Comment: Edited: we requested the done right policy and they came back and fixed what they missed.I requested a deep cleaning today for my grandmother’s house. The quote was $300-$375 and would be a 2-2.5 hour cleaning. My grandmother and her caregiver went to Costco and left the maids to clean her house.They came back to the house and noticed a lightbulb broken and trash still in the garbage. Her caregiver wiped the kitchen table and found dirt still on it. While we understand that every square inch cannot be cleaned, we hoped that the high touch areas such as the table would be cleaned sufficiently.

The team takes the time to make my two-year-olds room look like a catalog. During the last 18 months or so, the service has even improved (which I didnt think was possible.) Bonded, friendly and professional cleaners plus great customer service. During the days of COVID, I can understand why/how people might feel uneasy about having a cleaning service come in, but my discussjoins with the owners revealed a whole portfolio of cleaning products they use, some of which are not available to the general public...Anyhow: call them!

The bare minimum service cost more than the certificate and more than my usual house cleaning service, but I figured this is a one-time thing. Team 3 arrived on time and we had a list of specific things to clean since they only had 1.5 hours (due to minimum service time we selected). Within that time frame they did everything on our list, were very friendly, worked quickly, and did an AMAZING job! My tub has NEVER looked so clean EVER! It makes sense why they charge more than my other house cleaner who does more of a light cleaning. Team 3 - thank you so much! Even just for a one-time service, they really took the time and care to do the job properly.

She would call me for any updates or concerns and I could easily call her back if I had any questions.The two people who came in, Teresa and Deneri, were great too. They were nice and courteous. They came in with all of their cleaning equipment and started to do their work right away. They were very diligent.I was leaving my apartment to move into a house. I wanted to leave it as clean as possible. By the time they were done, it was like the first day I moved in! Everything is dusted, vacuumed, wiped down, and they even make your bed up perfectly! I have been using Molly Maid for the past 2 years and have been very happy with the service regardless of the team. I also feel safe knowing they are insured/bonded. I trust them to come in and clean when I am not home. They make it very easy and convenient. I have the every two week service which works great for me. You can always skip a cleaning if you are taking a vacation or feel you don’t need it on a particular scheduled day. Molly Maid is also easy to get a hold of if you need to change your day or want something extra done that is not normally included.
