I worked with Albert and with Daniel the mechanic. I was brought into the bay to look at what the issue was on my van (conversion van). We test drove it. There was lots of communication. They could not have been more descriptive or helpful & agreeable.Coming in here as a woman on my own, (even though it is 2024, folks!), sometimes I’m not treated as professionally or respectfully as I would prefer when it comes to the mechanics of my vehicle. I’m happy to state that was not at all my experience here. Highly recommend so far!Today was a diagnosis. I’ll be back next week for the work. Comment: Invoice 0128477 and 0128495i have all my vehicles serviced at midas, so far only few occasions i got issues. this recent one is another that makes me think it may be bettter for me to bring my cars to dealership service instead.i had my break check for squeaks. i was advice that pads are crack and/or starting to crack. my suggesition is midas take pictures of those and show customer. a brake service was done replacing pads front/back and break fluid exchange. i took the car back but next day the parking service lights went on. the time i took it, i did not really test the parking breaks. brought it back they said caliper was faulty. they did offer for me to just pay the labor and midas absorbs the parts cost. i kinda dont really agree as i brought my car without the issue. but i dont like to hassle. i told them to contact carmax as i have maxcare. at the end they got my maxcare covered it, and i was charge my co payment of $100. Midas should just have not charge me at all since initially they are absorbing the parts, but since maxcare will pay for it and the fault really is not pre-existing i should not have paid anything and midas absorb the co pay of $100. i think thats fair, as i have to pay for uber those 2 days i dont have car to get to from office.honestly i like midas temecula, albert, bo and jacob are easy to work with. but im more concern of the quality of job. last time they did an oil change with my sonata, took it all done, the next morning there was an oil leak. took it back they said the plug washer was needing to be replaced.i dont mind paying, but i want quality job now im starting to doubt midas and might as well pay few $ more to get all my car serviced at dealership or find another new place for my cars service need.

Being a retired mechanic who had already diagnosed whats needed but unable to do these repairs myself due to health, I waited to hear the recommendations and they were spot on. Comment: I took my car in to get my thermostat changed, they told us to drop it off at 10am when we got there they told us it would be a 3 hour wait for them to run diagnostics, when on the phone they clearly said it would be 1 hour. I made an appointment for nothing. That wasnt the problem. We specifically said we wanted the thermostat fixed multiple times they said they would fix it. We pick up our car a day later, they fixed everything but that! They charged us 1150 which would have been fine if they would have included the fixing of the thermostat, they clearly said it would be included. Then they go off saying theyre going to charge more to fix that & they charged us for everything they fixed? They did not keep their word, they are not trustworthy. The could have at least told us they werent going to fix it, what a waste of time. Money grabbers for sure. What a shame. Thanks for nothing.

Offered good prices for services I needed to get pretty soon, so I took them up on tires and wheel alignment.What I really want to point out is I’ve had missing lug nuts from my tires and the the rocker panel on my car hanging loose for a while. Each time I’ve brought is over to Temecula Nissan, I ask for these items to be fixed but each time I’ve left with nothing done but what I initially come in for.I really appreciate Midas taking the time to not only fix these for me but without me even asking!! Comment: THE BEST!!!This was during 9/9/22I was recently affected by the fair view wildfire. During evacuation the exhaust pipe from my car came undone and was hanging under my car. I had already taken 2 days off from my job because of the fire. I couldnt afford to miss any more days from work. I began calling everywhere the next morning to all the local shops in Temecula. Everyone said they couldnt get to it for about a weeks time... Finally a friend of mine told me call Midas... I had no idea they could do this type of repair. Let me just say I am so impressed with their customer service and how well they responded -- they will now have a customer for life with me.They were able to get me in immediately and the whole repair which included having to weld the exhaust pipe back together took less than 30mins!!! + they didnt gouge my wallet.These guys are really honest and let me even see the problem and explained how they could fix it. I will be taking my car back for all future needs. I will also be recommending them to everyone I know.They easily get 5/5 stars from me. They actually exceeded my expectations!!! Comment: Okay these guys are just plain courteous. So my car had s code that told me my mass air flow sensor needs to be replaced. It was an easy fix so I did it myself. After I replaced it the engine warning light went back on after a few miles. I had ‘Reileys auto parts read the code to make sure its was not something else again. They told me thst Midas could erase the permanent code and that may fix the problem. The guys at Midas were so nice and did it for free. Thats what I call good business.

