Menards in other cities:
This location has really went downhill over the past years. The store manager refuses to help if there is an issue with an order and says its your problem as the customer. Absolutely zero customer service. I highly recommend hitting a different location even if it is a little farther (Bellville, Wixom, or Taylor) or hit a competitor store like Lowes. The manager will nickel and dime you even though it is thier fault and doesnt care you have to say. Last time buying from this store even though the department employees are very helpful with individual home projects.
I was on video chat with my husband this morning as he looked for a product for me in the garden center. There was an older white lady with short hair working and he tried multiple times to get her attention by saying excuse me. She ignored him twice, he thought she had on headphones, and when she did turn around he tried to ask her if they carried BT (for cabbage worms), she refused to look at the phone to see the image and kept asking him what does the product do. (He didnt know because he was shopping for me, not for himself). She was so nasty to him and refused to say if they had it or not because she wanted to know what it does instead. Another associate overheard the exchange and helped my husband out with simply saying they dont carry it. All he wanted was a yes or no, not some rude ladies attitude. Please have a talk with your employees because if I was there I wouldnt have been as nice as my husband. If you cant give good customer service you have no business working in retail . I couldnt believe what I witnessed over the phone today. Thank you to the kind man that helped my husband, also thank you to Home Depot for carrying the item and giving us good service! I love Menards but I dont want to spend money with nasty people, so talk to that old witch before she loses you long time customers!
Website showed there were 2 ceramic tile cutters available at the store in Bloomfield Hills. Drove 35 minutes and upon arrival, clerk advised they havent had one in stock for the last 2 weeks. She checked the computer, she said the Outhfieldcstore also on Telegraph road had one. I drove to that branch and found an opened box on the shelf, that appeared to have already been used, and returnedThere were nobinstuctions or the additional spare cutting wheel indicated.Overall not a good experience. Found a number of cutters available at a different big box home improvement store.
In November I ordered custom cabinets that were supposed to take 16 weeks, order was paid in full. After 17 weeks I have no cabinets and the order is no where to be found. After 3 weeks of trying to figure out what was going on with the order, it was never processed due to menards measurement errors. They cannot refund my money and I am still waiting for my money. Do not order cabinets. They refused to take appointments. I ordered from Lowes and everything was smooth and I got my order with 4 weeks.
I have nothing but good things to say about Menards. For each project that I have around the house I find what I need right here. It is generally less expensive than a couple of other stores as well. The shelves are pretty well stocked also. I especially appreciate an associate leading me to the item I have in mind rather than just tell me where I can find it.
Good store. Huge selection of goods from socks, to lawn furniture, lol! Feels like they have literally everything. The prices are good as well. Theyre kinda like Meijers and Home Depot combined. The store size is enormous! This can be challenging to navigate, although they do have signage up to help you. But their isles are wide, clean, and organized.
Purchased a bifold door from their open box area and it was sealed so I was told I could return it if I was unhappy with it. Open it when I got home and it was unfix able so I tried to return it. They told me I can’t even get a store credit. Now I’m out $150 and I will never shop menard’s again
Im an urban gardner in need of a free standing rainwater catchment system. I had a design in mind in my head. I went to Menards with my idea and shopped around to find the parts to make it happen. The sales people helped me find what I needed. Thanks Menards. Here is a picture of the finished unit.P.S. - the tote is sold separately and the red roof panel are not from Menards. Although they do sell the panels.I just preferred the red color..it goes with my theme.
Incredible, often dizzying selection and wide variety of goods, from plumbing to snacking and everything in between. Generally more clean and organized (and busier) than other big-box construction stores, with helpful and most importantly present staff as well. Only docked a star because of some stocking issues between the App and what was really on the shelves. For certain things, it’s here or nowhere.
My experience was Great at this location. Awesome customer service. I want to thank Gregg an employee for all the help that he gave to help with my shopping experience. There was another young man who also assisted me with my shopping experience, who works in the Lumber department, with I didnt catch his name, but God knows who he is.
