Comment: This was our second visit in a car that has 19,000 miles on it in 3 years so very much babied. Our First visit was fine. This second visit was miserable as I requested a specific service consultant which they offered on their site and when we showed up, they totally ignored it and just gave us whoever they wanted to. Jose offered us a coupon on the Plan B service and then when we went to cash out, he never put the coupon on there and we had to ask for it which caused an extra 10 minutes of paperwork. 90 minutes before we were to pick our car up. He texted us asking us if we wanted to put new brake pads on our car with 19,000 miles. Attempting a brake job with 90 minutes before I pick up, the car was ridiculous, he also wanted to sell us two rear tires again at 19,000 miles. I have zero confidence in this dealership for service.

Comment: Why am I receiving this survey already when I haven’t even approved the work order? Bruce was my service advisor and I needed a new key made for my clk350. I had a key made less than 2 years ago and paid $480 then. Now they want $850 for a key. Why? Mercedes of Temecula says they have to program it and they have to order it from Texas. I have confirmed with 2 local Mercedes dealerships and also with Dallas Mercedes and they all said that i will pay for just the key because that particular key for that year and model comes preprogrammed. They require a emailed copy of the car registration and a copy of my drivers license to verify ownership and request. Mercedes Temecula says programming is needed and I will have to pay. The key is under warranty and is defective and stopped working. They didn’t honor their key warranty. Bruce called me on Friday the 24th to tell me the key and car are ready and that the key has been paid for and that the vehicle has been picked up. I never responded to Bruce because i wouldnt pick up my car till yesterday, Wednesday. Well, I show up at the dealership and no one knows where my car is. They said someone came in and said I sold them the car and that they’re paying for the key. Bruce takes the payment and gives this person the new key and the car. I never ever approved this transaction and I have no idea who Bruce gave my car to. I spoke with Austin the service manager and he said there was a mistake and the car is actually there and ready to be picked up. The messaged was left yesterday. No one has called me to update me on my car and they said they’re not responsible for my car. MB Temecula said they don’t ID customers when picking up their cars and that I need to file a police report becuse my car has been stolen. I filed the police report and MB Temecula are the thieves. They don’t have my car because they gave it away. This dealership has taken my car and gave it to someone else. They won’t even offer a loaner till this matter is resolved. This is unbelievable. I want to escalate this so far up the ladder. People have to know what MB Temecula is doing and how they’re treating their customers. Everyone need to know and we need to put this shady business out of service for good!

Comment: I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. The service personnel sent me the email or test with all the recommendations however i wouldHave preferred some sort of dialogue. I refused the recommendations. When I went to pick my vehicle up and pay. The rep did not come out to elaborate on the recommendations…my car has very few miles and to recommend tires was outrageous seeing that I’d been there less than 1800 miles earlier and there was no mention of tires…I probably will not return for service there in the future. Their response has always been that our next available courtest vehicle is in 30 days while our car is in the shop. Comment: My experience has not been good. They overpromise at the time of the sale, but then underperform when it comes to service. My service representative,Ruben, left me sitting in the showroom for over 30 minutes despite the fact that I was on time for my scheduled appointment. After a long wait, another service rep came out and appologized for my wait and thanked me for my patience. He asked me to wait a couple more minutes and said he would help me instead of Ruben, who at this point left the building and went to lunch. He said Ruben would follow up with me and would remain my follow up rep should I have any questions. Also, we agreed that Ruben would call or text me when my car was ready for pick up, by the end of the day. Midway through day 2, I had not heard from anyone, so I drove in to enquire about the status of my car, which was in for normal scheduled maintenance. My car only has 15000 miles.At any rate, after they finally located my info in the computer they ordered my car to be brought up. After at least another half hour they brought my car out. In fairness, it had been washed. I had prepaid $1,680 for a maintenance contract, so I was surprised to find out that they were not performing the standard tire rotation as I assumed was included in the contract. My understanding was that tire rotation was part of standard maintenance. My final paperwork /receipt indicated that my rear tires needed to be replaced (15,000 miles) for a quote of $ 794.00 . The Mercedes Benz tire specialist, Rick, was nice and informative, but told me that 15000 miles was about what they expect for a car as heavy as a mercedes. He indicated that the electric models get even less milage than the gas models due to increased weight from the batteries.i asked to talk with the service manager, but was informed that he was not at work because he recently had a new baby. I asked about who else could help me, and Rick the tire specialist recommended Ruben. Ruben, however, was either not available or was otherwise helping another customer. They advised me that Ruben would call me.In summary, it was apparent to me that the service department does not respect me as a loyal mercedes benz customer of over 35 years, nor do they value my time whatsoever.

