Comment: Moving is EXTREMELY stressful and time consuming, but when my son and I chose to rent space from mini U storage and met the lovely couple there we were dying laughing from how HILARIOUS they were 😂😆!! They have great conversation and a positive vibe! They even got my son to talk & laugh and he’s super quiet! They made sure we had refreshments during our stay and a last laugh before we left! We didn’t even want to leave!! HaHaHaHaHaHaHaHa!!🤣SideNote: the premises are well kept and clean. They even have an app so you can get into the gate! I like how they walk you to the space you’ll be renting to get a better idea of what you’re doing. It was close to closing time, but they were still so patient with us! I cannot stand places that rush you away! This place is perfect, trust me!!

Sandy got me moved in and it couldnt have been an easier/better experience. Im very comfortable that the bike is secure with these conscientious managers living onsite*UPDATE JAN 2023I sold the bike and Rory and Sandy were there and just as nice and helpful as ever. I believe youd be hard-pressed to find to find better, more conscientious folks to store your stuff with. Good people!

I am getting ready to move out of state and needed a nearby location to store things while we pack and have some minor work done to the interior of our home. Rory was extremely helpful in showing me a couple of different sized units that fit my needs. He helped me get all of my paperwork set up and gave me some helpful recommendations on help with moving larger items and other services that Ill need over the next few months. The location is super clean and very well maintained. He also took the time to show me how to access the unit and explained the hours. He is extremely friendly and really made me feel like my stuff will be in good hands and very safe under his watch!

I got a lady who took my info, and within 5 minutes, Rory called to make an appt. I have to tell you, both Rory and Sandy went above and beyond to explain their facility, and there was no doubt in my mind that I was in good hands. It is close to where I live, CLEAN, and to cap it off, I got a free truck rental with my first months rental space, which saved me a lot of money.
