My husband and I just tried this locations curbside pickup for groceries. For a mere 5$ per order, no matter the size, a friendly customer service person brought out our groceries neatly bagged and labeled. Since we have a 6month old, this might be the best thing Meijer has done.
Everytime I go to this meijer I wonder why I bother. The layout is confusing, especially the produce section. Very tight to get around. I decided to go at 6:30 on a Saturday night hoping that it would be less crowded, it wasnt really. Waited for items at the deli counter and when it was my turn I asked for ham, got it, and the man walked away. He didnt even asked if I needed anything else, which I did. I had to wait again for the other person to help me. Couldnt believe it.
Lost all my contacts, came in spoke to Anthony he was real knowledgeable with the whole process. Got all my contacts back plus a new phone! New spot for my phone needs!
Anthony took great care of me fast easy simple walked out with a brand new phone happier then ever. You have to come down here for all your phone needs.
Competitive prices but often a hassle to navigate due to the large number of people. The aisles arent that tight but the number of people at the store on Saturdays and Sundays makes shopping a chore. Avoid Sundays at all costs (as recommended by employees).
Anthony was fantastic! Got me a new phone from Lg and he help me set it up with no issues at all. Will be refering my friends and family to this location.

Meijer has turned into my place of last resort now that the Kroger store has been renovated. If I need fish or meat, then its Hollywood Market.

Sells defective equipment. Will not return even with receipt. I will never go there again. I recommend going to an honest metro pcs dealer.
The store is great but the clientele leaves a lot to be desired. How hard is it to walk a shopping cart two cars over to the drop off area? #lazyandpathetic

These people are bums. They sell reconditioned equipment that wwont work. Then they fail to do anything about it. NEVER buy ANYTHING from them.

2022-07-07My mother in law went here to get help with her Gmail. Well she got logged out recently and when I helped her it said she was still logged in somewhere. It gets real confusing but we almost werent able to recover her account. Fortunately I was trying to help her transfer her contacts to the new Gmail she created and was able to see that she was still logged onto a device IN CANTON there was also a recovery email very similar to hers entered in. She has been having weird activity on her credit card on top of it all. Well I was able to log them out, change the recovery email. Just be careful and do not give out your passwords to these people!!!

2019-07-31Vince said he would include my phone case and screen protector with the cost of my phone. ...He didnt. He also said he could give me the best price for my phone. ...he didnt. Ill be honest, I only buy a new phone every 2 or 3 years. So $40 or even $50 over three years isnt much at all, but the bottom line is that he lies and misleads. Hes a snake charmer. Decent product selection, very poor salesmen.

The owner is very knowledgeable and was very patient answering all my questions guiding me to what phones would be best for me at this time, and explaining how upgrades work etc. I highly recommend this store clean, well stocked and knowledgeable staff. Best Metro hands down

2018-02-07Bought 200 phone that didnt work and wont return with owning less than week after coming in twice with it. Told me had to send back myself. Absolutely horrible service. Treated rude. Didnt care leaving disabled person without a phone. Sold me junk phone. Slimy owner. Guaranteed to rip you off and try to charge you for lack of customer experience. Never had problem been with Metro pcs for years. This guy will be out of business thanks to himself. Asked week prior for assistance with payment they say didnt make that brought copy of check in. Said not his problem and wont assist in any way. Guy shouldnt be in business.

2018-11-27I usually have a good experience at this store but the girl that just helped me pay my bill was so rude. I will be calling to talk to a manager because her attitude was awful when all I was trying to do was ask a question. This girl should not be in customer service. There was absolutely no need for that kind of behavior.

2020-08-12I find it interesting they charge $20 to switch a SIM card into a new phone but the location in Belleville charge $15. Hmmmm🧐 I won’t be back here and the guy is meh.

2019-06-07Anthony is the man. I was bummed I shattered my second LGK20 phone (best budget phone on the market). Anthony worked with me and set me up with a Stylo 4 (which performs very well, camera is amazing) AND a glass screen protector and vibration dampening case, all at a discounted price. Metro by T-Mobile outshines every cell company IMO.
