Bank literally anywhere else, was scammed out of $100 on a fake product and they tell me I am responsible for knowing if it’s fake or not. That’s kinda the point the fake products, to look real enough to sell as real. They refused to give me money back, I was scammed and this bank refused to protect me and my money, go anywhere else, somewhere that respects your money.

WORST BANKING INSTITUTE EVER!!! flagged my debit card for no reason, couldnt get gas. Then I tried transferring money to another account and that was a no. All the while caressa was laughing at my frustration. Horrible customer service

Only good for dragging their feet and screwing people over. My advice is dont even approach them in the first place. You can do a lot better... just about anywhere.

I had a meeting this morning for a mortgage with Dallas at members first in Clare, I am self-employed and contracted through the state of Michigan, I tried to explain to Dallas how I am paid and what the IRS code is that’s on my taxes and I also offered for him to talk to the lady that does my taxes he refused to do any one of those and turned me down without looking at bank statements without looking at my credit score, or even looking at my debt to income ratio which is virtually hardly there, he turned me down without looking at anything and said there was nothing he could do, why is it so hard to find good customer service anymore, nobody wants to work or put fourth the effort anymore, Dallas I hope your boss contacts me on this matter.

Been with them for 5 years, been great on our payments, they turned off our members privilege line of credit and shut down our online banking so now we can’t check our balance easily! Absolutely ridiculous and Will be looking for a new bank that knows how to treat customers. So sad.

I honestly thought I would have better service. Having a good relationship with my local branch, on time payments and more.Its now apparent that I will need to switch to a different institution in order to protect myself and my given interests. I have had two occasions where I should have been backed by them. However I was cast out to the sharks and left to be eaten. 2 times I was scammed by a business and an overseas purchase with evidential proof and yet they stand in their corner verse mine who has banked with them for quite awhile.If you own a business, I honestly would advise you to bank elsewhere!

WORSE banking ever!!!! Never had a problem till the last year. Payments always been on time and now I was a day late because they quit putting the payments out of the checking and then turn around and someone start pulling out money after my account was hacked and they allow it $1000 LATER!!