Comment: My car needed service A done. Had an appointment, told my service agent would be right out. Waited around 20 minutes to speak with service agent. Within an hour got call it needed engine filter sparks plugs and will need rear break pads soon and additional $1400. Opted to just get the original service then consider requested services ( the time for those services is greater than 50,000 miles I have 46,000 miles). I was texted my car was ready got there 45 minutes later after I paid went to outside agent. He then said car ready, not my car. So he said he would get mine. Then went back to his stand waited 30 minutes walked the area to see if I could locate my car. Then went to the stand and asked were they having problems finding my car? He said no they were just drying it. Might have been nice if that had been done before they texted car was ready and if while waiting the person informed me why I was waiting.

My service advisor (Mario) was nothing short of amazing, handling everything with the utmost professionalism and even going above and beyond to check for a warranty on my 2014 vehicle. Seriously, who does that? But he got it covered and done, just like magic. Everything went smoothly, and I drove away a happy customer... well, almost.The only hiccup came when I went to pick up my car. The front valet staff told me it was going to the wash and would take about 15 minutes. No problem, I thought, I can wait 15 minutes. I waited patiently for the prescribed time, only to discover that wash must have been code for let it sit and marinate in its dirt. When I asked about my car after the wait, they promptly brought it out... still sporting the same dirt it had arrived with.I didnt mind the dirt, I like washing my own vehicle any ways, but my 15 minutes? Well, lets just say I could have spent that time better—like figuring out how my service advisor performs his warranty miracles. Overall, a great experience, just dont expect your car to come out looking any cleaner if youre short on time, well to their defense, I did arrive 40minutes before closing…overall, that one minor hiccup doesn’t stain the hard work the mechanics and Mario did…great job!!

Comment: The worst service experience ever, please stay away from this place for service, took my car in ok Tuesday for second key Activation and Navigation Activation Ruben Garcia tells me on Tuesday that they got to the install of the navigation late that it will be finished Wednesday. Come Wednesday same thing, Thursday he tells me that the car is not meant to have navigation -even though the car has a button for NaVi/map. Now it’s Friday I pick up the vehicle and they can’t find the 2nd key, which is the reason I cameIn the first place !!! I don’t know who runs this place but such a horrible experience

Comment: To say I was less than satisfied with my experience as a customer at Mercedes of Temecula is an understatement. At the end of the experience I walked away feeling like: 1. I was not valued as a customer 2. The transaction I was making (purchasing a 2021 E 53 AMG) was not worth the sales representative time 3) I was lied to about parts of the process 4) I was inconvenienced when sold a car I had to return the next to be fixed 5) It was not worth it to offer me anything for the poor experience I had. The sales representative (Bryan Costlow) seemed less than thrilled about having me as a customer and took no time to explain anything about the car I was purchasing. I had to ask direct questions to learn anything about the car. And when I voiced concerns about things, like being sold a $64,000 car with no floor mats, I received a very dismissive response. What I don’t need, when I am spending my hard earned money, is someone saying “don’t worry about it.” I had to keep asking to ensure it was addressed. Even then I was lied to by Bryan and told there are not speciality AMG floor mats available, when I know for certain there are. After speaking to one of the sales managers he informed me I could pay an additional $250 for the AMG mats (this is after I had to return the car the next day because the born wouldn’t stop going off and the button to open the trunk was broken). I expect a much higher level of service from Mercedes staff. After looking at the reviews on YELP, I see my experience with Mercedes of Temecula is not unique. It is so unfortunate that this was my first experience with Mercedes.

