Very nice community but some of the trailers are very,very close. You can stand on your steps and touch the other trailer. They have been moving newer trailers in and getting rid of old ones. Also the neighboring trailer park..Big Trees..is a horrible place. I dont know why Westland allows that place to still function. It is so bad and puts a bad look on Mohawk.

Quiet clean place to live. Management and maintenance members are really strong and quick with guidance/resolutions!
Ive been looking to buy . Been to many trailer parks. It is in good area. Clean and kept up,Nice. Im putting in application... ASAP
Jason and Mike are one of a kind. The hardest working people I have had the pleasure of meeting. 10/10.
I am currently dealing with the most sickening issue with this park. They have TERRIBLY poor management and I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND LIVING HERE; UNLESS YOURE IN A DESPERATE SITUATION. EVEN THEN, I WOULD RECOMMEND LIVING IN YOUR CAR THAN A PLACE LIKE THIS.
Management is full of tricks and scams. Impossible to contact anyone. How do they still have a buisiness?
Seriously the nicest mobile home park in the area ! Really hope to be living there soon. Austin was very helpful, honest and polite.
They lied. Told me it was a 2 bd house. Only one bedroom.. Ants..in the bathroom.. All the time.. Floor broads missing..just terrible
Typical trailer park management. Dont live here unless you absolutely have to. Still better than Big Trees next door.

A nice place for a starter home they are improving in new mobile homes in the park and cleaning up the Riff Raff the park is looking better each day
They don’t return calls or emails. So if that’s how they operate. Just imagine how they run the park
Not a bad place. But difficult to catch the office open. Office hours keep changing. As does the management.
Ive dealth with their management here. Had a client in this part and they wouldnt stop causing trouble.
If your in a pickle; this is a jar. Maybe not the best jar, but certainly manageable.

2022-02-20A few months ago I woulda given this place a negative rating. But since Amanda has come things have really changed! I love her as a manager and shes just an awesome person with an awesome personality. Everyone I talk to loves her and dont wanna see her leave!

2022-04-15I was visiting a family member. There is only one parking spot per home that is close to the home not convenient for company that comes to visit. The few residents that I did see drive by or while I was walking to my family members home were not friendly at all, I smiled and said hello and got dirty looks or no response. The yards are very small and their streets in this trailer park are all one way streets. All residents have to park on the street. Its like the owner of this park cared more about squeezing as many trailers in as they could and not about the comfort of the residents. I also did not see any kind of park for children. Theres no room for children to ride their bikes or take a walk. I would say this place is more for adults that only want to stay in their home. Yard isnt big enough to set lawn furniture out so that you can enjoy the outdoors or weather.

2021-12-25Love my little rental. The front of the park is fine. Not sure what goes on in the back. I havent had any incidents or seen any police in the community as of yet. Very quiet community.

2021-02-01Lived here over 1 year and I can say I’m very surprised. Quiet neighbors, very respectful and some even say Hello. Great maintenance staff as I have only needed them once and they had to get a company to come work on my water heater.Management is always helpful, though difficult to get in touch with.I like my home, very nice and open concept.Love being able to landscape in the spring.

2021-01-28I have been beyond please since moving to Mohawk. Everything has worked out perfectly. Getting approved and moving in was seamless as Manager Jason helped me out tremendously and has been always open to help with any of my questions about the park. If I ever need some extra help around my home Mike has been happy to assist or point me in the right direction if I needed it.

2020-11-21Nice quiet park. If you love stray cats.. This is the place for you! Very confusing streets and it feels like you live in a parking lot.. Guest parking is kinda sketchy tbh but the liquor store is within walking distance.

2020-06-17Everytime I visit, Ive seen the park manager walk around the park letting people know what needs to get done before a write up and it works. The park is quiet. The kids have a nice place to play and a wide open field for sports or play. No basket ball net though.
