I arrived early BUT they were able to begin work on my car. As the new owner of a used vehicle, they sat with me and showed and explained the vehicles service history. The waiting area was clean /quiet and the next steps needed for my car were clearly explained without scare tactics. I HIGHLY recommend Mercedes of Ann Arbor
I had a great experience at this dealership. Susan Arrow was awesome to work with, she communicated with me every step of the way and helped me to get out of Mercedes I didnt like to one I Love. It was all done by phone and pretty much virtually, all I really had to do was pick the new car up and sign paperwork, and I got a pretty good deal! Thanks again!
Susie and Dina get a 5 star rating, the dealership though gets a one. This dealership is typical, out to get as much from you as possible. The price listed isn’t even close to the out the door price. They overcharge for everything, especially warranties and maintenance. They prey on people who don’t do maintenance and don’t know any better. They do certainly try to make you feel special while they rob you.
The effort and time that the staff put into making sure you have a wonderful experience is phenomenal. I bought my first Mercedes on Friday and the whole team went above and beyond. Susie made me feel so at home and comfortable throughout the entire process, I would highly recommend asking for Susie to help guide you through you’re own purchase or Mercedes inquiry!!!
The experience leading up to my service of 1 tire was unacceptable. I complained via email and I received no follow up response. I am personally offended that the service manager did not return my call and disappointed that my complaint was not addressed. To date I have still not received a called, just a generic email from Mercedes corporate.Unfortunately, I have to complete this lease but I am seriously considering moving to another brand with hopes of better customer service.
I called Mercedes as my car was indicating I was due for service on Monday. Shawn indicated that they could get me in with a loaner and valet service the next day and they would call me between 8-9 am. Great I thought!Well 9 am Tuesday came and went - I called them around 11 and was told a driver was leaving to pick up my car. I received no proactive updates on Tuesday - I texted and called and got no reply during the day. Eventually as the service dept was closing someone answered (after multiple attempts) and told me my technician had left for the day and he thought my car was done but that he didnt know if there were any recommendations. He said Id hear first thing the next morning.Wednesday morning came and went without any proactive outreach. I again reached out to them at 11 and was told via text message that they were recommending some other repairs. I received no update at end of day on when my vehicle would be done or what progress had been made.Today is Thursday - Day 3 - again no communication. At 2 pm I reached out for an update over text since I know at this point calling is a waste of time. My car is supposedly done and washed but they dont have drivers to drop it off. Ive now been without my vehicle for 3 days. I will go and pick it up myself this afternoon since my daughters second car seat is in that car. There has been zero proactive communication throughout the process. All updates have been me chasing them and largely over text message - nobody answers the phone. This service department is a case study in how not to operate. It doesnt make sense to schedule a service when they dont have the capacity to do the work. It also doesnt make sense to offer valet if you dont have the resources to execute it. This convenience has been a tremendous inconvenience on top of the other inefficiencies and lack of communication at this specific location. I havent had this experience with other Mercedes dealerships and I don’t intend on going back to Mercedes of Ann Arbor.
Had an extremely unpleasant experience. The sales rep Eric was extremely rude. He made me stand for 20’mins at the dealership while he browsed through my cars details while I was standing at the door. They made me drive 50 mins after everything was discussed on the phone and then asked me to pay 1500$ more compared to what we agreed upon just because the service was overdue and the tires weren’t new. These people need some professional attitude training
Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor is the only place anyone should take their Mercedes for service. No other Mercedes dealership in the metro Detroit are handles the service of your vehicle with the professionalism of the Ann Arbor locations staff. In particular, Mike Cizewski makes the service experience painless, with an easy going demeanor and a wealth of knowledge about Mercedes vehicles. If you want to be treated with respect when having your vehicle serviced take it to Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor and ask for Mike Cizewski.
I brought my car in for Tires and a wheel alignment. I checked, double checked, confirmed and reconfirmed pricing with both parts and service department. I also rechecked pricing with Mike upon arrival. There was no mention of 15% upcharge on labor for shop supplies. The service was good, but I am disappointed in the hidden fees. Had I known I would have taken my business elsewhere to be handled. I actually traveled a greater distance although a previous reviewer,Vette, left a simular complaint, thought it was an isolated occurrence.
My experience was more than amazing, Shawn was very attentive and helpful considering this was my first experience with the ann arbor location. I will definitely be returning to upgrade my C300. This is definitely the place if you are looking for a quality and luxury services.
I wish I could put zero star! When I wanted to lease my car they gave me so many options ($4,000) and when I wanted to use those they said no we are sorry, This option is not applied to this situation and that option is not for that situation and so on...., When I wanted to buy my car, I asked them to run UofM credit union, But they ran with another bank with 5.99% interest rate, and When I asked the finance lady why you didnt run with UohM she said I dont like it (Can you believe it)! While UofM gave me 3.99% interest rate! So it means i have to do it by myself! So Dont trust them because they are so nice but they are not HONEST at all! And check with some other dealership! Because their price is usually around $2,000 more than other dealership. Short story I made my worse deal with them, They are so nice to you to ask for more money!
The sign says MB Ann Arbor but they act like they are some cheap dealership. We were interested in one of their used ML350. The listing didn’t tell about the automatic trunk lift. Ryan said they won’t fix it and it will be sold as is. We have had many German cars before but this is not what Mercedes Benz stands for. Stay away from MB of Ann Arbor.
Susie Arrow is a wonderful salesperson. Her thoughtfulness to the customers needs and interests is on-point, and her attention to customer satisfaction reflects a genuine interest in the people she serves. My wife and I valued our time with her and her assistance during our car-buying experience.
Initially this would have been a much more positive review as the lone day we spent at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor was pleasant enough. It was a comfortable and honest used car buying experience. However just three weeks after purchase, before even the first monthly payment was made, the 2017 Buick Enclave we fianced had a check engine light engage which when diagnosed turns out to be an engine issue dealing with fuel content. When I was able to speak with the sales person we worked with, I expressed that I understood we purchased a used vehicle as-is but that the expectation of the car already needing to be fixed this quickly was distressing. The salesperson sympathetically expressed there was nothing that could be done and that it would need to be taken to a separate Buick dealership.Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor had left us with a feeling of relief for our family but within three weeks the relief had changed to uncertainty and an ill feeling by possible calculating behavior.
This Ann Arbor dealership is the BEST and worth the drive. Especially since the Mercedes- Benz dealership in Novi is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I drive 30 min to get my vehicle serviced in Ann Arbor and get knowledgeable, courteous and luxury car service because the Novi dealership is rude, not helpful and unable to provide luxury car service.
Awesome customer service, my advisor Mike does a great job, he keeps well informed during my service visit and with my service needs. Mike and Mercedes of Ann Arbor also gets things done in a timely manner! I recommend Mercedes of Ann Arbor for all your service needs!
I was shopping for a vehicle, so I called to inquire about purchasing. I then met Susan Arrow (Susie), and when I tell you this woman was PHENOMENAL! I told her what I wanted and she delivered spectacularly! I let her know that I needed space as I have abnormally tall children and she accommodated needs I didn’t even know I had. Susie and Louie got me approved and rolling out the dealership in no time. I will always go right back to buy from her as long as I’m purchasing vehicles and shes working. She literally left her family reunion on her off day to help me with a document, it doesn’t get better than that. Also Brody was a gem in helping me personalize the system set up and teaching me all the apraxia features (I thought I knew what I was doing...I definitely did not). The customer service is one to be matched; and as you can see, I was truly happy to give them my business! Thank you again Susie for being an AWESOME salesperson and representative!
Took my CPO convertible that I purchased from another MB in another state to this dealership for service. Shawn D & staff did an outstanding job. I helped connect them with my dealer who sold me the car and arranged for them to pick up the tab on the service for this 4 day old CPO.Waiting lounge is very comfortable with 2 desks - I was able to use one for my 5 hr wait there and get my work done. There are free drinks and snacks - only thing missing would be cell phone chargers.Highly recommend Shawn D & this dealership for their tremendous professionalism & great service!! If I have to go to a dealer, Shawn left a very positive impression with me and worth the 45 minute drive.
Shawn was wonderful in keeping me informed on the status of the work being done on my car. He was also very honest about the status and proposed additional work! It’s interaction like this that keeps me coming back to MB of Ann Arbor. So nice to have a service group I can put my trust in!
This dealership was absolutely astonishing in customer service. Very pleasant team and eager to assist. Guided me through the process with ease and made it so less stressful than usual. I’m still blown away at the professionalism of the staff as well. Considering I’m a younger person, they still responded with respect and truly acknowledged all of my needs. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone interested in Mercedes in the nearby area. Susie Arrow was more than delightful. Very responsive and always adjusting to my ever changing decisions. She was remarkable. So helpful and patient. The rest of team was delightful also as helping breakdown the financial aspects and making sure an understanding was reached. The whole process was bliss and I plan to return to this dealer in the future.
I recently purchased a used GLK, took it in to be checked out and have a power steering problem repaired. We met Shawn and were impressed as to his attitude and attention toward us and the vehicle. He did not rush us and answered all of our questions and concerns. He also kept us informed throughout the whole repair process. Shawn is a great representative of this dealership.
An 18-year old (2003) Mercedes S-500 was repaired to “like-new”. I’ve had multiple issues with the vehicle in recent years (due to age of the car), and Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor hasn’t let me down. Everything I’ve needed fixed on the vehicle has been done successfully and professionally. No complaints here.
First service visit, everything done as requested although it took a week....very marginal communication as to when the car would be ready, although a car was provided for use during the entire time.......asked for an invoice and was told since we didnt have to pay anything, there would be no invoice.......first time ever in a car dealership when an invoice was not provided, including one with a zero balance......
I had a flat tire and called Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor to schedule an appointment for replacement. When I called, the service department only had 2 of the tires in stock so I went and expected to replace 2 and planned to replace the other 2 once they have them in stock. Upon arrival, Mike Cizewski was the service manager who greeted me. He was very polite upon I arrived and inspected/ took some measurement of my tires and told me I should replace all four of them due to wear condition. I told him Ill replace all 4 once they have them available. Mike was able to find 2 additional tires and gave me an estimated time to replace my 4 tires, and my car was ready right around his estimated time. I had a pleasant experience with Mike and would definitely recommend him to my friends. Great service.