Got me car back they did not replace the carpet, called everyday with no call back, finally my brother called they called him back within 30 minutes dropped my car back off, now they are telling me I need new tires $1400 to replace them, telling me they will not give my car but until they change the tires.....

Comment: Over the top expensive Mario did what he could to lessen the expense but it’s Mercedes… so I had service B done for 600+ then I was informed that I needed spark plugs for 550+ and rear differential service for 800+ with a coupon for 200+ I will not be coming back. I’m not mad just disappointed In myself for not getting other estimates to get the best price. If u have money to burn then this is the place for you. I should have known better since the last 2 times I went here for service They told me I had to replace my brake pads and rotors this was within 12000 miles each time at 1500 per instance that’s pretty pricey. Instead of telling me that I need a heavy duty brake upgrade they put the same soft pads and rotors on when my brake light came on again I went elsewhere and had heavy duty brakes put on. If you are going to go here for service make sure you know what is included in service A&B. The five stars are for the high price and so Mario doesn’t get penalized for for company policies

Comment: I would give this experience 0 stars If I could. We have been coming here and purchasing our cards for the better half of a decade and this last time will be our final purchase. We were lied to multiple times by our sales rep, Mike, whom is not our normal go to sales rep. Mike told us that we would be buying a lease on our new car for 48 months at a certain rate and when we got to finance the lease had been upped to 51 months and had different pricing that was not initially agreed upon. Our infant son, who was very fussy throughout the process couldn’t stand being there, so we just let it be as we always upgrade and didn’t intend on keeping the car for the full 4 1/4 years. Going home and really diving into the contract, I noticed we are paying a full 13k in depreciation, which was also not agreed upon, as our previous contract had us paying a premium monthly price which should have taken care of most, if not all depreciation. I had been in contact with Mike the next day, letting him know that his bad practices had tarnished our relationship and possible future endeavors with Mercedes. Mike began to make excuses stating that the previous cars value was substantially less than what it actually was and began to reference carmax’s buy back pricing… at a Mercedes dealership. He gave me a market value buy back price of 44k on a 2023 Mercedes GLE 350 that is being sold at numerous Mercedes dealerships for 56-63k with same condition and mileage. Considering a 10% buy back loss, we should have gotten at least 49k, at the very least. Again, we payed top dollar monthly to combat any, if not all depreciation as it stood. I informed Mike and let him know how I felt about his business practices, to which he continued to vehemently argue and express his displeasure with my investigative Information. Again he continued to reference Carmax and their pricing and buy back/resell values, and said he was okay with Mercedes not getting our business in the future. If I wanted any Carmax information, I would have leased my car from them. I repeat, Mike specifically stated he was okay with Mercedes not continuing to do business with my family and me. Thankfully all of this happened through text, so there is definitivepaper trail, of which I will be posting to numerous review sites so that future prospects steer clear from this location, this specific sales representative, and the incompetent bad business practices that Mercedes obviously endorses.Just so it is known, Frank was our normal sales representative, and though we get stuck with paying more than we are normally okay with every time we had gone prior, we always knew exactly what we were paying, why we were paying, and what to expect from Mercedes in the future. He is exceptional at his job and I wish we had stayed with him.Again, this will be our final lease and we will never go through Mercedes again. One rep lost your company hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars in revenue, as our entire family were Mercedes fanatics up until this point.

