I went for a tire repair,, customer service was terrible, I was told they didnt have time to fix a simple tire repair they have bigger jobs to do. They should indicate on the website by appointment only and no simple tire repairs.
Initial repairs were done, but a few other unforeseen issues came up afterward. They were addressed, handled, and inspected by myself and the staff. They handled everything very well. I have been coming to this location since it was Harlow Tire, over a decade ago, and they have always been true, to-the-point, and fair with me. All-in, this will remain my go-to shop.
Staff was helpful and friendly. I needed some pretty big repairs and he explained everything to me so I could make the best choices for me and my budget. They worked hard to get my car fixed on a Sunday. Great service at a fair price. The manager gave me several discounts on the repair services to help save me some money. Definitely recommend doing business with these guys!!
They wouldnt help me at all. Nobody was there working, but he says they are too busy! Do not recommend at all! Very rude!!

As an employee of a small business, I have to give credit where credit is do. I have been a customer of Monroe tire for over 7 years, as a single woman I would not take my vehicles elsewhere. I trust and confide in their knowledge and professionalism. Yes employees have come and gone as well as owners, but I have always been above and beyond satisfied. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere as well as friendly faces and attitudes! Shout out to Bill for busting his rear end working the counter as well as the garage, you rock Billy! I was here over the weekend for new tires, I dont know much about getting anything for my car but they men up here helped me out. They showed me where I can find the information about my tires and walked me through what they were doing every step of the ways. While replacing my tires for me they noticed my brakes were warn down and needed to be replaced yesterday. They showed took me to the back to show me what they saw and to make the final call. The men here are fast, friendly and efficient. I will recomend this place to everyone going forward.

Highly recommend! I’ve had brakes done, replaced 4 tires and had great service! I was losing air in one of my tires and Bill the manager took care of it immediately. He is helpful, kind and professional and the staff are great! For any future work I will be definitely be coming back here!
I came here last year to get my flat tire fixed and the mechanic fixed it for free. That made me bring my business back to them for future car repairs. I called ahead time to schedule an appointment on a Saturday to see about a wobbling noise coming from the front tires. They said they will look at it and give me a diagnostics on what they found. I dropped my car off Saturday (they were busy) morning they had my car for 3 hours. The receptionist called and told me they don’t see anything wrong with my car besides the fact I need 4 new tires and a oil change and he stated the 4 new tires will make the wobbling noise go away. I told them okay and went back to the shop the guy told me I need these $800 tires then tried to lower the sell and offer $600 tires. I told him I’ll wait and come back next week to buy the tires. As soon as I left Monro’s my breaks were still squeaking (they were already slightly) and it was still a LOUD noticeable wobble noise inside the cabin when driven. So I called and asked did they do a diagnosis on the car he said his mechanic drove it and heard nothing. I took it to Pioneer next door and they told me I had 2 wheel studs broke and one damaged on my right front tire that’s the reason for the wobbling noise. If the mechanics on staff would of actually looked at my car and drove it that could of easily been spotted in seconds, I know you were busy on a Saturday but to not do you’re job and lie to a customer just to sell the number one thing Monro offers is total BS. It was a $100 fix but Monro wanting to just make a quick buck and not care about my safety while driving is absolutely absurd. If I could find my receipt I would put the guys name in this review for straight lying to my face about what was wrong with my car just to sell tires. I WILL NEVER COMEBACK and will tell friends and relatives to do the same.Found Receipt: William Mcauliffe. Shame OnYou!
The techs did a very thorough job. Not only did they replace the tires I needed, they also did an inspection of my truck overall and came to ask me before proceeding with any other fixes. The staff was also very courteous.

