that great deals that are always changing so make sure you guys get yourselves in there make sure you get yourself some of that

I’ve ordered delivery from Med’s Café multiple times and all the delivery drivers as well as the products are fantastic. However, the debit card reader for delivery would not work for over 25 minutes on my last order. Thankfully, i had enough cash but this problem it’s very inconvenient for your customers.
I ordered 3 grams for delivery. My total was $93.Delivery took 3 hours. Friendly driver, totally safe transaction.The Sherbnado has me smashed. Very crystallized nugs. They each scale to exactly 1 gram.Now I know people dog them on their prices. Im sure your buddy can find it for 5x cheaper, but thats an apples to oranges comparison. Meds has overhead, and payroll, and rent, and taxes, etc to take into account. Not to mention the risk.For the price I paid, the service and product I received was worth the money.
Would and will be going there again...More to choose from than you even thought exists and Braden was a VERY helpful and knowledgeable employee who provided excellent product insight and genuine desire to help with the pain and tension I was looking to reduce... Thanks Braden!!!
At 6pm I called to verify what time they closed - the recording says 9pm, but just to double check I spoke to an actual person & they assured me they close everyday at 9pm. I placed an online order at 8:30. We pulled into their parking lot at 8:45 & we were told that they couldn’t (wouldn’t) help us because they are having a big sale tomorrow & so they were closing early. Seriously? How hard would it have been to tell people the right thing on the phone, or to just do the right thing once we explained what we were told on the phone? Apparently hard enough that it’s worth losing a customer over.And just to clarify why I am so upset - my husband has stage 4 liver cancer & ran out of the edibles he takes to combat the nausea. We were supposed to be meeting up with family for dinner. If I had known they would be closing early I would have just gone to our regular place in Lansing - where they treat they’re customers with respect & they’re cheaper. I didn’t mind the higher price once in a while because of the convenience of Med Cafe being close to home, but as it turned out we had to skipped dinner & I will never come here again.
I just had the worst customer service here. Not only did the girl ask for a tip 3 times, but when I didn’t give it to her she threw the bag at me and went inside. Now not only is this place over priced it has poor customer service. I can’t wait until a competitor opens. Hopefully they’ll have some manners.
Using false reviews to boost business for starters, prices are sky high any local grower/rosin press owner is likely to beat them and not have tax either. Only rec weed and dont accept med cards. No solid return policy. Support your local weed dealer before these guys.
Absolutely too high priced for flower that is NOT top shelf. The bud isnt bad, but only about as good as some decent reggie. Wont be going back until the store has greatly improved. I dont mind paying top dollar, but only for top shelf.Update visited several months later, selection still way too below par for my course. Mary at the cafe was nice and helpful.They need better strains, no staple strains here, just some local strains that are meh.
Horrible Customer Service and High Prices. Placed an online order and when I came for pickup and texted I had arrived. Nothing was done. There were employees serving curbside did not acknowledge me when I pulled in and served other customers who arrived after me. I though I was waiting for them to get my order. Was really sitting being ignored for 30 mins. Either the employees don’t care, or are getting high on their own supply. Location is nice but almost twice as expensive as other dispensaries in the area.
This place needs educate their staff on how to address customers. I understand that the circumstances make for a chaotic environment but when asking a staff member how to be served at curbside you expect more than “we work in sections.” If you don’t wave them down or holler at them they will continue to pas you by over and over going to cars that just pulled up. As for the bud it’s mediocre, and the prices are absurd, you’ll get a 1/4 for the price of an ounce.
I was very unimpressed with this location. I paid for the $22/g variety and it was garbage; dry, tasteless, odorless, and lousy high.Also beware! They claim to waive $20 delivery fee on deliveries over $150 (pre-tax), I ordered an edible to make sure I was over the $150 minimum, and they still slapped me with the delivery fee.Spend your dollars elsewhere and chump change places like this will disappear. Its only a matter of time.Better still get a medical card (its simple) and go to Joyology!
Was really excited about my first experience! Unfortunately it took almost two hours and the prices were unbelievable. $300 for a HALF ounce? 50$ for a HALF gram of wax, not even filled up half way? 65$ for an 1/8 that doesnt even measure out to 3.5?Very disappointed. Stuff was about three times as expensive with no difference in quality as to what Im used to.
I was willing to pay the insane prices to try it out, but after waiting more than an hour and a half for service without so much as a sorry to keep you waiting. I would highly recommend you take your money elsewhere. The flower isnt worth almost $80 an eighth. And whoevers running the responses on the reviews really needs to take a lesson in customer service. lol aight or issa vibe here arent really appropriate responses to someones complaints about your business. Like others have said, this place is thriving on not having competition in the immediate area. If they dont change theyll go out of business when new shops open up.
We placed our order just after 8 and we received a text saying our order was READY for pickup at 8:30. We were there before then waiting for our order after it said it was ready..only to wait over 30 min for a guy to tell us right before they closed at 9 that we “didn’t get here in enough time” because their register was closed by then. We were there waiting BEFORE 8:45 when they said they close their registers. Literally went so out of our way 2.5 hours from home to stop here to pick up our order and when I told him this he just shrugged. Why confirm it is ready for pickup with plenty enough time when we were waiting just to turn us away. Very, very unprofessional and we’ll definitely not be stopping back this way. Don’t bother.
Everyone was friendly and inviting. However pricing is a little towards the high side. It also seems odd that a premium gram is $24 and the 8er is $85 ....my calculator says $24 * 3.5 grams= $84. I asked what the difference was between value and premium bud. Nice guy helping me didnt know and the employees on either side of him didnt know either. In all honesty not a bad place but Im unlikely to return. Being an established dispensary in other locations I would have expected more focus on retaining recreational customer through pricing. When more recreational dispensaries open in GR I could easily see other potential loyal customers not returning due to initial price shock.
Way overpriced, bad service, and out of date website. Also tons of fake reviews. Model quality profile pics and every one of them has reviews for the same businesses. No joke, check it out for yourself. Must be bad if they have to fake a bunch of good reviews. Ill continue driving to Lansing for quality service and product.
Don’t be fooled by the initial google review stars. Most of these reviews were fake, made well before they opened. Prices are extremely high ($73-1/8s and $95-1:8s) + (see pricing picture and add 12% tax) , when asked why the response was “ well, we’re the only place in Kent County to get it”. Bud tenders are not very knowledgeable. Selection was not impressive as well. If it’s your first time to a dispensary, I’m sure you’ll think it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread. The novelty will where off quickly when your wallet is empty and you walked out with 2 joints. The black market will thrive thanks to this place.
Ive been to this location several times and spent over well over $500 in 2 weeks time, only once was I satisfied with my purchase for the high price after the budtender finally remembered who ordered what, after walking in circles asking every car what they ordered because he forgot who ordered what. One occasion in particular at about 11 am I came to buy a Q of Chemdog that WAS ON YOUR MENU at a certain price, when I placed my order, the red headed girl with glasses tells me we dont have that , I say politely its on the menu that was updated this morning, no, we dont have that. Ok... I then ask for a different strain at a similar price and thats on the menu as well. I hand her my money she goes inside. 15 minutes later... she walks back to me with my money in hand and tells me I didnt have enough money, because the Q I ordered was actually $20 more than the amount I gave her because she didnt know the price originally and said that looks like enough when I handed her my money. I then show her the menu that has the strain I ordered at the price I saw and she tells me oh, we need to change that. Lmao! Ok, at this point Im fed up with it all, its been 45 minutes... I ask her for her recommendation as to what was similar to that strain, she comes back again with the worst lemon skunk Ive ever smoked that I paid over $120 for. Needless to say I will not be returning... I now drive to Grant sometimes twice a week to HighProfile to pick up my Qs, not only do I get superior smoke from them at actual decent prices of $100 a Q, they know me by name and even have reward points for there VALUED customers where you get $25 off your order after so many purchases. What!? Free herb??? No Im not getting paid to say this, but Im a customer like you whos done with the bull and just want some good smoke at a good price. Medscafe be busting heads. Go to HighProfile in Grant.
We were going to taco bell and a man leaving your dispensary backed into us. We then got yelled at by one of your workers while we were trying to see what damage was done to our car. NONE of the staff bothered to see if we were okay, but dont worry we didnt slow down your business!!! It blows my mind how anyone has buissness with staff like that. This is exactly why we never even try to do buisness here and glady go anywhere else!!!
10% excise and 6% sales. THEN they charge ANOTHER 6% and they say its legal to charge because they are the only ones in Kent County. Want better prices... For better strains? Support your local grower. These guys want to get rich off us. P.S. the state doesnt raise your prices... You establish your own. Curbside is horrible. Takes an hour. Weed is shake unless prepacked. Joints are stale. Its a bunch of kids working. No order system present. Onoine ordering never works. Weighs are shorted if not noticed then not mentioned. Just a joke.
Very friendly staff although I had purchased an 8th and scaled it out at home (never felt the need to do so but this time felt different) and after weighing my product 3 times, it had come up consistently short by .2 gramsNot the biggest discrepancy but it does make a difference in the long run. Especially for those who dont have anywhere else to purchase.
Absolutely perfect for what I need. Curbside pickup is more like wait for a budtender but I actually feel like the staff is knowledgeable. The strains are changing all the time which I love. They have rare phenos from many different companies much like bigger stores out west. Im hoping they pickup some distalite syringes soon but other than that.

