Comment: Do not book with this transportation company. Initially they were helpful sending quotes etc, however when the day of our wedding came the transport for our guests was horrible.The shuttle departed late. Guests were given the authority to change the itinerary and make Stops that were not authorized by myself or my partner. One driver even got lost. Reps were very quick to give us timestamps for these stops and were aware that these would delay the prompt arrival of guests. This resulted in our wedding ceremony being delayed by 1.5 hours which was a large portion of our wedding day. Many of our vendor services were not fully used because of this loss of time. We then received a charge first thing the next day for each stop that was not authorized. When I contacted the company, customer facing reps were unapologetic for the frustration we had to encounter on our wedding day and the loss of time and experience we had with our family and friends who traveled from all across the world to be with us.Management that had the power to financially right this wrong refused to speak us. They were equally unprofessional to our venue staff as well. MIB was completely unprofessional and certainly not prompt as their logo indicates.

Comment: I dont know any other branches of MIB, but in San Diego, it is literally the worst experience ever. We had to take VIP customers, but they got lots of complaints about LIMO, not works.Driver could not find the location, waiting in wrong location. No schedule change was accepted unless it has to be officially submitted 24 hours earlier, etc..We decided not to use this Limo service ever again.

Comment: We had to book a last minute flight from London into LAX to get home when our scheduled flight into San Diego was canceled. MIB took care of us with barely 24 hours notice. Our driver, Darvin, was prompt, friendly and professional... which was very much appreciated after a difficult travel day full of delays and stress. Well definitely use MIB again!

We changed our original plans a few times and the company was accommodating and easy to work with. We had two buses. Both drivers were professional and the buses were clean. I would recommend them for future events.

Comment: We used Men In Black Transportation for our transportation to/from our wedding ceremony/reception in early April.As the groom of the wedding, I had limited interactions with the driver of our limo bus (which was very nice and spacious!), but we heard no complaints from any of our guests.They pretty much did everything we asked them to do, and on time, which is ultimately the most important thing.One thing I would have liked would have been some slightly more flexible options regarding payments/hours of usage, since we ultimately only used about 1.5 hours of service, but had to pay for the four hours of downtime in between.I understand that’s a tough thing to ask for, and most other transportation options had the same restrictions, but that was my only real gripe.

Comment: Absolute Nightmare. We had the misfortune of using MIB transportation services for our wedding day. We spent more than $4,000 on several shuttles and were incredibly disappointed... Never, ever again.... 1) HASSLES: We explained the details of our rehearsal & wedding day shuttles, more than 6 times over the phone, and when we requested them to send it to us in writing, it was incorrect 2 more times, adding so many more hassles to our wedding before it even began, 2) LATENESS: on our big day, they had some kind of inspection which made them 25 minutes late for the groom and groomsmen bus. Not only were we not notified, but the groom called at least 12 times on his wedding day and they were unable to tell him if, or when it would arrive. Then they proceeded to take the route with a road closure, resulting in half of the guests being over an hour late. There is an alternate route. (They deny the tardiness of our guests, however I have proof of this and would never make something like this up). Due to the lateness of the groom bus, my bridesmaid called MIB and was assured that they would dispatch another bus for us so the guests would not be late. This never happened.... 3)PENNY-PINCHING: When our bridal shuttle was 15 minutes late to leave they charged us an additional hour: a $130 fee, but did nothing for us when they made the groom and guests an hour late to our wedding. We had to postpone the ceremony and this substantially impacted our big day and itinerary. After all of this when we contacted management and discussed our concerns they simply did nothing to ensure our satisfaction. The owner was rude to my husband and told us to take him to small claims court. Unless you would like to have to deal with small claims court, I strongly urge you to work with a company that cares about your satisfaction and takes ownership of their mistakes.

Comment: Terrible parking, blocking about 5 cars from exiting plus a car wash entrance. Any professional driver knows to avoid situations where reversing becomes necessary. There was street parking available as well as a park and drive across the street which would’ve been a much better choice. This driver needs to be retested by the CHP. Being privately hired does not excuse the ignorance of basic traffic laws for the convenience of customers7/22/2021 around 5 PM

Comment: For transparency - I was NOT a direct customer of them, but I had a client use them at our facility and was baffled by the rude driver.I am glad to have experienced that so Im aware to not use them.The driver got there about 3 minutes late, came in and immediately began complaining about time restraint because He couldnt find the place. (Yes, THREE minutes late)He then said I usually dont even get out of the bus, but I had to walk all the way over here to confirm I was here. He walked across a very narrow parking lot, but made it seem he had to do a 10 mile hike up a mountain.He then complained he couldnt come into the parking lot which only has a row on one side, every time we have ever used transportation services theyve parked on the street right next to the entrance of the parking lot. We explained where he parked was perfect and that its where we always have transportation park to which he rudely responsed well this is a BUS.He then started rushing our clients telling them hes going to leave because hes already tight on time. I dont see how 3 minutes could possibly make it that tight unless theyre totally overbooking all of their rides.From a third party perspective, I was embarrassed for the client. I would recommend using another transportation service in the SD area. Theyre one of the cheapest but theres a reason for that.

Comment: Unnecessarily aggressive and dangerous driver decided to overtake me at the last second as I was already 90% merged into the first lane in front of him on the freeway, causing me to slam on my brakes and swerve to avoid being struck by him. I called to complain about this driver; customer service wouldnt take license plate details when I offered it to them (multiple times), so Im quite a bit less than confident that something will actually be done about this.Highly unlikely that you want to be driven by someone like this, or helped by their customer service people. Unsafe, unhelpful, and unwilling to even pretend that they want to rectify an issue. Not a great combination.Im sure there are quite a few companies out there that actually employ safe drivers and want to address customer issues, Id recommend going with one of those.

Comment: I have used Men in Black for airport transportation for at least 6-8 years. I wouldn’t use anyone else. They have never been late and always arrive 10-15 minutes early. I live in a gated community that is hard to navigate in the dark at 5:00 so I stopped using Uber because their drivers got lost. Last year, I broke my foot and Men In Black accommodated my wheelchair no problem. The drivers are always so nice, and the cars are always in great shape.

Everyone of our wedding guests were late by over an hour because of them. Got lost several times driving to the location. Spent over 4 thousand dollars. Not only did they not give us a refund, they overcharged us. Also the owner is a real piece of work. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and go with any other company.

They are every bit deserving of five starts. My driver, Brandon, texted me exactly where and when he would meet me. It was pouring rain so eliminating guess work was appreciated. The Town Car, the conversation, the 30 minute trip home all helped my aching heart. I was very impressed and highly recommend MIB.

Comment: This would be the second time MIB transporation, and it was even better than the first. The first time was great, the second time, phenomenal. Terrance was our driver to and from the airport. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. If he is any indication of MIB as a company, they are definitely the best I have ever used, anywhere in the country, or even during my international travels. Comment: First time user of MIB Transportation - The folks were extremely professional in reservations, communications, and transportation. During the reservation process the person verified and followed through with all of the transaction. The driver was caught in traffic and was concerned he might not quite make the pick-up time. He called twice providing his status. He was only about 4 minutes late. This level of professionalism is not typical in this industry. On return pickup, called to let us know he has arrived and was ready when we were.I would highly recommend MIB Transportation.