Incredible service! The staff were incredible and quick when it came to checking my tire and patching where the nail was! William was incredibly nice and helpful! My mom and I have come to this place for all our tire issues and we will keep coming back!
I will never step foot in this establishment again. My teen son wanted to use my car, but my driver rear tire had a leak. I told him he could borrow the car but would need to get the tire patched. After sitting in the lobby for about 45 minutes they finally call him back to show him what they found. They had marked several areas of my tires with a crayon. They told my son that he needed 3 new tires due to then having multiple nails and glass in them. They quickly tried showing my son and he didn’t see anything. He called me because he was not sure what I wanted him to do. I told him take the car and we would get a second opinion. Imagine the disappointment when another shop told me that there were no issues with any of my other three tires. Tread is getting low and will need to replace soon, but no nails, and no glass. Shame on this shop. You seen a young man and tried to make a quick buck.
Two visits over the last year for tires and and alignment on one of the cars. Staff was friendly and honest about the time it would take as well as costs up front.I do recommend making an appointment, cant get lucky every time but they got my tire jobs done quickly as a walk in!
I m going to try and keep this short and direct. Bill, the manager here, is my hero! We do not live in this area, we (the whole family and 2 dogs) were 2 hours into a 17 hour drive for a two week trip. A rear tire on our F-250 failed (didnt lose air, but was severely damaged and out of balance) causing extreme shaking and bouncing. We exited the highway and looked for a tire store still open after 5 PM on Saturday. First option turned us away saying they close in a few minutes. Bill welcomed us in even though it was 5:45 PM. He diagnosed the problem, and when we explained our travel predicament, he offered to take care of it right then. We chose to replace all 4 tires instead of just the rear (he had the right ones in stock at a really good price. No hard sell or taking advantage of someone in a bind. He asked his guys if they were willing to stay late, and they offered quite cheerfully to help us. They were there more than an hour after the usual closing time. I cant express enough how pleased and grateful we were to be back on the road with what turned out to be a relatively short delay, considering what happened and when.Thank you Bill and staff !! I highly recommend this store.(Sorry, I guess I failed at keeping this short)
Snuck me in on a Sunday when they were slammed and didnt overcharge when they knew I was screwed and absolutely needed a new tire.
I’ve gone to them off and on over the years. So I first was taken by surprise when I was told that I had to pay for a patch repair on a tire that I purchased from them. I was later told the tire couldn’t be repaired and I needed four new tires. Fortunately I know how to check my own tires and I knew that I only needed three. I was told by the tech he measured it from the wrong spot. I ended up buying one new tire at a pice much higher than the last tire I purchased from them, and a lesser brand tire. Time change
I requested them to look at my right rear tire. It took them 45 minutes to tell me they cant fix the tire. After the manager asked me to go in the back area where the repairs are being done, all 4 tires were removed from my vehicle, and I was told about other repairs needed. In addition, the manager was rude, and I didnt ask them to look at the entire vehicle, just the right rear tire. Needless to say, I called before coming into their shop; if they were going to do a full inspection, I should have been told that in the first place so that I wouldnt waste my time going.
They did a great job on my car, the price was reasonable and they got it done quickly. Also they gave me a ride to my car. If your looking to have work done on your car, I highly recommend Monroe auto.
The manager at this store, William MCauliffe, is rude and unprofessional. He tries to tell you your vehicle needs more work than needed. Not an honest person. You don’t yell at customers and mock them. Wouldn’t recommend this business or this person as an employee. I would have gone to Lobo Tire but it was a Sunday. Never again. Avoid this place at all costs.
My girlfriend and I took her Chevy Impala there to get the brakes fixed, and then two weeks later they were to the floor. We just took it back to have them do right by it… but two days later the brakes are hitting the floor again! We paid them over $800 and they put new pads, rotars, and calipers, etc, everything. And had two negative experiences for the same repair in less than a month. I honestly feel rooked because I took my Civic in there before all of this happened. I just hope the same or worse doesn’t happen to me in the coming weeks.
Exceptional service! Came here late in the day Sunday hoping to get a tire patched. Not only were they the only tire place open on a Sunday but they stayed a little late just to make sure I got my tire back the same day! On top of that, they gave me a great deal!! Will definitely be returning for my future tire needs!
Awesome, fast, quality service! Everyone seemed friendly and knowlegable, kind enough to give an explanation of the services provided and what needed to be done. They got me in fast without an appointment, were respectful of my vehicle, did me a solid, and got it back to me quickly in top shape. 1000% recommend.
My tire was losing air late on Saturday night and no one else had open hours on a Sunday. Thankfully, Monro did. They were super nice and helpful while the service was also very fast. I was back up and running in no time, highly recommend!
I have been to this location multiple times and they have always been very professional and helpful. I have had two of my tires patched for slow leaks and the price was incredibly reasonable. I also had to purchase a brand new tire after getting a flat. They had my tire in stock, price checked the same tire against multiple competitors and undercut all of them on price. They not only installed my new tire, but put the spare tire back into place as well. I was in and out in less than an hour without making an appointment. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Have gone to Monroe for many years and will not go back under current management. The manager and staff are not aligned at all. Made 2 appointments and was turned away each time by manager after verifying the service with them. A complete disapointment. Al the old service manager is missed.