Met with sales staff regarding purchasing a used 2015 ML 350. When I test drove it, I noticed some issues with the rotors. I notified the manager and the sales associate regarding the issue and I was then told that it was due to rust build up since the truck sat in the lot for a while. According to them, the maintenance department did a complete check on the truck and stated that there were no issues at all. I was also told that if the issue persisted after purchasing the vehicle, I could return it for a further check up. Even after taking the car home and driving over the weekend the issue persisted and I returned to them. The maintenance staff told me that they rechecked and that there was nothing wrong with the rotors. I then drove it for another two weeks and became fed up with continuing issue and ended up taking it to a another maintenance shop and was shown that the rotors were in bad shape and that the brakes were brand new. I ended up having to pay out of pocket to replace all the rotors on the truck. Aside from that issue, the new sales rep. that I dealt with did an outstanding job. Hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.
I had a great experience purchasing a Mercedes vehicle with the help of Michael Hurley. Every aspect of the procedure went perfect. I was treated very professionally and my needs were taken into account from vehicle options, the test drive, extra features, and price. I am a repeat customer at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor and give Michael the highest recommendation.
Shawn Durham was the best! He quickly assessed the problems I was having with my car, kept in constant contact with me throughout the. process, and had it repaired quicker than I expected. Thank you, Shawn and the MB AA team, for making my experience great! I would highly recommend them for any of your MB repairs and service!
My salesperson was Susie Arrow she was amazing she very helpful and nice she was like just Angel to me. I went to other dealership and I didn’t have a good experience. So I was ready to give up my search for getting a new car and then Susie call me and I said to my self I will give one more chance. Susie change my life the experience was great it was like no other experience I ever had at a dealership she was very professional and knowledgeable and I brought a Mercedes SUV from here too. Susie truly an Angel to me. Thank you so much I really appreciate and she have a customer for life.
Honestly the best customer service we have ever gotten from any dealership. We bought our Mercedes here from Mickey a few years back and he was amazing help. We ended up getting rid of it and just recently bought another one from Ohio and came here to get it checked out and worked on and mike has been super helpful and really looked out for us. We love Mercedes Ann Arbor and would recommend them 100000%.
Exceptional service by Mr. Price at Mercedes of Ann Arbor. Very knowledgeable and very prompt in getting back to the customer with a full detail feedback on the car issue.8/19/21: Another excellent service appointment @Mercedes of Ann Arbor. This time, Mr. Durham took over the care of my car and handled everything exceptionally. Many many thanks to Mr. Davis (Service Manager) for organizing everything for me prior to me coming to the dealership on the day of service.
The sales department was terrific, one of the better experiences Ive ever had at a dealership. Specifically, Susie Arrow and Brody Bennett were extremely helpful in expediting the sale and provided a thorough rundown of all the tech in the car. I was able to lock in the vehicle Thursday afternoon and finalized the sale within 2 hours; fast service, very considerate of my time and schedule. Brody from the technical dept was able to identify a few small problem items during the final check and proactively talked to the service department on my behalf for an early morning appointment the next day. All in all, great experience & hassle free, worth leaving a great review!
My experience with Michael was excellent. He was well prepared, professional and very informed as to the features of my vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to get the best deal and service. I was very impressed with both Michael and the other staff at Ann Arbor Mercedes-Benz. This a great place to do business.
MB of Ann Arbor has always been top notch for all my sales and service needs.Shawn Durham has assisted me as a service advisor for many years and I have nothing short of fantastik to describe his ability to get things done.If you ever need your Mercedes serviced Shawn is the person you need to talk too.
I am very pleased with the service I have received at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor, Michigan. I have dealt with Mike Cizewski, the Service Advisor there, on several occasions. Mike has always been helpful, pleasant and efficient. He calls to let me know what the technicians have found, and he answers any questions I might have. Then, while the car is there for repair, I get calls and emails from Mike letting me know the status of my car repair, and when it will be ready. My car is always ready right on time with a fresh car wash waiting for me and purring! I would highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor to any Benz owner!
Eric assisted us during the pandemic lockdown to help secure a GLC300. He was a pleasure to work with and strait-shooter. Very knowlegable about the products, consumer focused, and no high-pressure antics to deal with. He will help you get the car you want at the best price. By the way, this SUV is tremendous!Update: May 2022. The dealership is very accommodative and helpful with service.
Horrible experience with service department. My vehicle was taken to diagnose why my multi-contour seat function wasn’t working - charges $125 to be told there was a leak.. fine even though that was known already.Next I have executive seat package and head rest removal of front passenger seat is required to fully recline rear seats ... I was unable to re install head rest, after chatting in forum and I was told this Is popular and the seat has to be reset using Mercedes “STAR-Xentry” service department charged me $125 to tell me they install the headrest and $80 to install it.Prior to taking my car to this service department my seats were 100% functional other than the multi contour ..They returned my car to me with multiple lights on air bag lights and my passenger seat no longer being functional. My seats doesn’t go up and down not tilt anymore. The service writer told me that my head rest is the reason the lights are on I said remove because I didn’t have any lights or malfunctions now I have multiple. Then I was told it would be $800 to diagnose the issue even though it wasn’t an issue when I arrived.I’ve been told the programming of these cars are very complicated and I don’t know about mechanical stuff but I don’t recommend taking any Mercedes here for electrical repairs they really screwed up my car took not accountability and blamed it on the headrest. Service writer acknowledged and tech seemed very confused.I’ve owners 6 Mercedes on average everything is very simple but if you own an S class I would avoid this place like the plague. Service dept seemed Very inexperienced when dealing with higher end Mercedes. Service department seems to be commission based...UPdate 4/26/2021After getting an appointment and paying another $189 to diagnose why my SRS and function warning for passenger get seat I was told that the programming has been erased and the module are no longer programmed to my car at another Mercedes dealership. they wants 400 to reprogram my seats: I declined the update until after I reach out to AnnArbor Mercedes one more time to see if they can resolve the issue.TO all Mercedes Owners if you have an S-Class you must be cautious because this car is very computerized and a lot of techs at these dealerships arent certified or trained to program and or code these modules. this is what I was told at another dealership.
Since I started buying/driving the Mercedes-Benz product (Im on my fourth car) I have only used the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor. The service department as been top notch each and every time. They are friendly, describe any service (usually just regular maintenance because the cars are excellent) and return it to me clean. 100% I would recommend this location for service.
I found the car that I was looking for online via the Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor dealership website. I submitted an online request to see the car. Within 30 minutes, Susan Arrow Susie contacted me by phone. I made an appointment to come in and test drive the vehicle. Of course, I took a friend with me :)When I arrived, Susie copied my license, and we took the GLC 300 for a test drive. I loved it, but I needed to see the details in the numbers. I told Susie that I planned to finance with my credit union if I purchased the vehicle. She told me she could get my interest rate lower than what the credit union was offering. I told her I would be in touch - that was on Friday, June 18th, 2021. That night I submitted the credit application. I received a text from Susie on Saturday, June 19th saying that she was excited to see I was ready to proceed with the purchase and could obtain a lower interest rate than the credit union offered. I was very excited, but the numbers needed to make sense on my end. After looking into it all day, I couldnt make it happen. I texted Susie with the sad news on the evening of Sunday, June 20th. She texts back saying that she understood. On Monday, June 21st, she called, stating that she needed to close out the inquiry and wanted to know what happened. I shared with her that my insurance company was quoting insurance insanely high. She said that if I was still interested in the car, she had a contact that she works with regularly - he is an insurance broker. I called Martin Shina, the owner of Goosehead insurance. He called me back, asked a few questions, and provided an excellent quote for the GLC, as well as ensuring the other cars in my household and better homeowners insurance rates.I called Susie back and informed her of the good news. I planned to pick up the car Monday afternoon. I called Susie and asked if the dealership offered big red bows for pick up. She stated; unfortunately, we dont do bows. I was sad, but I understood. When I arrived for pick up, the car was draped in a beautiful red fabric, and the team at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor had my husband video the moment as they revealed the vehicle to me. It was amazing! The finance step was all electronic, and my files were provided to me on a USB drive for safekeeping. The concierge walked me through the setup on the components systems and personalizing the MB app. This was an A-1 service, and I would recommend this dealership and its staff to anyone I know who is in the market for a luxury vehicle. Thank you, Susie, and everyone at the Mercedes -Benze Ann Arbor dealership for making this moment memorable.
Buckle your seatbelt for this story. Took my S550 in for a repair, handed my keys to my service advisor Mike and waited for the call. Well, the next day, I did in fact receive “the call” from Mike asking me if “I had removed my bumper from the vehicle “ 😳. What!? I laughed thinking it was a joke. He then asked “if I had hired a collision shop to come by overnight and remove my own bumper” I laughed again thinking this was somehow a joke. He then clarifies his question by saying “well, your bumper is gone and I thought you might have come back overnight and removed in order to assist our technicians” 😳.After gathering myself I asked if they could review their security camera footage in order to identify what happened and his answer was “we don’t have cameras; we’ve been asking corporate for years to install cameras and they believe it’s cost prohibitive” 😳.After both the service advisor and the service manager admit that someone had obviously stolen my bumper of all things, they both agreed to repair the damage in full. Within an hour, I receive a call from the General Manager who tells me they are going back on their word and will not repair my vehicle and insisted that I file a claim with my insurer. This dealer is trash and I’ve known it for sometime but due to location I have been forced to to business with them. I was talking with another Mercedes owner here in town and he has had similar problems with this company and we’ve both decided that it’s worth the extra time and money to take our vehicles to Mercedes of Toledo Ohio.I’ve been contacted by both Action 7 and Fox 2 concerning this issue. We will see where it goes
Mike was great and made sure I had everything I needed from my car before I left it there for service. The loaner car was nice and my golf clubs fit in the trunk with no problem! Thank you once again to Mercedes of Ann Arbor and their team for providing a pleasant and efficient experience.
