I took my car here for a water pump replacement and it went better than I ever couldve expected. My car was worked on by Jon and he did a great job.
Great service for a Sunday! Didnt have to take off work to get my tire fixed and got a free repair! Very appreciative!
Worst experience ever would highly recommend no one go there naught 4 new tires a month ago and replaced out of my pocket 3 of them and a rim since , customer technician said it was possible they damaged rim & manager flipped out on him and wouldn’t do nothing but cus profanity and not honor it

Watch out for this location! They sell bad tires that are not stored properly so they will dry rot over time. The manager laughs when you try to do your warranty claim with your vehicle 20,000 miles in on the tire that should have 50,000 mile warranty. I tell all my friends and family to avoid them now.
Was visiting from out of state and my check engine light and some other warning lights came on. They quickly checked everything and it was minor. Great service and friendly.

We were on our way to a wedding in the Upper Peninsula, when our car decided not to start at the rest stop. Our tow truck driver recommended here since we were completely out of our element and Im glad he did. Although the business was short staffed that day, Mike worked us in so we could get back on the road. They even picked us up at the hotel! We missed the wedding but if it had to happen, Im glad it happened here. They fixed our car, fast, and we got a good price too! Thanks!
They are absolutely amazing went above and beyond. The man said when you come in youre family and I definitely felt like it. I needed more work than I had expected and when I came up short the man did not hesitate to help me. Im a single mother and it honestly meant the entire world to me. Plan on doing all my business here and highly recommend everyone to do the same. They are extremely nice and friendly. When my son was throwing a fit the man came over and gave my son a cookie and turned on the TV for him and gave me the remote. Seriously a blessing. He even offered to hold my crying son so I could sign paperwork. I cannot stress enough how wholesome this store is and if you need anything done come here!

Very satisfied with the tires, but when lifting my truck on the hoist they didnt fold the mirrors in. The mirror hit the pendant on the lift and broke my turn signal light. The staff was apologetic and let me know what happened. I was understanding as accidents happen, and they promised to replace the light and have it sent to my home. After several weeks I called the manager and he had not even ordered the part. He called me back and said it was ordered and would arrive the following Monday. It has never arrived. I am very disappointed in the dishonesty and lack of caring for the damage to my vehicle. It has been months now, and I will have to pay for a replacement myself. This is terrible customer service. I will not shop here again.
Great team! While on our way up north for a wedding we got a flat and the team helped us out right away and took great care of us. Could not recommend them enough
These guys helped me out huge today I called today on my way north my tire blew a belt internally and asked them if he could put on my spare I believe his name was Steve he said come on over no charge when I got there they were all busy as hell but Steve said I got you bring it around they were all working there tails off rare in today’s world he swapped it out with another guy in 10 minutes. These guys should be treated like gold . Big props to them thanks fellas!!!!
Monro Auto simply saved the day. My wife and i were headed back from the Upper Peninsula, when our van shut down. Alternator just gave up. As it was Sunday at 2pm, it wasnt easy to get in touch with anybody through insurance to tow. So it took quite some time (we had to circumvent insurance and call for a tow directly) to get over to their place. We arrived at about 3:40pm. Steven, the manager had advised they closed at 4pm. He could see we were a touch distressed. About 2 hours from home with the kids waiting with their grandparents at home and needing to get to school the next day. He spoke to the mechanic, and they agreed to do the work. It was a two hour job, we were the last ones there. The whole staff was incredibly friendly to us throughout, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while they completed work on our van. I got to relive some nostalgia and watch Hook on Netflix while they stayed late on a Sunday evening. After the work was done, they ensured to instruct us on precautions to take with the the vehicle on our way home. I can not appreciate more what they did for us.