Comment: Purchased a used 2019 GLC300 from Temecula Mercedes including a 2 year extended warranty. Year and a half later, we sold the GLC300 and requested our refund for the balance of the warranty. Sold the car on 12/30/2023. Submitted the paperwork on January 3, 2024. It is now April 18, 2024 and we still haven’t received our refund. We have attempted to talk with them and they continually say, it is on the way. Be careful before buying extended warranty. They told us at the time of purchase, we could cancel at any time and they would prorate the warrantee and refund the difference. They owe us $2,900 and they haven’t lived up to their end of the bargain. Cannot trust this dealership.Update dated, May2, 2024. Ari Abdolhosseini from finance keep assuring me they are not trying to delay paying me what I am owed however, I still have not received refund in full. He also has stopped taking my calls. Comment: I took my car in for an emergency repair while I was in the area for an event, they didn’t have loaner car for me so they got me an Uber home which was nice but were unwilling to Uber me back to get my car once the repairs were done 4’days later . I live in Orange County so it’s a $90 Uber each way. They were unwilling to pay $90To take me back to the dealership to get my car despite the fact I would have normally had a loaner car for all the days I didn’t have my car. I incurred $300 in Uber fees alone as a result of this and not having a loaner car for several days while my car was being repaired. I am fine paying for Ubers but was disheartened by the fact they weren’t willing to work with me to atleast get me back to the dealership and help me with the Uber to pick up my car. I have been a Mercedes customer for 8 years, To me this felt out of alignment of how Mercedes normally treats Its customers and didn’t seem to align with the values and culture of the company. Kind of lame. I am happy to change my review if Mercedes of Temecula wants to reach out to make it right.

Comment: This is a review for Sales and Post-Sales only, not Service. My only point of comparison when purchasing my vehicle from Temecula was when my husband purchased a G63 from Laguna MBZ. His transaction and post sales engagement were flawless. I wanted to purchase a specific 2023 C300 convertible that only Temecula had in stock, as that model has been discontinued. I was referred to the internet sales manager, Jackie. I left a msg for Jackie but received a return call from Alex Aftahi. That was a bit presumptuous but whatever. I told Alex that we were looking to purchase the 2023 C300 convertible and provided the VIN. He confirmed the vehicle was in stock and I asked him to please send me a video. His colleague Dominique took a video and texted it to me. The car looked great. We agreed on a purchase price and I told him that I would be coming in in 2 days and would like to be in and out of the dealership to complete the transaction within an hour if at all possible. I also specified that I wouldnt be driving the car back and requested that the car be delivered.**It is worth noting now that I mentioned to him that we were also in the market for a 2024 GLC 300 Coupe as well.I came in on the appointed date and time and Alex had Dominique take me a quick test drive. There were a few dirt smudges on the seats and side panels from previous test drives and Dominique said the car would be washed and detailed before delivery. After the test drive I told Alex lets do this and I was sent to the finance manager to complete the transaction. When completing the paperwork, I specifically told the finance manager that I wanted the front license plate bracket to be put ON the car. After finishing paperwork with finance, Alex was no where to be seen and I said goodbye to Dominique, who was in another car doing another test drive, as I was leaving. I dont need anyone to kiss the proverbial ring, but it is extremely poor form to not thank and say goodbye to a customer who showed up as promised, paid cash and was in and out in taking up less than 1 hour of the dealerships time. Please note: This was on a Saturday.By the following Wednesday, I had heard nothing from Alex or the dealership about the delivery. I texted Alex and he said theyd deliver it the next day (Thursday). The car was delivered on a flatbed on Thursday.1. The front license plate bracket had not been installed2. The car had not been washed and/or detailed. All the same dirt smudges that were present during the test drive were present when it was delivered. The car had been in their inventory for over 10 months and the inside of the front and rear windows had developed a thin film. The film was still present.3. They’ve taken very good care of our 2003 E500 it looks, sounds and runs like it was still brand new. This last trip to them was made even more enjoyable than the other visits because of the ride home they provided to us for free. The driver of the MZB van was very pleasant and we let him know we were retired and in no rush to get home and that he could drop the other passenger off first. We hadn’t been to that part of Temecula for over twenty years and it hadn’t changed much in that time. I arrived and met the receptionist (sorry I forgot her name), who was polite and professional offering me water. I met up with Omar who put together my approval expeditiously. After I was approved, Omar congratulated me and gave me a complimentary hat and mug. I was brought over to the finance department and met with Peter who was friendly and knowledgeable. He closed the deal and thoroughly explained the options accompanying the contract in less than an hour. I finally was given the keys and drove away very satisfied. I have bought and leased three Mercedes from this dealership who treats me like family. I made a mistake and switched from Walter’s to Temecula and it was the biggest mistake I’ve made since owning my car. The service rep I dealt with when scheduling the service told me whatever he needed to to get my business but when it came to honoring what was committed to he was no where to be found. I won’t be back I’d rather drive to Walter’s and get great service then try to save gas and get what I got here.