I recently inquire with this dealership about extending my warranty on my benz ive had for years now.(PURCHASED FROM THIS DEALER SHIP) I called inquiring HOW TO GO ABOUT extending my warranty. I was transferred to the finance department . Louie Richards is in charge of finance. You wouldnt believe how rude he was to me. From his tone, to his lack of customer service, I felt the need to do this because I have been taking back on the lack of professionalism. The fact that Mercedes has someone with that kind of attitude lack of motivation to help in FINIANCE(TAKE MY MONEY AND SHOW NO RESPECT). Needs to be adjusted!!!! He didnt even want to pull up my name to help me. I hope this message is to be taken serious. Eric the manager did do a good job of cleaning up behind Louie Richards! Eric was kind and helpful, and took the time out to help me. Im a consumer wanting to extended my warranty on my Benz. When you read this call me Bryan Dandurand GM to let me know that this want happen to no CONSUMER ( PAYING CUSTOMER) AGAIN.
I want to pay a great compliment to Mike Cizewski. Mike is a service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor. I am the body shop manager at Bill Brown Ford in Livonia. We repaired a C300 for a buddy of mine and needed to send the vehicle to a Benz dealer for an inoperative power deck lid. I knew that most of the local dealers would tell me that they were booked until 3 or 4 weeks out. After calling 3 local dealers my suspicions were verified and it looked like my buddys vehicle completion would be delayed. Fortunately, I called Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor, spoke with Mike and he stated that he would do everything that he could to get us in and out. We dropped the vehicle off on a Friday morning. Mike called me with the diagnoses, stated that two parts would be ordered and that they would receive them the next day and that the vehicle would be ready by mid-day Monday. Everything that Mike told me came true. I was extremely impressed with his service. This means a lot since Ive spent the last 36 years working for two big dealers. I have referred my buddy to Mike for service and for a sales referral for his next Mercedes. Hats off to Mike!!
UPDATE: Nine days later, and 130+ days since I returned the wrongly sent part, still no refund. The manager never reached out. They talk the talk but dont walk the walk. STEER CLEAR!Absolute scam. I ordered a part for my GLS, they sent a wrong one. I sent it back to them upon request, and they have never issued the refund. Ignoring all communications, including a BBB inquiry. They got the part and kept my money, the bank said the transaction simply never happened. I was scammed out of ~$300. Stay clear from Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor. Check their recent Yelp reviews, all one-star. Shame!
Incredible dealership. Everyone there that I’ve had helping me has been super professional and over the top with trying to make sure that my car is in great shape. I drive a half hour extra just to come here because of the great service I receive. Mike Cizewski has been my service advisor for everything and always has the answer to my questions, even when my car isn’t in he’s just a text or call away. Thank you! 🙏
I have to say that I implicitly trust Shawn with our cars and I appreciate his true dedication to service! We have decided to largely remain with Mercedes because of Shawn and the service department. I drive a lot as Realtor and need to have safe and reliable transportation and I know that I do with our car. The service department backing me when we need work done is valuable beyond words! In addition to reliability I feel a sense of family with the service department! Shawn, Beth, and Matt are the BEST Thank you so much! Maura Rains and family!
I went significantly out of my way geographically to purchase a new vehicle at Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor, specifically because of the caring and welcoming attitude of their staff, and their ability and willingness to make a deal come together that left everyone happy. My sales consultant Susie Arrow, who is perhaps the nicest person you will meet on or off a car dealership lot, worked extensively - and with endless patience - with me to put together the perfect package for my needs. Sales manager Dan Wilson had all the answers and helped make the deal happen. Service manager Matthew Davis saved the day, and the deal, by having the solution to a last-minute, potentially deal breaking technical issue readily at hand. And finance director Louie Richards handled the final paperwork with efficiency and affability. In all, the entire Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor team made this task as pleasant and stress free as I have ever experienced. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for their dream vehicle!
We were looking for a killer CPO deal on a new generation E-Class. There werent many of them around as CPO yet, and we missed a good period of time to buy them. So when we finally became serious and found a fairly good match at Ann Arbor, we were pretty happy with the prospect that we may not have to travel great distance to get a great deal. Unfortunately the car they had did not have the potential to be that killer deal we were looking for; and a few weeks later we found one 500mi away from us, which I flew out to buy.Even though we ended up not buying from Mercedes of Ann Arbor, I feel compelled to give them a thumbs up. Mickey Hurley was a wonderful sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable of the product, and impressed us many times with features on the car (and the phone) that we did not know - even after our own research. He was very respectful and helpful throughout the test drive and discussions. In contrast to the dealer on the eat coast where I ended up buying from, Mickey and MB Ann Arbor are a lot more professional - worthy of the brand. Seth helped me trying to reach that deal. As I said we werent able to reach one, but throughout the process they were very patient and respectful. This is my first MB, and now I can say not every MB dealer lives up to my expectation of the brand, but MB Ann Arbor does and I will visit them again for my next need or send my friends there. Thanks guys!
Im just starting the buying process but my experience today was fantastic. I worked with Susie Arrow and was beyond impressed. She wasnt a salesman. We had great conversation and she made me immediately feel comfortable. As I look for a very specific model this dealer and (almost more importantly) this Sales Professional, remain high on my list.
Had my C300 in for diagnosing a potential misfire / hesitancy on acceleration. Service Advisor Michael listened to the problem and had a great technician Cody test drive the vehicle in order to experience the issue described. Tech found the issues in the fuel adaptations when connected with instrumentation. Issue resolved once updates made. Great technician and great Service Advisor (Michael). Very pleased with their honesty & hard work. Highly recommended.
It was my first experience with Mercedes Benz Ann Arbor and it was absolutely perfect as it should Be ..It’s not only about buying a luxury car same like Mercedes no it’s about the experience it self , they made me feel I’m special from the first moment..Susan Arrow Thank you so much you did a great job , you where honest and clear from the first moment and because of you I’ll come back again soon …
This my third coupe (E400 , now E450) WOW sooo beautiful!! Eric Gajda is my sales specialist who found me “just the right one”! When I first came in I wasn’t quite sure of their choices available with colors and options I preferred, so decided to look further. It wasn’t long and he asked me to come back in and check out a new arrival they thought I might really like. Bingo!! He listened and without making a big production of it or pressure...snuck that beauty right into the showroom. I was so thrilled...and highly impressed! No, not just because of the car. It’s Eric and the rest of the staff. I love them all...three cars running! Excellent! I highly recommend Mercedes of Ann Arbor! You won’t be sorry.
Mike Cizewski was great to work with and outstanding follow up. We bought our vehicle new, at a different MB dealer, however it was very difficult to get service. Decided to take the vehicle to MB Ann Arbor for service and it was a great decision. Very fast, thorough and professional. All future service and purchases will be at MB Ann Arbor.
Treated me fairly. NO.Have to modify my original comment. Suburban mechanic did not tighten brake fluid cap sufficiently and I had to have car repaired. Was not covered by warranty so I had to pay for the repair. Went back to Suburban for reimbursement and they went silent on me. Has been 6 weeks.Next stop: small claims court.
MIckey went out of his way to help me decide which vehicle suited my needs best, even meeting me one morning as soon as the dealership opened and helping me load my golf clubs into two different vehicles. And, he was so flexible. We were considering one car and while waiting to finalize the agreement, switched to a different vehicle and he totally was on board with the switch. He was a joy to work with.
The service team at Mercedes of Ann Arbor did an outstanding job servicing my GL450! They kept me updated, made sure my car was done when I was told it would be, and did a great job washing my car. Thank you to the Service Director Matthew and my Service Adviser Shawn for all of your help! I have had my Mercedes serviced by several of the dealerships here in MI but Mercedes of Ann Arbor has been the best!
Review of my car service at Mercedes Dealership in Ann Arbor Michigan 10/11/19Huge disappointment by the dealership service department .The technician who meets and greets when bringing my car, Shawn lacks professional manners. This is already on two counts. He does not inform appropriately the client about the quote of the service, claims to have provided a quote, however with no documentation/proof of it; does not admit mistakes, confronts and threatens client with no reasoning. Service manager expresses understanding..Will not return for any services going forward.Do not recommend this dealership service department.
Shawn Durham went above and beyond to give me the best service . He did research on what I wanted and found the best price without even my asking - I had previously agreed to a steeper price and hours later he gave me good news that he found a seat repair for half the cost - again, going above and beyond. He sent pictures as the work was being done so I could see the progress and kept me in the loop the entire time. He was the absolute best - he made my life as easy as possible. Appreciate you, Shawn + the team at Mercedes-Benz of AA!!
The purchase was trouble free and the aftercare has far exceeded my expectations. Christi Armstrong took the many months to work with me and find exactly what I was looking for. Shawn Durham and his service department are the exact reason I pass over three closer dealers to go to MB of AA. I usually do my own work but with limited time I currently have to take my car to a dealer As I consultant, I do not have much free time at home. Shawn makes sure I get in and out in a timely fashion and answers any question I might have. As a capable mechanic, I appreciate that he is straightforward with me and I am confident that any work identified is work that must be done to protect my vehicle. His product knowledge is on par with any Mercedes enthusiast like myself, which I appreciate as I know he knows the ins and outs of the models he serves. Shawn is the gold standard of Mercedes Consultants and should be used as a model of what an exemplary Mercedes employee should be. He stands for the quality and excellence worthy of the Star and Laurel.
Prompt and professional. Shawn was great helping me in service. Explained everything, let me know what was important and why. Didnt try to up-sell me on any unnecessary work.Jelani who provided me with the loaner car was also very professional and friendly. The loaner was spotless inside and they were good about not rushing me to get it back. The dealership is kind of far away from me, but fortunately for me it is a great experience when I get there.
Awesome place to get service completed. Shawn Durham the best in the business. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I have a great experience when Im there and treats me like family. Even if I come in for something small like a fluid top off he personally takes care of it right there in the service drive. As long as Im driving a Mercedes, Shawn will have a loyal customer.
