STAY AWAY!!! SCAMMERS. I had a clogged drain, called and they gave me a price of $175 to snake my main drains, and I agreed. The owner sent me a scam artist scum bag plumber with a thick eastern European accent who walked down my basement and try to shake me down for extra money. He said this is gonna cost $3,500, we need to tear up your storm drains etc. I called my neighbor who knows more about plumbing than me to see if what he was saying was true.. it wasn’t, he immediately shriveled up into a coward. I have never contemplated violence but this scum bag was lower than low. Meanwhile with 5 min after he left we unclogged the drain with a Dollar Tree plunger. I have video of the incident. Got a phone quote 20 hours after everyones basements flooded figured let the rush die off this company is charging a minimum 499 plus 99.00 travel fee to snake a drain when roto rooter quoted 99.00 snake fee and 99.00 emergency fee seams this company is just using the disaster flooding as a excuse to fleece people they aught to be ashamed of themselves not even close to reasonable

STOPPP DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY. They are scammers and i wish i read the reviews before i called them. They said its not possible to do so and they want me to dig my basement and want to go through my home insurance. They are scammers i swear to GOD i never delt with people like this they came for 5 minuts and gave up and aaid its not gonna work if you want us to snake it with a camera we will charge you another $150 lool what a joke i wish i called the police. I have them on my home security cameras for proof even tho i end up paying him and he wouldnt give me a receipt he just left, but it showes i paid them on my security cameras they think they are smart and fool ppl.
They gave me all the information i needed to fix my drain and worked very hard for me

2022-03-19Metro came out, did a few things in my house. They came in well organized and clean! They did terrific work and was out within an hour! would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

2022-06-02Dave and mike came out to install new water heater for me today and did a great job. They arrived on time and did what needed to be done to finish the job in 1 day. Which included going to pick up a new heater since the used one i had in my garage was too rusted to be properly installed. My only regret is not calling them sooner!

2021-05-02I cant really comment on their quality of work because they never showed up for their appointment. At first, Mike was nice enough to come out, take a look at what we needed, and give an estimate. We set the appointment. He didnt show. I had to follow up. We set a new appointment. Never showed up, didnt answer my texts... So, hire at your own risk.

2021-09-22They came to my house to unclog a pipe (which I now know was just filled with baby wipes from the previous owners of my house) and told me that it was tree roots in my underfloor. That I would have to have my basement floor tore up and the pipes replaced and it would be $10-15,000 to fix it and that it’s okay because my home insurance will cover it. I paid them $295 to snake the drain which they did not actually do because they would have easily cleared the baby wipes. David Kolbasky and his partner are scammers. Do not use this company.

2020-07-30Ignacio bailed me out of a plumbing issue after a number of other plumbers didnt even bother showing up. He came out at 9:30 at night and was able to resolve all of my issues quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Further, and most importantly, he listened and was able to walk me through what was wrong in a way that I could understand with very little plumbing knowledge. I highly recommend his services.

2019-04-12I can not thank these guys enough right now! I had my kitchen underfloor sewer line plug up on me so I called Metro-Rooter and they came out and camera inspected the sewer line to find the pipe was rotted out! They showed me and we proceeded with the pipe repair! Very professional clean cut friendly guys! For all the hard work and time they put in to making sure I didn’t back up again I have NO complaints on the pricing! And again thank you Metro-Rooter!

2018-10-195 Star,I was told by another company that my sewer needed to be dug up and removed and would cost me thousands of dollars. I called metro rooter as a second opinion, the technician showed up on time, wore boot covers, and camera inspected the drain the prior company said needed to be replaced, the technician at metro rooter found the sewer to just have Minor Roots and recommended a hydro jet, I watched the entire process, and seen on the camera monitor the jet removed all the roots growing in my sewer. Metro rooter saved me thousands of dollars and recommend this company to anybody looking for a good plumber who is willing to take the time to explain to you the process, cleanup after themselves and not charge a Arm and leg. If I can give them 10 stars I would. Thank you metro rooter!!!!!

2019-02-11Metro rooter is the go to company. I had three different plumbing companys come out to fix my drain in the basement. Every single company said they have to break my floor and charge me thousands. They also stated that there was no other way to fix the problem. Metro rooter came out and not only fixed the problem without breaking my floor but the pricing was amazing. They were fast, professional, and extremely friendly. I couldnt ask for better service. I felt like the other companys had selfish intentions. Im team Metro Rooter all day!!!