I love Menards, just NOT this one. Hands down, the worst Menards in the area. Inventory is always way off, and the management/dept leads often have no interest in tracking the missing items down. Most of the normal employees are helpful and friendly, however management is no better than you would find at Depot or even Lowes. Today I stood for 45 minutes in the same aisle, waiting for a manager to come price an item that was damaged. After repeated calls to this manager by another more helpful employee, I finally had to leave. Unacceptable.
Large store with lots of inventory on display. Prices are good compared to other home improvement stores. Their 11 per cent discount on everything purchased can really add up. When I search their website for items, I get real time accurate updates on how many are in stock at my store or nearby stores. This saves me time and gasoline and is a wonderful feature. I also use the Menards app when I get to the store to find where and on which shelf my item is located. I like shopping here! Thanks, Menards!
It is nice to have another big home improvement store. Compared to to the other home improvement stores, it ranks less than the other types of stores. Here is what I like. The store carries different products than the other big home improvement stores usually. This allows us to have options when purchasing products. I believe the prices are good on most of the products. The hours are comparable to the other types of stores. I also like that they usually have enough cashiers and the store is above average organized. Now here is what I am not a fan of for this store. Most retail stores now allow you to order online, and you go and pick it up for free. At least a year ago, you were charged a service charge per item (yes per item and it was a flat fee) to go pick it up at the store. Now I have only asked for help 5 times at this store in 5 years and 4 out of 5 times, the workers seemed put out if it as simple as asking to show me the section of the aisle a specific product is in. They would just rather point and you figure out even if that specific area is the area they work in. Another area of this store I am no a big fan of is 50% of the time the inventory online is WAY off. I needed a bolt (yes harder to find than a toilet), but the inventory online showed 21 in stock. I searched and searched and actually asked workers and once again the workers seemed to be put out that I was asking ANY questions. They could not find it either. This has happened other times, but end result, dont trust the inventory numbers. Also special orders that are delivered to the store, maybe I just had bad luck, but 2 out of 5 items (ordered different times) they could not find the special order! Dont expect Menards to install anything for a fee. You would think they would want to make more money and they could sub-contract X amount of people, but you will find that they do not do this for any portion of the store. Also, maybe I missed it (I personally never asked), but I do not believe that this store will cut metal pipes or lumber. Finally, yes they always run a 11% of and that sounds good and it is good, but you better be spending a lot of money to get that 11%. As long as you understand to get your 11% menards gift check, than that is is fine. You need to fill out a rebate form for everything you buy, usually photo copy the receipt and that you need to spend money on postage/envelope and then you are going to get a menards gift check in the mail at a later time (actually they were pretty good and turning that around and I got my check maybe 4 weeks later) then yes you can use that check for future purchases. But I hate that you have to go through all these steps just to get 11 % off. I personally think that they should do something like Target does and instead of filling out forms, making copies of receipts, spending on postage and waiting for the check to just give the person the 11% back digitally! If you could use and app and scan every time you have a purchase and then you have a virtual wallet to redeem this in the future at the store that would work! I know they bet on most people not jumping through the hoops to get this, but think of the cost savings for them. First, you force people to sign up for the app. That means you have an email address and a physical address potentially. This information can be used for a lot things. You would not have to have workers at a rebate center, you would not have to cut a check, you would not have to pay to send a check to the person. Now you could have this virtual wallet money expire after 6 Months, etc., which would force the people to spend more money or lose it. To me it is a win/win for the customer and company. So overall I love having this store in town and it gives me more options, plus at a fair price usually. As long as you understand what you are not going to get at the store (service, inventory potentially wrong, fees on pickup orders, etc.), than this is a good store.I hope you enjoy this review.
Prices are not as competitive as Home Depot. But they also do NOT fund the Trump campaign efforts like Home Depot does. The 11%rebate and 2% cash back for using my Menards BIG card, helps some. They were out of outside electrical wire boxes, so that was unfortunate. The cashier was excellent!