I purchased a vehicle (from Francis Nwankwo) and couldnt be happier. Having just recently been in an accident, he was happy to work with both my father and myself (as I was able). The sales process was simple, the vehicle was very carefully detailed and prepared, and it was a pleasure speaking with the other staff. Louie Richards was also very helpful and made the paperwork and payment a breeze!I highly recommend this dealership, and absolutely recommend Francis for sales. He even picked me up, as my previous vehicle was totalled. His attention to detail as well as his kindness and clear interest in making sure everything was in order was simply phenomenal.Once the sale was completed, he made sure I was happy with the purchase, and had a staff member drive with me and top off the tank on their dime, before I headed home. It really doesnt get better than this!
After a negative experience at a different Mercedes dealership, I sought Christi Armstrong out because of her positive online reviews. I now see why people have taken the time to review her performance. Shes great! Shes honest, very knowledgeable about the product, has a passion for driving, and went out of her way to make my wife and I feel comfortable and have fun with the car buying experience. The whole staff is excellent — Nancy who always says hello and follows up every visit with a call, and Dan who did the financials was just a delight to work with. I cant say enough about this dealership, the people there are great, down to earth, and extremely customer-focused. We are big fans!
I was pretty apprehensive in taking my car to this dealership, especially after reading the negative reviews. I did go there because of the proximity to my workplace . The overall service experience was just bad to say the least. I dropped my vehicle off for an appointment oil change (service B) at 7.45am, the service rep (his name is Shawn) quoted an inflated price at first, then reduced it when I challenged the price. He assumed because the car is over 100k that I needed an engine flush, which is not true. Then I sent a text message at 11.36am to check the status of the service, they were still working on it. Remember this was just an oil change. I called again at 1pm, they were still working on it. I did not get my car back until past 4pm for an oil change! Thats 8 hours for the most basic service. The very next day, I called Shawn back about the Check engine light that came on. When I took the car back the next morning, they just turned it off without adequate diagnosis. Guess what, the check engine light is back on again! When I called today and expressed my dissatisfaction with the whole experience, Shawn said, This is not our car, we dont control what happens to engine. What does that even mean? Its a Mercedes! I believe this is a terrible statement to make since a dealership should have the tools to diagnose potential problems in a vehicle. I will never ever, go to this dealership again for anything- purchase or service! What a terrible customer experience. Its like they dont want my business or doing their job was a hassle. Save yourself time and money- dont take your car here!
The experience I had @ Ann Arbor Mercedes is a totally turn around then the time , I was @ this dealer in 2010, the service advisor Mike was excellent very professional and knowledgeable , and genuinely concern about my Vehicle needs and my needs as a consumer , he worked with me during a crisis time in my family , my wife was hospitalized with a sudden illness and my car was in for service , he worked service and a loaner vehicle around my schedule , not the dealerships needs. I will only deal with Mike for service on both our Mercedes e-class cars 2019 e 450 wagon & 2018 e63s AMG sedan. Also Brody the conceive connect my mercedes m brace to my 2018 e63s AMG, he also connect my pandora and showed me how to operate my cars tech systems, without him I would be lost ,as a 62yr old gentleman its all new to me, thank you Brody wow, he also invited me & my wife to dealer to instruct us on using the automatic parking system, Brody is a special kind of guy very warm. & Friendly , great experience.. Ive decided not to take our cars to any other dealer than Ann arbor ,mercedes for maintenance.
This is the best dealership/ service department by far hands down. Shawn is AMAZING! I had some trouble with our car and Shawn was able to guide me through the process effortlessly plus he is the nicest guy. I love going there because the customer service is fabulous and the service line is committed to ensuring the best care of the car as well as the customer!!! Beth is also super sweet and helpful and very kind to my 3 year old.
Service at Ann Arbor MB is always excellent. They do their best to make the customer happy. If every business provided service like this it would be a perfect world!Special appreciation for Service Advisor Mike Cizewski. He is a super excellent service advisor. He keeps us informed of progress on our service with timely text messages. Greets us wholeheartedly and gives us a detailed analysis of what service is required in a simple clear way that us none experts can understand. Mike is an excellent service advisor .
This dealership is terrible. Absurd quotes, rude service staff, and a bad experience in general. avoid this place at all costs. Everyone I know has had issues with this dealership. They’re useless when you ask them questions and very rude. One guy just kept repeating the words “I don’t know” every time I asked him a question. I came to them for help with the car I leased from them and they best they could do was 17 “I don’t know”s and $350 to take a look and tell me just what absurd quote they were going to send me. Pleaseeeeeee don’t lease or get a car from here.
Christi was the salesperson that helped me lease my car and she was excellent! She understands the value of your time and is very friendly and easy to talk to. She has shown me many examples of going above and beyond and Ive appreciated that very much.I have also dealt with Shawn for technical/maintenance issues/checkups and he is also consistently great. This dealer gave me a great first impression and has been able to meet that high standard everytime I go in there. It speaks to their great staffing, training and management, I believe.
I transferred to Mercedes in Ann Arbor from Novi to obtain much better customer service then I ever received there. Mercedes Ann Arbor rates 10 stars from professionalism to respect to promptness. Just a fine-tuned group there. Mike Cizewski in service was fantastic!!
I recently purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor from Ryan Yamamoto. Aside from buying a one of a kind vehicle, I also worked with a one of a kind salesman. This was my first vehicle I’d ever purchased and Ryan went above and beyond to make it the best experience for me. He was very great with keeping me updated on what was going on with the car between the day that I test drove it and the day I brought it home. My dream was to have a big red bow on whatever car I purchased and when I showed up to pick the car up Ryan was waiting in the showroom with a huge smile and my car with big red bow on it! No detail or request was ever forgotten!!! The team at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor are some of the greatest most caring individuals I’ve ever dealt with. Any detail we noticed that wasn’t quite right was dealt with in the exact moment it was pointed out. I bought a pre-owned vehicle and it was still treated as if it was brand new! I live quite a ways from Ann Arbor and I would still only recommend this specific dealership and especially Ryan to anyone shopping for a Mercedes-Benz in the future!
Shawn Durham at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor is always great to work with! He always gets the car done quickly and accurately. I stopped by recently for a tail light replacement and he did this in under 5 minutes, I really appreciate the speed and high quality customer service he provides.
I purchased my ML350 in 2011 and have had many service appointments at a few different dealerships since then. This Tuesday, I had an appointment for what I believed would be a more serious problem and I was expecting to have my vehicle out for a while. When I drove my car in, Shawn Durham greeted me and he was awesome! He explained the problem and instead of me having to leave my vehicle overnight, he was able to handle it in 30 minutes. In the 7 years that I have owned my vehicle, this was the best service job. I appreciate it and Ill be back if needed. Thanks and Merry Christmas,Peter Trifan
It was an absolutely great experience! Susan A is extremely professional yet warn, kind and very polite. I am very happy that I have this opportunity to provide feedback and give her the best review! She is great, confident, inspire trust. As a customer I felt that I am taken care of, can contact her in the future with further questions, and that she is giving me the most honest answer for my questions. Great person!
Shawn has always been very approachable and tuned in to my sensible service needs. He is the antithesis of the service guy who up-sells, or pushes a customer to have every conceivable service done. I have a 20 year old Mercedes and trust Shawn to help me sort out what should be done versus what may not need to be done, or not done at that point. He has good judgment and I trust him - that really is the gold standard for auto service professionals in my opinion.
Great service and very honest. Thanks for your honesty, was scared of any major repairs, they came back and indicated that nothing was wrong with the car even though the engine light was on. The only problem was when the car was recently purchased, and the tires were replaced and the wrong tire sizes were installed. Replaced the tires and engine light turned off. Highly recommend for their honesty.
I had great experience with this dealership. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They have good inventory and very motivated to accommodate a real buyer.I walked in a confused customer who didn’t quite knew what to buy. My Sales Consultant - Susie Arrow, was great. She first explained me all the differences between the models I was considering. Took me for test drive, explained the pros and cons. I learnt a lot about vehicle, safety, handling and other bells and whistles. We won’t thru the financial offerings, a lot of time was invested in knowing me as a customer over selling the vehicle and closing the deal.I finally decided a vehicle I wanted to buy. However, the combination of Exterior color and interior was not in stock. Everyone at dealership worked to find where they could get the vehicle I wanted. Again the focus was on the customer and not just closing the sale.2 days later, Susie and Dan found the vehicle with exterior color and interior color combo I wanted. Not just that, they got me a better vehicle with far more features. Susie got me special incentive for the delay. Now, to be honest, I don’t think it was a delay in anyway as she was working to get me the car with my choice of configuration instead of pushing something that was in their lot. I appreciate the dedication and customer centric focus this dealership showed.I would definitely recognize and give highest recommendation to Susie Arrow for Sales, Dan for financial consulting and finally Louie die diligently doing the paperwork and taking us thru every aspect of it. I need to appreciate Brenda from Internet sales who made the first contact and got me excited at the first place.Lastly, I should appreciate all the people in the leadership team of this dealership as they sure have built a great culture. While I didn’t meet anyone of them, there presence was felt in the environment and the wonderful team they put together. If anyone is considering a MB vehicle, I recommend you to visit this dealership and experience customer centric service.
Best customer service I have ever experienced in my life hands down at a dealership! Ryan my salesman was awesome he listened to my needs and no hassling me on the price! He gave me the best deal he could on a brand new 2017 from the beginning. I will recommend everyone I can to this dealership. The finance manager Briett was also sensitive to my budget and at not one time did I feel uncomfortable while signing my paperwork. He went through everything and answered every single question without hesitation! You Guys Rock 😘! Thank you for welcoming me to Mercedes Benz Ann Arbor!
Although Birmingham Mercedes dealer is closer to my work however I tried the Ann Arbor location based on the great reviews. Honestly Mercedes Benz Ann Arbor surpassed my expectations..Shawn, your professional quality customer support made me a loyal customer for your business. Received Email and multiple phone calls from Shawn to explain the progress and updates of the service.Highly recommended Mercedes dealer as they are very Honest….Professional….Friendly.Also, thank you Beth for your help in a speedy checkout.
I Love Mercedes of Ann Arbor! Eric is a salesperson you can trust, listens to you and your concerns and knows how to treat a customer! Beth is the BEST! She goes out of her way to make you feel special! The entire staff greets you with their friendly approach. Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor is not around the corner from my home (I live in West Bloomfied). Trust ME, they are worth the drive!