My family and I spent almost a whole day here after a long scary trip back from newberry. I had been up driving all night and was exausted the staff was so friendly and helped me so much. I have 5 kids they gave them the TV remote and let them watch mickey mouse clubhouse for hrs they were so nice to them. They fixed my ball joints tie rods and mounted tires I had brought in for me. They were affordable relatable very good people. They even brought me the broken part after taking it off and showed me how bad it was and said Im so happy u came in and that u r not driving around like this . He spun it around and said ya its not supposed to do this. The manager said my customers r treated like family and I would not want my family driving around like this im happy u came in... me too my dude. I really liked and appreciated these guys and there pride in there work. Thank u again guys:) ps I actually hit a deer a week after getting this work done on my car and my family Is safe largely in part due to the work they had done on my vehicle and it all held up my car looks bad but is strong and drove itself home still looking for a few body parts to put her back together but all the work they did held together and is allot of the reason my car is still on the road today . And as I said very affordable as well. Will most definitely go back and this is quite a ways from my home but they are worth it:)

The guys here were WONDERFUL! Coming home from a trip downstate our battery died as we coasted into their shop just before closing. They were willing to stay overtime to replace our alternator & battery...and did it in just one hour! A Christmas miracle for us! Thank you Kevin & Mike!
I was so impressed it’s the service I had here that I will travel here in the future for any other services I may need for my vehicle. Steve was so courteous to me, he was able to get my tire fixed quickly and was able to get me on the road in a very short amount of time. I would highly recommend anybody to come here.

Two weeks ago the drivers side window of our honda crv quit working, on a Saturday! It was very cold but it was up. I called Monro and talked to Mike, the manager. He said to come right in. I took the car in, was seen right away and waited maybe ten minutes for the mechanic, Tracy, to tell me he woukd have to order the part but would probably have it the next day. On Sunday, the next day, i was called at 2 o clock and told to come in as the part was there. Steve was very friendly and the mechanic, Tracy, took the car and had it repaired in 10 minutes. Everyone wore a mask, the store was very clean and such helpful considerate people we dealt with! I will always go back whenever i am in need of car repairs. They are able to work on my Honda with no problem! The price was also very acceptable! I highly recommend this store to anyone needing repairs! 5 stars!!!!
Monroe service has always treated me well, they are very thorough with explaining and letting me know what the exact problem is and tips on what should and needs to be done to get it fixed. Would recommend them for all your tire needs and issues.
Called them last night to set up an asap appointment for a slow leaking tire. They set me up for first thing this morning. All the guys were happy, smiling and joking, got my flat fixed (for free) in time for me to be early for work. They reminded me I needed to come back in 25 miles to check the lugs. I told them I was going to Detroit tomorrow and they said, just come in tonight, no problem. Nice guys, every time. I feel they are honest and straight forward. I highly recommend the Wilder Rd, Bay City store.

I had a blow out in the expressway. I came to Kan Rock, upset and besides myself ... Steve, calmed me down, reassured me ... He took care of everything and had me on my way promptly. His customer service and professionalism was AMAZING!!!!

I called them a little before closing, I was having trouble with my brakes after i had just purchased a vehicle. And they were very understanding about our situation and they helped up fix oir problem. And we even got nice new tires as well! Great shop and highly recommended! The Service manager tried calling my Dad a liar when he was informing him of a recent experience involving his wife having her tires looked at and was told by one of their technicians that her tires were fine when they were not. He was just trying to get an oil change the Service guy totally needs some new training on customer service. My dad and i left and they lost his business for good and I left

Brought my daughters car in to get tires.Had an appointment we were there a little early but they were ready for us, took the car in and it was done very fast. Ive been taking my vehicle here to Kan Rock for several years now. No complaints! In my experience, their crew has always been communicative, friendly, up-front, and honest.However, given the location, the place is almost always packed. Unless you have an appointment, I recommend that you make your visit within a half hour of opening time.

