Moceri Homes are impeccable! Each house is so unique and top notch quality, by far my favorite builder in Michigan.
Townhomes look beautiful on the outside over priced the carpet is worn out an spotted when you move in for the price you pay it should be replaced neighbors make to much noise maintenance give you the run around if you have a issue with your unit the tenant has to be inconvenient until they get to you
If you ever talk to Jerry moceri from shelby west trailer park get everything in writting he is a liar! He will say one thing to your face then do something totally different I would not recommend and of their parks to anyone.
They really go all out to satisfy there customers and treat everyone like family and do quility work
The amenities and responsiveness for anything are off the charts. The time and attention to detail are second to none!

2017-03-13Love Moceri Homes!! We are living in our second Moceri home and I cant say enough about how happy we are with it. Its such a great feeling pulling into our Sub and seeing all the different custom homes. Thank you Mr Moceri for building homes that are beautiful and a pleasure to own!!!!

2016-07-12Their apartment website says pet friendly but doesnt state the requirements/conditions/restrictions. I flew in from Nashville to see the unit (after two phone calls with them before I flew in to set this up) -- Lisa didnt even remember my name or that I was coming from Nashville until I reminded her. Aside from that, after all my advance prep, and upon arriving, I was only then to learn that they limit the number of cats to 2 -- I have 3. There was no flexibility, they would not work with me at all on this and completely wasted my time. Even calls to the Moceri company were not returned. This has led me to conclude that Moceri is not a customer service focused company at all -- I honestly feel I dodged a bullet -- I cant imagine their responsiveness being any better with any issues I would have encountered living in the rental unit

2018-03-14-I moved in May 1st 2017. I live on the main floor in 2 bedroom ranch. So disappointed that the company did not construct the units with any concerns for sound barriers.-The sounds from my neighbors above is unbearable and unbelievable for the monthly cost! I can tell if it is a male or female using the bathroom above.-When the doors are opened or closed on either side of me, it causes the inside doors in my apartment to rattle and bang like the sound of a gunshot! The doors are hollow and there’s stairwells surrounding the 2nd bedroom. 2 AC units outside the bedroom window too! Nice!-When dogs and people go up and down the stairs, it sounds like a herd of elephants! I can even hear the dogs tail wagging as it hits the floor. Sweet but not if you were sleeping.-I can hear the man get up in the master bedroom walk to the bathroom down the hallway in the wee hours. These are not heavy people above me. When they flush the toilet, it sounds as if it’s raining into my room. The sound of their showering is another whole nightmare.-Flat paint was used on the walls so you can’t wipe anything without leaving a mark or bare spot!-The pavement outside my garage collects ankle deep water and even worse since the repair. It freezes like a ice rink every morning! They only salt when I call and request it even though they know how bad it is! We have had numerous slips so far!-Front walkway is usually blocked with 3x3 feet of snow when it falls from the rooftop. No one bothers to shovel unless you put in a request!-Construction ongoing out the front door in fairweather.- I was fooled by the nice superficial accents and assumed that the price along with the new construction meant Quality. I wanted to post because I want you to be informed.No one from their Corporate offices has offered any apologies for the mess I deal with everyday outside my garage. I made a phone call and left a message and when my call was returned the response started out with, your message was so long I didn’t listen to it....WOWHopefully you can read this long review and spare yourselves.

2015-04-06All the Moceri built neighborhoods have unique characteristics. All the builders and workers are so welcoming! It was such a delight to visit these models.