With our less than common vehicle for this area of Michigan, finding a trustworthy and skilled repair shop is not easy; especially given our distance from all M-B dealerships.... Shawn makes all these aforementioned concerns a non-issue by handling our needs in a very professional manner and treats us like family by picking up our vehicle & leaving a loaner vehicle each and every time. Thanks Shawn!!
I am writing a second review as it’s been nearly one year since I took my Mercedes to get repairs at the dealership in Ann Arbor. Prior to switching, I would take my car to receive routine maintenance and EVERY TIME I would have a major issue within two weeks. I had a friend at an oil change service show me where their work was either very sloppily done, or done so intentionally in order to cause much larger and more expensive repairs. My last trip to the Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor service center was to see why my car just totally went limp after having received a tune up two weeks prior. I was told that my master computer was flooded. That was it. I had my car towed to another shop, and lo and behold, they showed me where a plug had come loose to cause the flooding. The kicker? That plug had to be pulled out manually and can’t just pop out.So, it’s been nearly a year with the new mechanics. I’ve had ZERO problems with my car. I spent 5 years and well over $10,000 taking my car to Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor for work only to have it returned with larger issues. That hasn’t happened once since I left. I’ve spent just over $1200 on repairs since leaving.
If your looking to buy a car from any suburban dealership, be prepared to get hustled. I agreed on a price for a vehicle. They sent me texts confirming price and availability, told them I was on my way to pick it up. First I was told the car was getting paint and to come in the morning. The next morning I get a call that someone had out bid the price we agreed on and it was sold.If you agree on a price, honor it.
Today I had the pleasure of being served today @aMercedes- Benz Ann Arbor by Susie Arrow and Brody Bennett. The delivered excellent setvice and salesmanship. Knowledgeable, patient and kind. They made my visit Awesome. Thanks so much job well done. I would highly recommend Mercedes Benz Ann Arbor .
I just recently purchased a used C300 from Evan at Mercedes of Ann Arbor. From the the moment I walked in the door, Evan and the rest of the staff made me feel at ease with the whole process. They wanted to earn my business and were willing to do whatever was necessary to make sure my needs were met. They were particularly busy on this Saturday afternoon, but I was never rushed with my decision and was encouraged to take as much time as I needed. Evan even pulled over one of their competitors cars so I could test drive it and see the differences side-by-side.There was none of the typical haggling back and forth to get the best price as they just give you the best price up front with True Price. Even still, they worked with me to get the best possible terms and payment.I havent even owned the car for a week and Ive already received 3 calls to follow-up on the process and to make sure Im happy and completely satisfied. You would be doing yourself a disservice if you didnt give them the opportunity to earn your business. I love my car and Mercedes of Ann Arbor will be the first place I go the next time I am in the market for another purchase!
It was an absolutely awful experience. The employees that I came in contact with were extremely disrespectful. I asked how soon they would be able to check my car and Shawn said one and a half days. I waited two days and called the dealer on the third day of waiting, firstly, it took a couple of calls for anyone to even pick up and than Shawn was completely disrespectful over the phone. I wouldve completely understood if checking my car wouldve taken more than one and a half days but lying and than not calling me/ seemingly ignoring my phone calls is unacceptable. They put me in danger as I was going to drive for a long time that following Saturday and I told the staff this at the location.I believe also that Shawn and others at this location were treating me differently because of my age, it wasnt until I had an adult call and come to the location to pick up my car with me that they finally took me seriously. The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor should really reconsider their attitude and behavior towards customers. Teach the employees not to discriminate against clients based on their age. I know for sure that I will not be taking my car back to this location.
I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ryan Yamamoto. He was very kind and patient throughout our whole process. He explained the GLA and GLC models in detail and tailored them to my interest. I ultimately went with the GLA and love it. I would definitely recommend anyone to see him!
Wow , Mercedes Benz Of Ann Arbor is AWESOME their rating say it dont just take it from me I would just like to say they treated me with (RED CARPET TREATMENT) customer service, without a doubt I believe they have treated every customer the same they are so good at making you feel that they appreciate your business Suzie, Liam, and Louie and the Staff are the GREATEST THANK YOU Guys for All you do and helping communities enjoying the the finer things in LIFE.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🥰
Christi makes your vehicle purchase experience feel personal as she treats her customers like family. Shes very kind and helpful and definitely knows what shes talking about when it comes to vehicle specifications and features. I might come back and purchase another Benz just because of the amazing service I received from Christi.
I own the black sheep relative of Mercedes, a Smart fortwo, and the staff does nothing but treat me with a very courteous and professional nature. My service advisor, Bryan, has gone out of his way multiple times to assist me. Recently, my 17 year old son had to bring one of our cars in for service. It was his first time driving a long distance as well as ever being in a service department. Thankfully Bryan was there to make sure everything went perfect. Kudos to my salesman, Eric, who has always kept in touch after the sale. Great team
Mike C and the entire team saved my trip and my mind. Unusually extraordinary service that will go unmatched for probably decades. I will purchase my next vehicle from them based upon this service excellence alone. TRULY EXTRAORDINARY AND OUTSTANDING. THANK YOU TEAM ANN ARBOR.
Shawn make my visit easy and always has everything ready when I arrive. He keeps me informed and works hard to see that everything that needs to get done is done right the first time. We are on our third Mercedes and with Shawn great customer services it will by no means be our last.
Shawn Durham is an amazing service advisor as well as Mike Cizewski! We live closer to the Flint area and this is not our closest service location, however, we drive both of our MBs down to AA for service. Their service is A+ and their valet program is a great alternative option that most dealers do not offer. Also, their loaners are typically available, which is appreciated!
I recently purchased an auto from Mercedes of Ann Arbor. I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Michael Hurley. He was professional, caring and a polite salesperson. Took me through every feature on the vehicle.....that was great! Also, would like to extend my thanks to the sales manager and the service manager for taking time to introduce themselves and assured me they would be there if I ever needed them. Thanks to all for a great experience. Frank
I took my car in for repair. Shawn in the service department was absolutely wonderful. He took care of all of my needs, answered all my questions, and made everything seamless. My car repairs were completed very timely. I was so impressed with Shawn, the dealership, and the superb service I received, I will be using this dealership for all my future repairs and purchases!
MBAA has always taken very good care of me. On the sales side Evan Gerhardt has always treated me fairly and worked to meet my needs even if I have been difficult. On the service side they work as hard. I typically work with Shawn Durham and he always goes out of his way to deliver excellent service and most often has a suggestion or two to make any service issue easier. I highly recommend MBAA. If you have ever driven a Mercedes Benz you know the vault like solidity and quality you feel behind the wheel. MBAA and its people bring that feeling to their dealership!
Shawn Durham is an Outstanding Service Professional, who willingly steps forward and resolves any difficult situation that arises interacting with all of the departments and personnel within the dealership and even outside suppliers if required to get timely resolution. He truly puts the Customer first and keeps Customers appraised of the situation throughout the entire Service and parts event. Thank You Shawn!
Found a beautiful car for my youngest daughter. Placed a call to schedule a test drive. From their receptionist Nancy to the Sales team Michael Taylor and Dan, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I was more than pleased it. Yes I will recommend you all to my family and friends and I look forward to doing business you you all again.
Christi Armstrong and the rest of the staff at Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor were nothing short of spectacular. Everyone I spoke with, especially Christi, was very welcoming and friendly. I drove from Lansing mainly because of the pricing on their used cars and was very impressed by the level of customer service and professionalism I was met with. Starting with a list price that is fair from the beginning makes the entire buying process much smoother and less stressful. The vehicle was detailed on short notice while paperwork was being filled out and looked immaculate for the drive home. I would strongly recommend Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor would be the first place I check should I need another vehicle.
This is for the general manager if he really cares about costumers, I bought a thermostat for my Mercedes witch it’s has only 46000 miles because the original one failed, after couple days only the new thermostat failed again, I took the vehicle to two certified shops and they did diagnose the car and both said that the new thermostat is Miss-function, I called the dealership and they said bring the car and we will diagnose the part and if it’s miss-function we will replace it, I asked twice and two different peoples if there’s any charge and both said NO, when I arrived they told me you have to pay 160 $ for diagnose the part and if it’s the part it self we will not charged you, he said that’s the policy and the part should be inspected by only Mercedes dealership, i didn’t trust the guy witch is the ( parts manger) so i told him I’m going to pay 160 to another Mercedes dealership and bring the report while you only verify reports from Mercedes dealership and he said NO we don’t care about any other Mercedes dealership and you have to pay us to do the diagnose, I don’t have any problem to pay more money to fix my car but i do have problems we someone tried to play around and not be fair with me, and my big problem is the parts manger said yeas we made mistakes by telling you it’s free charge and we are sorry!! I drove one hour and spend the whole day because a mistake that they madeParts manger are so rude, no responsibility and he’s not compatible with specific Situation like my situation when the manger should be the person who’s able to handle any situation and make customers happy and satisfied
Brought my E350 CPO vehicle with extended warranty in to have some issues looked at - collision prevention assist randomly flashing/beeping, rear sun shade not stowing properly & speaker buzz/rattle. I was informed that i would be charged $350 just to have the vehicle inspected (refunded IF they determine MBUSA will cover the repair). Ive never had the Acura or Audi dealers charge me to look at my car . . . especially if it is under warranty. Maybe Ill try another dealership, but will never return to this one. Too bad for them as I love the car and will be buying another Mercedes this fall.
This is the third vehicle my family buys from this dealership. Our sales associate this time was Eric. What a pleasant experience that was. Eric is both a great sales person as well as an individual that has deep technical knowledge. He really knows the technical aspect of the product he is selling. You dont find that often. This is the first time i dealt with a sales associate with such a technical knowledge. The second person i would like to mention is Brenda. We came to this dealership because of Brenda. This lady is a true professional. She really puts the customer first. Five star experience here. Customer for life.
