From a kid throwing a big river rock and putting a huge dent I my car, just before I was giving it to my grandson when he turned 16. Thanks to State Farm it looked great when he got it. They were absolutely awesome when our home had water damage. My house was even better when the work was complete. I am thankful I have an insurance I can afford and that takes such good care of me.

Any issues that arise or just simple questions, I never hesitate to email or pick up the phone and email Nikki Gehle. If I can’t get to her; there is another lovely individual in there who’s name escapes me at the moment but she is just as knowledgeable and sweet as Nikki is, and they really make you feel like not just a another number to them / the company. I was finally told that there was no guarantee that hed call me back when I needed the quote finalized, not that day, nor the next. Its now been many weeks since Ive talked to his office and Ive still yet to receive a single call back. Thankfully, I found insurance through another source. Given Mikes overwhelming ineptitude, I will never deal with State Farm again (despite having been a customer for over a decade).

Comment: Nikki openly admitted that their discounts are misleading and designed to make you think you will save money. State Farm fluctuates your monthly bill in a hope that you dont notice it. Im cancelling their coverage today and going to Esurance which will be $50.00 a month less than Im paying now.
