My first time there they seem very professional ,got a oil change and tire rotationTook about 45 minutes with an appointment they also did a inspection. Filter and 7qts of Dura blend valvoline 49 dollars, not bad.
Went to Midas last Thursday for a tire that was rapidly leaking air. Turns out two tires were punctured and not repairable. The person working on my vehicle quoted me prices for two or four tires and helped me determine which was the better way to go. Ended up with four new tires from them. Great service and nice employees. Thanks again for helping me out!
Had an issue with a warrantee from a different Midas. These guys stepped in and helped me resolve the issue and are working to make sure things are made right. They are professional and care about customer service.

Had air-conditioning issues, was referred to Midas by Ed Johnsons. I estimated the repair at around 1k which was confirmed by the technician at Midas, but he also prepared me for a worse case scenario that would add another thousand. He was 100% correct in his analysis of the issue. However he did everything in his power to make the repair as affordable as possible for me in the end he was able to do the repair necessary with different tools and a different technique and he saved me a lot of money. I would recommend this group to anyone in need of car services because they tell the truth and they work hard for their clients.
Amazing staff. They were very nice and respectful to all customers. Despite the wait they did a great job and even gave told me about issues that I didnt know about for free! Would definitely recommend them for any mechanical needs.
Great place and you can trust them to fix your vehicle without taking advantage of you. I sent my wife over there to have her brakes looked at and I already knew it had a warped rotor and was really planning on doing all new stuff. They told her it just needed the rotors turned and everything else was good to go. Very honest business and great service!
Todd was great. The man is the great mechanic and he treated me with nothing but kindness and respect I would never hesitate to take my vehicle to Midas in Adrian when Todd is at the helm of MidasUpdate: something seems odd to me and most your other customers. Never heard of yearly inspections, maybe quarterly. Im simply saying no one else says any garbage like that. Trust me people. Todd has been over there a very long time and knows what him and staff are doing. Sure u might have to give up some extra $ but u get what you pay for just with the way that family business handles there customers and the knowledge that come with it.
I love coming in the Adrian Midas. They not only take care of my oil changes on a monthly basis but I have also had car repair done here. They are extremely professional and I always appreciate how they go above and beyond at each visit.

Called for a wheel alignment on my F-150 and they got me right in. Aligned the front end and centered the steering wheel, Ben did a great job! Fast, courteous service at a great price! Will definitely return for future maintenance and repairs on all of my vehicles. Recommend to family and friends .
My husband took my car in because the front brake was squeaking and sometimes making a nasty noise when I backed up. The service person checked all the brakes free of charge and diagnosed that a part on the front brake was put on incorrectly at the last inspection by a local service station when I had the oil changed, and the brakes were fine. I am very impressed with the service and integrity of Midas!
Everyone was polite and cheerful and they were busy so didnt mind waiting only took about an hour to change the oil and rotate the tires and got to talk to another lady waiting and she was great to talk to.

I have been doing business with this family owned store for over 30 years. The building may not be fancy, but the work is just outstanding! I have sent friends and family there. I do most of my own work, but when its beyond me, I call on them. Just tonight I stopped in to see about a set of tires. Seems Midas has a promo starting tomorrow offering a $180 rebate. I ordered a set for my car and my wifes. And made an appt. to have my truck checked out as well. These are good honest folks, that know their stuff!These negative posts are obviously fakes, mostly from Larrys.
Brought my car in for a oil change on a Friday , asked for a break inspection. A hour and half passed and they brought me my keys and said they forgot to check, so I left Midas drove almost to Chicago and my oil light came on. I stopped at a rest area notice there was no oil put in my car. Luckily I had a quart of oil in my trunk. I Took a picture and immediately called them to find out they was closed. So I Brought the car back Monday they gave me a new oil change as I sat in the lobby other customers were there to get stuff fixed that Midas messed up on the same Friday that I was there. So anyways they gave me a new oil change check my brakes, and I paid to have them fix. I left and next thing I know my check engine light comes on. So I Brought the car right back they checked it , and found out my air duct was mysteriously cut. Now they said they would replace for free if I bought the part. So time passes it’s time for a new oil changed I tried to give the benefit of a doubt a 45 min oil change turns into almost 2 hours . I when there done i leave and find a nail in my tire. It got to the point I had to record a video of my car prior to the last oil change Incase something happened at there shop! It’s been one thing after another I will no longer bring my car to this place. I’ve been in the waiting room several times and heard other customers complaints and decided I’m done. Hopefully my experience can help others in choosing another place other than Adrian Midas!
They explain everything and when and if parts need changed, any safety concerns; always courteous and remember you by name. My #1 choice for auto repairs in Lenawee county.