I purchased a car out-of-state for the first time using Francis Nwankwo and Mercedes of Ann Arbor. Francis was patient, thorough and friendly throughout the entire process. He put my mind at ease that all the arrangements would be handled carefully and correctly and he came through. Francis was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend working with him.
Although I had done my research and was interested in Mercedes-Benz, it was my salesperson who truly impacted my final decision. Micah Goss was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. His interest seemed genuine. He gave me the necessary time and information to make a good decision. He also worked closely with the managers to make sure we could come as close to my budget as possible. I likely would not have gotten a new car that day had it not been Micah as my salesperson.
Just bought a used C300 from the dealership this weekend and had a wonderful experience with our sales person Christi. She was knowledgeable, patient, personable and wonderful with our 3 year daughter that we were toting around with us. She was confident in her product and was not afraid to let us try the competition and made sure we were happy with out choice. My only criticism was how when the Manager came in to Christis office space he just took her chair and made himself comfortable in her space without so much a do you mind if I sit? or any other nicety. The finance guy could have done without the know your place attitude he had towards Christi as well.I look forward to my services experiences and hopefully making more purchases at this dealership. I hope some of the attitudes are worked out over the years to come. This is what is going to knock out the 5th star from my rating.
Ive been fortunate to always have great service experiences with my cars, but Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor (MBAA) takes things to another level. My Mercedes-Benz ownership experience actually started out quite negatively: I bought a CPO C-Class from an out-of-state dealer last year, and quickly found that the car had some major flaws, including rusty brakes and bent wheels. It seemed like I was seeing my service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor, Matt Davis, almost every week. Matt was always available, always friendly and always constructive. He did his best to make the car work for me. Even though I had bought the car at a different dealership, their service coordinator, Beth Chavez, had a loaner ready for me every time, and the service department generally did all it could to make every visit as pleasant as possible.Nevertheless, my attempts to get the out-of-state dealer to cough up for the thousands of dollars in repairs became very frustrating. Eventually, I lost faith in the brand, and decided to take another financial hit and sell the car. As it happened, just minutes after Id agreed a rough deal to buy a new car from another brand, I got a call out of the blue from MBAA. It was their service manager, Dan Wilson. Hed called Mercedes-Benz USA and gone to bat for me: thanks to Dans intervention, MBUSA agreed to help buy back the CPO car, saving me thousands versus trading it in elsewhere, and handing me the opportunity to give Mercedes another shot.Over the next week or so, I had an equally positive experience with MBAAs sales side. Evan Gerhardt was highly informative, never pushy, and created just about the most pleasant all-round sales process one could want from a car dealer. Once we identified a suitable new car, I was able to take it home overnight to test it out and show it to my partner. Suitably sold on the vehicle, we were able to arrive at a very good sales price. Chastened by my previous purchase, I used a big spreadsheet to calculate every single aspect of the deal. Undaunted, Evan and MBAAs finance manager, Lou Kish, were very courteous and patient despite my countless questions. Lou then made sure I got the best-possible financing rate, despite my borderline credit for that tier. I couldnt have asked for a more respectful transaction process.Ive had my new C-Class for over eight months, and its been flawless. Ive only brought the car into the service department for upgrades and, as usual, my experience with the service department has been great. Without Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor, I would have had a short, miserable ownership experience that made me never want to drive another Mercedes again. Instead, I had the chance to experience a Mercedes as its supposed to be experienced, and the last eight months with my outstanding 2015 C300 have made me a huge fan of their cars.It actually pained me to have to go elsewhere when I couldnt find a second Mercedes that was the right size for our expected family expansion (can the U.S. please, please get the C-Class Wagon, MBUSA?). Yet, my treatment by Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor made me at least want to stick with one of their sister dealerships within the Suburban Collection. And I cant wait to get an E-Class Wagon in a few years time. Thats largely because no dealer has inspired as much brand loyalty in me as Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor.
Ive been leasing Mercedes Benz vehicles for the last 10+ years and have never encountered a more unprofessional service team. My lease states that Im required to service my vehicle at an authorized dealership. When I attempted to come in to repair my flat tire ,the manager (Matt) , said I would be better off going to Bell or Discount Tire across the street:. Despite Matts sage advice I dropped off my car at their service center and have yet to hear back on a timeline on when theyll return my car. They didnt know if they had a tire in stock, they had no sort of timeline and would not provide a loaner vehicle even though I saw one on the premises. So my advice to all flat tire customers -- most runflat tires have a 50 mile range and youd be better off driving to the Novi or Bloomfield location.
Eric was an incredible help and gave exactly what I needed. I knew the car that I wanted going in so Eric didnt bog down the process instead he made sure everything was ready for me as soon as I got there. Buying a car has never been so easy!To top off the excellent help on the purchase side, when something went wrong with my car Eric made sure I was taken care of in the best way possible! Truly incredible!
Before moving to Michigan, I was seen at MB Gainesville, but MB Ann Arbor is so much better! I appreciate the level of service and detail received from Shawn. They were willing to work with me when needed. I will continue to see MB Ann Arbor for all of my service while living here.
We had such a wonderful experience working with Christi and we absolutely LOVE our purchase! Christi is easy to work with, knowledgeable about the Mercedes-Benz brand, specific Mercedes cars, and special financing options.Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor is a beautiful dealership with beautiful cars. A complete VIP experience! I simply filled out the online request for more information and within minutes, and with my approval, I received a text from Jelani to let me know that the car I was interested in was available and their hours of operation. My next text came from Christi and everything I needed to ask and all questions were answered through text - my favorite, easy form of communication! When we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted at the front desk by Jelani and handed over to Christi, who had the car we were interested in all set and ready to test drive. We fell in love with the car and immediately started discussing the financing deals and options. The next day, we pick up our our gorgeous, clean (inside and out) car with a full tank of gas. We are so happy with our purchase and experience with Christi and this dealership. We highly recommend!
Mercedes Benz at Ann Arbor has over exceeded my expectations. Specifically dealing with Mickey in Sales department has only given peace of mind that I am being cared for. I am really happy with overall services provided by him. Dan at the Finance department was awesome too. Best Benz dealer in Michigan.
I had the pleasure of working with Dan Tolly in the sale department over a three week period. His high level of customer service is second to none! Dan worked tirelessly to find the best deals possible without unnecessary pressure. He is very knowledgeable of the Mercedes-Benz brand and demonstrates passion for the cars he sells. I would recommend and refer Dan to anyone interested in getting a new or used Mercedes!
I bought a Mercedes with 40,000 miles on it, and entrusted the dealership with my repairs for the past three years. In that time, I have had new tires, that constantly needed new air, a mechanic (not at the dealership) show me how faulty they( the dealership) installed my oil filter and had them share that my engine would have eventually suffered severe damage as a result, had new tires and brakes installed, only to have my esp, and cruise control go out a few weeks later. Had a new fan installed, and then had my car go into limp mode less than a month later. I was never told what needed to repaired one order to prevent expensive repairs. Eventually I was told that they don’t guarantee their work, only the parts they install. Leaving a huge loophole, in my opinion, for shoddy work that would end up leading to more repairs. After having my car at the service shop more frequently than I had it at home, I’ve finally pulled the plug. Don’t bring your car here if you want quality service.
The sales associate who helped me, Ismail Karabulut, was outstanding: professional, well-informed, diligent when it came to follow-up and a pleasure to work with throughout the sales process. My loyalty to BMW ran deep so when I stopped by the dealership I didnt think MB was a likely choice but Ismail took the time to help me understand some of the subtle differences in features, ride and performance. Without his attention to detail and willingness to work with me, I almost certainly would not have purchased a Mercedes as my next car. The sales manager was also very helpful. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
The staff was very friendly and professional. The service was great. I would rather drive to Ann Arbor for better customer service than go to the one in Okemos, which is closer to my home just because they are more friendly and professional. The Okemos dealership and service staff act like you are inconveniencing them or personally bothering them and no one wants to do business with individuals like that. I would recommend them to anyone looking to by a Mercedes or need their car serviced👍
I cannot imagine anyone having a complaint about this dealership. I purchased a fairly entry level C350 coupe and was given the royal treatment by everyone. My salesman Evan Gerhardt was perfect. I was in sales most of my life and my experience with younger salesman has been that the vast majority of them know little about what they are selling.........not so with Evan, who made my purchase painless and pleasurable. The new vehicle sales manager Elio Coventry gave me his card and made me aware that if I needed anything I should just ask. The service manager Dan Wilson, and Shawn Durham always answer any questions (and being a car guy I have many) and make me feel very secure about any service-related issues. When I was shopping I first went to Mercedes in Novi..........if you want to see a bad dealership, Novi is your boy. I wasnt approached until I finally asked someone if their sales staff was so successful that they didnt need new business. I left in disgust and came right to Ann Arbor where everything was as it should be.
I cant say enough about this dealership. I love it!!! From sales to service, my experiences over the years have been worth sharing.Francis Nwanko, 1st salesman, was t!!! No question. Returned to buy another vehicle from him but, he had left the dealership.Susie Arrow (Shushana), my most recent sales person was PHENOMENAL, Superb, KNOWLEDGEABLE, professional, savvy, and just plain fun to be around. Susie definitely has a customer for life. She went above and beyond when she didnt have to. Susie now also has a Friend for life. Shes an AMAZING individual and salesperson. YOURE SIMPLY THE BEST.Brenda Maynard...my goodness! If you want to know what real customer service is, shes it! She encompasses everything, and then some, which demonstrates what customer relations Is and should be. She may have missed her calling as a sales person too... LOL. Knowledgeable, kind, caring, professional, and gets the job done! Never had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE with customer service in any capacity than I had with Brenda. She doesnt just hear you , she actually listens. SHE GENUINELY takes care of her customers in every way possible working behind the scene.Dan, Erick, Louie, Liem, Brody, Ryan, Matt and Tommy in service, and last but, in no way least, Jelani (love me some Jelani!). I applaud each and every one of them! They were ALL EXCEPTIONAL in their service to me! They listen. They truly demonstrate theyre commitment to the job and I appreciate that.Selling a cars one thing. Thats the easy part. Demonstrating the sincerity behind your words is quite different. There were moments I felt SO at ease, I dont think anybody cared if I drove away with a vehicle or not. LOL. It was like being with family and friends. And theres no training for that!THANK YOU MB of A2. My hat is off to the PEOPLE who make this dealership what it is. An example of REAL Customer Satisfaction and Customer Care. Looking forward to the next one!
Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor is the best Mercedes dealer I have visited. I mainly buy parts from them and install on my own. People in the parts department are very friendly and knowledgeable. My car had a strange noise and I was not sure what was wrong, and the service manager was very kind and listened to the noise very carefully and helped me diagnose the problem. And yes, it was FREE of charge. I have visited three Mercedes dealerships over the years, and only MB of Ann Arbor gives me this warm small town feeling.
In April of 2018 I bought my first Mercedes at this location and was so excited to invest in my first luxury car. I purchased a certified pre-owned GLA 250 and my car was delivered to me in Lansing. When I drove my car around for a few weeks I noticed that my car was driving a bit weird so I brought it in for service. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my car. Now, in June I began to here my breaks Making squeaky noises, so i brought it in again for service to see what was going on. I was told that the brake calibers just needed oil on them and that there was nothing wrong with my breaks. I was even told that that’s just how some cars “sounds.” Now, this was my first car purchase and I am no car wiz so I just believed what was told to me but still something wasn’t sitting well with me because #1 I have a luxury car and #2 I’ve never had a car that makes noise when the breaks are touched. Long story short, I ended finding out at the Lansing Mercedes Benz location that my break pads were at 20% and at that time I took my car back to Ann Arbor to ask them about my breaks and they told me that, again, that that was just how my car sounds and that there was nothing they could do. I should’ve gotten everything in writing that this dealership told me but unfortunately I didn’t and I am so disappointed in the way in the way I was lied to only to protect themselves knowing that I would have to pay for my breaks pad, no matter what! I’ve had issues with my car since I purchased it and the service department has not taken accountability. I will never recommend this location to anyone. Especially, not a woman purchasing a car on her own. You all At this location should be ashamed of yourselves and know that your rating are the way that they are for a reason. You will reap what you have sown. Trust me! You can not take advantage of people and think you will get away with it! I will take this a step further and report everything that happened to the licensing department of Michgian
Sean is highly professional. He is very patient and understanding and cares for the customers in providing the best service . He like to provide the best service alternatives that are available to him to help out his customers. He goes beyond of what is expected of him. In my opinion and with my experience he is one of the best
I am a new Mercedes owner, and I had scheduled an appointment for a recent recall of the battery mount. When I made the appointment, I was told the part would be available, and the first available date would be on Veterans Day for service. I took the day off, and fought the snowy day to get there. I settled into their lounge, only to be approached and told the part was not in. I explained how unhappy I was that I had planned this day to be off of work, and to make matters worse, had to struggle with the recent snow fall and bad roads to get here. It would have been acceptable had they called me in advance, if they knew the part was not in for this SCHEDULED RECALL appointment. Not a happy MERCEDES service customer.
The best or nothing .... is the claim Benz makes regarding their automobiles! I would say this is right about Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor As well!Extremely Professional people! Dan Wilson, Shawn Durham, Matt Davis, Beth Chaves, and all the others do their best to help you in the best possible way.If you drive MB and need any help, dont hesitate to stop by MB of AA!Update:As always, Shawn was extremely helpful and considerate. He consistently went above and beyond my expectations to solve my vehicle problem. I would highly recommend the service department of MB of AA, particularly Shawn. Super professional and friendly. It was an absolute privilege to work with Shawn.
After visiting another Mercedes Benz Dealer in a nearby city where the salseman did not show much interest to sell his car to me, I decided to come to this dealership. Mickey Hurley a sales executive approached me with a warm welcome smile.I knew what I wanted therefore it was easy to discuss and finalize the deal. I got a good discount but ended up spending 6K more than planned.Mickey was very professional and friendly, he took time to explain all the features of this high tech SUV and offered more help at anytime I needed. I would recommend anyone to go to Mickey if they visit Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor Michigan.
I had a wonderful experience leasing my car from Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor. The salesman, Evan, was extremely responsive and helpful and I was never subjected to any high-pressure sales pitches. I did all negotiating via email such that I was at the dealership for only about an hour to sign paperwork and pick up my car. I highly recommend considering this dealership for your next auto purchase.
5 stars here for all around great service and sales. I definitely recommend this location if you are having any issues with your vehicle. Knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and willing to listen are all words that describe this location.Dan Wilson and his crew really made the whole family feel at ease while we were there. This dealership is top notch.
I purchased my first vehicle from Christi a couple of weeks ago. I have been to various high end dealers such as Ferrari, Porsche, Etc, but have never had as positive experience as I did with Christi. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable without the stereotypes that come along with most car salespersons. I had not intended on purchasing a vehicle on the day I went in, but after an hour with Christi I couldnt have imagined leaving without the car.
Shawn Durham is obviously a man who loves his job as a service advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor. We have been taking our two cars to him for some time and cannot imagine going anywhere else because of the people there and Shawn in particular. His energy and knowledge are impressive.Jim and Jacqueline Brown
Probably one of the worst dealers on the planet. Never felt compelled to write a bad review before. When trying to buy from them I got lied to about pricing, incentives and availability - end up buying car at another MB dealer. But as they are my local dealer I have used them for service. Every visit is a disaster - takes way too long to do anything, car is not delivered back on time, discourteous, problems aren’t solved and if you try and complain they blame you. Can’t wait to be done with this car - first and last Mercedes while Suburban Collection has the only nearby MB dealerTo them you are just a transaction. No recognition that failure to perform a service has an impact. Customers don’t have all day to wait around for a shoddy dealer like this one to get the job done.
I recently bought a used car at the Ann Arbor Mercedes-Benz. I was treated with the best customer service by Dan Wilson and Nick Feroce. Nick was so helpful prior to the sale by answering all of my questions and paying attention to a few details after the sale that needed to be taken care of by the service department.Dan in the service department went above and beyond. He made sure that the issue I came in for was taken care of and that by the time I was on the road, my car used car was rolling down the highway with no issues at all. Basically, Dan and his team treated me like I had just bought a brand new $100, 000 car. I couldnt have asked for better service and attention. Thank you Nick and Dan!!!!
My wife and I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership. I say, as a salesman myself, Kyle Norman was hands down the best sales experience there is to offer. This gentleman doesnt push you into anything he lives by an amazing standard of moral code and honesty. He will be able to help you understand everything you need to, he will be honest and upfront in all things and he makes himself available well after your sale just to help you out with ANYTHING you could need. Not only that but hes quick and efficient too, by time my wife and I got there he had the keys ready, the signature spots highlighted and helped us get into the car in minutes not hours. Also Jelani the gentleman who helped me on the phone is very kind and helpful. Overall everyone I dealt with at the dealership was incredible. Will difinitely be returning for my next purchase and every purchase there after.
My salesperson, Leigh, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied with not only the price of my new car, but the service and attention that I received from all of the staff. The entire process was very comfortable and efficient, will definitely do business with them again!
I just leased a GLC300 from Christi, and could not be more satisfied. I can not think of another experience while purchasing anything (3 homes, multiple cars etc...) that I have received such a high level of customer service. Christi took care of everything and made me and my husband feel like we were the only customers in the world. We spent three weeks working with her and multiple trips to the dealership to test drive different cars, and decide on purchasing vs. leasing etc... Christi did not pressure us to make any decisions, and provided just the right amount of follow-up to make sure all of our questions were answered. She was easy to get a hold of and was even responsive in the late evenings and on the weekends after hours. Christi just went above and beyond. She delivered the car to us, keys in hand, and when I requested a change in the final paper work she was so professional getting everything fixed and right back to me so my husband. I was able to sign in time to take the new vehicle on a business trip to Chicago. She even came to our house to drop off the car! I have never received this level of customer service anywhere. It was an absolute pleasure working with her. She is genuinely interested in making the car buying process a pleasant and happy experience for her customers. On top of all of this, the finance manager Brett was just fantastic and was able to get everything ready for us with very little notice and went above and beyond to make sure I got my GLC when I needed it (before my business trip). We will definitely be shopping here when we replace my husbands car in the future. Even the service department seems great -I havent used it yet, but the manager came out to meet me and shook my hand etc... Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor blows away BMW of Ann Arbor and the comparables for customer service and satisfaction. No contest.
This was our second time purchasing a car from Evan and both times it was a fantastic experience. Evan is very caring, fair, and knowledgeable person, and paid attention to every little detail to make our experience a great one. He provided exceptional service and we would certainly recommend Evan to friends and family.
Need bodyshop service.be prepared they tell you your tire and wheel will be broken every year you come here for service. In 2020, I was told my two fron rims was cracked, and one rim is 2100$. This does not include labor fee. I rejected due to the very obvious reason: the car is from 33k for new one, a rim is asked for 2100$? Later I contact their part department by phone but this time it is via a 3rd party car shop. Their real price for one rim is actually 870USD, and if I can give them my broken one, there will be another 150USD refund. I call such service experience is a joke. It only hurts the credit of the store.
The experience that I had at the service department was great. The young man that helped me, Shawn, was amazing. He made me feel at home and comfortable, and not as if I was a burden with all the questions that I had. He was professional and knowledgeable. This place and this young man are top notch.Thank you,Mrs. Martin
Eric has gone above and beyond helping to diagnose the cracking noise coming out of my sound system. The problem was finally resolved by replacing Bluetooth antenna. He is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the car and was able to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!
We have had excellent experience with the service department at Mercedes of Ann Arbor. Our car has had some tricky things to troubleshoot and they have always performed at a high level for us. Even when they accidently put a scratch in the vehicle they immediately fixed it and several others that existed and the car came back looking new both inside and out! They went above and beyond to accommodate us.
