Once again Midwest came through for me! My mother in laws battery died on her scooter and I needed an immediate replacement. The swap was done quickly so she did nit have a long time without it! They are always willing to help out in anyway. Great guys! They are my go to shop for medical supplies! Thank you!
Great customer service!!!!! I was in a bind and needed a remote for my grandmothers chair. The repair company I called never showed and I really needed the remote because it was stuck in the recline position. I drove to the facility and was greeted very nice. I told them what I needed and it was addressed with much urgency. I was given an even better updated remote for a very good price. Everything worked out and the day was saved. Thank you guys!!!!!
Excellent customer service. My sons power wheelchair broke down when we were out of town, and I called to arrange for a rental wheelchair to use at home for the time our chair would be in for repair. Midwest delivered our rental chair to our home on a weekend, and it was waiting for us when we got home from the airport! We were able to keep the chair for longer than expected at a very reasonable cost. They went out of their way to help us !! Highly recommend this company !!
We recently rented a wheelchair from Midwest and I cannot get over the wonderful customer service that they provided. I had hoped I would only need it for a week but we kept it for a month. Midwest recommended at the initial rental date that if we were to require the chair longer than a week that it is more cost effective to rent for a month and to just give them a call after the first week and they would extend the rental. They were also not terribly concerned about the return date. He said that if I could not get it back on the exact date not to be concerned. They would not charge for an extra day or two. V Very nice and easy to work with. Took the stress out of that aspect of the situation.
After searching for a quality DME supplier for a week, both online and in the tri-county area, I came to a general conclusion: ANYONE can sell you items, but NEARLY NO ONE combines excellent product knowledge with quality after-sale service.Then, I found Midwest DME.... Amarji and the staff definitely know their products, even giving insider information like which companies had delays in getting parts.I had technical questions: As an engineer purchasing a mobility chair for my elderly father, I appreciated a sales/service approach which did not insult my intelligence. The tech who delivered and set up the chair was attentive and patient with my Dad. Once again, great service!Prices? Competitive and reasonable vis-a-vis what youd find on the web. I had several local places (names withheld) that quoted me near list price!! Do they not think I will check things on Google?Notice also how many of these other DME places score less than 2 or 3 out of 5 stars. Now look at Midwests scores on Google!I look forward to purchasing other equipment, such as a lift chair, from this company. I feel confident that they will continue to provide me the best sales and service experience in the area.
The service is exceptional and they are very accommodating. They have made several visits to my disabled fathers apartment to assist with his scooter maintenance. Were very appreciative for their fast and professional services.

Everyone at DME is very helpful, kind, and courteous. I am so glad that I chose this supplier for my scooter. It was a little far from home but when an issue came up with the loaner scooter, they came out the next day with new batteries. When my new scooter was ready, they delivered it. These guys are awesome! We were visiting Michigan and flying back to the west coast on Labor Day and needed an oxygen machine. Not only did Amarji answer the phone, he also trusted us to bring his machine to the west coast and return it to him later. AND, the most amazing part, he brought the machine to us because we had already returned our rental car. I would highly recommend them for the customer service alone!

I found Midwest when I was looking for portable Oxygen Concentrator supppliers for my mom. Right from my first call to them they have been professional and very caring. Amarji first made sure he understood our requirement and provided a few options to consider. When we made a decision to buy Inogen 4 he provided a very good price and it was shipped very promptly. Later when I had some technical issues with the product he coordinated on my behalf with the manufacturer and resolved it swiflty. I had referred them to my friend for leasing some medical equipment and he also got same professional and caring service. I would highly recommend them. They deserve my 5 star rating!
This place saved my entire weekend! I broke my foot today and have plans for the weekend that I did not want to cancel on account of my unexpected injury. I called Midwest D.M.E and they were ready to help right away.When my wife picked up the motorized scooter I asked to rent, the owners were fabulous! They let her demo it, showed her how to use it, disassemble and re-assemble, and even helped her pack it into the car.I recommend this wonderful business and would give 10 stars if I could! My mother is handicapped and needs a mobility scooter to travel even short distances. She has been getting the run around with the insurance company on her 5 year old scooter that they stated has to be replaced instead of fixed but they are taking her through loops.....down to where Midwest comes in......We planned a birthday trip for my mom and she was really stressed out and didnt want to go because of he mobility issues. Her scooter had a key broke off in the ignition, it was making an annoying buzzing noise and wouldnt start. The day before the road trip I took the scooter in praying that they could fix it and that the repairs wouldnt cost as much as a new scooter and a miracle happened. They were compassionate and got the scooter fix the same day at a very fair price....we are currently on vacation and my mother feels so much better being able to get around on her own. :) You all Rock !!!