Menards has great prices even without the rebates. I went to one of their competitors for some eight gauge wire and saved almost $100 getting it from Menards. If you shop at Menards you will find all sorts of nuggets there priced lower than the competition. I have gotten everything from landscaping rocks to electrical tools.Im not going to tell you that I dont still shop at all three of the home improvement stores, but I often find Menards has the best deals.
I wasnt expecting to find much here but I was wrong. this place has so much including grocery and health and beauty. Menardshas great prices. & selection. Even pet food and supplies. Menards has more to offer than any home depot or Lowes locations and the prices are better. The store is clean and well stocked I will continue to shop here.
Came to exchange a cracked sledgehammer that I bought 3 years ago which had a 10 year warranty. It was a Fiskars sledgehammer which is discontinued at Menards. Caitlyn, the manager at hardware told me that I didn’t buy it at this location since she does not recall selling these ever. Very disappointed with the way this situation was handled.
Dont bother with their Order Pull and Pick Up. Charged me $12.60 to pull and get my order wrong. Menards needs to put an error checking process in place (think scanners) if they want to charge me to pull my order.I ordered four (4) Legrand® TradeMaster® White 3-Way Illuminated Decor Switches as a part of my 9 unique item, 20 total item order. Instead of the four (4) 3-Way Illuminated Decor Switches, I got one of what I ordered and three similar items I did not order [two (2) 1-pole Illuminated Decor Switches and (1) 3-Way Decor Switches (not illuminated)]. They took the three wrong ones back to correct the order and came back with another correct item and another two incorrect items (two (2) 3-Way Decor Switches [not illuminated]) that apparently had the same item number. Finally got my order right on the third try. The staff were nice and apologetic, but that doesnt change the fact that I paid for the order pull and Menards mismanaged. The point of pulling my order in advance was to save time. I ended up at Menards for ~45-50 minutes. Ill just get it myself next time to save time and money.P.S. - Just got home and realized they also got me the wrong air filter size. Label on the air filter with my order is the size I want, not the size of air filter.
The store is clean it’s just things are so unorganized you have to go one in the store for one thing and the other end of the store for another thing and then they didn’t even have any charcoal I mean everything set up kind of crazy in that store hi IPA for Home Depot what do each their own
Have a great experience at Menard in the kitchen counters section with associate Rick Long.. I have been at 2 others Menard but his expertise helped me with the purchase of all my kitchen cabinets.. he explained the front and the different cabinets.. I would have ordered all the wrong pieces...
Building material normally are very helpful but yesterday they were lazy and rude and were unhelpful and caused me extra time to be wasted. Plus the 1st person who loaded my truck gave me garbage wood so end up having to come back due to not checking the product properly. Which wasted my time. Then the second time I went to the workers in the store who knew me as a regular customer and they fixed the situation best they could.
I always have a good experience. Good prices. Great selection of dog and cat food. Each time I go Im impressed at all the different things that I dont expect. I didnt notice music today but on a previous visit, when I thought it couldnt get any better, the Bee Gees came on, they always make me laugh!
The 2 worst shopping experiences of my life have been my 2 visits to Menards in Livonia. My first time shopping here I was looking parts to build a French drain. Some parts were in the store, but the employee told me that the others were in the yard and sent me back there. The gate employee in the yard wouldnt let me in without a receipt. I walked back and forth between the two employees and overall wasted 2+ hours there. In the end I bought the yard parts across the street at Home Depot. My second shopping experience here was to buy replacement deck boards. The lumber employee charged me for 2x6 instead of 2x2 for one item, then was completely wrong about the size of another. She repeatedly told me the wrong product sizes. In the end I had to walk from the warehouse in back to the lumber desk then to customer service and back to the warehouse three times and again wasted 2+ hours. I ended up cancelling most of my purchases.
Menards in Livonia on middlebelt has a lot of employees that will actually move away from you fast and act as busy as possible.... However there are 2 Ive been blessed to have met. These 2 ladies will go above and beyond to assist with anything and everything throughout store ... Brooke up front and Emma who is all over the store and both are extremely knowledgeable about all products though the entire store... These 2 ladies are assets to your team . Very personable and guide you to exactly what is required to get the DIY job done right the very first time around.. your team has been blessed and Im sure others feel the same as I do....thank you both for your excellence in customer care and knowing the products around the entire store....
