Comment: These guys are amazing. Mike took amazing care of me. I cannot recommend them enough. They ensured my car got fixed and kept labor costs to a minimum. They spoke directly with the insurance company on my behalf to ensure all the estimates were correct and my car was fully repaired. I will always be taking my car to them in the future and recommending them to my friends and family from now on. I highly recommend this shop especially if you are going through an insurance agency.

Comment: Mike and co. did such a nice job on my car. My front bumper had huge chunks of paint peeling. I took it around to a few shops and MN gave me the lowest quote by far, while also being the only place that explained to me why my bumper was in such bad shape to begin with. They arranged a time for me to drop off my car so it wouldn’t be at the shop for longer than needed, did a fabulous job replacing the bumper, and threw in a bunch of freebies — fixed some brackets, used extra paint to touch up some minor chips, and even cleaned the headlights for no reason other than that they wanted my car to look great! Truly phenomenal service at a very fair price. Would take my car back for body work any time and would highly recommend to others.

Comment: MN literally outshined my expectations. I was going to the same body shop for all my cars and I always was under the impression that your vehicle simply won’t ever be what it was originally before an accident. This most recent time I gave MN a try, and my car looks like it rolled off the assembly line, it’s in pristine condition, even went the extra mile in getting me new rims and getting rid of all the curb rash without me asking. They were quick to pick me car up free of charge and set up my rental car for me, very attentive and communicative, I’ll def be referring all my friends and family to this shop. Customer for life. Great customer service.

Comment: Would definitely recommend to friends and family. They took great care of me and towed my car from the accident scene to their location, kept me updated throughout the process and my car looks great. There was no fee for the tow and they waived the deductible.

Comment: My parked car had a hit and run, and I anguished over having to call a body shop for days because I heard that body shops were a pain to deal with. I wouldnt have anguished if I knew that this shop existed. I had a wonderful experience. Mike was kind, actually listened to what I was saying, gave me advice on how to deal with my insurance, and didnt make me feel silly for asking questions (Im far from a car expert). I was worried that my car wouldnt be ready by the time I needed to go out of town, and he said he would try to make it work... by try to make it work, he got my car done a full week early. My car looked beautiful inside and out. I almost never write reviews, but I want everyone to know that this is a great business, and it deserves more 5 star ratings.

Comment: I recently got into a accident at 2 in the morning and called MN AUTO BODY spoke with Mike and they provided me a tow for 30 miles absolutely free of charge and towed my vehicle to their body shop and also gave me a ride home and told me not to worry everything will be taken care of and they talked with my insurance company and fixed my car and also delivered back to me with a tow free of charge absolutely best experience I’ve had highly recommended

Comment: The front end of my car was damaged while driving on the freeway about a month ago and while looking for auto body shops I was recommended MN Auto Body. I called and talked to Mike and he ensured me theyd fix everything guaranteed and arranged a tow truck to pickup my car. They were able to fix the scrape on the front bumper, replaced the cracked air vent and sensors, and they also went ahead and filled in little paint chips on the car and gave it a full wash detail! Only took about a week to do everything. I was really impressed by their work and Mikes honesty and willingness to help fix my problem asap. I highly recommend!

Comment: I had an accident about a month ago and I was looking for a repair shop that could do a clean and detailed job. I looked for nearby body shops and came across MN auto body. I contacted them after hours and Mike was able to help me right away. He was very professional and very punctual. They were able to pick up my car the same day and towed to their body shop. Mike was very fast with contacting insurance company and setting up the inspection of my car. Once they finished the inspection the repairs took a couple of days and Mike gave me updates daily as they were doing the repairs. Overall my car looked like new and no signs of repairs were noticeable. My Car looked like it just came from the dealership. Mike even took the car for detailing inside and out which was included in their service. Overall they provided me with very good, fast, professional experience which is very unusual in the auto repair business. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know.
