Fernanda’s customer service is truly phenomenal and is the reason why I like doing business with this particular State Farm office she makes getting auto insurance and life insurance a breeze!!

Comment: Wow, talk about customer service! I have been treated like family. I was in need of a great insurance policy that offers everything I needed for my vehicles and I even got life insurance! The convenience of reaching out and having my insurance active within a very short amount of time. I also purchased a second vehicle, emailed my agent, and again the car was insured, within the hour. There are many, many options out there for insurance agents and companies, but I have to stick with the ones who don’t treat you like a number or another customer. Thanks again for taking such great care of me and my vehicles!

Comment: Seriously so amazing. My ex husband canceled my 21st century car insurance policy without notifying me and I was struggling to find available coverage. But the representative I spoke with here at State Farm was so great and they were able to handle getting my car insured so I could immediately send proof to the DMV to avoid registration suspension. So great and helpful and I am very satisfied!

Comment: Be careful with this office. It is poorly managed. The only helpful person was Jennifer but unfortunately the supervisor cant handle doing simple things like updating my address. It took her 8 months to figure out how to update my address and even told me her system could not accommodate my po box so she decided to change it with a different city and she sent my mail to some stranger for months before i noticed unfortunately. Meliass never apologized and began harassing me through emails which finally included sarcastic and insincere apologies from her. I respectfully asked her to stop and she kept sending email after email. I filed a formal complaint.

Comment: Melissa took over when George Eninger passed away and I wasnt too sure in the beginning how I felt about that. I visited her in person in her office soon after she became our new agent and I instantly loved her!! Not only does she have the type of personality that makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed, she really knows her stuff! These past few years Ive been blown away with how intelligent she is and how well she knows the ins and outs of the insurance business. Shes been able to help me with so many things from car insurance, an accident, home insurance, rental insurance and shes given me really smart financial insight on issues not even related to her business. When we were having our home built, she even came by in person to check it out herself so she could find us better discounts and include things that would offer us better coverage that I would have never thought to include. I thought that was pretty awesome and it made me feel like more than a valued client, but a friend. A friend is really how shes made me feel ever since she started as my agent. Im extremely grateful to have Melissa as our agent. I hope she stays in this business for the long haul because I cant imagine an agent would come along thats better than her!

Comment: I would write a zero if I could. These companies are the ones that give the insurance business a bad name. After signing up with State Farm back in February 2004, making payment after payment, I had a customer knock my camera over, cause around $1000 in damage. After the deductible, they honored the claim. Then the promptly cancel my policy. You are a valued customer, as long as you are paying them, but once you have a claim, forget-about-it.