Not a lot of selection, and what they have is way overpriced. Youll walk out the door spending $100 for a gram of live resin, or very close to $100 for an eighth of good bud. If you are looking to buy in bulk, head to the east side of the state and hit the dispensaries there. Most of which sell comparable strains/extracts at close to 1/2 the price of Meds.
Terrible curbside pickup system. 50 minute plus wait because the business so ineffectively executed the process. Your wait will be a lottery depending on where you park outside and hopefully someone is actually working your section of the lot unlike us and the poor souls next to us. Watching people pull up 20 minutes into your wait and after getting help near instantly just to look at the menu for 5 minutes all while the employees obliviously walk past you is infuriating. Go to another dispensary that uses proper service and respects the rarity and novelty of the budding budd industry.Edit: they responded trying to meme I was parked in the wrong lot. We were parked literally in front of the meds cafe in Lowell. The exit and entrance doors were 10 feet to the right of us. Employees literally walked past our car to get to other people in the lot farther away from us the whole time we were waiting.
This place is a joke, don’t trust any of the reviews that are positive they are a result of a new promotion they are doing where you get free product for a positive review. Expect a 30 minute wait time MINIMUM as the employees wander about the parking lot aimlessly. Also the prices are ridiculous and they are out of stock of half the product. You are much better off going elsewhere, it’s worth the drive.
Really kind! I encountered a technical error placing my online curbside pickup order, but when we arrived when they opened they still got my order ready in under 5 minutes, and were very polite and helpful while doing so, and I would consider the quality of the selection of cannabis products here to be quite good.
I picked up good flower but they had me at one counter and i asked, does each counter have the same flower? And the lady said yes. Surprised at the limited selection that didnt match there website inventory. I made a choice and purchase, then on my way out noticed the other counters had differant strains of flower in there case. So left a lil ticked i didnt get to see the full selection.
Way over priced and they dont even give you a full order. Ordered a half gram & gram , got the strains switched wrong. Weighed the gram & it was only .7. Only thing worth the trip was the wax but still wayy too much for it. Spent over $100. If you have the money go for it..
Honestly just make the drive to Cloud Cannabis in Muskegon. This dispensary has the most low quality cannabis you can probably get from a dispo for the highest price. For curbside pickup, the wait is horrible. Some people sit for 30 minutes before they’re even helped. They go in order by whichever car they look up at, not whichever vehicle is there first. After they grab your information it will take them another 30 minutes to actually come back with your order. Just low quality all the way around. Save your money, your time and shop elsewhere.
Went there everyday and got the same thing and the price was always different never once did i pay the same price for the same product. depending on who takes your order you might be charged full price for something on sale ( happened 3x ). joints were always rolled super loose few were even un smokable. the price would go from $76 - $92 once was even $101.42. ill prob just start going somewhere else kinda in the middle of 3 different places so no biggy
Dont believe the owners lies regarding the website, it is absolutely NOT a live representation of inventory. I have ordered 3 times in a row only to arrive and be told my order was actually out of stock, even though the site had been updated within the hour when I ordered. I will not be coming back, I will make the drive to Green Koi, and would advise anyone else to do the same if you value service and your sanity.
Ive given several chances . I can.forgive the outrageous prices but its the most unorganized slow place ever . Staff ignores you , skips over you. Even if you are only one there at 9 am be prepared to wait over 45 mins this happened to me twice. As the staff just doesnt care to keep in order. The website has nothing that they have in store. The moment a second place opens near grand rapids this place will be out of business.