I love this shop in Westland! The staff is always helpful and polite. Becky is awesome! They always have fair pricing and never try to sell you anything you dont need! Ive always been able to wait while they do repairs and maintenance on my car.
This place wripped me off big time. Took my car there telling them there was a grinding noise from the rearend. They called and told me that my car needed brakes and then an outer tie rod. I paid 826.00 and the minute I drove my car out of their driveway it was still the same. I took my car back and they told me it was a wheel bearing and they acknowledged that it should of been caught. Fixed it and said that the noise was something to do with the steering and they ordered the part, its been three weeks and they have never called me back. I would not take my car there ever again. Charged me money that wasnt the problem. It wasnt the brakes but a wheel bearing. The tie rod wasnt the problem, it was something to do with the steering. I would never take my car there again. They dont follow through with what they tell you.
I am a regular customer here and the guys are great! Al, Keith and Scott are always friendly and are great with explaining everything. The mechanics are intelligent and thorough with their inspections as well. I always receive 5 star service from the entire crew. I love that they are open 7 days a week as well. I will never go to any other shop!
The staff and especially Felicia are great and that is the main reason Im giving a five star review. The current manager Bill on the other hand doesnt have the right attitude to represent a tire shop that needs repeat customers.
If you used to use the Westland Monro…..find somewhere else to go. It has gone from THE best to the WORST.I should have known. The place is virtually empty and the guys that used to be there are gone. This time ‘Bill’ treated me to a demonstration of his swearing vocabulary from f@%k to s#*t. He demeaned a colleague who tried to help me while Bill’s attention was distracted by the phone.When I went to pick up my vehicle no-one was there to assist for a full ten minutes. All that time my keys were on the counter where absolutely anyone could have taken them and then my car.In terms of the job I needed doing, it was not completed. I will NEVER go back there again.
They had my car 4 days fixing a substantor. They also told me I need a new battery but I have never had problems with my battery so I told them I would take it elsewhere for the battery. Now that I finally got my car my battery is no longer working. This company doesn’t call you to update you on your vehicle. And if the car won’t be ready when expected they don’t care .

I absolutely love this place, and recommend them to anyone who loves great service and honest mechanics. I came to them with what I thought was a dead catalytic converter and it ended up being a cheap fix. I also had them put new struts on my front end and I couldnt be happier and definitely went above and beyond. Im here right now getting an oil change and got a great deal thanks to Kevin. Thanks guys for having great customer service and being honest unlike some places.

I highly recommend Monroe Auto service. They have great customer service and when I called they made sure that I was informed of all prices before hand. Other brake shops in the area were rude over the phone and service prices could beat Monroe Auto Service. I will definitely be going back there for any work that I might need in the future.
Do not give your business to Monro tires on Wayne Rd. They are incompetent and scam artists. I spent $1400 on new tires and asked for an alignment. When I picked the vechile up the counter person said the alignment was all good.There was a strange squeek when I got the vechile back that wasnt there before. Took it back to them and they said I had a cracked shock mount that they missed during the inspection and tried to sell me the repair.Took it to a real mechanic and there is no cracked shock mount and they didnt even do the alignment. My tires are all out of whack, one is straight and one goes to the right. I spoke with the manager and she went over the paperwork and said the alignment was declined and I was not charged.At the very top of the paperwork it says that I asked for a 4 wheel alignment. Why would I get new tires and decline the alignment that I knew needed to get done and was noted on the paperwork.
Great service and the mechanic made a repair to my exhaust system for 60 bucks where as replacing entire thing would have been almost 300 dollars. Great work they were fast and he said repair should be fine and last three to five years. Thank you for saving us money and coming up with a solution to fix for way cheaper. Most of the Big chains said only repair was entire new exhaust system costing over 300 bucks. Monroe muffler on Wayne rd just south of Ford has my business for life.
My Mom and I have had multiple vehicles serviced at the Monro Auto location in Westland, MI. The management & staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled; they know how to get the job done. They went above & beyond each time they worked on our vehicles. They impressed us. We trust them and highly recommend them!
They are so busy but really did their best and had me in and out as quick as possible. They are terrific there and do good work! I highly recommend them!
Poorly trained workers. Nice atmosphere if you like the individual behind the counter that uses excuses instead of owning up to poor workmanship. They over tightened all my lug nuts after installing tires. Obviously didnt torque to spec. and used an impact. I took it back three times to try and work with them to resolve this matter. Each time my vehicle was in worse shape than when it arrived. They broke an axle stud tried replacing it and caused a massive axle leak. Had enough took it to the dealership after this the dealership has trained technicians that did the job correct the first time. Thankfully I documented everything and got my almost $700.00 back after the dealership worked on it. This place is a joke so is one of the guys behind the counter he is a pro at trying to shift the blame. I wont be back ever...
My friend had a flat tire that turned to be unfixable , so we came to Monro auto shop to buy a new . The guy at the front door was nice and very straight forward, he said he has the tire and its for this price . No side BS that everyone else is doing. His price was good for a new tire , i was ready to negotiate but it wasn’t necessary. I asked for a discount and he took the price down a little. Extremely nice, extremely professional and open on Sundays (no extra weekend fees) . This is my new to go place .Thank you guys

