Convenient location near I96. Keyless entry for main yard and each unit has its own lock. Prices are reasonable, people are nice. It is not 24 hour access and I wish it could be.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff! Explained everything in detail and showed us different units to help us make a decision.
I had to rent a storage facility at the last minute today. I wasnt sure what size unit I needed, but Brook made the entire process very easy and painless! We just got a unit today. Easy, great price, the staff was very helpful and I think its going to be a great service for us.
I have store here before and came back. The same manager was there. They let me use the truck for 19.00 which was nice since I was moving in a hurry.
Cute mom and pop storage unit! My unit was so spacious, and I felt safe anytime I was there.
The owners are friendly and prices arent bad.... Theres cheaper rates nearby tho... Also, the access isnt 24 hours... Only thing that really got me is there are mice in the units.......

2022-05-21Our son coming home from Utah and Mini U Storage can as close to our home as possible. I brlieve the gentleman was Mr. Alcaraz who was as sweet as could be, showed me the exact size storage I would need thrn brought his wife in to finish with details. You know in this day and age it is so nice to go in some where and have nice conversation. I would say if your looking for storage this would be the place your not treated like a bother but treated like they knew you forever. Give this place a shot. You wont be sorry

2021-10-14This place is amazing! They offer a triple a discount, free moving truck, Starbucks gift card and Amazon gift card!They have the most affordable rates around. They are very nice people as well and I feel like my items are safe.

2020-11-14I cannot say enough about the courtesy and the hospitality that the manager there in Livonia shows me every time I deal with her. Her name is Teri!!! The first time I rented from her facility was for a long period Of time over 4 years. And I was very very satisfied with her service. times have become tough Ive had to utilize another storage facility because of an unforeseen problem that occurred with my housing situation. I called Teri she remembered me she made me feel good about myself in the situation that I was in. I will always recommend any of my family and friends to that location even if its out of their way because of the service she will give them! Way to go Teri keep up the good work!

He helps keep everything going smoothly he is a great worker for the company. A friendly face goes along way when your having a bad day. Keep up the good work.

2019-12-11Excellent experience. The husband and wife duo here are so helpful...they both have a genuine helpful spirit and are both funny. I had to store my stuff here before my new home was ready and they made this experience fast, convienant, and effortless. And they have specials for AAA members and non members that 15 dollars star buck card always makes u smile on the way out along with half off 1st month rent. This is the Disney experience of customer service.

2019-10-18Family has used in the past and it was a good storage option so I went back when I was looking for a unit. Very friendly owners, located conveniently near 96 and Merriman which logistically puts it near the best access roads in the area. No complaints.