My husband stopped in because he was driving by and decided to get his tire looked at due to a slow leak. It was a short wait. The counter person was very courteous and it was a great experience! He will definitely be a return customer! Thank you Kan-Rock!
I had an appointment to get my new tires on Friday. They got me in on time and out the door spending less than I expected. Mike was super nice an knowledgeable on a couple questions I had. Definitely recommend doing business there, as I will be doing too.
Mark was very helpful, friendly and very informative, he made us feel noticed as soon as we walked in the door even though it was soo busy. He made sure we knew that we were being taken care of while in the waiting room. It didn’t feel like I was going to a shop to get my car fixed , it was relaxing and quick!

The manager, Mark, was extremely friendly and professional. I spoke to him over the phone before going to his store, as well as dealt with him when I got to the store. The service techs were quick and efficient. Id highly recommend Kan Rock, and Ill continue to use them.
Ive bought tires here a couple times; they always offer their best sale options. Today I had great luck with them adjusting my windshield wipers: complimentary service. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I have been coming here since I was 16 years old, such a great place and great environment. I always come to get my oil changed and tires rotated and have never had an issue, they are always willing to help. Now that I have moved away to college where there is not a Kanrock I still make the 2 hour drive home to take my car to a place I have grown to trust.
My choice for tires and shocks. I have bought more tires from Kan Rock than all other places combined. They will work with you on your needs rather than trying to rush you through a quick sale. They will listen to your needs and then make a recommendation. I am always satisfied when I leave that I got the best quality at the best price. They were great! While waiting got an appx time of completion I had brought my little guys bike and mine to ride around until they got done seening it was gonna be more than a few hours to sit. I told them when they got done to call me and Id head right back to finish everything up w/the bill. They fixed everything right up for me and nps out the door.
Hands down this place has the best mechanics. They give you the cheapest prices for the people that are on a budget they let you know if its worth being fixed there not out there trying to scam you out of all the shop Ive been to there the most legit places to get ur vehicles fixed
I picked up a piece of glass in my tire on the highway and got to their shop 10 minutes before closing time. My tire was almost completely flat. They were extremely polite and stayed till my tire was patched so I could get back on the road and not have to put on the spare. It ended up taking 15 minutes past closing time, yet there was still a smile on their faces. Prices were very reasonable and as a woman with her kid, I felt completely comfortable there. I would recommend them to anyone! Turned my day around with their care.

Great honest people and hard workers. Really care about their customers. Went in thinking I had a few issues in the front end and already anticipating getting an alignment and at least 2 new tires, they respectfully informed me there were no issues i only needed the tires and alignment. This is the reason I will continue to come here for everything.

Second time going in for an oil change. Had a bit of wait due to how busy they were. They were pretty thorough and check my car. Noticed I had a bad ball joint, showed it to me and gave me a good estimate on a replacement. Overall a good experience. Will continue getting oil changes here.
Came here because I popped two tires in Mio Michigan. This was the only place open on a Sunday. I got there a little before 3pm. They were very busy, but still fixed my cars for me. Found a few other problems as well, but Steve assured me that I would make it back to Toledo, Ohio safely. Thank you so much guys!!!! I made it home safely!!

Mark (GM) was great! He sincerely wanted me to get the best tire value his store had to offer. Plus, dog-friendly! Astro (my lab-boxer mix) got to meet Molly (another customers pit mix) while we waited in the customer area as my tires were being installed! I keep coming back for the convenience and prices. I bought my tires from Kanrock so it easy to get an oil change and tire rotation. I just wish the wait time to get the service work done was quicker since they always say we will get you right in when in reality you will be waiting for an hour or longer.
Outstanding service here, me and my daughter were coming back from a vacation and we had got a nail in our tire and steve was able to get us in no problem and fix it super nice and excellent service definitely would recommend coming here. Great guys here
From the moment I called to make an appointment I knew I was in good hands. I was a little nervous with this being my first time going to Kan-Roc. Mike reassured me that the problem would get fixed. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and asked to provide some information. In a very short amount of time I was told what the problem was and shown the nail that was causing the tire leak. A little bit later I walked out a very satisfied customer. I will return should another problem ever arise. And I will heavily recommend Mike and his Kan-Roc team to everybody I know.
My daughters car had a tire going down, a valve stem was broke,I took it over to the guys at 4:45pm on a Sunday night, the lugs had the anti theft lug on each rim and we didnt have the socket that went to it. I was frustrated and didnt know if they could do it, but they searched and found one that worked on her car, they replaced them all for future and got my tire fixed. These guys were great and will be getting my tires from them in the future. Thank you again for getting us back on the road.

