Amazing service and facilities. The owner, Bob, was very helpful when I made a mistake in how I rented a unit. He came out immediately to help and make sure we had everything figured out correctly. Renting and moving out is a very easy process. The facilities are clean and easy to get into 24/7. I highly recommend this facility.
These folks are a pleasure to do business with! Owner Bob is very cordial and knowledgeable, and Blake was also super attentive to my many, many questions/concerns. Midway Self Storage made my whole moving process smooth and truly stress-free. 10/10
I have rented a storage unit at Midway Self Storage for two years and am so happy I chose to place our things in safekeeping with them. Bob has made sure he runs his business with customer service at the top of his mind; in fact, one time we were distracted and in a hurry and completely forgot to close up our unit. Bob called me to make sure everything was alright and to inform me of this, ensuring me he had secured everything for us. I rented our unit based on a grand opening special and the proximity to our home; we stay because we trust Bob with our stuff. He is constantly working on providing new and varied options, as well as making upgrades and additions to best serve his customers. I cant say enough positive things about our experiences at Midway Self Storage.

Access is easy, right next to I-94. Bathroom with keypad for customer use is a thoughtful feature.
Great location in Mattawan, right off I-94! They have 24/7 Self Access, U-Haul Rentals, Paved Asphalt lot with HD cameras and LED floodlights, two nice Bathrooms.

2022-06-11At first the getting of the truck was a little aggravating as the pics would not come in clear at 430 in the morning, but once I got that squared away every thing was smooth. Until it was time for drop off, I couldnt get my bike started and no one else could give me a ride. I called and the guy said its fine we are here until 5 well I finally got a friend to help me. Show up at 430 no one there and again the online truck thing is messing up. Well just looked at my bank and I got charged another day without a word it warning. Now Im in the hole and gonna go deeper cause I cant catch up until after my back charges me fees. Wouldve been 5 but no dice

2022-08-22We came in the begining of the week to reserve a 26 truck for that weekend. Went to pick it up and was told by the person at the window that it had been booked to 5 different people & was gone! After an hour of them trying to find us one; we left and got our own.

2021-07-06Just rented their car towing trailer and so glad I got this place - Blake who took care of us was so great. Place was incredibly neat and clean plus he hooked trailer up before I left. Could not have asked for better customer service - this will be only place I use for uhaul rentals after this

2021-04-06Let me say - this is my favorite of all U-Haul places I have ever done business with over the years (coast-to-coast). Both of the managers were super helpful, and they had me on the road in a matter of minutes! Remarkably quick service