I took my car to midas on a recommendation because the problem was beyond me and I had no time to handle it myself. Joe, the guy who helped me, was really straightforward about everything and made sure I understood what was going on and what he recommended. It was a great experience overall and worked out to be a blessing in the end due to some other issues we uncovered that were still covered by the manufacturer but would not have been in just a few hundred miles. The bottoms line is you can trust these guys, they do great work and are very realistic about timelines and how much it will cost right from the beginning. I always go there now for quick fixesbor regular maintenance.

I have had nothing but outstanding service whether it comes from the front office, Bo is always amazing and full of good cheer, or the mechanics who work hard to make sure they fix everything and within a great amount of time! Being a woman who knows nothing about cars back in 2002 they have NEVER taken advantage of me, always been honest and even taken me to my car on many occasions to show me what is wrong. They have blessed me many times when I had a car that was on its way out as well. I still only choose Midas and will drive from Corona now down to them just because of the wonderful service they give. Thank you all!

Comment: My 9 year old Prius was getting poor gas mileage (fluctuating anywhere from 40 to 30 to 20 mpg). Since I had had Midas in Temecula do work on my car last spring, I made an appt to have my car looked at today. They checked everything they could, but were unable to check the Hybrid battery. They did not have the equipment to do that.But I found out later that could be done at the Toyota dealership for $130. Interestingly though, one of the techs at Toyota dealership told me it wasnt worth it. Supposedly it would test good or bad, but would not give me actual numbers, so was of little value. He said, when the battery power was diminishing my car would let me know.The charge for the inspection this morning at Midas? Zero! Though my problem has not quite been resolved ; they did put more air in the tires which may have contributed to the low gas mileage, I will have to see if that was the issue, I was very pleased with the service and hospitality.

Comment: Took my BMW X3 in for a suspension inspection. I thought the repair was going to involve thousands for struts. One of their mechanics came out into the parking and instructed me to recreate the sound, so I did. About a half hour later they called me back and told me it was the sub frame bolts and charged me $ 75.00 bucks. Simply honest and a KISS ( keep it simple stupid) old school mechanic approach that everyone wants. My car was making a clunk/ click when I brought it in and it was 100% gone afterwards. If I can trust these guys so can you!. This is coming from a detailed and DIY type guy.

Comment: Great service! We were taken in to a bay right away with no appointment. We are in a 30 ft RV and just passing through Temecula. Before we head home we needed an oil change!Everyone else in town was in a negative mood and just couldnt (wouldnt) accommodate us.Thank you Midas for taking good care of us!-Edit- After we left the shop-my husband told me of the exceptional care that Dan gave to us! He looked over our RV thoroughl. Noted deficiencies and did on the spot corrections! We vote Dan employee of the month!Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating!

Comment: Beyond impressed with this place! Spoke with Jim when I called to schedule an appt to get a quote for my brakes.First, they quickly took my vehicle in. Second, their price was very reasonable.I have 3 kids and had to take them with me to get the estimate. My plan was to just get the estimate and have my husband bring the car back at another time.Jim, was super nice and assured me that they would take care of it quickly. I hesitated because- well I had 3 small kids and we were approaching lunch time. Although I was hesitant, I agreed. He was beyond kind. Got some coloring books for the kids and even gave them snacks! They also made good on their word to make it quick!We will definitely be returning! Will still aim to send the husband to avoid having 3 kids waiting for a car to be worked on/service, but its nice to know that I can take them if I absolutely need to.

Comment: The manager is a total dickhead and completely unprofessional by any standards. Went in to get an estimate on brakes and tires. Got the typical up-sale of the most expensive tires they have. Not surprising since they all do that stunt. When I told him I would have to come back next week because I didnt have the ridiculous sum he requested at the time he tried to force me to get his company credit card at 29% APR. When I refused he blew up and went off on a tirade like a spoiled child and threatened to call the Highway Patrol on me. Ive seen him pull this on other customers before nut have never been the recipient until now. If you dont do what he wants regardless of your finances he turns into a total a$$. I filed a complaint with Midas Corporate and I suggest everyone else that was treat like this from him do the same and get him fired. Which is exaclty what he deserves. Avoid this place at all costs...

Comment: I always used to get my service done at Big O Tires, but after going to this Midas location Im never going back to Big O Tires again! They are extremely friendly and very helpful. They have always given me the best deals and have always done a great job with my car. I highly recommend this location, you wont regret it!