Popped a tire off the rim on road debris and had to spend an evening at a rest stop. Monro is one of the only shops operating Sunday in the area, saving me another day waiting to get help. John gave me a great deal on a tire and Tracey took care of the tire install and an oil change in less than an hour. Thanks guys!

I have had several dealings with Kan Rock, and they have always been great. Most recently Mike made sure I had a great deal on a set of two tires and the turn-around time was quick and efficient.
Dont waste your time if your not buying new tires. They have no interest in putting tires on. Put will gladly do it if your buying new tires. Only looking to make the fast money.
Horrible two hour wait to plug back tire and have sensor on tire I stalled . When went to leave tire monitor still said service and then all tire pressure said zero. So tire came off the rim again. And had to do it all over again.😩😡😡
Called this store at 6:25 PM for a low tire; arrived just before 7PM. Found out that closing time was 7PM. The crew stayed after and not repaired my tire but did an oil change I was needed also. Clean store and good people.
I wouldnt trust them as far as I can throw them. Convenient location, Decent prices, but shady and bad service. My tires leaked from my last sevice here. Went back again and received the slowest service as theres no one to be found. Waited a long time in the lobby just to pay for the service. Avoid if possible.

Great Place! Everyone is very nice and helpful and they have never tried pulling the wool over my eyes. I recommend!

I love Mark, but the place is just always to busy, which leads to poor service.I feel as if they didnt even try and diagnose my vehicles issue, and I ended up paying for services I didnt need.My truck also had a blue scratch on my door after leaving the shop. Ive given this place lots of business but im sorry to say i wont be back any time soon.
These guys are the best, they’ll go so far out of their way to help you out. If was local I’d get all my work done here. Needed a new rim and tire on the 4th of July and they saved me big $$$ on a used rim. They treat everyone like an old friend, do yourself and your car a favor and bring it in.
I needed to get tires for my poor college daughter. We decided used tires would be fine, cheaper for her and she usually doesnt drive much and it would get her through her senior year. Called Kan Rock and was told they had 2 in the size she needed. Called around and found another place with 2 in the correct size. Took the car to the second place first since they were closer, then went to Kan Rock. When we got there we were told they didnt have any in that size.they quoted a price for a new tire and it was twice the cost. Did some more calling around to see if we could find anyone else...nope so we had to get the tires done there. When we went back in to tell them to do the tires the guy we had been talking to sneered at us and asked what we had decided. We had to use them because of my daughters poor college student status, but I wont be going back for anything else. First the bait and switch and then the sucky attitude. When my husband and daughter went up to pick up the car later the attitude was much different. Perfectly nice to him. So, women if you must get tires there I highly recommend getting your husband, neighbor, friend...someone male to go with you.

I was treated very well at Kanrock. I got four new tires without any hassle. They even gave me a discount for the wheel alignment I knew I needed without telling me. What really impressed me, though, is when I went back in two weeks later to address the new rumble from my tires. Without hesitsting, they ordered me a new tire to replace the one they found that wasnt up to quality. Thanks, guys.

