2021-08-23Could not recommend this place enough. The staff is so caring and patient. Elizabeth is amazing and goes over and beyond in trying to help these kids and she’s so understanding and kind. I live quite far and I don’t mind the drive because the service is amazing. My son started improving so much in such little time. The therapist Lisa is phenomenal. My son adores her and she really wants to help these kids. It’s amazing. My son is talking now and has surpassed my expectations in mere months.

2021-07-13Terrible experience, though I think the negative experiences are more due to the company/brand than the individuals at this location. It was cheaper for us to pay for our childs therapy out of pocket than using our insurance, so we requested to do that (and were willing to pay prior to receiving services). This is a common practice for medical clinics/procedures, but when we made this request we were denied care and told that MetroEHS has a contract with the insurance company and they could not accept patients with insurance to pay out of pocket. This was all after it took more than a month to get in just for the initial evaluation and a three week wait while they were supposedly working with the insurance company for approval (we were told calling the insurance company to help expedite review would delay things).Ive worked for both insurance companies and medical clinics/hospitals, so I know this is not common practice. Sounds more like a clinic focused on money than a desire to provide care - and beyond disappointing.Edit: wish we wouldve checked reviews before trying MetroEHS. They pad their rating with positive reviews from employees, not actual positive reviews from clients.