Being a female and going to an auto shop, they often make things to be bigger than they are and wanting to do work that is not needed at the moment. The staff were honest, very nice, fair pricing, I was told about other work that is needed, but not pressured to get it done now. I was there for a total of an hour or so. I will be going to Morno on Ford and Wayne for all future repairs and maintenance. Thank you.

I took my car in for a tire to be inspected for a slow leak and they were friendly for my entire visit. Employees chatted with me in the lobby while I waited and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I ended up needing a new tire and they gave me a good deal for an inexpensive quality tire. I had a coolant leak on a Saturday night, and was worried about not being able to find a place that was open on Sundays. I happened to be walking by and say Monro was open on Sunday. They were able to get me in quickly, diagnose me with a water pump leak, and repaired within about 2.5 hours. I was impressed by their knowledge and willingness to answer all my questions. I am grateful that they were open, honest and fair in their assessments. Thank you! I will certainly use your services again in the future.
I use to go to the Ferndale location then moved closer to this location. Both have excellent customer service. Brought my truck in and they kept me informed the whole process. Pricing is reasonable and my vehicle was finished in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of car repairs
I was very happy with my decision to take my car to Monro auto. Very professional and went out of their way to help me stay with in my budget to get the most important things fixed on my car today. Great, family feel to this place. The guys were very patient and understanding when I had a flat tire, and a tight budget. I didn’t feel pressured or like they were trying to upsell me. Came in, dropped my car off (needed to run some errands), and about 2 hours later, with two new tires and an oil change they called me to let me know it was ready. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Westland area!

Being a mechanic myself Im wary of taking my car to another shop. But we all get caught off guard at times. Had an issue with a tire and to makes matter worse, it was sunday. With no other way around I took my car to them. They were very honest upfront. Gave me all the information straight up. No dance or bs. Personally the honesty they had beyond surpised me. That being said, Being an auto mechanic myself. Working on my own cars and customer cars. Hearing the quotes given over the phone. Hearing them explain the issues to the customers very clearly and very honestly with no added bs. Id highly recommend this shop to anyone. Their prices are beyond reasonable. We thought we found a great shop a year ago when we needed a lot of back end work done. So when the front breaks basically fell off our truck in November we again took our truck here. Not even three month after this the breaks were back to the same issue so we stopped driving it until we could get it back in. This time we are told anoth 900 for more back end work was needed on top of the 900 from less than a year ago and the 500-600 we did in November to the front. We trusted that this would be that last big fix we’d need in a while. The day we pick it up the breaks are still not working properly... so did they not test them? Either way we are told bring it back they will fix the problem now we are told another 500 for something in the front. So this problem wasn’t there in November when we brought it in for the same reason it’s there now? We won’t be coming back after this.

Walk in and immediately greater with respect and kindness. Kevin Howard the technician walked me through my vehicle and explained in depth what was going on with my f250 powerstroke. I was told he owned one and he was knowledgeable. Unfortunately had to leave the truck but received a call the very next day saying it was don’t and good to go. I highly recommend mono tire and brakes! Kevin and the crew are a bunch of great guys that are very knowledgeable in anything automotive related! 20/10 would recommend!

If I could give a negative, I would. I took my car here to get checked due to it running rough. I was given a verbal estimate of $1900. When it was printed out, the estimate jumped to $2200. I took it elsewhere to get a second opinion. This place was going to replace things that werent even bad. I ended up getting my car fixed by an honest mechanic for $150. Thank you Jesus for directing me elsewhere.
They did a great job on my car, they where fast and the cost was fair. Also they gave me a ride from my house to get my car.