We brought in a riding mower tire that I knew would be too much of a pain to try to throw an inner tube on. They fought with it and got a tube to fit and sent me home happy. The tube failed a few days later and I was not a happy camper. The old guy at the desk (his description) hooked us up with a totally new tire for our troubles. I brought my work here because the park brings their tractor tires here. I will return because I know they back up their work. Totally satisfied customer.
Service was great and timely as I had to cancel my first appointment. I dropped my vehicle off and they got back to me sooner than expected. Mark Judd was very accommodating.
Made an Appt for 1:30 PM. For 2 tires and an Alignment. Was told a couple hours. 3 hours later called, been sitting outside waiting for alignment. Tires have been on a couple hours. Pulled in at 5:30, still sitting outside alignmemt rack had no cars on it. Took 10 minutes to check alignment left at 6:10. Extremely slow service.
I wont take my car anywhere else for tires. This is a previous review, however, Im amending it to show why.Yesterday, i had an issue with a valve stem leaking on my car, so i took it down and had them fix it. While i was there, a young couple from out of town came in and complained about their front end shaking over 45 mph. The gentleman at the counter looked at their car, which was very muddy, and said, i can take your car back and for 12$ a wheel, essentially, I can clean out all of the built up dirt and mud thats offsetting the balance, but i would rather tell you to take it to the car wash and blast all of that mud out for 5$. Ill do it, but i will feel really bad about it. The young couple left happy and from the condition of their exterior, Im 1000% sure that it corrected the problem. Thats the kind of honesty i want in my service station!!!!!!
3rd time coming here 2 with my husband once on my own..hated every experiance . horrible attitudes. Bad phone manners. Said specific details as both were ignored and still charged on! Mark has the worst attitude of all. Dealt with him twice now. Very much of an unfriendly environment to feel comfortable and safe driving on the roads with bad hospitality!

Good service. Honest and polite manager. Had a bolt in my tire and needed it fixed or replaced. He repaired the tire and saved me a lot of money. Plus they were the only ones open on a Sunday.
Nope never again. These guys that run this place are slow asf and tires are overpriced. Heard guys complaining about my tire replacement in the shop, while I was bringing vehicle around. Ended up leaving unhappy bc they didnt wanna work on it since it was almost closing time. Go to belle tire down the street, they are professional and dont treat you like your nothing but a bother to them.
Never will I ever go here again. Had a strange sound going on and had them check it out. $2000 worth of work needed to be done. They told me that my control arms were probably the cause and needed to be replaced first and if that wasnt it they said I needed to fix my struts. Took my vehicle to another place for a second quote. $332 bucks to fix the problem. The part that was making the noise was most definitely the struts.

I went in for an oil change and ended up getting some tires also. Mike gave me a great deal and still got me out in a reasonable time. I always get great service!
My wife Mary picked up 2 screws in one of her tires. She made it to Kan - Rock on Wilder in Bay City shortly before they closed and they were nothing but courteous and professional. Michael (the manager) got her in and repaired the tire for no charge. The tire was not purchased from Kan - Rock. We bought 4 tires from them. They told us we where missing a break pin so we had to pay for that along with the tires. Then the guy taking off the tires had a heck of a time getting one of the boults off he wound up cutting it it off. No problem. We said. We stayed with the in the building the whole time. We where told we where good to go.so we left he heard somethinf funny going down the road so we stoped nothing was moving so we continued on our way home. Hubby had to go somewhere the next day hubby heard the noise again he check the lug nuts by hand and they where all loose all 4 tires we had to call a tow truck to come out and fix the problem. Hubby would of brang it back to the shop .but accused of loosing them and was called a lier i dont recomand them to anyone.
Had a trailer tire blow out on the way up north for the Fourth of July. They got me right in changed all four tires and got my family back on back the road quickly. Kan Rock tires ROCKS!!!! A great group of guys who are very customer oriented.

