Comment: My rate has been steadily increasing without notification over the past couple of years. No perks for loyalty or good driving record. I used to love this company and felt like they knew me as an individual. Now that new agents have taken over, the owner seems more concerned with rate increases and how he can make more money off of his clients. Like a used car salesmen mentality. I miss the previous agent. Not impressed with this new process. Fast talking, crude, and arrogant sales tactics.There are too many insurance companies out here for this type of behavior. I can go anwhere with my record. Looking for a new company at this point. Go back to your old style. Hire back the agents that cared about the clients.

He has always been responsive and has advised me very well about a variety of insurance matters--as well as some other matters regarding our home that were very helpful (e.g., getting an attic fan to help reduce cooling costs). When weve had a few losses (either due to theft or to a major electric surge that took out the electrical appliances in half the neighborhood), Mike and his Allstate team were very responsive. Comment: I have had auto insurance with this Allstate office for over 30 years, and had homeowners and earthquake insurance until I retired and moved. I started with their office before it transitioned to Mike Krupka and his team. The transition was seamless and they have been there for me every time I needed their help with an auto claim and were excellent in covering my losses in the 1994 Northridge earthquake. They are the best! I feel so confident in them that even after moving to the central coast of California and changing homeowners insurance, I continue to keep Allstate auto. I had homeowners insurance with Mike until last year and only changed when Allstate policy did not allow insuring a manufactured home, which is my retirement home. Allstate was the only company that came out to look at the location of my first house to see that although it was listed in a high fire danger zone, development had made it safe enough to insure. I added a personal umbrella policy (PUP) with Mike just before retiring and plan to stay with insurance products from their office because I trust them without a single concern.

Comment: I have been using this agency for all my insurance needs for more than 25 years and an incident that occurred today is the best example of why i continue to use and recommend Mike Krupka and his staff. if you live in southern california you iwill know that in the past few days we have been subjected to a series of serious earthquakes or after shocks. as we know earthquake insurance is considered to be expensive and deductibles can vary from 5 to at least 15% mike sent an email to all of his customers today suggestng that for the short term they lower the percentage of their decuctible like to 5 % so that if a serious incident causing severe damage to your home occurred your deudtible would be lower and that it could be reviewed again in 30 days. your ot of pocket mone to lower the deductible was nomnal. what a great idea . i did it for a nominal fee, i had better protection than i did before. furthermore he reminded all of us to make sure that we had move out insurance. if our homes were either not usable or yellow tagged, we still would have to pay our mortgages but would also have to pay to rent another home and pay storage etc. this move out insurance which has no deductible covers just those kinds of costs. i said yes, but mike contacted me to let me know that i already had this type of insurance. i have been covered since i moved to my home some 4 years ago. mike was proactive and really tried to protect me and gave me additional assurance in this very scary time that i had the proper coverage to enable me to keep my lifestyle.i believe that this is what an insurance agent should do and i didnt have to remind him to check for me, he did it for all of his customers, i dont think you can do better than that and for these reasons mike and his allstate agency should get a 10 star review rather than a five star review.