I visited it today when My car tire was flat. I was already late and most of repair centers were closed by 6pm and it was 6.45 pm and I checked repair centers near me and I found this. They close at 7 pm but helped me as last custome. The staff was so polite and helpful and made sure that tire was repaired quickly so that I can reach home with fixed tire. I would definitely recommend this with 5 star.

Got a great price for 4 set of tires. Called on the phone and for a quote. Honored the price when i arrived. Took care of business and sent me on my way.
Arrived at 9 a.m. to get a tire.car did not get touched until 10 a.m. and the kicker, only me and another customer. Service for tire was great but the wait is ridiculous... 10:30a.m. one tire changed. Tire Stop may not be open on sunday, but they have GREAT customer service and speed for a busy shop. This place is only for an emergency on sunday...the people who work here are nice though...
True family business. I stopped back by to get something out of my car. It was already half way finished and I caught a worker polishing my parts lol. I thought that was a very nice use of extra time. Taylor was very friendly the first person I spoke with but Al is like the father and the glue of the store. I appreciated their speedy amd precision work. So much that once I picked up my car, I brought another customer for an oil change. I love small family oriented businesses like these ones. If your tired of the impersonal service of the big box names. Try something local, try Monros because they treat you like family!
I Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers will be my go to place for Auto service. I was immediately greeted when I entered and provided with comfortable seating and offered water while my car was serviced. The wait time was very reasonable, my care repair was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way home with peace of mind. This is where I will be going in the future!!!

Previously know as Harlow Tire, Monro took over the business and the same great staff is there. Ive been coming to this business since I was 16, and never have been steered wrong. Keith, Al, and Scott are all wonderful guys, and very honest with me about my vehicles. I will go nowhere else.

If I could get this place less than one star I would , went there once spent over $900 less than six months I went back in there because something else went wrong spent over $1300 . And because when They put my new brake lines in they put two brake lines in the truck that crossed each other they rubbed raw, six months after that the brake line sprung a leak. Either they suck at their job and don’t know what they’re doing or they’re purposely making mistakes for more money

They were there for us when the Chevy Suburban dealer in Gatden City was not. They found out information and called us back expeditiously. The dealership told us to call their own parts dept. They could not get to it for 5 days. Monro took the car and completed the work the Same Day. Thank you so much for your hard work and great customer service Monro!!!!

Went for a flat tire issue. It took 45 mins for them to tell me they cant fix the tire by checking just the tread. On top of that I felt the store manager is not polite.

I forgot my coupon for an oil change discount. They said dont worry about it. Ive been going to Monro for my last few oil changes. I will say the last time i came, the technician forgot to top-off my fluids. Not a huge deal but it can be vital if they are low and a person comes in that doesnt know much about cars. I personally always check myself. But overall, they are good in my book.

I went there today because my tire was flat. I expected to pay to get a new tire and all these fees. He came out and looked at the tire, and said he could fix it. I was so thankful. It cost me $23!!!!!! The service was extremely helpful.!!!!!!!

I work out of my truck. If its not on the road Im not making money. My alternator want bad at 5:30 at night. They had it fixed by 6:45. They are the best!

$65 for an oil change on a minivan yesterday? will not be going back. First couple times the same oil change was $35.
TIRE SHOP THAT CANT FIX TIRES I took my truck in to have a patch done due to a screw in my tire simple job being a tire shop they did not fix it the first time or the second time went back the next day on my lunch break I was told it was going to take an 1 1/2 hour to get to my truck so I told them I will return after work. Before I went back I tryed to take my tire off to put spare on and leave it with them to pick it up the next day but could not get the lugs off due to them over tightening them so I showed up told them to take tire off put on the spare I could not do it due to them being too tight I was told that they will get them loose for me to put the spare on myself In there parking lot not my job I paid a so called professional to fix my tire. So second time here they told me they fixed my tire bad valve stem which was suppose to have been replaced on the first visit. Now Im on the third time my tire is low half pressure so I went to a different tire shop to get the repair done being monro muffler brake and service could not do the job. this other place had informed me that monro muffler brake and service had left debris in my tire and covered up there mistake with some sort of filler that the technician had peeled off by hand and that they could not would not fix my tire due to Monroe muffler brake &service had destroyed my tire to the point where It could not be repaired so to all planning on going to Monroe muffler brake and service for tire repairs Id suggest going else where unless you plan on buying a new tire
The red head chick was pretty smart for a girl. Blew my socks off on how much of a help she was. I blew the alternator from too much draw from my speakers but I didn’t know that until she pointed it out. Thanks lady!
The people here act nicely to your face, but I just found the plastic part of my headlight on my engine. They charged me 30 bucks to install a headlight I brought in. My headlight had a weird plastic part seperating it. The guy broke it and placed it on my engine. Id have been better off trying youtube. I went there to have a pro do it, they overcharged me, broke it and left the plastic part on top of my engine. Avoid this place.
Went here to get the ole beater fixed up, had an awesome experience talking to the manager alena and she really knows her stuff, and the team members all wore happy faces, would recommend for anyone else looking a for good car shop. 10/10
Very upset went there to get my brakes done they informed me to get there early I did get there at 8:30 I didnt get out of there till 3:00 in the afternoon the service people were very not helpful I would not recommend this place to anybody they way overcharged me for the service I got done do not go there

