Very pleased with my professional however the billing is atrocious.Ive had to call billing 3 times now about being double charged for certain appointments. Billing said that in their defense, they are only able to post payments after the office sends them confirmation. So the office had neglected to send 2 of 9 checks that I had used to pay them. (Thats a 22% miss rate).I had to dig through my bank records to prove to billing that Mielke and Weeks had cashed the checks that I sent them.

My foster daughter loves her therapist!!! It took awhile to convince her to participate in therapy. Wish you had a psychiatrist on staff otherwise not sure if we can continue. I’m so heartbroken and praying for her to be able to adapt.

The experience wouldve been better if the therapist (Serena M.) didnt slam the door on me after two appointments while I suffered from flashbacks. Thats whole reason I sought out counseling... PTSD can make people agitated and emotional. Get used to it or find a different profession. Cant say much about the other staff members since they ignore my calls. Very helpful -_-

The staff are nice, professional, educated, caring and very accommodating. I have been a client for 4 years and believe my 45 min drive is worth every minute. Thank you for helping me to help myself and those around me.

Im very pleased with my experience here. It is a friendly environment. The offices are clean and nicely maintained. I find the waiting room to be very comfortable and relaxing. I would recommend to friends and family.

Great place for those with social an general anxiety. The waiting room has escapes for nervousness. The music it calming and it smells like vanilla.

Besides the music in the waiting room being too loud at times the therapist my daughter sees is very nice. I think the location is convenient and so is parking.