They had a tool box side locker, display unit, labeled at $389.00. The cashier said it was $549.00. she was looking at the tag on it for $389 confused. She got customer service and Hardware Mgr Caitlyn involved. I was told by Caitlyn that someone must have missed the tag on a price change and she could not honor the $389.00 price tag that was ON THE SIDE LOCKER. She said best would be $489 which was a $100 increase from sticker. This is not right. I will NOT return to this location. The price should have been honored especially since it was the Display model with scratches, wear and NO Key. Menards Livonia, MI will not see me as a customer. The reason I went there is because the Wixom, MI location did not have in stock and said / checked that Livonia had it in stock. Just a bit aggravated with Menards in general. Sometimes they can be a good and thorough store but stuff like this really hurts their business model.
I drove to this distant Menards specifically to purchase a dozen 1-pint wide-mouth mason jars, after confirming via the Menards app that the store still had 7 dozen in stock just like last week. After discovering that there were none on the shelf, I sought assistance from a clerk, who confirmed that there should be 7 in stock and that they were not located on the shelf where they belonged. (Many items in the canning section were similarly depleted.)On my way out, I stopped by the customer service desk and reported the discrepancy to a clerk who politely confirmed that the system showed 7 in stock and that they should be on the shelf. When I suggested that updating the inventory might be helpful to others looking for the product, she shrugged her shoulders, saying perhaps someone bought all of them today.Meanwhile, since they supposedly have 7 in stock, its unlikely that they will be restocked anytime soon.
We walked in 10 minutes before they closed and were greated just the same as if we had walked in with hours to shop. We had to ask at least four different employees for help and they were helpful, smiling, and polite. After standing in the isle of air conditioners for way, way too long making up our minds, the cashier was just as polite and patient with us. Ive worked a lot of places retail and there is nothing worse than what my husband and I did, walking into a store minutes before they lock the doors to go home. I felt horrible for doing it, but couldnt go another night trying to sleep in this heat and humidity. To the employees on the floor and the cashier working late on Friday, August 21st. You guys really go above and beyond and are really appreciated. Thank you!
Do not get anything delivered from this location. You won’t actually receive it!I ordered decking online. I paid for the decking and the delivery fee. About a week later, I got a call from Menards to schedule the delivery. We picked a delivery date which was A FULL MONTH LATER. The delivery day came, I had arranged my schedule around being able to do my deck on that day. By noon on the delivery day, when I still hadn’t gotten a call, I called the store, only to find out that they had no plans to deliver my deck on the date that had been scheduled A MONTH PRIOR. The soonest they could do was the end of that week.My deck is still sitting open, getting rained on and exposed to the elements. I am out all the money that I paid for decking that I did not receive, but I do not have a deck.
Overall, this place is good to shop at. They have an abundance of different products, and graciously stocked. Their online website doesnt accurately depict what they have in the store, though. The Menards pick up is convenient, just make sure to review your order before you leave! Customer service is great!
For starters I wish they had better instructions on pickups when they send you the email so I wouldnt have gone inside and known to just go around back. Then once you go around back the security guard was not wearing her mask and she was basically up in my car, during this time it makes me very anxious when things like this happen. Other than that my pickup went fine.
Lots of great reviews, the real side is when you are in a hurry this may not be your best bet!It seems like you have to search and find workers to help, and even then It’s more of a “oh it’s over that way” and no one seems to want to help at least form my experience. At the customer service desk (the area near the registers) the woman there seemed like she was in charge of something, but when I couldn’t find an item that she said there were multiples of, she couldn’t have displayed any less concern than she did towards me!They are sloppily ran at least at this location, and I won’t bother with their nonsense!I would pay 50% more for the item I need online just to not have to deal with this place!