Buyer beware...purchased what is considered a low profile tire from here not even two weeks ago. This brand new $230 tire developed a bubble on the sidewall. I took it back to them only to be told they do not warranty low profile tires. This should have been explained when I purchased this tire from them and I would have purchased elsewhere. There are other more reputable places who offer warranty on their tires including Belle Tire and Sams Club. #lessonlearned #foolmeonce #dontdoit
I dont like this place. I took it there to get my back brakes done. They did over charge me, because I went to another auto shop and got charged a lot less

They called me too tell me that they broke a tail light but they had replaced it. They neglected too tell me that they put a dent in my truck bed where the free new tail light was installed. I hate sneaks and will avoid them. I had spent a lot of money there in the past.

I took my truck in And looked it over suggested a tune up and hope the few codes go away and if not then its something else I just want answers to why its running like this I need this truck running good and I dont have funds to fix allot of the things with me on medical and little money coming in I wish I knew why its acting this way to make it easier on me I need a break..

Blew out a tire after hitting a pothole on my way to work early in the morning. The team at Monro replaced the tire and had me on my way in short order. Really appreciated the fast turnaround.

What a great service station...on Sunday, the only place we could find open and they treated us so well. From the men up front to the guys out back, I cant say enough.

If I can give negative star I will, this place does terrible work, my kids father brought my car over there 2 times, they messed up both times. They fix one thing and then made another problem to my car.

Poor and incompetent front desk communication resulted in the job not getting fixed and several hours of time wasted.
I was told on the phone that I would be in and out and I was there for two and a half hours because somebody messed up and broke my hubcap and never told me until I was there for 2 hours and they heard me complaining on the phone

2022-03-20Best tire experience Ive ever had. Its Sunday at 9am and this place was open. Greeted at the door by a guy and got my truck in quick. The tech came out, was friendly and knowledgeable and had my flat tire back to normal in 30 minutes. The phones were ringing and the lobby had multiple customers but the guys were perfessional, attentive and quick. These types of employees are hard to come by now a days. Im done with discount and Belle tire. Thanks Monro for getting me back on the road quick.

2022-03-27Firstly, if anyone has ever had car issues on a Sunday you know the stress of trying to find somewhere open…let alone a quality place. Monro’s is both those things open on Sunday and quality work. Everyone there was extremely kind and took time out of their day to squeeze us in and fix our tire and made sure we could be on our way back to VA. We are extremely grateful that this team provides such great service.

I dealt with a gentleman name Mike who was able to answer any questions that I had to be sure I was back on the road safely. Please check them out for all you tire needs I am glad I did!! 2022-05-14Had a confirmed appointment for an oil change, and get there to be told theres no way they can do it today because someone went home sick and theyre overbooked. Maybe dont put a sign out at the road that says Bays Are Open No Appointment Needed if youre turning away people that actually have appointments!! Not to mention no call or email to let me know of the situation ahead of time, you know, since I had a confirmed appointment and all.

2022-03-20They were absolutely amazing helping me out today! I brought my car there because it started making an odd noise and my check engine light came on. Apparently when I had gotten my oil change a little over a week ago - there was next to zero oil in my engine when I had left the previous shop… I was not the only person to come from the same oil shop w the same issue. Monro not only took the time to look at my vehicle, hear my concerns but did what they could to solve my problem. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back to Monro for future maintenance!

2021-12-21Great service and they helped me when I needed it most. Had a nail in my tire on a Sunday. The tire was not repairable and they ordered a new tire on Sunday at 4:30PM and they had the new tire on my truck the next day at 11AM. Pricing was extremely fair and Im grateful for their service.
