If you like being talked to disrespectful or if you want water tossed at you an called out side you are then by all means walk in and apply. Management is horrible there no organization and one man tip my hat off too him holds that sand foundry together.There is no appreciation for what a person goes through and does for the company...For your safety please stay away plenty of places are paying more money for easier work and actually respect their employees..KNOW YOUR WORTH AND VALUES THANKS FOR READING

Not sure why I would give this place one star. Terrible place to work at. Mangament is horrible HR is terrible and Melling should go in and clean the place out. Turn over is bad. Also weld larger size castings when they should be melted down and hide stuff when Melling comes in. Just think before you go and put in a application.

I Love working here, HR and management are always doing extra things for employees and go above and beyond to ensure morale is up and make it feel like a family.It is dirty but the pay is good and weekly

My son worked for Ac foundry / Melling right out of high school... They were so good to him in all those years of Employment... 21 years later he passed from Lukemia…… I want to thank this whole place for loving my son and being the best place to work for him.... it is a hot dirty place but the management staff and employees are worth the hard hot work.... thank you from Ron (R-2) Hughes -Parents Ron & Sue and his oldest daughter Elly
