Comment: After having some very unpleasant towing experiences with unprofessional drivers, Hussain from Moez Towing was like a breath of fresh air. Even though he has a very hard job, he had a friendly, calm and professional attitude and approach. My situation was not easy. The garage where I park has a very low clearance and there isnt much open space in and around the cars. There are also big retainer poles that make things even more difficult to maneuver without hitting something. But Hussein went above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. A lesser driver would have bailed and used excuses not to do the job. When we finally got my car out of the parking garage it was a great moment of relief, and Hussein was determined to make it work. Excellent customer service!

The owner was so helpful and got me a flatbed tow truck in under 20 minutes. Just amazing. I have needed a tow truck for other breakdowns before and in over 5 or 6 other experiences with other companies they took 2-4 hours to arrive. After getting contacted, he called me to discuss what happened and provide him the information he needed. Once he arrived, he evaluated the situation and let me know what had to be done in order to execute things safely. Afterwards, once at my house, he left my truck in front of my house as I asked. Comment: Morris was my dispatcher. He was excellent! I contacted my insurance for a flat tire. Morris filled up my tire with air but then noticed it needed to be patched up. He fixed my tire right there and then instead of placing my spare tire. He saved me a trip from going to the tire shop! He also checked my battery for free and suggested I get a new one since the one I had gotten before was not a good one. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and explained what it could do to my car in the long term. My battery did not have a cover and it had acid around my battery. I purchased a new battery from him and he placed and cleaned where it gets connected. Great service and very kind and professional!

Comment: We lost the key to our car and we couldnt start it :( We called triple A which when their third party towing company came they said they couldnt handle it. Thankfully, we call Moez Towing who not only came within 15 minutes (vs one hour plus for AAA) after we called him, he towed our car with ease and took care of the towing to our dealership. I thought it was pricey at first but once you see the meticulous way they tow your car you will understand why! I will recommend this company to anyone in need of towing. Comment: Moe saved my life. My car had a shift system malfunction and it couldn’t be shifted out of park no matter what I did. On top of that, it was parked in the garage under my apartment building, which has a very low clearance. I had four companies come out and tell me they couldn’t do it. Moe came and handled it no problem. He was very communicative over the phone and worked very carefully pulling my car out of the garage. He had every tool available to get the job done. It took him no time. He was also very polite to me and my wife. It was the best experience I’ve ever had with any roadside assistance company. I would highly recommend using Moe. I owe him big time. Comment: My Prius would not start and its screen showed that there is a parking malfunction. Needless to say, I panicked because my car is 9 years old and long out of warranty. I called Moe, fully expecting to be towed and pay an arm and a leg for repairs at the dealership. But Moe had a better plan! Based on my description of the cars symptoms, he calmed me down and told me that the problem was probably the battery.Moe arrived on time, as promised. A few diagnostic tests showed us that the problem was indeed my battery. Despite the shortage of such batteries in the market, Moe was able to get me the battery I needed. He installed it quickly and used a very advanced software to make sure there were no other problems with the car.In addition to servicing my car so well, Moe looked under the hood of my daughters car, at no extra cost, and explained to her what she needed to know about her car battery.I have never met an automotive guy that was so professional, pleasant, patient, direct, honest, and generous!

Comment: If I could give 20 stars, I would. Morris is pretty much a wizard. My car was at a tiny Park n Ride, with a car next to it. He basically had to parallel park my car out of the spot and crosswise onto his flatbed. I watched, I thought there was no way. But beyond that, hes also a good human. He made sure I was inside his truck with the heat on. When I got out to watch this miracle happen, he gave me a jacket. And when I talked his ear off in the car, he listened. He treated my car extremely carefully and used extra ramps and a little trick with a piece of wood under my flat tire to ensure it was able to load onto the flatbed without scraping the bottom.I felt safe with Morris as my tow driver and will immediately call him again if I need a tow.

Comment: Moez towing, really came through for me today! The last thing you want is for your car to break down on the 405 in the afternoon but there I was today. Morris really came through though and was friendly, thourough, and worked quickly with the speed of a true expert and professional. He came from Encino, to Getty Center, and dropped me off in Ventura all during rush hour.I cant thank him enough for everything he did to get me home to my family after a long and arduous day.

Comment: This towing business is unbelievably wonderful in all ways! Morris, the owner, was responsive in alerting me to his ETA, and kept me posted regularly along his way. When he arrived, he was polite, courteous, thorough, and truly professional. My car was parked in a small garage against a wall, which made it a difficult job, but Morris figured it out quickly and explained to me exactly how and what he was going to do. His customer service was something quite extraordinary in these days, and his patience, respectful attitude, and terrific skills were greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Morris and Moez Towing with a 5+ rating!
