Comment: We used BRAD BRENKUS from Mogul Real Estate in July. HIGLY RECOMMEND HIM!!By chance, I used Zillow to find a realtor and they connected me with Brad. Brad called me within minutes of Zillow notifying me. He immediately jumped into the conversation with figuring out what was best for my family and spent about 45 minutes discussing what we wanted and what our options were. When we started looking we were not positive on moving, but Brad didn’t treat me any differently. He immediately jumped on getting us some options to look over. He continued to be on top of everything throughout the entire process. We bought our home through ONLY VIDEO TOURS done by Brad. He went through multiple houses and was always willing to look at any home we thought might be an option. We finally narrowed our search down and from pictures I thought another house may be better, but I trusted Brad’s judgement and we went with the pick that he thought was the best. We got OUR DREAM HOME because of his diligence and hard work. She had a relationship with a very good local management company which we used for the better part of a year while we waited for the home values to increase. Shishana kept the relationship with us and was always responsive even before officially working to sell the home. She managed the plumber repairs as a water drain pipe developed a leak in the garage wall.