Truly poor customer service. Bottom line: attention to detail is poor and does not even come close to what I expect from any reputable dealership, let alone a luxury brand.Long review below.I wasnt impressed with the service from our first visit. Our first trip in was a super cold, January day. We test drove an SUV, and the salesman pulled it around, but did not allow it to warm up before taking us out for the test drive. I KNOW that this seems like a silly thing to complain about, but its a luxury dealership and their attention to detail should be on point. We ended up purchasing a certified 2014 GL. My husband went to pick it up, and when I got in it the next day I noticed that the detail job was not thorough at all and that the gas tank was on empty. Never in my life have I purchased a car, new or pre-owned, and left the dealership with my tank on empty. We knew that there still needed to be a repair to the rear entertainment system. I contacted our salesperson multiple times and it ended up taking SEVEN WEEKS to get the repair scheduled. I got passed around so many times that Im convinced that they were hoping that Id give up and not actually get it repaired. The communication from our salesperson was poor and it was always reactive, never proactive. Also, we couldnt activate the Mbrace account because it hadnt been deactivated by the previous owners and the dealership didnt do what they needed to do before we purchased it.We finally got the repair scheduled and I took my car in this morning (9am). I was hopeful that it would be a seamless process, and it looked good from the beginning. They had a loaner car ready to go and I was quickly on my way. I didnt hear anything from the dealership as the day progressed, and I finally called at 5pm to make sure that they were going to call me when my car was ready. I spoke to the person in charge of my service and he said that hed call. I wasted two hours on that side of town waiting for the phone call, and finally at 7pm I decided to call again. No answer. So, Im assuming that the service department closed and that they needed to keep my car overnight. Not a huge deal, but COMMUNICATE with me.I love my GL, but I will not do business with MB of Ann Arbor again.
Best service hands down. I was traveling from Livonia Michigan to Chicago and had gotten a flat tire on the highway. Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor was the closest dealer so I came straight here to change the tire because I had a 250 mile drive ahead of me. With no tires available the GM decided to take the tire off the same car in the showroom and replace mine so that I could get home with my family. Thank you for coming to the rescue. I have never seen better customer service and its things like this that will always keep me coming back to Mercedes. Thanks again!
Christi was the by far, the best sales person I have ever worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable on her products and makes the entire car buying process breeze. I would highly recommend her if you want someone who will be 100% real and professional. I am always reluctant to work with car salesman but she really breaks the stereotype and helps make you feel comfortable.
Mickey Hurley is very friendly, knowledgeable and was extremely accommodating during our visit. He patiently explained all different options for the vehicle and helped us choose the right model. He even drove to our home to set the garage door codes. He sets high standards for customer service. It was pleasure doing business with Mickey.
This review is for the Service Department that has been taking care of and fixing problems on my C class since this May.Matt Davis, my service advisor, is a knowledgeable professional and so is Beth Chevez. Its always a pleasure to interact with both of them. Being busy, I really appreciate the fact that I have never had to spend more than 5 minutes to drop off my car and pick up a loaner. Frankly, I cant overemphasize how refreshing it is when people dont waste theirs and your time. All in all, MB of A2 has fixed a number of issues under warranty, including an engine rebuild, and with the exception of a few minor moments they have been great. Having knowledge about the automotive industry, I would definitely appreciate more status updates during repairs. However, I guess many people dont really want to bothered with such info and details they dont understand.I dont give MB of A2 five stars only because of my personal expectations and the aforementioned minor moments. But overall, I have been happy with my experience and interactions with both Matt and Beth.

2022-01-25I work for a dealership. Similar to the one in Ann Arbor. My girlfriend brought her car in for service on an ISM module. I’m aware of the book hours on what it takes to replace this module. 2 1/2 hours. She wasn’t charged that. The entire bill was about $1350. Silly. That’s not even the main problem. It’s actually a very petty problem. Typical dealer/stealership. She drops the car off without any faults or issues. Picks the car up, three light fault codes show up in the dash. 3. Not 1. 3. She is so amazing shy and adorable and felt bad and don’t know what to do. But I suggested she call Mercedes’ and ask what happened. They immediately (the women she spoke to was Parker) denied fault and explained it would be $80.00 a bulb or something to that extent. You’d think that… if a car leaves a shop and within milliseconds has issues, your first response would be , “hey, let’s check that out and see if it was something we did.” Nope. It was about money. The professionalism lacks, the customer service is great, and the pricing sucks. They overcharged her for a service that I know the book hours for. She has two kids, studying to be a doctor and doesn’t have time to argue or leave reviews. I’m leaving this review on behalf of her knowing darn well that the level of professionalism and quality that should have been readily available at Mercedes’ was not there. I’ve attached a photo of one of the messages.

2022-07-18My experience with Ann Arbor Mercedes did not go well. I ordered parts online.I emailed and requested a status update after the charge disappeared from my credit card. I did not receive a response. I emailed again for a status update, no response.I did receive tracking information. Wonderful. Unfortunately, the shipment arrived with 2 of 3 parts broken. It happens.Took pics of the parts and emailed them to the business. No response. Through their website I sent another message. No reply.

2021-12-02The entire Mercedes Benz staff were warm and friendly, and made the entire purchasing experience easy and very positive. Susie is/was superb! She went above and beyond for us when the unexpected happened, including hand delivering my vehicles new plate to my home, and stayed over late to assist/complete the sales process. When the concierge was tied up with another customer, Susie didn’t hesitate to go ahead and start our ‘new car’ technology tutorial, it took quite a bit of time and she was very patient and respectful considering we are not all equally tech savvy! We encountered multiple different staff members and were all so courteous and professional. My favorite part was pulling into the dealership and our car was waiting with a big red bow!! Thankyou again Susie and the entire staff at Mercedes of Ann Arbor! A++++

2022-05-27After a bad experience in Novi, I came to Ann Arbor to look for a grocery getter with the missus. Susie is the Maybach of Salespeople, and was extremely helpful and inviting in helping us find her the perfect starter vehicle. 🏆🚘🤩Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor also had a great selection and a nicer vehicles (including the elusive G63 and EQS), and more modern feel to the space than its counterparts. This spot passes the vibe check and is black-friendly, which is a big plus and actually pretty rare among luxury dealerships. If you or you know a person looking for a nice lil thing to whip around, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership. Ask for Susie and tell em Dr. Zu sent you. Shell definitely have you walking out right 🔥💪🏾

2022-06-24This is the Best Dealer Service Center I have ever been to! I drive over 1 hour to get there and it’s worth it. Scheduling an appointment is extremely easy, their attention to the details is refreshing and I always feel they have my best interest in mind and I never feel like they are trying to rob me.Shawn always explains all options available for repairs and ensures I’m able to make the best decisions. Jelani(I may be spelling his name wrong) is also extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. As much as I hate taking my car in for service because I know I’m going to spend money, I actually look forward to seeing them because I know they will treat me right and not just rob me!!!I typically avoid the new car showroom when I go go service because I hate when the sales people pounce on me and try to sale me a new car then when they find out I’m only there for service they turn their nose up and ignore me:) but I took a stroll on this visit and spoke to Ryan and he was very pleasant and never tried to convince me to buy a new car but gave a lot of information about current and older models. When I am ready for a new car I will definitely look for Ryan! All in all Great overall service and experience! They definitely exceeded my expectations from end to end!!!

2022-07-21After I arrived at their Service, I was attended to immediately by Mr. Shawn Durham. He listened attentively to all my observations and requests about the brake system on my 2011-E350 that I wanted to get looked at and gave me his advice about my variety of options. Also, I had requested for a loaner vehicle which was provided for as soon as the diagnosis was done on my E350.Even though this is 2011 car he treated me like all other current customers. The rest of the service team did their work diligently and finished the work in the stipulated time.It was an overall very pleasant experience.

2022-05-12My lease for my CLA 250 Mercedes was coming due this spring. I have had multiple Mercedes vehicles for almost 20 years!. They are very dependable and look beautiful!I went to Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor to speak to a salesperson. I talked with Susan Susie Arrow. We immediately connected like weve been friends for years! I could tell she genuinely cares about me, my needs and what I am looking for in my next Mercedes.Susie and I discussed my options and said she would call me the minute something came into the dealership that met my criteria.Susie Arrow is someone I highly recommend! She cares about her customers like family! I love the feeling I get from Susie and her sincere commitment she displays to satisfying my needs.Susie has done everything she said she was going to do! She has reached out to me multiple times to keep me posted! I am looking forward to doing business with her!I also recommend Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor! They serve there customers well!

2022-05-19When coming to the dealership my car had some issues. The service was impeccable, I was in and out fairly quickly. Shawn Durham answered all of my questions and made sure I was taken care of. I traveled over 30 miles to this dealership based on reviews. After visiting, I highly recommend this dealership to any Mercedes owner.

2022-05-28Before coming to Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor, I had a bad racial profiling experience at the Mercedes Benz of Novi dealership. Immediately after I walked into the Ann Arbor dealership, I was greeted with a very warm welcome by Susie Arrow. Susie was very knowledgeable and told me about the different cars. She made sure that I felt heard. Finding a car took months because of the car shortage and my extra picky self. I would consider myself a very picky customer, but Susie never made me feel that way. I remember she would always send me cars that matched what I wanted and provide recommendations. When she got me a car, I came in to sign the documents, and she could tell that I was not happy about the car not having a digital cluster; she made me feel that it was okay not to take the car even after all the work she had put in to get me the car. I pulled out of the deal, and Susie kept looking for the perfect car for me. We finally found a car, and when I came in to sign the document. She bought my boyfriend and I lunch. Susie never complained throughout the whole process. I feel like I did not just walk out of the dealership with a car, but I also walked out with an amazing friend. Susie went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much for everything you did!

2022-03-01Dishonest dealer with bad internal communication and feel disappointed. Got overcharged for my oil change service. What happened is that I schedule an oil change service for my GLE350, and one day before my appointment, I called service department to confirm price for an oil change. Front desk said $155. But when I stopped by the next day, service department said price is $189, because the front desk was new so she doesnt know the latest price. I dont believe in this explanation because when I called front desk, the lady hang up for a minute to talk to service department to get the price. And I asked a bunch of questions so the lady actually talked to service department three times. I believe the reason they changed the price overnight is that I brought a $35 coupon with me, so service department just cranked up the price to compensate for the discount coupon. I did the oil change anyway but was very disappointed about the way this dealer treated customer. Will not recommend the service department to anyone else.
