Wouldnt recommend this guy to anyone hes sneaky and trys to blame everyone else when he messes up. Hes hung up on my wife and I and he wont even answer the phone to have a conversation.

2016-04-06Very pleasant but I am not impressed with the follow up. I was transferring from another agent out of state and told it was all taken care of. I also asked for some information on what I was required to be insured for while I was waiting on getting a title for my car to change state residencies to know if I needed to pay for 2 insurance types to cover the state my residency was in and the state my car was registered in. I never was given any information at all. And when I called to cancel my policy after 6 months, I was told I had to call the office of my agent, the one I thought i transferred from 6 months earlier, in order to do that. Probably just small errors but I couldve potentially saved several hundred dollars if I had been given the answers that I asked for.

2016-06-23Been with state farm for a few years now. Mike and his team are awesome always friendly great customet service! Sad that i have to get a new agent now that i am out of state i hope whomever i get is just as great!

2015-06-30Very poor customer service. originally called and solicited my business only to wait about 5 days to return with a quote. wasted a lot of my time. If youre actually concerned about quick service and time management, STAY AWAY from these people