Comment: I took our GLB for the service B, and was in the process of explaining to the service advisor that the front tires were running against the body on sharp turns, when Rick Lee walked in and told me that the wrong wrong size tires were installed. I had recently bought two front tires at America’s Tire. I ended going back to them, and admitted that they had made a big mistake, and replaced them. If it had not been for Rick I could driven for months like that. His eagle eyes really saved me. Not only that but his helpful and caring attitude is what really impressed us. I was called, if I wanted to proceed with the additional maintenance work. And I politely decline.However, Bruce offered if we wanted the car clean. And we confirmed it. However, when we were ready to pick up the car. We were quoted $ 239.00.We were expecting that the car was just going to get a wash and wipe.(Complimentary) Not a full detail of the vehicle.Please clarify with future customers. I was in for an oil change and while my car was there I requested a few things to be checked so I could maybe have Benz take care of it for me.These were just little things as: the light in the visor and the light in the trunk was not working anymore.I also had asked them to give me a quote to replace both inner door handle (the original MB handles were already purchased by me and were ready to be installed). That would cost me $500 just to have them replaced!!!I was quoted insane amounts for the little lights not working!!! $250 here and $250 there!!!All and all they decided to wash my car (after I told them not to). I got my car back with streaks allover the windshield. And it had to go back to be redone because they had done such a bad job, and it would be hard for me to see through cause they looked dirty. I arrived with a shiny car cause it had just been waxed.I paid for my oil change and I will just have to try to replace the handles and lights myself. Or have it done by a different MB location. I rather go back to the one in Temecula ever again if I can help it.All this took approx. 3.5 hrs of waiting at Benz.Times have changed, that is for sure.2 stars less for outrageous qoutes and one star less for superlong waiting time. Thank God the coffee and wifi was still complementary!

Comment: I brought in my 2022 gls 4 different times for cameras not working properly and the active cruise not working. Every time they told me it’s working as it should and i replied no it’s not and I’ve had the driver assist on different Mercedes I own and they function correctly. I finally got them to replace it after 4 different attempts and now it works perfectly. On top of all the times I had to take time out of my day to bring it in they would put me in a loaner from enterprise that was no way comparable to my vehicle or if they did have a loaner it was a small GLB or GLC. I didn’t buy a $100k car to be put in a $30k car when it fails. I paid to have the car detailed but it was a good car wash at most. I complained about the detail and they said they would redo it and they supposedly did but I didn’t see it. Definitely would find a different Mercedes dealer. The sales department was a little better but when I attempted to buy another new car they weren’t willing to negotiate. I thought after they stuck it to me in the first deal maybe they would take care of me on the next but that wasn’t the case.

They then had the car for 2 weeks and basically said theres nothing wrong, no check engine light came on for them and to bring it back if it came back on.Later that night it came back on and in the morning upon starting it, the fans were blowing, and the car had an erratic shake and rumble! We returned to Mercedes and theyve had the car ever since...going on 10 WEEKS! I dont even know what to say, the lack of communication has been so frustrating and so bad that I had to go down and demand answers at 6 weeks asking what they were doing, which took me contacting the sales manager who was kind enough to tell us that we had parts on back order until JANUARY 9! Im so disappointed that we are dealing with a company that has quite the reputation but yet treats their paying customers as inconvenient and ignores texts and calls when all I want is an update, courtesy, an equally nice loaner car maybe, anything showing they are trying to make things right.The service advisor has been lying this entire time about parts and time frame which was so frustrating when we finally did find out parts were on back order. Enterprise has been absolutely wonderful trying to keep us in a Mercedes but they are limited because Mercedes has lower luxury brands there and we would have to pay out of pocket for a car thats up to par with what we bought...which I think it wrong and shouldnt have to do make the monthly car payment on a car thats not in my possession going on 3months!!!Sorry for long rant but this has been a nightmare and I just want my money back and they can keep their broken lemon.