I will never spend another dollar or recommend anyone to spend a dollar in this store a couple of things went wrong when I visited this establishment today upon entering the store I wasn’t greeted properly as i recall i wasn’t greeted at all nor was asked if i could be accommodated in anyway but that was only the tip of the iceberg as me and my wife shop throughout the store we felt as though we were being watched, even when making our purchase at the register the manger kacy felt as though he had to watch my wife very closely to the point after she made her purchase he went to the cashier asking questions as if she just committed a crime. Roughly 5mins or a Lil after my wife made her purchases for my mother in law upcoming project she realized that she purchased a few wrong items and wanted to return the items before leaving the store parking lot i encouraged her that she should thinking that they will give her no problem being we were only re-entering the store and going to guest services at the entry, as my wife tried to return the items she no longer needed the manger Kacy approached my wife in an inappropriate manner greeting her as if she was a friend and not a guest in his establishment greeting her with animosity and approaching her saying “damn girl” and proceeding to question and grill her on why she didn’t want her items and giving her a hard time returning the items her mother no longer needed my wife just decided to leave giving her the option to only take the items she no longer want because he refused to return the items for her after she just made the purchase upon leaving the store he thought it would be a good idea to taunt my wife with threats as if she done something wrong following her out the store and just exchanging words with colleagues about my wife. Kacy displayed poor core values as a person and a leader of a million dollar cooperation, as a leader or one of many faces of leaderships in the building he is no shape or is equipped enough for his position his customer services skills lack in more areas than just communication, i will not just stop at a review and will be raising my concern and issues to someone hire up. I encourage all young and black couples or individual guest to proceed with caution when shopping in this establishment i feel as though they/ or Kacy racially profile and target young African Americans once seen making any type of large substantial purchase and that’s not fair or cool at all we spend and earn our money the same as anyone else. This was my first time in this particular establishment and i guarantee this is was my last. Btw the staff was predominately black as well that’s what make all this so bad y’all be careful and shop where your wanted cause our money and time definitely isn’t wanted here!
I Love Working At Menards Its A Fantastic Wonderful Place To Work At Very Friendly Nice Co-Workers,And Menards Is Number One In The USA And World Class In Home Improvement. And Is Way Better Than Home Depot And Lowes And Aco Hardware,Simply Put Menards Is The King Of Home Improvement And Their Slogan You Always Save Big Money At Menards In Their Famous TV Commercial,Menards Is Truly Number One!
AT 6:30 PM APRIL 7.2021 IN THE FLOORING DEPARTMENT A OLDER WHITE SALT AND PEPPER HAIR WITH GLASSES WAS VERY RUDE TO ME AND MY WIFE AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME 😑 😐. HE ALWAYS HAVE HIS BADGE TURNED OVER SO KNOW ONE WOULD KNOW HIS NAME. I ASKED FOR HELP HE DIDNT WANT TO HELP ME REALLY I TOLD HIM I NEEDED A PARTICULAR SIZE IN TILE AND HE WAS RUDE TO ME AND MY WIFE WHILE ANOTHER ASSOCIATE HELDED US.POOR SALEMENSHIP
I love Menards because its prices are the best, it also has a nice new stylish variety of products. However its customer service can definitely use so work. I asked several reps if they could get me a price on a washing machine, no one was eager to help, instead they directed me to different departments, I finally had to go stand at the kitchen design desks that had 2 clients already. Waited 20 more minutes just for a price that should have been posted on the product already. 35 minutes for a price I wasnt happy at all with that visit. Maybe they will be happy to see me next time cause it sure didnt seem like it this time.
I came here to buy soil for my garden and forgot my keys inside. So I went back to get them and was loading soil in my car when a woman came up to me and accused me of stealing. It was very obvious that I didnt steal anything and I felt really humiliated about it. The experience sucked. First and last time going here for me.
That was my first time there. Its a really nice store. They even have groceries. That was cool. I was amazed at that. Every thing you need. But the people that work there were not the friendliest. They made us feel like we pick the wrong store to spend or money. So first time at Mennards wasnt good
Every time I have shopped or called Menards ( Livonia) I have had a bad experience.Just got off the phone with a clerk who said she could help me was very difficult getting information from her and sounded like she was annoyed with me calling and waking her up.That’s right she sounded very tired.Time before I was over charged for my purchase,so before you leave the store check your receipt.