When I lived close to Clio, I would go there and they always had good tires at really good prices. They even fixed my flat for free once. Now I live by Bay City and got Ziex 950. Great tire, plenty of traction in the rain. It should be good in the winter, too, because they improved the tread. It has a special formulation for a long tread life. I gave 5 stars because nobody around could beat their price. I recommend these guys.
Only place I will ever go. Great friendly staff. Always helping when it is in their power. If I was able to give more stars I would. I tell all my co workers,family and friends this is the place to go.
Excellent and fast service. Went in for the first time and got exactly what I needed without a bunch of fluff which was nice. Within 15 minutes I was out the door with my issues taken care of, I certainly plan on coming back the next time I run into problems!
In my opinion rip off artist like the rest of the car places in bay city not once have I not bin ripped off by a place cause Im young and dont know much of anything about cars but when you can barley afford to replace a tire then get told that it can not be fixed unless I get all new tires is ridiculous and am very unhappy with that information then bring the tire in and had no problem getting it replaced so whom ever said that to me on the phone think you should know that I will not be ever coming back or recommending your business to anyone I know. Just shows that you cant trust anyone in this day and age I had to add a star to post this bit dont think it even deserves that much
Great customer service and is willing to help the customer. This is a no BS kind of place and I like it! It is also nice that they are open an hour later than the high majority of other auto businesses in the area.

My tire had been leaking 10 psi daily for months, and decided to go all out and leave me with no air in Bay City. I called less than an hour before closing time, and these guys said, No problem, bring it in. We will get you fixed up. I fully anticipated having to get a new tire, as I could not find the leak, and neither could discount tire. Jonathan Phipps was professional and personal. Even though I used the green slime as a last resort, these guys were still willing to help out. It is now three days later, and my tire is still holding air very well. Continuing lost air into tires from the time I got here tires from them take it back twice. After the second time realize they broke a a bolt on my wheel cover I never said anything and now one of my tires is out of balance after they fixed the valve stem. No response from them. Will not go back. Dropped $1.3k on job and still not right.

On Saturday, 10/15 at about 6:13 pm I pulled into Kan Rock on Wilder Rd. because I had a tire going flat on the interstate. I entered the lobby and the man behind the counter informed me they closed at 6pm. Desperate, being a woman and travelling alone, I pleaded with him to help me. He informed me that all his guys had left for the day, offered to change my tire if I had a spare..which I did not. :( I walked out the door, saw another man standing outside next to his motorcycle..I asked him if he could suggest any place around that could help me. He came over to look at my tire, which was gushing air, and offered to help me. This man opened the garage door back up and fixed my tire. I asked for both their names before leaving..Mike and Jon. I believe Mike was the man in the front, lobby closing up shop and Jon is the one that actually helped me get back on the road. (hopefully I have this right). I could not have been more thankful for his compassion for my situation. I gave him a huge hug and thanked him profusely!! Received an original quote from Mike the Manager for 4 Michelin LT225/75R16 tires. A call back later Mike stated those tires were no longer available and I would have to upgrade to Michelin Defenders for an additional $60 dollars quoted over the phone. After installation I was charged an additional $120. :(

I drove across the state and got a flat tire last night.I was stranded in a big city I wasnt familiar with, using Google maps I searched and everything was closing. Nobody would pick up a phone, Walmart couldnt even help me. I cried and I prayed, it was getting dark and I was scared. This was the only place that picked up the phone. 2 minutes before close. 2 very kind men stayed late here to fix my tire and wouldnt accept a dollar from me. Called on the phone and definitely not cheaper. Kan Rocks price was $812.00 Discount Tire $554.70. The Kan Rock associate didnt can that Discount was cheaper. What happened to best price guaranteed ? Doesnt matter to me I will just get them at Discount.
I always go to Kanrock if I need anything done on my vehicle. Most places I feel taken advantage of because Im a girl and I dont know anything about cars. I dont feel like that at Kanrock. They explain things to me and give me options on what has to be done immediately vs what should be done in the future. They are quick most of the time and offer coffee and water will you wait.
I had gotten my rf wheelbearing fixed in June at the Caro, Michigan. It failed two months after. So I went to the Bay City, Michigan store because Caros store had no state certified mechanic to perform the replacement. I went to the Bay City, Michigan store and brought my receipt from caro store. I made an appt and came in to get it fixed. The technicians broke the speed sensor when taking out the wheel bearing. So I had to make another appt for the speed sensor to be replaced. Then when that was done the speed sensor and the wheel bearing didnt connect so the abs light in my dadh wouldnt turn off. Another appt made and finally fixed the problem. Only good thing that happened was it cost me nothing but my time. Btw I have a 2007 Honda fit, this might be why they were having issues since they seem to work on mostly gm vehicles.