2022-06-23Of all the ones to choose from, heard good things about MedCafe. However from my experience would not recommend for newbies. The selection is great but when asking specifics questions for specific wants, the person helping seemed to not know about any of the products, strains, etc. Even at one point pulled out a phone to google the product/strains we were asking about.

2022-04-14Been going here for about a year now, taking advantage of the curbside service. Today I tried delivery wasnt and wasnt disappointed. Spencer was very helpful and when they were out of something I ordered, he found a great replacement. He also warned me about the card reader and told me to have cash on hand just in case. Glad he did! Always a satisfied customer thanks guys!

2021-12-07I wont publicly state my experience with the individual who bud tended. Ill say, it wasnt a cup of tea. The product is excellent. It will be nice if they had membership points to accumulate. Natalie helped me the last few times outside. She is social, knowledgeable & an asset. Prices for same produces are 10-20 % higher then Ann Arbor and Holland. This Could be an issue going forward. Overall experience I give it a 3 with room for improvement. Mostly prices hold it down atm..

2021-08-12First, it was a bright, pleasant atmosphere. I was greeted in a very friendly manner, and check-in was quick and easy. I was brought back almost immediately, and Natalie helped me out. She was super helpful and nice, and she definitely made the shopping fun. I joined their rewards program, obvs. Give them a try - they have a great selection of edibles at market prices, and their other products seemed to have the same variety and price point. Definitely worth a 15 minute drive from GR.