They refuse to honor rebates. Mine was lost in the mail. Over 5 calls to the front end managers. Once had one call back named Pearl she said would help but does not in the end. I have written three times to the company rebates international with never a reply. Yet every day they keep offering a new rebate special. THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!.Edit after months they did finally send out a new rebate. But they would not have unless you contact management over and over again. You have to go in and demand in person manager to make it happen. So I gave them one more star.
There seems to be a cross between a customer service, staff availability (to help), and a more than once every so often inventory discrepancy between online and in store. My dad, from out of state, even remarked that it was common elsewhere for Menards staff to greet you and see if you need anything. Here, he said, staff hide. I agree. Its hard to find help.Other Menards have a totally different vibe than this.
Menards is like a funny combination of Ollies, Home Depot, Best Buy, Home Goods, and a grocery store.I cant think of too many things they dont offer from Christmas decor to lumber to area rugs to cereal and beer. LolJust show up. Youll probably find something that you need.
The reciept was struck in the machine an the cashier turned on her light rang the bell. Their was a manager behind the desk doing nothing and refused to assist the cashier. A manager came from the rest room an assisted the cashier. Why couldnt the woman behind the desk help the cashier? Idiot!
I was initially having trouble finding something that I could compare this place to, because it isnt like your typical home improvement store. If anything, this place is what I would consider to be the Walmart of the home improvement industry.—and I say this because unlike other big box home improvement places this place sells all sorts of stuff that is in no relation to improving your home. Things like cereal, milk, mixed nuts, candy, pop, etc. all of which to me cheapen the overall aesthetic and experience of a well put together home improvement store. They also have this practice of using mail in rebates for literally everything you can buy here—and to be honest with you I had no idea mail in rebates were still a thing at all, until I stepped foot in this place. Upfront it may seem that this place is considerably cheaper than other stores that sell comparable things, but those cheaper prices often reflect the price after using the mail in rebates that they offer, which means in order to save a few dollars you are still having to physically MAIL IN a rebate in 2020—no thanks, not for me.When you first walk in, youll probably be overwhelmed due to how everything is laid out—there is literally just stuff everywhere. I tried to see if I could figure out some rhyme or reason to how things are organized here, but your guess is as good as mine. The store overall is fairly clean for the amount of traffic this place sees on a regular basis. I could also probably compare a majority of the staff here to those of a Walmart store as well—there are a lot of staff on the floor, but no one is seeking you out as a customer to ask if they can help you with anything. With that being said, the staff members I have dealt with were very friendly and helpful over all. When all is said and done, I try and stay out of here for the reasons I mentioned above. If youre lucky and pinched for time you might be able to grocery shop, and home improvement shop all in the same trip—if that tickles your fancy. It doesnt do anything for me per-say (besides annoy me), but I suppose it wouldnt be there if people didnt buy it.
Terrible place with poor management. I had an emergency and needed a hot water tank for an 86 year old lady. I send my man to purchase and made a phone pay at 5PM. 3 hours later my contractor called me and said that the purchase did not clear, so he is still waiting. I drove there and tried to cancel the transaction and make the purchase in person, the MANAGER said he cannot cancel the transaction. I requested to speak to someone in person after trying to get a manager on the phone 2 hours prior, NO MANAGER ON DUTY, SHORT STAFFED TODAY. I will never go back there. By the way, I make purchased all the time from Home Depot and Lowes over the phone and never had this issue. But they did not have the water heater I am looking for, My luck drove to try Menards first and LAST time.
I was disappointed since this was my first time going there. I was to pick up a small item but wasnt told to drive around to the back of the Livonia store. After waiting in line I went to make sure this was the service desk. It wasnt, and was told to drive around the back, go through a gate then park and go inside. Oh boy! That was a pain since I am physically disabled. Ill try Lowes next time. The staff person Lloyd was kind and helpful though.