Honest shop. Asked them to inspect front end, brakes and shocks while doing alignment and oil change....already knew everything was good but wanted to see what theyd say...all good and didnt try selling me something I didnt need. Hard to find a shop like that. Great job....you have my business!
Called on a friday to set up an appointment to get my vehicle looked at when I got it towed there they told me wouldnt be until monday until they could look at it. Then to top it all off I believe my vehicle was never looked at cause it sat in the same place the tow truck put it in.Anyone with common sense knows that their not gonna keep pushing it in and out of the shop
If I could give it no stars, I would! We literally called and asked for a yearly inspection on our work truck and they said bring it in! Well the truck just sat in their parking lot for about a week and then call us to say they don’t do that there??? Like what? I had a friend who had problems with them in the past but I was confident they had change! Well now it seems like they are still doing the same wrong things! Smh!

Ok, so I have been tinkering with cars my whole life. I also drag race, so I know a little about cars, I just dont like messing with exhaust, or getting burned while welding upside down.This morning, I get on the phone, because my sons old car broke the flex pipe, and it needs replaced. The rest of the exhaust is stainless steel, so no worries there.So I pick up the phone, and call Midas first, to ask for a price. I told him exactly what needed done, and asked for an estimate. he responds with well, let me get it up in the air, and have a look at it, before I just go throwing numbers around. So I tell him, I already have had it up in the air, I just need to know how much money to give my kid, when he brings it in. He then repeats the same stupid line, about not being able to quote me, without seeing the car. So I call Larrys Muffler, ask the same question, and he says 90 bucks. So guess where I just sent my kid with a hundred dollar bill in his hand? What a joke.

Asked to change transmission fluid, the request was accepted and scheduled, then a mechanic does not want (!!!) to do this when my car was in their garage. A fantastic experience!

I went in for a brake change and they broke lines not even tied to the brakes. Then told me to pay them almost 600 dollars or drive the now undrivable car away. Watch out for these crooks. I would have did the work myself if I didnt leave my tools in Wisconsin.

2022-03-24FULL DISCLOSURE: This review is based on my experience with getting an estimate/diagnosis; I did not actually get work done on my car there.I had to stop in Adrian MI due to a detached muffler. After one place was too busy even to look at it, I went to this Midas location. The staff I interacted with at this Midas were very helpful and courteous, they got my car in right away to look at it, they gave me a fair estimate and took the time to answer my questions. I ended up deciding to turn around and go home and just have the work done there, because I would have to wait a while for them to get the part in, and they reassured me that I would be safe driving the 45 minutes home (they were right). Again, I cant attest to the quality of the work there, but they were still very courteous and helpful.

2022-01-22This is my main repair shop since I moved to Adrian. I have had all types of repairs done here without any recurring issues. The prices are fair and they explain the issues and solutions well. Tires, brakes, tune up and a couple engine light issues all taken care of.

2021-10-30My mother and I needed an Intoxalock installed on her new vehicle, they installed it right on time with perfect functionality and even more importantly the mechanic Todd was truly sympathetic to our situation and treated us so well, went above and beyond with explaining the functionality of the device and was just a great part of a not so great situation. So thankful to him and everyone there and have a lot of peace of mind knowing my mama will be looked out for working with them here. The young lady at the counter and her dog were awesome as well. Can’t recommend them enough!

2021-08-14I scheduled an appointment online for 10am on a Saturday. Showed up the day of my appointment and was told they not only forgot to schedule me but also forgot to order my tires. Lady running the desk was nice. She apologized. Asked me if I’d ever done business with them before. I said no, and now I see why.

2021-03-07I have been using this Midas ever since moving to Lenawee County about 8 years ago. Ive always been satisfied with the quality of the work and time it takes to have the work completed. They have good communication with their customers and fair pricing.Against some advice from family members to NOT share this story (I dont exactly look very smart in it), Id like to share my most recent experience. My car started to have a weird click feel under my feet that seemed to be coming from underneath the car. It only did it when I turned sometimes. Feeling anxiety because I just had to take my car in a few weeks ago because it overheated on the coldest morning of the year (thermostat issue, fixed that day!), I nervously dropped it off and waited for the dreaded phone call. A few hours later I get a call from Ray or Roy I believe was his name. He says my car is done and that I can pick it up. I immediately think this is strange because they always call first and go over the problem and give an estimate. I asked him what was it? Apparently my floor mat was pushed up far enough that it was creating the feeling under my feet somehow (he explained it, I think I stopped listening because of how embarrassed I was). The floor mat has been moved and the problem was solved.They did not charge me and really could have taken advantage of me with unnecessary repairs and fees, but they were completely honest and friendly about it.
