Comment: Paid premium rates to have $100 deductible. Not a $1000 deductible, a hundred dollar deductible. My monthly payment was over $450 a month. State Farm tried to get me to pay $1850 to get my car back, do the math on that one.There all nice and friendly when there taking your monthly payment.But when your in a accident, Like A Good Neighbor State Farm ISNT ThereDont wait until its to late to see there true colorsGet out now before Jake sticks it to you.Mike G and his whole office knew me by name but when I actually needed there help, they were no were to be found.Word of advice Get A Middle Man for any type of accident minor or major because State Farm will take advantage of you, if you dont know the insurance game.

When my car was stolen a few years ago the entire process was unbelievably smooth. The other day I was in the process of leasing a new car. I had three years of I.D. cards in my glove compartment but for some reason I didnt have the latest i.d. I contacted Elizabeth and while sitting in the dealership lobby she emailed a copy while we were stsill on the phone. There are cheaper insurances out there, but if you want exceptional service by an outstanding team and peace of mind, paying a little extra is totally worth it.

I won’t mention any names, but… I had my wife’s truck get stolen some years back, and the company I was with at the time, physically came to my home to interview me, and basically interrogated me! Needless to say, I didn’t feel very special, or even appreciated as a customer at that point.However, my Extremely rare Ferrari was just invoked in Hurricane Ida, and State Farm had my back like I’ve never seen an insurance company step up before. Comment: My family switched to State Farm with Mikes office (Daves our go-to guy, the guys been working with State Farm since 2004!) some years ago and I can say that Ive never had a relationship with my insurance people before this.The front desk is staffed by friendly folks and Dave has really built up that relationship and trust with me and mine. Hes got stories if you ask him and more professionally, if you have a lot of questions, hell take his time to address each and every one of them, multiple times if you need time to process it. Hes been nothing but straightforward, helpful and courteous since the day we walked into his office and I really appreciate that about him, this office and State Farm.Dave knows his company, believes in the product (and gives evidence for it without being pushy with a sales pitch) and knows about them well, have been in the industry long enough to give you cross-company estimates and trends, and adds what is an authentic personal touch to an industry that has a sour reputation for soulless number crunching. Dave makes it easy for me to trust him (a heckuva lot more than I trust most business people) and that makes me recommend him and Mikes office to anyone whos looking for honest rates and a more human business to do business with.

Comment: Id like to start of by saying the 5 star is not for statefarm or the office itself, the 5 star is for Debbie an agent whom I didnt start off working with but ended up working with. Debbie has been by far the most professional, knowledgeable, and hardest working agent ive ever worked with, including other companies. From the start my policies were a mess which caused for lots of overpayment of coverage once discovered I met Debbie. She has not only fixed my account but continously monitors and informs me of any odd activity. In the last 2 months since my renewal I get cancelation charges for no reason from the home office. And before I open my mail or call she has been ahead of the game. Proactively keeping my trust and my business. If it wasnt for Debbie I wouldnt be with statefarm because statefarm as a whole has disgusted me with the way they treat a client of almost 3 years with them. DEBBIE keep up the hard work! Everyone is very knowledgeable and they are always looking for ways to save me money. They not only handle my policies (auto, home, life) but they have also taken care of my mother and her policies (auto, life, home) for the past 5 years. Comment: Mike is always a class act. He gets things done quickly and professionally. I dont recall the last time I had an issue and he has not resolved this to my satisfaction in more than 24 hours. I recall that he even got involved with third parties who were giving me a hard time on a lease, and he simply operated swiftly and effectively. Really.. absolutely nothing bad to say here. Mike is fantastic and State Farm would not have a better rep!

Comment: First and foremost, this place saved me. Progressive was charging me way too much. I would call progressive office, no one would answer. Filing a claim was a pain.I called another State Farm office which was assigned to me but when i called, nonone answered. Even after opening hours, nonone answer.So, i Google mapped another location, Mike Gaumers office, Boom they answered the phone, Dave told me to come by, i was in and out in 30 minutes saving about $75 per month vs progressive. Everything was explained. When i call about my payment arrangements, they work with me. Friendly Office, great knowledge base their. Just could not be any happier, they automatically renewed my policy, got an email notification right away.I strongly suggest coming to this office. If you want to start right with State Farm, start with Mike Gaumer.

Comment: Mike Gaumer has been my agent for over 10 years, When I was in a car accident back in 2002, which was my fault, I called him and he told me not to worry about anything. He took care of my car and I never had to worry about the other person. He did it all. Also anytime I come into the office or have a concern his team is always ready and willing to take care of my car or home insurance needs. We have 2 houses and 3 cars with car insurance through him.
