Comment: The workers at Mission Truck Rental totally changed our experience from being frustrated to exceptionally satisfied. We were told by our original booking location that they did not have trucks despite having an online reservation. We were redirected to this location to get a Uhaul truck and were pleasantly surprised with exceptional customer service. They make you feel like family is taking care of you. Thank you for turning our day around! Highly recommend this location for quality customer service from pick-up to drop-off.

Comment: Great service but man this dude is kind of quack. Very much proud to be an American, trump mug right next Buddha statue, and the workout bench behind the desk. Oh, not to mention the wall of shame. Only went here because all other Uhauls were closed so shout out.

Comment: We picked up our moving truck this morning and Pete Peterson is the gentleman who helped us. This move has been stressful and has had some surprises so to say I wasn’t excited to be there was an understatement. Pete was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. He gave me some great advice on where I could get some things I needed and their customer service is top notch. This company is military friendly and although Pete couldn’t give us a discount on the truck itself he had awesome moving supply deals. I highly recommend going to this store. We’re coming back in June when we have to move a few other things. Thank you Pete!

Uhaul originally cancelled my reservation the day before pick up. i was able to salvage a new rental and Pete (manager) was exceptional at providing the customer service and care that was so lacking from Uhaul the day prior. HIGHLY recommend this store for all your rental needs!

Comment: U-haul is an awful company. They WILL scam you so check your receipts. FORTUNATELY, the banks and card companies know that so call them with your evidence and theyll set things straight, even months after the fact.