These gentlemen were awesome!!!I had been getting the run around from the insurance company and the doctors office. Long story, each one saying they needed proof that my wife was in need of a wheelchair, although she had recently broken her foot and was unable to use crutches, due to her weight.Anyway, I called around and talked to different places. Midwest was very accommodating, pleasant and willing to work with us about renting a wheelchair for a few months.. I would recommend them. And I will be returning for a walker. Very concerned. They went that extra mile to help us out on getting a knee scooter at the last minute. We told them we need it NOW and they responded very caring and professionally. They stayed open longer than normal business hours and waited for us to arrive (I called them a half hour before closing) I HIGHLY recommend them for any medical equipment services.
I rented 15 wheelchairs chairs for our 50th Pastors Anniversary from Midwest DME Supply, Inc, the service was beyond our expectations! They have very professional services to find right equipment for customers. My wife was looking for Back Support for back pain. Staff was very patient and professional. Also the price is cheaper than what you find in Amazon and other websites. After we bought the 1st one, we bought another one for my mother-in-law who was suffering the back pain. All these were helpful to their recovery. Strong recommended!!

Exceptional service! The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I had to order a piece of equipment for the first tim, not really familiar with what I needed. The owner took the time to explain everything to me, explain my options, and what steps I needed to take. They offered to deliver the next day (I ordered late in the day), but I was able to pick up in less than an hour. Highly recommended!!

Midwest DME has everything! Amarji is the nicest person ever and will take care of all your needs, if you need it, they have it. Safe location, easy in easy out, quick and professional. Midwest Supply DME could not have been more helpful or service oriented. They were able to rent us a wheelchair for my out of town sister, helped me find the best one and loaded it into the car - all with pleasantness & ease. In the future if we had a DME need we would know exactly where to go!!

I was very impressed with the service from this company. We needed to rent a pediatric wheelchair for my son, they had exactly what we needed in stock and stayed open late so that we could collect it. The equipment performed perfectly. I first attempted Binsons. Binsons Customer Service was fair, borderline poor in the actual store. Waited over 30 min only to be told they didn’t know when they would get to me. I found Midwest supply from google. Great service and fast. Highly Recommend

2021-07-20Excellent experience with them. They were so helpful and professional. I was able to rent a power wheelchair, have it picked up, try it for a month, and then buy it, all by phone, no problems at all. And they will service it, which none of the other stores I tried said they would. If I need any more medical equipment, Ill know where to go.

2021-03-09I had no idea this shop was near my home in Farmington Hills until I searched Google Maps. It was a bit challenging to find even after I knew the location, because it is on the first floor of an office building. It is a great place to find many items for home care and mobility equipment. Kumar was very accommodating and spent much time with me as I decided on an appropriate wheelchair for my father. He offered the wheelchair for a price that I cannot beat online. I bought the wheelchair on the spot after extensive internet research in the morning. It was so nice to find a shop offering quality products at a fair price, especially since it saved me time as I did not need to drive to another shop to compare. I will definitely return.

2019-03-30I had a great experience at Midwest. My mom’s walker was not opening and locking properly. She was in the car with me and she was upset because she couldn’t use it to go into a store. I called Midwest from my car and explained the problem. They said bring it right over. Their parking lot was very manageable. Easy to get their office on first floor. Both the owner and the other employee were so quick to help us. Took the walker and fixed it right away. Helped ease my mom’s frustration. They have a great supply of wheelchairs, scooters too. My mom also found a great tray for her walker and last time found a good knee brace. It’s so nice to have personalized one on one help. These are people who genuinely care about you. Highly recommend.

2020-05-13Customers service at Midwest D.M.C Supply was great. They are friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment. Plus,there wasnt a long wait to be helped.I needed a wheelchair while I await knee replacement surgery and a knee brace. I got the perfect light weight wheelchair and was fitted for the perfect off the rack knee brace which has limited the amount of time I need to use the wheelchair. I would highly recommend Midwest D.M.C. Supplies!

2019-03-09This my second time using Midwest and each experience was awesome. In the summer of 2018 they repaired my wheelchair. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and the cost was very reasonable. This month they repaired my recliner/lift chair and once again they exceeded all my expectations, the work was done fast and thoroughly and the price was excellent.

2021-04-23I just picked up my brand new Nova Star DX rollator from the store today. This was recommended by the owner of the store and I am pleased by the quality of this rollator. The owner was very helpful and gave me a good discount and assembled it for me and I also bought a few accessories. They threw my old rollator for me and even assisted me back to my car. I highly recommended this store for handicapped people looking for any DME supplies.

2019-12-02I discovered this DME supply company a few months ago while doing an on line search for specific mobility equipment. They have been an excellent company to work with and provide exceptional customer service. I am so happy that I used them for the initial purchase and follow up service. How often in todays world do you find someone that truly goes above and beyond to ensure that a customers needs are met? I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wheelchairs and other mobility equipment.

2017-10-28Absolutely wonderful customer service! Rented a scooter for the week to travel to D.C. Our second day in D.C. the charger for the unit stopped working. My husband called and without hesitation the owner asked for our hotel address to send a local repair man. Price to rent scooter was well priced and scooter worked perfectly after the new charger was delivered.
