This place is amazing! I love the cookies and cream ice cream! The process of how they make it is really cool; I love the smoke that comes out when they freeze it.
Bought a Nutella ice cream and got an ice cream of unknown flavor. Looked too pale for it to be chocolate, and it definitely didnt taste like Nutella.
Ice cream was good but took awhile to make.
To expensive not worth half the price

2020-02-01Stopped in randomly as I was in the area and was craving ice cream. Decided, to stop in. Its located inside the Biggby. I ordered a regular Ferrero Rocher. I liked how they used Gurnsey Dairy (Michigan based) as their milk in the ice cream. The ice cream was creamy and I did like the crunch from the rice krispies. But something did feel like it was missing in the flavor, I couldnt figure it out until I got to the bottom of my cup and the nutella was there. It did taste better after, but I wish they put some Nutella on top too, maybe drizzled then the cocoa powder sprinkled on top. Otherwise, it was pretty good and Im glad I was able to stop by and try it! It is on the pricey side, but definitely something to try or a nice treat once in awhile. Its not my first time trying Nitrogen ice cream, and not one of my faves but it was neat to have one in Livonia.

2022-07-21After driving 20 minutes we got there only to be greeted by a closed sign after google Sid they were open.

2021-11-22We waited 40 minutes for terrible service and product. The staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing and I paid $7 for a cup of sweet milk with toppings. The milkshake I ordered was not even remotely thickened by any nitrogen. Terrible experience I will not be back.

2021-04-12Well, what an experience. When we walked in there were 2 people working. There was a group of 6 waiting for there order at a table with sample spoons.We were greeted with someone yelling ‘we’ll be right with you’ after we were simply asked ‘do you know what you want?’ I had never been there. I, after quickly scanning the menu, picked the Ferraro. I had no idea how any of it worked. It looked really cool. I was looking forward to a new experience and a new treat. I was very curious about all of the chalk boards, the dragon’s breath, everything. We were basically ignored after that.When we ordered, the young lady looked to her co-worker and asked if he could make it. She finished her order for the group first, picked up some metal bowls, dropped them in the back and proceeded to text, then make a phone call. Her co-worker asked her not to, but she did anyway. Once the co-worker finished he asked me what size I wanted. Mind you I’ve had been there about 10 minutes already and they hadn’t started our order. He then stopped what he was doing and greeted another customer while the other employee was on the phone. At this point I was over it.It’s a shame this happened. I was trying to enjoy it. I will not be returning.What happened to customer service?

2021-11-10Employee had no idea what she was doing, were out of half the flavors. Chocolate ice cream tasted like vanilla with chocolate powder sprinkled on top. Took 20 min for 2 ice creams.

2020-05-27My cousin and I walked 6 miles to try this ice cream and it was well worth it! The girl working was very kind and gave us waters for our journey, as well as was friendly:) I am vegan and I was excited that they had a vegan Coconut Cream flavor which was delicious . Thank you!

2019-03-29Excellent quality and flavor. Price is reasonable for the amount and time. Very rich and thick.I had the mocha and it was amazing.Friend got the tart strawberry and it is tart and very good. Solid choice.Totally would come back.

2019-06-13This definitely the best ice cream I’ve had ever! I was hesitant going in because I thought the ice cream would be icy but it was the creamiest and most delicious thing I’ve had. I love that you can create any combinations so I made a combo of Nutella, cookie butter and Oreos with chocolate as the base and it was phenomenal. Everything was mixed so well and I could actually taste all the flavors together. Definitely will be going back here all summer ❤️

2019-10-30The ice cream here is great! Incredibly creamy. It is made in front of you, with your choice of toppings. Great place!