The guys at this store got bad attaitudes. My son car down on highway. Brought just tire in to get replace. And the guys sad it would be 2 hr. To get new tire on rim. Dont know what to say. But bad for the business to be layzy. 5 min job.
I would highly recommend this facility for basic mantinence and repairs. The technitions are friendly and very knowledgeable. Mike is usually there and he always has a positve attitude a smile on his face and he will go the extra mile to assure your visit is awesome!!

Tire went flat on the interstate, had to be replaced. I showed up half an hour before closing on a Friday while they were slammed and they are taking care of it - they said they wouldnt leave me stranded, these guys are awesome.

Blew two tires a couple of weeks ago on boat trailer, they fixed me up pronto, passed back thru to replace a couple of more trailer tires, got there 7:30 in the morning, Mark store manager who I have dealt with in the past, changed tires himself, took care of me, shorthanded that early in the morning ,refreshing to find service manager who puts customer first.

2022-03-31Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with my fist set of tires from Kan Rock. I bought a set of Kelly Edge tires for a pretty penny back in 2020ish. Came with a 50,000 mile tread warranty. I got only 20,000 miles out of them. They are cracked, dry rotted, and bald. I asked about a warranty claim and was denied because I couldn’t provide proof I rotated them regularly which I did…However, despite this claim, these issues are clearly defects. 3 of 4 tires shouldn’t be cracking and rotting due to lack precise timing of tire rotation. The date code on them is 2019 as shown in the photos. Installed in 2020 so 2 years of daily use and they fall apart…That’s unacceptable and I won’t be forking over any more of my hard earned money to buy a new set from them despite their offer of a measly 25% discount on a new set. This is clearly a warranty issue not due to lack of rotation. See photos to prove it (I even added the date code) and these are only 20,000 miles in. My advise is pay a little more and go to another tire place. I guess you get what you pay for…. I got a second opinion from another mechanic not interested in selling me tires, and he told me I was right and this was not due to rotation issues but poor quality issues when they were installed as you can see the rotting rubber. So disappointed with this place :( and now out several hundred bucks.

2022-03-30Ive always had good service and choose to do business here because of that service, even though it is quite a drive. I called first thing in the morning to ask about bringing my car in to have a tire looked at for a possible leak (tires I purchased here). The employee said I could come in, I confirmed the time I would be coming in and he said yes. I arrive this evening and the employee tells me absolutely not, they cannot look at my tire until tomorrow. I explained that I had called in the morning and asked before leaving work early and driving 45 minutes. He rolled his eyes and chuckled and said no because he has 4 cars already waiting. Im so disappointed.

2022-07-06I needed a trailer tire so I called TSC & they wanted $120. I called Monro next & got one for about $65. When we went to the shop, a worker walked right out and took the tire and we were out of there within 30 minutes with a new tire mounted on the rim. Im sure glad I called!

2022-02-02I took my car here for breaks, they ended up also fixing my control arms too. The first time I left the shop the car didnt drive right and the brakes were soft. I took it back with these complaints and when they finally found time to work on my car again they fixed the control arms but the brakes are still soft. The service was friendly but the work was sub par and overpriced.I came in for my breaks and $1200 and two visits later I still don’t have working breaks. Don’t go here.
