I came in for a second shot that they scheduled for me, turned out they scheduled me too soon. I took time off of work and drove there to be told that whoever did the first shot for me didnt know how to schedule. Its very unprofessional to have staff that isnt trained right.

My mom and I waited in the waiting area for a half hour before I asked a regular CVS employee if anyone was in to see us. The kind staff knocked on a patient room and found the Caucasian NP working today hiding in the room avoiding doing her job. She rejected my mom and at 6:30. She stated they were booked for the evening but there was no one there. It was very obvious she just didn’t want to do her job. She told us to come back tomorrow in the AM. When someone is sick they need immediate attention. Really poor service! They should hire better people.

What a joke! I visited the clinic for a skin irritation. The room was a mess, her scrubs were a mess and she did not clean in between patients. She was so distracted by the ringing phone, malfunctioning copy machine and deliveries that she was not listening to me at all. She did not touch my scalp, take pictures or ask in depth questions. She prescribed over the counter hydrocortisone and sent me on my way. Unfortunately after I got into my REAL doctors office several days later I found out that I have shingles! More days on actual medicine would have been helpful but this ridiculous clinic misdiagnosed me and I feel like my insurance paid this billl for nothing. More days on proper medicine would have been more helpful. Do not waste your time and money.

I had an appointment at 5:50pm. I got there a little early, just in case. At 5:56 I called and spoke to the pharmacy just to make sure they knew I was there- since due to Covid you are instructed to wait in your car until the nurse calls you. They told me the nurse would call and to continue to wait. I was concerned because according to the the wait times, it said I still had 18 minutes left. I understand this type of stuff happens at doctors offices, so even though it’s annoying, I waited patiently. I saw my wait time turn to 0 minutes left, and figured I would be called shortly. I then watched my time turn to 16 minutes left and another patient was being seen before me. I left. I had another appointment, which I almost wasn’t seen at because I was running late! Shame on this establishment. It’s acceptable to put a patient in front of someone else if you are an ER- but there are no “emergencies” with scheduled appointments at a minute clinic. They did call me eventually- when I was almost to my second appointment that I was running late for. My recommendation is to go to Urgent Care. You will have to wait but you would be waiting here anyways and you’ll pay less too. (At least for what I needed- was $50 less!) CVS: Don’t schedule appointments if you can’t keep them on time!!!!! Just provide walk-in services. Read your reviews- lots of people you’ve upset over this and wasted their time.

Terrible! I took my son there for a sports physical, first they told me my insurance is accepted, after the sports physical was started they let me know they would be charging $44 dollars because they dont bill insurance companies for physicals!!?? I thought this was absurd, you accept insurance but wont bill it? When the physical was done the np informed me it would be $69. When I told her how much they already told me she said oh that was a special months ago! This was a total bait and switch and Im appalled that CVS would allow this !

The woman incorrectly diagnosed me and had such an attitude. Wasted my money and my time when I came close to losing my eye. Worst experience ever she must of flunked medical school. Go back and graduate again. She shouldn’t be allowed to prescribe medication. SAVE UR MONEY DONT GO HERE.

This was a great first experience! I made an appointment online (highly recommend) the day before and had no wait time. Sarah was professional, sweet and knowledgeable. Very clean and private, I totally forgot I was in a CVS! Thank you so much :) Ill be returning.

Waste of time and money! Went in for a physical and they would not accept a University of Michigan doctor’s note clearing me from shoulder surgery. The note was only a month old! Forced me to go back to U of M to get physical signed. CVS service said they followed proper protocol and would not refund me fee charged. U of M doctor said that was ridiculous! Rude service all around from nurse and customer service.

Also, I went to the Minute Clinic inside the Canton CVS, and saw Anna White, and she does a pretty good job. They bill my insurance for an office visit, instead of an urgent care visit, so that means a lower copay for me. You just register on a computer outside the office, and if theres a wait, they text you a half hour before your appointment time so you can get there. If you dont have insurance or have a high urgent care copay, I highly recommend them. She was very thorough in diagnosing me, and told me shes going to call me tomorrow to see if Im feeling better.