Overall a decent place for purchasing tools/materials for home improvement projects. However, be cautious when ordering things online as they have a 25% restocking fee for special order items. This fee is never once mentioned, and even if it is, its not discernable during the online ordering process. Moreover, its at the stores discretion to waive the fee, which in my case they chose not too. And this was irrespective of the quality of the product that was delivered. I had ordered wooden Roman shades for windows, which in their product display at the store and even on their online image seemed to block all the light out. The delivered product did not do so, and did an inconsistent job of blocking any light. Hence, I chose to return the sub-par product. Yet I was still charged the 25% fee. The manager didnt even entertain my request. Just offhandedly approved the return without waiving the fee. Bad business overall.

2022-06-15This location was clean and orderly as usual. They have a nice selection of different items available for a broad range of home and auto repairs. I enjoy doing my own auto and home repairs and remodeling; I fancy myself to have a large knowledge base and to be mechanically inclined....until Im not... then I hire a professional. LOLMenards doesnt require face masks to enter for customers or employees. In store pick-up is available and shipping is offered online. Typically I receive friendly customer service in each department; however, the gentleman at the desk for the garage doors was clearly having a bit of a rough day and wasnt as friendly or as helpful as he couldve been. But weve all been there and I chocked it up to everyone has a bad day every now and again.🙂 Ive also noticed that they have a reduced number of staff, Im uncertain if this was intentional or if they are experiencing a staffing shortage. All in all its a great place to shop. Especially when they have their 11% REBATE PROMOTION. Its super simple - ONE REBATE SLIP for ALL ITEMS. So, you dont have to fill out multiple rebate slips. 😁 All you need to complete the 11% rebate is to fill out the short-n-sweet basic info on the the rebate slip, the rebate receipt an envelope and postage. 🌠Menards simplifies the rebate process even more by automatically printing a separate rebate receipt at the bottom of each receipt and has the printed rebate slips readily available on your way out. They also allow you to send in multiple rebate receipts in the same envelope (provided it is within the allotted time frame for submission). I also love the fact that I dont even have to ask for the rebate receipt and I can keep my original receipts to better track my expenses for each project. Also, Id like to mention that Menards provides a high quality heavy duty shopping bag that doesnt just split open when you even think about placing your items into them. Im pretty sure that its 3-4 times stronger than the other businesses provide.

2021-12-07Our first visit to Menard’s after getting some positive feedback from friends. The store was well organized and staff was friendly. The store space is huge - they’ve got home improvement stuff, a small grocery area, & light fixtures! You name it. Def will go back for some good deals again :)

2022-06-03This location is always well kept, stocked, and all around great. Employees are available, but not overly pushy. There’s an older smiley guy who works in the back and he helped me buy a blower once and he was great. The dog food & treat prices are excellent and made in USA.

2022-06-12Such a pleasant shopping g experience shopping @ the Bloomfield store. The associates were knowledgeable and the Garden center was neat. What stands out about this store is the entrance into the Garden depth. The cashiers and lot associates were top notch.

2022-06-09Bought a brand new tool shop miter saw on my birthday, thinking that I was going to get a great deal for my better half. Oh boy was I wrong to get it from here. As soon as my better half got it home, he only ran it for a few minuets when it started to stink very bad. He ran it on and off just a few more days, and discovered that the brushes in the motor started to burn. He figured that it was new, and it was going to be ok. So he left it alone for a few days, then tried again only this time the brushes was turning a little red. He said that the motor brushes should never have done that, and the saw needs to go back. Thats when I lost my receipt for the saw, and called menards and was told that I couldnt return it with out the receipt. Very dissatisfied with the service, and their way of taking care of the customers. Very unprofessional! Will not be getting any more power tools from here, because I am out of $150.00 for the saw........ At least with the home depot, I can return just about any power tools even without a receipt. Because they check for ID, name, number, address, and type of payment even check to see what register you where at on the date, and time of purchase.