Comment: This is the second time in a row where service has been unacceptable. Las visit, the consultant was rude to my wife and made some unappreciative comments to my wife. After, he avoided my wife when she picked up the car and neglected to explain to my wife the findings of the vehicle inspection. Following that incident we received an email stating that we had decline to replace the brakes and the battery in our E300, which was no true because we never knew we needed to replace them. Because of that we left a bad review of the experience at the Temecula MB and more specifically of the consultant who helped my wife. Right away he started harassing my wife and asking her to deleted the review because that was going to affect his commission. My wife told him that she was not going to change it because that was what happened. Fast forward to today, where I had an appointment for schedule maintenance for my vehicle. The consultant who help me was rude and show no interest in assisting me. As with my wife, when I showed up to get my car he didnt even have the dignity to acknowledge me. One of the other employees there got my paper work for me and walked me towards the paying counter so I can complete my transaction. So, after back to back bad experiences I will not return to the MB of Temecula service department. I rather drive 30 minute south to Escondido where at least I feel I am a valued customer.

I will say that the cost of the battery replacement borders on heinous robbery of a customer. Comment: My experience has been less than great. Waited about 20 minutes past my scheduled service time and I didn’t meet or speak to the service representative I was assigned to. I took my car for a diagnosis as to why all my dashboard lights were coming on and off repeatedly. I was told nothing was wrong when the car they cleared the message and was giving back to me 2 days later. Immediately all the lights came back on as I was still at the service center. Called my service rep over to show him and he said to monitor it and he would have a loaner available for me in by Monday if the issue persists.(this was Friday) I messaged my service rep to confirm this on Sunday morning to let him know I did need to take me car back for further inspection after all and I would need the loaner after all. I have yet to hear from him. Clearly Mercedes Benz of Temecula does not care about its costumers concerns or safety. These service representatives need a refresher on timeliness, amicably, and courteous customer service.

Comment: Buyer beware!! Horrible experience with Mercedes Benz of Temecula. Purchased a brand new A220 which has been nothing but issues. Its been in their service department 4 times with the same problem. They havent been able to identify an issue and replace random parts with no fix. I filed a lemon law claim and have had no updates or help getting ahold of a claim manager. Instead as a resolution they offered to trade my vehicle in for a new one leaving me upside down over $5k. The managers Jacqueline and Sammy havent been helpful as far as finding a resolution. Save yourself the headache and purchase a vehicle somewhere else.I returned to Mercedes Benz of Temeucla to purchase another vehicle which I had been looking for, the Sales team did a great job and were able to get me a great deal significantly under msrp as my family and I have done a substantial amount of business with them in the past.Within 300 miles my vehicles front left tire started losing air, I brought it into service and they checked to ensure there were no nails and filled it up, the next morning my vehicles tire pressure was extremely low again. I brought it back into service and they stated there was a leak on the inner part of my sidewall, being that the vehicle is so new I was unsure if it was caused by something in the road or if I purchased the vehicle like this,I spoke with their service department and asked if they can give me the tire at cost price or at least give me some kind of discount being that I just spent 60k plus the weekend prior.James Sarvey stated that he would not give me any kind of discount as they are a 100 million dollar business.Upon picking up my vehicle Sarvey stated that I had accrued a new bill of over $600 for a detail of their courtesy vehicle which I returned dirty and with underwear with fecal matter in it, which is a insane accusation, I asked them if I can see it for myself and they pulled up a photo of a red head scarf which I accidentally left in the vehicle,When I was issued the loaner car there were still other peoples belongings and paperwork in there. I did not agree with those charges and Mr Sarvey stated that he would hold my spare key hostage until I paid those absurd fees for something I did not do something I did not cause. Keep in mind the loaner vehicle was only in my possession for less than a day.After calling the police department James finally agreed to release my vehicles spare key upon the condition of me paying for the entire amount of the tire replacement. The associates who have helped me in the past tried to reason with James but had to back off as he has seniority. I asked to speak with the dealer principle and was told her was not available nor could I have his business card. I am truly disgusted by the way I was treated.

