Comment: Ive had very positive results, I feel that whenever you have good management at a business you will get good service and I think the on-site manager here is very good a good role model for the other employees. Shes always respectful and cheerful. She is always busy too Ive seen her doing so many different tasks from yard work to making miner repairs.But on another subject that has happened recently that Im not happy about . One of the other ladies that work here told me I was no longer going to be able to have my dog with me no explanation just she cant be there. Naturally im upset so talk to someone else they say there was little poops found, to them it looked possibly like racoon, well my dog is a German shepherd a very large GS she doesnt do little poops and she doesnt poop here but if she did theres noway I wouldnt pick it up they say nobody else brings their dogs in that area. That may be true but I will tell you who does and who was in that area when that happened and its the guy that cleans out lockers he has 2 chihuahua s and lets them run free Im sure thats who they need to speak with also why was no cameras reviewed. If your goingĥproof. The issue has made me start looking for other facilities to rent I have 3 lockers Im not going to like it but what else canI do?

Comment: My grandmother passed away in 2001 mama got a storage here they sold it but they’re still going to help me locate the things they were important however my mom just passed away in 2021 and I got another storage here and my son was born in 2009 three times until you also got a storage here and they’re like family I watch over you before you even had kids and long as everything Alex is still here. Joshua and Teresa she like a a mom sister, a counselor, and a friend every time I come I can’t help us to think of a mama grandma. ❤️ it not just a storage company or just to place a Business for second place I know as a home. I think of all the good times here with my mother

Comment: Very impressed with the crew Everybody Was in contact with each other customer service was excellent not what you normally see at a regular Public Storage these workers were hustling getting things done in the hot sun helping each other out at times driving their own personal vehicles to satisfy the customers I recommend this storage facility to anybody who has the money to get one cuz Im a happy proud customer talk to the maintenance crew guy he was really cool too very friendly helping even clean my storage unit out before I moved in and slept a little some little petty dust that was just I was okay with but they wanted to still do it like the professional team they are I highly recommend

Comment: They requested an insurance rider from us and lost it 3 times. We were there less than 3 months and they increased our rent (and they were already the most expensive storage location in the area. Their parking spots are at least 2 feet too narrow, compared to other locations and our spot was VERY difficult to get into and out of. Entrance and exit location is dangerous to use.

Comment: Ever since StoragePro took over Mini Safe Storage earlier this year, they have raised the rent 4 different times. They went from $150 to $250 in less than a year. I finally moved out and relocated my vehicle to Uhaul vehicle storage right down the street. Im only paying $102 a month. Mini Safe Storage access hours are 8am-8:30pm. Uhaul access hours are 6am-9:30pm.

Comment: I have had my storage for almost seven years. It was good until new management took over. Everything falls on deaf ears now. Ive been to the office several times to clear a mis understanding only to be greeted with a back in twenty sign, which was never the case. My storage was growing weeds through my sofa, mice had made nests in my mattresses. I finally gave up and couldnt justify the cost, time or the problems this place was causing me.i finally left, after a suprise 30 day notice paper I had to sign only to be told I wasnt me. After my ID check I signed, moved out and now receive a late fee plus rent bill every day. Letters asking me to contact them. I call and no answer. I leave a message and no one has ever reached out to me. Im talking about the facility on Hesperian in Hayward California. Other facilities Im sure are better. This needs a definite professional to turn this one around. I dont expect a reply, that would be almost unheard of but hey...

They have great prices and just about any size storage you need including vehicle storage. When you go there ask for Michelle, she runs the front end, but is also around the property helping people with getting their storage space all set up and taking people to look at what size they want. IF you happen to go there and she is on the property showing someone around, then just ask for her and wait. I PROMISE YOU IT IS WORTH IT TO HAVE HER GET YOU ALL SET UP. SHE GOT ME MY STORAGE REALLY FAST AND IT WAS COMPLETELY STRESS FREE.WHICH WAS NICE BECAUSE I WAS ALREADY IRRITATED FROM DEALING WITH ANOTHER STORAGE COMPANY (EXTRA SPACE), WHICH WAS A NIGHTMARE, AND WAY OVER PRICED... SHE GOT ME MY UNIT FOR LESS THAN WHAT I WAS PAYING THERE, AND IT IS TWICE THE SIZE!. Comment: New management StoragePro took over Minis Safe Storage last year and have raised the rent 3 times within a year. The reason I was given for the rent hike.., We strategically invest in our properties to ensure property conditions, services, and security meet your expectations....Ive been at this place for 3 years and nothing have changed for them to increase the rent. It was 175 last year and now its 240. This is just a big yard with a gated fence that houses vehicles. The security was an old dog before it passed away, and a homeless man who sleeps in a camper on the premisses. Be prepared for a rent increase every 3 months if you decide to move in.

Comment: First off the staff at this place. They are not only down to earth, but also very accountable, very lenient, very friendly, and cool as eff. They are always willing to work with you, work with your schedule, work with your timeline, and willing to work around your schedule to accommodate your needs. Their prices are very reasonable and theyre almost always willing to work something out with you if you have a pay issue. Overall I believe their staff alone makes this place five stars.They also have a moving truck at your disposal if you need your furniture moved from your place to there or there to your place. Obviously there is a charge for that, and I dont know the rates because Ive never used that moving truck other than using it when I moved in which was free at that time which was 2 years back approximately.Now this place is a gated storage facility. You have the option to have your storage inside the building or outside. The price is depend on obviously the size and width of your storage also the price also depends whether if you wanted inside the building or out. And theyre always willing to show you the unit but taking a quick tour in their golf cart. It may not be grand and luxurious but for the price that you pay per month, it fits right in your budget, well for me anyways. I just hope they dont go out of business because I dont want to pay high prices for different storage facility where this place offers the same for low prices. So if you need a storage unit I do recommend this place.

Google reviews were positive and they had great deals on storage spaces, so I decided to give it a try. Met Tony at the office. Great guy and very helpful in explaining every detail. One of the best experiences Ive had and no hidden fees. Unlike Public Storage. I had to ask for an explanation for every hidden fee. I highly recommend. Give Mini Safe Storage a try.

Comment: I rented a 10 x 15 drive up unit from Minii Safe storage back in March of 2016. I just moved out of my unit yesterday. During the four years that I had my unit there I had absolutely zero problems with all aspects of renting a unit from a storage facility. My storage unit was always safe, I felt safe going there, the storage facility was extremely clean and they offer insurance should you ever need it..Most importantly the management staff and everyone that works at mini safe storage are extremely helpful, provide excellent customer service, and made me feel like I was family. I would highly recommend anyone that wants to get a competitive rate and a safe place to store their items to definitely use Mini Safe storage. I would definitely rent there again.
