I had an amazing experience buying a diamond ring at MJ Diamonds, everything there was great, the store, the selection, quality, price, and the staff, all together a very pleasant experience. My sales person, Ann, was very knowledgable, pleasant, and helpful. This was an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend this place and my sales person Anne, go see her for a great deal.
Place is a rip off. Toni is a con and they sale you items that are cheap and not worth the money you spend. Had jewelry fixed from them and my stones were stolen and replaced with cheaper stones and my item was destroyed. I would not recommend anyone especially minorities to shop with them. Thieves is what they are. They take advantage of people. Shame on them.
They posted that they respond in a day I sent them the question about my watch they lost it in the shop after I paid 25 dollars for a battery that did not work very very disappointed, after being a customer for 20 years. They took my phone number and a copy of my drivers license and no one contacted me ,I went on September 12 to pick up the watch waited one hour they could not find it. .I wasnt happy about all that but today I received a call from the Manager to inform me that he looked for my watch and it was at the service center and it is ready for pick up .I am happy that his action relieved that sense of doubt about a place I trusted for a long time . Bought a simple pandora band ring for a decent price...I broke it...then the woman at the desk tells me its over 40 bucks to fix it...thats almost as much as we paid for it! No thnx I will take it to my other jeweler.
I have been going to MJ Diamonds for a few years now. Great Customer service always willing to make repairs if needed. Took my Movado watch didnt think it could be restored,but as usual Tony worked a miracle. They always know what you are looking for. Thank you
I recently went to get my chain fix. I ask for a clip to attach to my chain and I got a fake clip it turn tarnish from the inside and i ask for a 14k clip and they gave me probably a gold plated clip that’s not even 100% gold. I am very angry about this situation.

I was charged $50 to replace a battery in 2 g shock watches. They didnt set the watches and they didnt sync my watch correctly when they replaced the battery. So Im out 50 bucks and watches are in worse shape than they were when i came to them. Id Give these crooks a -5 star rating of i could. 😡😡😡😡

BEST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!!!My initial interaction was over the phone, to which there was a miscommunication & I was upset.Out of the blue, my phone rings and its Tony from the store. Tony is calling to apologize for the miscommunication that had occurred earlier in the day. I was shocked! Businesses dont do this type of thing anymore...calling to apologize to a customer! Wow!Tony asked what he could do to make the situation right for me, even going as far as having my item I was looking for, shipped down from one of the other locations so I didnt have to go out of my way. AMAZING!I picked up my item with ease & was able to meet and personally thank the man that turned my day around, and my vision of his establishment! Took my mothers diamond pendant for repair and it broke the next day.. they offered to fix it again but I had to work...took it to 14 gold... and the service man said if was repaired with metal instead of gold.... I paid and this is the games people play...

Customer service was atrocious! Went in to buy a few charms for my girlfriends pandora bracelet, and I was treated awful. The associate helping me had a terrible attitude toward every question I proposed. She was snappy and very vague with her answers to my questions. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
I tried to pawn a necklace that I bought from them for $1800 and I couldnt get more then $250 what a ripoff. I went to 3 pawn shops. Now I know why they have a no return policy

Fiance purchased my engagement ring there September 2014. Top setting of ring broke off end of October . Called to have something done about, and was basically told to come spend more money on repair almost half of what I purchased ring for.

This place is a rip off I spent 6 grand on a chain I waited forever to get had it for about a couple of weeks now so I decide to wear it and it totally different from the one I put on layaway I was so frustrated when I picked my chain up I just wanted to get it in go that I didn’t notice Toni is a con man I spent a extra 300 when I picked it up because I was tired of them sending me in a circle for my chain so I had to take what they had and my pendant has very small diamonds with silver in the background to look like big diamonds like the one I picked out I’m so disappointed with tony and don’t see how they can get away with ripping people off like this it’s sad and makes me very angry because I work super hard for my money and want what I paid for this has been a unbelievable experience

Will not shop there again I had got racial profile by a guy named John he tried to accuse me of fraud because of my debit card so he tried to call my bank and call the police on me and then got mad because everything came back right that I wasnt a fraud . Worst experience I will never purchase anything from there again

2022-07-19Customer service needs improvement. Visited the store for the first time and my first impression isn’t a good one since I waited for up to 10 minutes standing and not being greeted while some workers behind the counter did nothing, and Other coworkers assisting people. Someone could have said something instead of looking at me, I asked someone a question she said “I’m sure they do but I don’t work here” as she was leaving from behind the counter. Just do better with greeting ppl, even if it’s busy just tell customers you’ll be with them in a second. All I had was a question about my item.

2022-02-08DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.I have now purchased 3 items from here. I tried to sell them. A 2,000$ ring is only worth 80$. 4500$ for 2 pairs of glasses only worth 400$. I have called multiple times and they just keep hanging up. My off day is Friday I will be there to return these items for my money back or I will be starting a law suit against you Tony. This is not right

2022-02-06I do not like the lay-away plan. This was not explained to me at the start of the lay-away. but if you cancel The lay-away they will not give you back your money. It goes to store credit. Not fair!!!

2021-06-13Sold me a fake men Miche watch for $550 and sold me a fake necklace for $500. I had the Kay Jewelers lady above them test my “.925 sterling silver” and my “diamond pendant” and they both came back as not real. I recommend going in there with a Diamond tester of buying any diamonds from them.