Comment: I want to start by saying I’m sanded to have to write this try or of review about such a great brand.I purchased a 2008 Mercedes-Benz ML-350 4Matic July 19th, 2021 around 8 & 9 Pm and picked up the vehicle, July 20th, 2021 around 12 & 2 pmWhen working with the sales Director (Jackie) she was very eager to get me into this vehicle, under my circumstances and working with the cash that I had to offer.At first glance in seeing the vehicle, it was very gorgeous and appealing. Once I test drove the vehicle, I felt like it ran well and move pretty good, but I noticed there was a slight issue with the braking system. The Car seemed to need for you to push all the way down on the brakes for it to stop. I mentioned this along my test drive, and was assured that everything was fine and inspected and certified. So I continued with my purchase.I paid a good amount of money for this vehicle, and waited to pick it up the next day. Once I picked up the vehicle I drove it to my home and still noticing that you have to press all the way down on the brakes for the vehicles to stop at any lights or stop signs. I then decided to use it to go to work the next morning when I was on the 215 freeway headed northbound and I approached my exit to a red light and attempted to stop but the vehicle unfortunately would not stop no matter how many times I tried to get it to stop. This vehicle ended up crashing into another stopped vehicle causing damage to both vehicles.Once I exchange my information with the other driver, I immediately turned around and drove straight back to Mercedes-Benz Temecula, where I purchased a vehicle and picked it up not even less than 24 hours before. Upon my arrival I spoke with the service manager (Many) who are then expressed my accident information and told him the situation of what had just happened. He took the vehicle in for inspection, and Mercedes gave me a loaner to use while they were completing investigation.I had the Mercedes-Benz loaner for over a month and once my ML-350 was so-called ready. I return to the dealership to pick it up.The dealership did repair the damages to the vehicle, and did inform me that they investigated the situation and assured me that nothing was wrong with the braking system and everything was fine.Once I picked up the vehicle, I drove it straight home, and I just decided not to drive it again, and I made the decision to sell it.A few months later, I discovered an article that came out for a recall. On these particular makes and models of Mercedes-Benz, and the recall was for the braking system in these vehicles specifically my model (ML-350) .I then reached out to Mercedes-Benz USA directly and try to seek compensation for this vehicle and the accident that had occurred. With many emails, back-and-forth and many many phone calls, Mercedes-Benz USA refused to pay compensation for this vehicle or go forward with this matter at all anymore since I had already gotten rid of the vehicle. mind you, I did state to them “I got rid of the vehicle because I feared for my safety in that vehicle”, and sold it to a junkyard. Even after submitting numerous amounts of evidence and photos of everything, it did not matter to the brand, because the vehicle was no longer in my possession so they felt they were no longer liable for anything.I was highly disappointed with their decision & outcome, and now, for I will have to seek further action against the brand because I was in possession and the owner at the time of the accident before the recall came out and even when bringing this to their attention they did not offer a new vehicle or my money back.I love the brand but in this situation they could have done way better in taking care of the customer.See photos bellow

Comment: I walked into Mercedes Benz of Temecula with ZERO expectations. Honestly, all I intended on doing was look at the cars and suddenly I drove off the lot with a brand new car. That’s the super condensed version.What really happened is that I was extremely nervous, secretly wishing I could own a Mercedes, but deep down wondered if it was even a possibility for me, when lo and behold out comes Nolan to make my day. Nolan had a very calm approach and didn’t come at me with the usual salesperson vibes. He simply asked me what I was looking for in my future car, so I told him what I wanted and he walked me right over to the car of my dreams. Still, I was extremely hesitant because I always believed that Mercedes vehicles were out of my reach, but thanks to Nolan that stigma has been discarded out the window. He understood that time was important to me and didn’t waste any of it. We took the car out for a test drive and he explained all of the functions this particular vehicle was equipped with. When we got back in there were a few documents to sign and then right over to the finance with Javier, whom was also super professional and wasted no time. Honestly I think I spent about 15 minutes or less with Javier in financing and overall about 1.5 hours till I was on my way with my new car.These guys were great, professional, courteous and most of all efficient. Comment: Had the best car buying experience ever ( hands down).We picked out the car we wanted. Went on a quick test drive and started the buying process. Everyone in the dealership was very friendly and professional. Our Salesman Ian Pinney was professional and simply the best.
