I was contacted in a timely manner and was given some good advise on how to proceed with my property damage issue. I was minding my own business sitting at a red light and a guy rear ended me. AAA wasnt paying my medical bills but they made me feel like the criminal. I was at a stop sign approaching a busy road and I was T-boned by another driver who was on the shoulder rather than being on her lane. I went to the ER and was released that day, but the biggest problem I had was with my shoulder. The pain was so bad that that I wasn’t able to take care of my grandchildren like I was used to. I was involved in a pretty several car accident, causing several broken bones. I called Michigan Auto Law and they sent someone out to meet with me the next week (it was a 3 hour drive for them to come to my apartment). Alison was assigned to my case and went straight to work. I had two horrible experiences with other lawyers before I got to Michigan Auto Law. I first went to one of the lawyers who advertises a lot. They lost my entire packet - my entire file - and never found it. They made me feel like I was totally insignificant and I felt like I was on an assembly line. Im getting teary thinking about it. Now when I see the commercials, I get nauseated. My mother and father then told me to see Larry Gursten, because he was their attorney years ago. I said Im going tomorrow and thats what I did. Going through this process didnt feel like a business matter, which meant a lot to me because he took the fear out of it. Kevin did what was best for me and my future. He helped me not only with the bus accident case but what to do after the case. If you want someone you can trust on a personal level, I recommend Kevin. Hes an amazing lawyer. State Farm is a tough insurance company, and Kevin wasnt intimidated in the least. Im thankful he got me a settlement that gives me a chance to get back on track in life after losing so much. But Kevin doesnt care just about your case. He cares about you as well. It was so nice to have someone standing beside me - sticking up for me.
Alison is just the best. She is encouraging, comforting, calming, and sensitive. She gave us very specifc instructions to help out with our deposition, which went very well. We never felt anxious. Alison made sure to calm any anxiety or fears we had. We were pleased with the way everything was totally completed by her. She made sure there were no worries for us. We have a great deal of respect for Alison and her professional expertise. Alison comes high on a recommendation from us.
I had issues with my car accident case due to some prior medical conditions, but my lawyer Ian was still confident we could get a great settlement. If I called him or e-mailed him, he always got back to me. He is always courteous and smiling along with his paralegal Laurie Chase. She was also very prompt and helpful. Even the receptionist here is polite and helpful at all times.Ian is very knowledgable and very energetic too. I like that in a person. Hes got that optimism that I needed during my case. I had complete confidence in Ian and his legal knowledge. Also when I first started out, Jeff Busell was very knowledgeable and confident I had a case. To have the foundation of my case set by Jeff an then have Ian handle the litigation was the way to go. Im pleased with the settlement. Im pleased with the time frame from the beginning of the case to my settlement. It was a great experience.
My family was in an automobile accident, and my daughter passed away as a result of her injuries. We are so thankful that Josh took all of the work of dealing with the insurance companies and Michigan no fault laws from us. Josh kept us completely in the loop on all developments. 2022-05-05If I could give my attorney Josh 10 stars, I certainly would. He is not just an attorney, he is more of a friend or family member. Josh was truly concerned about my well being, and my family. He definitely does what he says he will do. I mean, I could go on and on. Michigan Auto Law has a wonderful staff.
